Kundalini Science: A Six-Part Journey into Kundalini, Meditation and Consciousness
What if Kundalini is not merely an ancient mystical concept, but a gradual process of inner psychological evolution that can be explored through lived experience?
Kundalini Science is a six-part book series by Premyogi Vajra that explores Kundalini awakening through personal observation, sustained yogic practice, meditation and philosophical inquiry. Rather than treating spiritual awakening as an isolated mystical event, the series examines how consciousness, identity, perception and everyday life change through a long process of inner development.
The series began with an attempt to understand Kundalini beyond traditional descriptions and scattered personal accounts. Although Kundalini, Samadhi, chakras and spiritual awakening have been discussed in many traditions, their relationship with ordinary psychological experience is not always explained in clear, accessible language. The author’s own experience of Kundalini awakening, following a year of sustained Kundalini Yoga meditation, became the starting point for this exploration.
Drawing connections between yogic experience, classical philosophy, meditation and psychology, the books investigate how awareness develops, how attachment to personal identity gradually loosens, and how spiritual understanding becomes integrated with everyday responsibilities. The discussions extend beyond the initial awakening to deeper questions about consciousness, Prana, Samadhi, non-duality and the nature of inner transformation.
Each volume represents a different stage of this inquiry. The first book brings together early blog writings that document the initial observations and questions surrounding Kundalini. The subsequent volumes develop these ideas through increasingly detailed reflections on spiritual psychology, meditation, yogic philosophy and the changing states of awareness. The sixth and final volume brings the series to its culmination, exploring the stabilization of a Nirvikalpa-like state of awareness.
The books combine personal experience with reflective analysis, seeking to make subtle spiritual processes easier to examine without reducing them to mythology or presenting extraordinary experiences as ends in themselves. The emphasis remains on understanding the inner journey and its relationship with human psychology, self-awareness and daily living.
For readers interested in Kundalini awakening, Kundalini Yoga, meditation, Samadhi, consciousness, spiritual psychology and non-dual philosophy, the Kundalini Science series offers a connected exploration of these subjects through the perspective of lived experience and sustained inquiry.
All six volumes are now published, allowing readers to follow the journey from its earliest questions about Kundalini to its deeper explorations of consciousness and spiritual realization.
