कुंडलिनी तंत्र पर्यावरण अनुकूल जीवनशैली में ज्यादा अच्छा फलता फूलता है

दोस्तों, पिछली पोस्ट में हम देख रहे थे कि कैसे आजकल आदमी जितनी भौतिक तरक्की कर रहा है, उसके आधिभौतिक, आध्यात्मिक और आधिदैविक दुख भी बढ़ते जा रहे हैं। मन के सभी दोष चरम के करीब हैं, और राक्षस बनकर आदमी को निगलने को तैयार हैं। यह भी कि कुंडलिनी शक्ति से ही उस राक्षस को मारा जा सकता है। मतलब साफ़ है कि मानव सभ्यता आज उस मोड़ पर खड़ी है, जहां उसे केवल कुंडलिनी योग ही बचा सकता है। मैं हाल ही में पहाड़ों के भ्रमण पर गया था। जहां मैदानों में ऐसी और कूलर चले हुए था, वहां पहाड़ों में लोग रजाई कंबल ओढ़ कर सो रहे थे, और आग जला कर सेंक रहे थे। एक दिन के भीतर ही सालभर के सारे मौसम देखने को मिल जाते हैं। अद्भुत नजारा देखा। वहां एक स्थानीय परिचित भी मिले। उनके पास नदी की गहराई से लेकर पहाड़ के शिखर तक के रास्ते पर हरेक प्राइम लोकेशन पर जमीन है। वे उस रास्ते को टूरिस्ट ट्रेकिंग रूट की तरह इस्तेमाल करने की और बीच के प्राइम पॉइंट्स पर झोंपड़ीनुमा टूरिस्ट कमरों व फुलवारियों की कल्पना को साकार करना चाह रहे थे। हालंकि उसके लिए प्रारंभिक निवेश व मैनपावर की जरूरत होती है, पर वे सस्ते में व प्राकृतिक तरीके से ऐसा करना चाहते थे, ताकि कम से कम कृत्रिम संसाधन लगे, और बिजनेस में जोखिम को दूर किया जा सके, क्योंकि वे आर्थिक रूप से मुझे ज्यादा समृद्ध नहीं लगे। अक्सर ऐसा ही होता है। करने वाले के पास पैसा नहीं होता और पैसे वाले कर नहीं पाते। वे होम्योपैथी व नेचरोपेथी की प्रेक्टिस भी करते हैं। उनका कहना था कि उनके पास प्रतिदिन ऐसे मरीज व अन्य लोग आते हैं, जो 2 किलो वजन कम करने के लिए गोवा जैसी दूरपार की व महंगी जगह जाकर चार लाख तक खर्च करते हैं। तो वे कहते हैं कि वे उनके नजदीक में ही और उससे बहुत कम समय व पैसे में चार किलो वजन कम कर सकते हैं। पर वही बात है न कि लोगों को शतप्रतिशत कुदरती भी पसंद नहीं आता, आकर्षण पैदा करने के लिए कुछ न कुछ कृत्रिम निर्माण तो करना ही पड़ता है। आजकल लोगों में प्रकृति के बीच रहने की जबरदस्त भूख है, क्योंकि हर जगह कृत्रिमता की अंधाधुंध भरमार है। बस उस भूख को शान्त करने के लिए ढंग से परोसने वालों की कमी है। फिर भी मन के घोड़ों को तो उड़ा ही सकते हैं। सबसे बड़ी समस्या है, दिन पर दिन पर्यटकों में शिष्टाचार व अनुशासन का घटता ग्राफ, असामाजिक तत्त्वों का डर अलग से लगा रहता है। वैसे तो उन्हें सही ढंग से गाइड व सर्व करने वाले पर्यटन संबंधी निपुण कर्मचारियों की भी कमी है। पहाड़ों के कुदरती जंगलों की जगह कंक्रीट के जंगल लेते जा रहे हैं। बढ़ती आबादी पर कम व अपर्याप्त नियंत्रण लगता दिख रहा है। मुझे तो कंक्रीट की विशाल, भव्य खूबसूरत हवेली छोड़कर एक छोटे से, शान्त क्षेत्र में बने, पुराने और जीर्णशीर्ण से, कुदरती हवापानी और धूप को अंदर प्रविष्ट कराने वाले और प्यारे हानिरहित सूक्ष्म जंतुओं जैसे चींटी, छिपकली, कोकरोच, लकड़ी और मिट्टी खाने वाले कीड़ों आदि का सामना करवाने वाले मकान में ही अपनी तांत्रिक योगसाधना सफल होते हुए दिखी। ध्यानस्थ शिव के चारों ओर भी तो सांप बिच्छू रहते हैं। हालांकि यह हम इंसानों के मामले में घातक चरम स्थिति है। बेशक मेरे पुराने घर में भी दो या तीन बार चमगादड़ और चूहे घुसे। चमगादड़ को बड़ी मुश्किल से खिड़की से भगाया क्योंकि उन्हें दिखता नहीं। फिर दीवारों के छेदों, दरारों आदि को लिफाफों आदि की पैकिंग से बंद किया, क्योंकि वे छोटी सी खाली जगह से भी घुस जाते हैं। इसी तरह चूहों को भी सांप के डर से मार भगाना पड़ा। उसकी छत आरसीसी की नहीं थी, बल्कि आरसीसी की पतली कड़ियां अंतरालों पर बिछी हुई थी। अंतरालों के बीच की खाली जगह पर टाइलें लगी थीं, जो दोनों साइड की कड़ियों पर टिकी हुई थीं। टाइलों के उपर चिकनी जैसी मिट्टी की खूब मोटी परत थी। मिट्टी के ऊपर फिर टाइलें आपस में जोड़ के लगी थीं, ताकि बारिश का पानी अंदर न घुसे। थोड़े बहुत रिसाव को तो मिट्टी शोषित कर के बाहर उड़ा देती होगी। इससे छत धूप से ज्यादा तपता भी नहीं था, और ठंड में ज्यादा ठंडा भी नहीं होता था। देखो, बातें आगे से आगे खुलती हैं। अंधेरे जैसी परिस्थितियां मूलाधार की प्रतीक हैं। ऐसे माहौल के प्रभाव से शक्ति आसानी से सहस्रार को चढ़ती है, बशर्ते अगर समुचित साधना की जाए। इसीलिए शिव श्मशान में रहते हैं। शायद यह उसी भव्यता के सूक्ष्म व अप्रत्यक्ष बल से ही बाद में हुआ, क्योंकि रात के बाद ही दिन अच्छा लगता है। वैसे भी भवन, गाड़ी आदि पर सामर्थ्य से ज्यादा खर्च करने पर या उन्हें बेवजह विस्तार देने से आदमी उनकी चिंता में, रखरखाव में उलझा रहता है, जिससे योगसाधना को पर्याप्त समय व प्राणशक्ति नहीं दे पाता। सोचो, एक औसत भव्य मकान कम से कम पचास लाख रुपए में बनता है। इतने पैसे पेंशन स्कीम में डालकर पचास हजार की पेंशन हर महीने बनती है, पूरी उम्र के लिए, और मूलधन पचास लाख वैसा ही सुरक्षित खड़ा रहता है। सारी उम्र कमाई की चिन्ता करने की जरूरत नहीं। आराम से झोंपड़ीनुमा पर्यावरणमित्र व स्वास्थ्यमित्र मकान में रहते हुए आनंदमय जीवन के साथ योगसाधना करते रहो और गिटार बजाते रहो। गिटार बजाना भी एक उच्चकोटि की साधना है, साक्षीभाव साधना है। कई लोग बैंक से लोन लेते हैं, तो किश्तें चुकाते चुकाते वह मकान दुगुनी मतलब एक करोड़ के लगभग की कीमत में पड़ जाता है। कई चतुर लोग ब्याज से बचने के लिए रिश्तेदारों या मित्रों से पैसा उधार ले लेते हैं। भोलेभाले लोग उनको उधार दे भी देते हैं, पर उनसे ब्याज तो छोड़ो, मूलधन की उगाही भी नहीं कर पाते। उससे फिर रिश्ते और दोस्ती में दरार पड़ जाती है। कई लोग तो अपने बच्चों को भी उधार की चक्की में पिसवा देते हैं। बेफजूल के मकान का शौक बहुत महंगा पड़ता है। भव्यता से अहंकार भी बढ़ता है, और उसके नष्ट होने से वह भी नष्ट हो जाता है। वैसे भी पुराना और कच्चा कंक्रीट फिर भी जीवित और कुछ सांस लेता लगता है, पक्के और नए कंक्रीट में तो दम सा घुटता लगता है। असली जान तो मिट्टी वाले घर में होती है, इसीलिए आजकल मडहाउस की तरफ़ लोगों का क्रेज बढ़ रहा है। यह भूकंपरोधी भी होता है। आजकल कई लोग पिलरस और लेंटर को आरसीसी का भूकंपरोधी जाल की तरह बना कर दीवारें कूटी हुई मिट्टी की और खूब चौड़ी रख रहे हैं, और लेंटर या लोहे की चद्दर की छत के नीचे लकड़ी के फट्टों की सीलिंग लगा रहे हैं। इससे मजबूती और कुदरतीपने का दोहरा फायदा मिल रहा है। अंदर फर्श पर और दो या तीन फुट की धरातल की दीवार पर कुदरती लगने वाली, चौड़ी और सांस लेने वाली टाइलें भी लगाई जा सकती हैं। कमरों के बीच पार्टिशन ईंट की बजाय मिट्टी की पतली या मोटी दीवार जगह के अनुसार या लकड़ी की भी दी जा सकती है। रसोई और वाशरूम कम टॉयलेट भी इसी तरह मिट्टी के प्राकृतिक रखे जा सकते हैं, बशर्ते फर्श पर और कुछ हाईट तक वर्किंग दीवार और शेल्फ पर टाइलें फिक्स की जाएं। मैं इस तरह की अंग्रजों के समय की बनी आलीशान व पूरी तरह से कुदरती, मिट्टी पत्थर से बनी, सीलिंग तक लगभग बीस फीट ऊंचाई वाली पर्यावरण मित्र कोठी मतलब बंगले में कई सालों तक सुकून से रहा हूं, देखने में लगभग ऐसी ही जैसी इस पोस्ट की हेडर इमेज में दिखाई गई है। बेशक उसमें टाइलें वगैरह बाद में जोड़ी गई हों। उसकी लकड़ी के फट्टों के ऊपर लोहे की चद्दर की छत थी। बोलते हैं कि वह भी उसी पुराने जमाने की है, नई नहीं डाली है। मिट्टी की दीवारों पर बिजली की फिटिंग भी नायाब थी। ऐसा लगता था कि वे नीचे गिर सकती है, पर हमने उसपे झूलना थोड़े ही है। जिस घर की दीवारें भी सांस लेती हों, उसमें प्राणायाम योग आदि करने का मन तो खुद ही करेगा। मिट्टी भी लचीली होती है, और योग में भी लचीलापन होता है। मिट्टी में धरती की आधारशक्ति होती है। यह मूलाधार चक्र का काम करते हुए आदमी को संतुलित व नियंत्रित व व्यवहारिक बनाए रखती है। भूकंप का खतरा तो हर पल बना ही रहता है। आज फिर से भूकंप के हल्के झटके महसूस हुए। लम्बे अरसे से ये झटके लगातार आ रहे हैं, जो किसी अनहोनी की ओर इशारा भी हो सकते हैं। परमात्मा से करबद्ध प्रार्थना है कि ऐसा न हो, अगर वे चाहें तो बेशक धरती की अतिरिक्त व विनाशकारी ऊर्जा छोटेछोटे झटकों से ही खत्म हो जाए। यह पता नहीं लोग भूकंप को बहुत ज्यादा नजरंदाज क्यों करते हैं। वे ऐसा क्यों मान लेते हैं कि उनके होते हुए भूकंप आ ही नहीं सकता। वे गृहनिर्माण के समय हर चीज का ध्यान रखते हैं पर भूकंप का नहीं। शायद भूकंप की बात करने वाले को सभी मूर्ख और डरपोक समझते हैं। शायद यह ऐसे ही है, जैसे मृत्यु सत्य है, पर उसके बारे में कोई बात नहीं करना चाहता। इसकी एक वजह मुझे यह भी लगती है कि आजकल लोग पहले से ही दुनिया में बहुत दुखी और परेशान जैसे हैं, शायद वे भूकंप को अवचेतन मन में मतलब अनजाने में ही सभी समस्याओं का हल समझ लेते हों, पर व्यवहार में उसे नजरंदाज करने का रूप दे देते हों। घर के गुणों का प्रभाव उसमें रहने वाले आदमी पर जरूर पड़ता है। मुझे जितना पक्का और मजबूत मकान दिखता है, उसमें रहने वाले लोगों का अहंकार भी मुझे उतना ही पक्का और मजबूत दिखता है। मिट्टी लचीली और जमीन से जुड़ी होती है, इसीलिए उसमें रहने वाले लोगों का अहंकार कच्चा और लचीला होता है, और वे जमीन से जुड़े हुए, मनमौजी और साधारण सभ्य इंसान प्रतीत होते हैं मुझे। इसका मतलब है कि आजकल के आदमी के पतन में आधुनिक मकानों का भी बहुत बड़ा योगदान है। ये वातावरण को बहुत ज्यादा प्रदूषित करते हैं। माना जा रहा है कि ग्रीनहाउस गैसों के उत्सर्जन में सीमेंट मुख्य भूमिका निभाता है। वास्तव में सीमेंट बहुत कच्चा होता है। इसे सरिए आदि के मिश्रण से ही ताकत मिलती है। बड़ी इमारतों व शहरों के लिए या बड़े पुलों, फ्लाईओवरों, पुलों, बांधों और अन्य जल भंडारण संरचनाओं के लिए माना कि सिमेंटिड स्ट्रक्चर जरूरी भी है, पर गांव देहात या विरली अबादी वाले स्थानों के आम घरों के लिए इसकी क्या जरूरत है, क्योंकि वहां ज्यादा मजबूती की जरूरत नहीं। वहां ये भेड़चाल या फैशन सिंबल की तरह अपनाया जा रहा है। इसमें बिजली पानी की भी ज्यादा खपत होती है। स्विट्जरलैंड में जब पहली बार इसका प्रयोग बहुत बड़े डैम बनाने में हुआ, तो इसे राष्ट्रीय गर्व मान लिया गया, और इसे अजर अमर समझ लिया गया। पर बाद मैं पता चला कि कंक्रीट की अधिकतम उम्र सिर्फ सौ साल है। जहां पर जमीन की उपलब्धता में कोई बाधा नहीं है, वहां एकमंजिला मकान काफी होता है। वह सुंदर भी लगता है, और जमीन से भी जुड़ा होता है। मुझे लगता है कि पहाड़ों में एक से ज्यादा मंजिल उंचाई का भवन बनाने से देवता का अपमान होता है, क्योंकि ऊंचे पहाड़ देवता का रूप होते हैं। वैसे भी वहां पर पेड़ पौधे और अन्य प्राकृतिक नजारे ऊंचे अर्थात मुख्यरूप से दिखने चाहिए, भवन आदि मानवनिर्मित कृत्रिम संरचनाएं नहीं। वास्तुशास्त्र का एक सिद्धांत भी खुद ही मेरे अनुभव में आया है, मैंने कहीं पढ़ा नहीं है। खुले व हवादार जैसे स्थान में ऐसा चौराहा जहां आमने सामने के रास्ते लगभग बराबर जैसी रचनाओं को धारण करते हैं, वहां कुंडलिनी क्रियाशील होने लगती है। दरअसल ऐसा चौराहा स्वस्तिक जैसा चिह्न बनाता है।

Kundalini help is sought out even by gods to succeed

Well, continuing with the previous post, that is why the branch of Tantra in Buddhism is named Vajrayana. That is why the name Premyogi Vajra has also been given. Basically, there is Premyoga in his practice, but Tantra also has a good contribution in it. The deities fought with Vritrasura for a long time. But they could not defeat him. In the end, accepting defeat, they left their weapons near Dadhichi Muni’s hermitage and ran away. It means that the gods put many organs like hands, feet, eyes, ears, brain etc. in the man’s body to avoid the thoughts of sorrows. Earlier man was a unicellular organism like a virus. It was a state full of sorrow. To remove that sorrow, the gods developed that primary creature for many ages. In the end, the human body became existant. Where did the sorrows end even after so much hard work? On the contrary, it started growing. Today, the more progress science is making, the more tampering with nature is increasing, due to which the devastation of life and property is also increasing. Natural disasters are increasing. Crimes like murder, robbery etc. are increasing. The main five defects of the mind, lust, anger, greed, attachment, pride, jealousy and the innumerable mental disorders arising from them such as depression, loneliness, violence, selfishness etc. are on the rise. Means Vritrasur attacked him in the form of a mountain of sorrows as ego. The gods were forced to raise their hands. Dadhichi Muni here called is the soul. Near his hermitage, the gods left their weapons, meaning they created all the parts of the body, because the body is closest to the soul. The gods accepted defeat, meaning that the supreme sorrow or enemy of the mind in the form of ego could never be destroyed by the power of senses and organs, it was completely proved, minor physical and mental sorrows would have definitely gone away. This supreme sorrow was the demon Vritrasur. Due to the boon of Shiva, the bones of Dadhichi Muni had become like a thunderbolt. It means that due to Shiva provided Yoga, there was so much elasticity and liveliness in the bones, especially in the spinal cord, that the Kundalini energy could easily flow in it. Just see the lightning. It breaks even the hard rock, and along with it electricity also flows in it. Similarly, the movement of the luminous energy line in the sushumna nadi of the spinal cord is like a lightning strike, and the destruction of the ego by it is like the breaking of a rock. Ego is the hardest thing in the world, which is the most difficult to break.
It is said that sage Dadhichi also had a wife named Suvarcha. When the deities went to Brahma seeking help, it was he who advised them to ask for the bones from Dadhichi. Suvarcha was in the inner chamber, and the deities demanded his bones from Dadhichi, who was sitting in the outer chamber. Dadhichi left the body after applying Yogasamadhi and he merged into Brahman. When Suvarcha found out she became very angry, and cursed the gods. Suvarcha was pregnant at that time. With the semen power of the sage, she got a son as great as another Shiva. His name was Pippalad. Brahma is the original creator of the universe. He knows that the gods may exert as much force as they like, but they cannot remove spiritual ignorance. He also knew that when the Kundalini is awakened by the energy flow in the Sushumna located in the spine of the Yogi, it can be destroyed. With awakening, not only will ignorance disappear, the ego will also vanish. Ego is the form of man’s own ordinary worldly experience. When there is no ego, then how can a human being exist. It is said that Dadhichi Muni himself left his body and went away. Actually the ego has already ended before awakening. Only then there is an experience of awakening. How can one experience awakening if there is even an iota of ego, because both are diametrically opposite to each other. When the yogi’s ego is destroyed by tantric yoga practice, then only the real awakening begins. Due to the elimination of ego, the worldly garbage in the mind of the yogi also remains to a minimum, due to which sufficient nervine power is available for the awakening of the Kundalini. Suvarcha, the wife of Rishi Dadhichi, is actually Buddhi or intellect. The destruction of the ego leads to the transformation of man. Through this, old thoughts and memories become destroyed like a roasted seed. but that luminous intelligence or good sense remains, which puts one on a good path. Old experiences are also remembered. The Sanskrit word varchas means shining. She cursed the gods, which means that the body does not act arbitrarily under the control of the gods, but behaves rationally under the guidance of good sense. After the transformation of a man, his new, awakened and godlike state comes, he is called son Pippalad. That state has a tantric nature like Rudra i.e. Shiva, that is why he is called Rudravatar.

कुंडलिनी की सहायता के बिना देवता भी कामयाब नहीं हो पाते

पिछली पोस्ट को जारी रखते हुए, बुद्धिस्म में तंत्र वाली शाखा को वज्रयान नाम इसीलिए दिया गया है। प्रेमयोगी वज्र नाम भी इसीलिए पड़ा है। उसकी साधना में मूलरूप में तो प्रेमयोग ही है, पर उसमें तंत्र का भी अच्छा योगदान है। देवताओं ने वृत्रासुर के साथ लंबे अरसे तक युद्ध किया था। परंतु वे उसे हरा न सके थे। अंत में वे हार मानते हुए अपने अस्त्रशस्त्र दधिचि मुनि के आश्रम के निकट छोड़कर भाग गए। इसका मतलब है कि देवताओं ने दुखों के विचारों से बचने के लिए आदमी के शरीर में हाथपैर, आंखें, कान, मस्तिष्क आदि अनेकों अंग लगाए। पहले आदमी कीटाणुविषाणु की तरह एककोशिकीय जीव होता था। वह तो दुःख से भरी अवस्था ही थी। उस दुःख को दूर करने के लिए देवताओं ने कई युगों तक उस प्राथमिक जीव का विकास किया। अंत में मनुष्य शरीर बना। इतनी मेहनत के बाद भी दुखों का अंत कहां हुआ। उल्टा वह बढ़ने ही लगा। आज विज्ञान जितनी ज्यादा तरक्की कर रहा है, प्रकृति से उतनी ही ज्यादा छेड़छाड़ बढ़ रही है, जिससे जानमाल की तबाहियां भी बढ़ रही हैं। प्राकृतिक आपदाएं बढ़ रही हैं। हत्या, लूटपाट आदि अपराध बढ़ रहे हैं। मन के मुख्य पांच दोष काम, क्रोध, लोभ, मोह, मद, मत्सर और उनसे पैदा होने वाले अनगिनत मानसिक विकार जैसे कि अवसाद, अकेलापन, हिंसा, स्वार्थभाव आदि बढ़ ही रहे हैं। मतलब दुखों के पहाड़ के रूप में वृत्रासुर का ही हमला हो गया। मजबूरन देवताओं ने हाथ खड़े कर दिए। दधिचि मुनि यहां आत्मा को कहा गया है। उसके आश्रम के निकट देवताओं ने हथियार छोड़ दिए, मतलब उन्होंने शरीर के सभी अंग निर्मित कर दिए, क्योंकि शरीर ही आत्मा के सबसे निकट है। देवताओं ने हार मान ली, मतलब इंद्रियों व अंगों के बल से चित्त का अहंकाररूपी परम दुख या शत्रु कभी नष्ट नहीं हो सकता था, यह पूरी तरह से सिद्ध हो गया था, छोटेमोटे शारीरिक व मानसिक दुख बेशक दूर हो जाते। यह परम दुख ही वृत्रासुर राक्षस था। शिव के वरदान से ही दधीचि मुनि की अस्थियां वज्रतुल्य बनी थीं। मतलब कि शिवप्रदत्त योग से हड्डियों में, विशेषकर रीढ़ की हड्डी में इतनी लोच व जीवंतता थी कि उसमें कुंडलिनी ऊर्जा आसानी से प्रवाहित हो सकती थी। वज्रपात बिजली गिरने को कहते हैं। उससे कठोर चट्टान भी टूट जाती है, और साथ में उसमें बिजली भी प्रवाहित होती है। इसी तरह रीढ़ की हड्डी की सुषुम्ना नाड़ी में प्रकाशमान ऊर्जारेखा का दौड़ना ही बिजली गिरने के समान है, और उससे अहंकार का नष्ट होना ही चट्टान के टूटने जैसा है। अहंकार ही दुनिया की सबसे कठोर वस्तु है, जिसे तोड़ना सबसे कठिन है।
कहते हैं कि ऋषि दधिचि की सुवर्चा नाम की एक पत्नी भी थी। जब देवता ब्रह्मा के पास सहायता मांगने गए थे, तब उन्होंने ही उन्हें दधीचि से अस्थियां मांगने की सलाह दी थी। सुवर्चा अंदर वाले कक्ष में थी, और देवता बाहर वाले कक्ष में बैठे दधीचि से उनकी हड्डियां मांग के ले गए। दधीचि ने योगसमाधि लगा कर शरीर छोड़ दिया और वे ब्रह्म में विलीन हो गए। जब सुवर्चा को पता चला तो वह बहुत क्रोधित हुई, और उसने देवताओं को श्राप दिया। उस समय सुवर्चा गर्भवती थी। ऋषि की वीर्यशक्ति से उसे दूसरे शिव के समान महान पुत्र प्राप्त हुआ। उसका नाम पिप्पलाद था। सृष्टि के मूल निर्माता तो ब्रह्मा ही हैं। उन्हें पता है कि देवता जितना मर्जी जोर लगा लें, पर वे आध्यात्मिक अज्ञान को नहीं मिटा सकते। यह भी उन्हें पता था कि योगी के मेरुदंड में स्थित सुषुम्ना में ऊर्जाप्रवाह से जब कुंडलिनी जागरण होगा, उसी से वह मर सकता है। जागृति से अज्ञान तो मिटेगा ही, अहंकार भी मिटेगा। अहंकार ही मनुष्य का अपना साधारण या लौकिक अनुभव वाला रूप होता है। जब अहंकार ही नहीं, तब मनुष्य का अस्तित्व भी कैसे रह सकता है। इसी को ऐसा कहा है कि दधीचि मुनि खुद शरीर छोड़कर चले गए। दरअसल अहंकार तो जागृति से पहले ही खत्म हो चुका होता है। तभी तो जागृति का अनुभव होता है। जरा भी अहंकार रहने से जागृति का अनुभव कैसे हो सकता है, क्योंकि दोनों एकदूसरे के बिल्कुल विपरीत हैं। तांत्रिक योगसाधना से जब योगी का अहंकार नष्टप्राय हो जाता है, तभी जागृति की असली शुरुआत होती है। अहंकार खत्म होने से योगी के मस्तिष्क में सांसारिक कचरा भी कम से कम रहता है, जिससे कुंडलिनी को जागृत होने के लिए पर्याप्त नाड़ी शक्ति उपलब्ध हो जाती है। ऋषि दधीचि की पत्नि जो सुवर्चा है, वह दरअसल बुद्धि है। अहंकार के नष्ट हो जाने से आदमी का रूपांतरण जैसा हो जाता है। रूपांतरण से पुराने विचार और स्मरण भुने बीज की तरह नष्टप्राय जैसे हो जाते हैं। पर वह प्रकाशमान बुद्धि या सद्बुद्धि बनी रहती है, जो अच्छे रास्ते पर लगाती है। पुराने अनुभव भी याद रहते ही हैं। संस्कृत शब्द वर्चस का अर्थ प्रकाशमान होता है। उसने देवताओं को श्राप दिया, मतलब तब शरीर देवताओं के अधीन रहकर मनमाना आचरण नहीं करता, बल्कि सद्बुद्धि के दिशानिर्देशन में रहकर युक्तियुक्त व्यवहार ही करता है। आदमी के रूपांतरण के बाद जो उसकी नई, जागृत व देवतुल्य अवस्था आती है, उसे ही पुत्र पिप्पलाद कहा गया है। वह रुद्र अर्थात शिव की तरह तंत्रात्मक अवस्था होती है, इसीलिए उसे रुद्रावतार कहा गया है।

Kundalini Shakti kills the demon Vritrasur by becoming Indra-Vajra

Friends, in the previous post we have seen how the worldly intelligence in the form of Shukracharya wants to deprive the soul as King Bali from awakening. Very beautiful story. One such yoga-mystical story of Vritrasura killing comes in the Puranas. The gods made a thunderbolt from the bones of Dadhichi Rishi to kill the demon Vritrasura. The word Vritra seems to be derived from the word Vritti. It means the thoughts of the mind. There are thoughts in the mind or chitta. Chitta means the collection of thoughts that happened physically earlier, and are now stored in memory. That’s why remembering is also called coming to mind or coming Cheta. Only Kundalini awakening can weaken or paralyze them. It seems that Kundalini awakening can be achieved only when Sushumna located in the spinal cord is activated, otherwise not. Vritrasura died due to thunderbolt, which means Kundalini was awakened only because of the awakening of Sushumna in the spinal cord. It is said that along with the thunderbolt, Vishwakarma also made an arrow. The shape of Vajra has been called Dandavat or cylindrical. The spinal cord is also a bit cylindrical. The name of the arrow is Brahmashir, meaning it goes up to Brahmarandhra, which is at the top of the head that’s the opening of sahasrar chakra. This arrow is the Sushumna Nadi. Vishwakarma had made many other weapons from the bones of Dadhichi Rishi. Meaning that Yogasanas are possible only with the help of bones. Different joints of bones help us to perform different postures. Then energy is transmitted in the body through those asanas, which helps in awakening the power. That Vritrasura used to trouble all the gods. This means that the body’s metabolism gets disturbed due to restlessness of the mind, and various diseases enter it. The body is made of gods only. The literal meaning of Vishwakarma is, the doer of all the work of the world, means the creator of the world. The whole world resides in the body only. It is said in the story that the Vajra and the arrow named Brahmashir were made from the bones of the spine. It is also said that Indra called Surbhi cow and made her lick the bones and then ordered Vishwakarma to make vajra from them. Indra, enhanced by the effulgence of Lord Shiva, picked up that thunderbolt and ran furiously at Vritrasura, as if Rudra was running towards Yama. After this, that Indra, being well prepared, quickly cut off Vritrasura’s head like a mountain peak with that thunderbolt. This is figurative language. With the glory of Shiva, it means with the help of Tantra, because Shiva is the originator of Tantra. This is the description of the energetic state of Kundalini awakening. Because the thoughts of the mind are born in the head, that is why it is said to behead Vritrasura. This story continues in the next post as well.

When all the gods work together, it is said that Indra did that work, because Indra is the king of the gods. Kundalini Yoga is accomplished only by the combined efforts of all the parts of the body, that is, all the deities. That is why it is said that Indra killed Vritrasura. I think khechari mudra is said as licking by surabhi cow, in which the opposite surface of tongue is touched with the soft palate. Because the head is directly connected with the spinal cord, hence it is a part of Vajra. Due to this the energy circulates easily in the channel loop. After that Vajra manufacturing starts, that means energy starts running in the spinal cord.

Vishwakarma made it, means it is made automatically by scientific principle, no man makes it. All you have to do is create favorable conditions for being itself. The world is also created by itself. The name of Vishwakarma has been given to decorate this very being.

कुंडलिनी शक्ति ही राक्षस वृत्रासुर को इंद्र-वज्र बन कर मारती है

मित्रो, पिछली पोस्ट में हमने देखा कि कैसे शुक्राचार्य के रूप में सांसारिक बुद्धि बलि के रूप में बने जीवात्मा को जागृति से वंचित रखना चाहती है। बहुत सुंदर कथा है। ऐसी ही एक योगरहस्यात्मक कथा वृत्रासुर वध की पुराणों में आती है। देवताओं ने दैत्य वृत्रासुर को मारने के लिए दधीचि ऋषि की अस्थियों से वज्र बनाया था। वृत्र शब्द वृत्ति शब्द से बना लगता है। इसका मतलब है मन के संकल्प। चित्त में वृत्ति होती है। चित्त मतलब उन विचारों का संग्रह जो पहले कभी आए थे, और अब याददाश्त में जमा हैं। इसीलिए याद आने को चेता आना भी कहते हैं। उनको कुंडलिनी जागरण ही क्षीण या पंगु कर सकता है। ऐसा लगता है कि कुंडलिनी जागरण मेरुदंड में स्थित सुषुम्ना के क्रियाशील होने से ही मिल सकता है, अन्यथा नहीं। वृत्रासुर वज्र प्रहार से मरा, मतलब मेरुदंड में सुषुम्ना के जागने से ही कुण्डलिनी जागरण हुआ। उसको ऐसे कहा गया है कि वज्र के साथ विश्वकर्मा ने एक बाण भी बनाया। वज्र का आकार दंडवत कहा गया है। रीढ़ की हड्डी भी दंडवत ही होती है। तीर का नाम ब्रह्मशिर है, मतलब वह ब्रह्मरंध्र तक जाता है, जो सिर के सिरे मतलब शिखर पर है। यह तीर सुषुम्ना नाड़ी ही है। दधिचि ऋषि की हड्डियों से विश्वकर्मा ने और भी बहुत से अस्त्र बनाए थे। मतलब कि योगासन हड्डियों की सहायता से ही संभव हो पाते हैं। हड्डियों के विभिन्न जोड़ ही हमें विभिन्न आसन लगाने में मदद करते हैं। फिर उन आसनों से शरीर में उर्जा संचरण होता है, जो शक्ति को जगाने में मदद करता है। वह वृत्रासुर सभी देवताओं को परेशान करता था। इसका मतलब है कि मन की चंचलता व बेचैनी से शरीर का चयापचय गड़बड़ा जाता है, और उसमें विभिन्न रोग घर कर जाते हैं। शरीर देवताओं से ही तो बना है। विश्वकर्मा का शाब्दिक अर्थ होता है, विश्व के सभी कार्य करने वाला, मतलब विश्व को बनाने वाला। सारा विश्व शरीर में ही तो बसा हुआ है। कथा में कहा गया है कि रीढ़ की हड्डियों से वज्र और ब्रह्मशिर नाम का तीर बनाया। यह भी कहा गया है कि इंद्र ने सुरभि को बुलाकर उससे अस्थियों को चटवाया और फिर विश्वकर्मा को उनसे वज्र के निर्माण की आज्ञा प्रदान की। शिवजी के तेज से वृद्धि को प्राप्त इंद्र उस वज्र को उठाकर बड़े वेग से वृत्रासुर पर क्रोध करके इस प्रकार दौड़े, मानो रुद्र यम की तरफ़ दौड़ रहे हों। इसके बाद उन इंद्र ने भलीभांति सन्नद्ध होकर शीघ्रता से उस वज्र के द्वारा उत्साहपूर्वक पर्वतशिखर के समान वृत्रासुर का सिर काट दिया। यह अलंकारिक भाषाशैली है। शिवजी के तेज से, मतलब तंत्र की सहायता से, क्योंकि शिव ही तंत्र के आदिप्रवर्तक हैं। यह कुंडलिनी जागरण की ऊर्जावान अवस्था का ही वर्णन है। क्योंकि चित्तवृत्तियां सिर में ही पैदा होती हैं, इसीलिए वृत्रासुर का सिर काटने की बात कही है। यह कथा अगली पोस्ट में भी जारी है।

जब सभी देवता मिलजुल कर काम करते हैं, तो ऐसा कहा जाता है कि इंद्र ने वह काम किया, क्योंकि इंद्र ही देवताओँ का राजा है। कुंडलिनी योग शरीर के सभी अंगों मतलब सभी देवताओं के मिलेजुले प्रयास से ही संपन्न होता है। इसीलिए कहा है कि इंद्र ने वृत्रासुर को मारा। मुझे लगता है कि सुरभि गाय के द्वारा चटाना खेचरी मुद्रा को कहा गया है, जिसमें उल्टी जीभ नरम तालु के साथ छुआई जाती है। क्योंकि सिर रीढ़ की हड्डी के साथ सीधा जुड़ा है, इसलिए वज्र का ही हिस्सा है। इससे ही ऊर्जा नाड़ी लूप में आसानी से घूमती है। उसके बाद वज्रनिर्माण शुरु होता है, मतलब रीढ़ की हड्डी में उर्जा के दौड़ने का आभास होने लगता है।

विश्वकर्मा ने बनाया, मतलब वह निर्माण वैज्ञानिक सिद्धांत से अपने आप होता है, उसे कोई आदमी नहीं बनाता। बस, अपनेआप होने के लिए अनुकूल परिस्थितियां तैयार करनी पड़ती हैं। विश्व भी अपनेआप ही बनता है। इसी अपनेआप होने को सजाने के लिए विश्वकर्मा का नाम दिया गया है।

कुंडलिनी वामन भगवान बनके शुक्राचार्य की द्वैतरूपी आंख फोड़ती है

दोस्तों, पिछली पोस्ट को जारी रखते हुए, वह बलिरूपी अहंकार वामन को मजबूरन आने देता है, और उसे अंदेशा भी हो जाता है कि वह कुंडलिनी जागरण के बाद बच नहीं सकता। वैसे महिमा ऐसे गाई गई है कि राजा बलि सबसे बड़ा दानवीर था, जिसने अपना भावी नाश जानते हुए भी वामन को तीन पग जमीन दान में दी। हरेक जीव राजा बलि की तरह परम दानवीर होता है। वह यह जानकर कि कुंडलिनी योग से उसका अहंकार नष्ट हो जाएगा, उसका असीमित भौतिक संसार नष्ट हो जाएगा, फिर भी वह कभी न कभी जरूर कुंडलिनी साधना करता है। जब आदमी राजा बलि की तरह अच्छे कर्मों में लगा होता है, तब कभी न कभी भगवान विष्णु उसका भला करने एक ध्यानचित्र के रूप में उसके पास आते हैं। वे मित्र, प्रेमी, गुरु या देवता किसी भी रूप में हो सकते हैं। गुरु को भी तो भगवान का ही रूप समझा जाता है। वैसे भी हर किसी के लिए अपना प्रेमी भगवान ही होता है। उदाहरण के लिए मान लो कि किसी पुरुष की जिंदगी में एक स्त्री का प्रवेश होता है। पुरुष के बीसों कारोबार होते हैं, और सैंकड़ों रिश्ते। उनके कारण उसके मन में अनगिनत विचारचित्र बने होते हैं। इसलिए वह उस स्त्री को हल्के में ले लेता है, और सोचता है कि उसके विस्तृत भौतिक संसार के सामने एक स्त्री कुछ भी नहीं है। वह उसे अपने मन में जगह बनाने देता है, मतलब वह उससे जुड़े भाव या सत्त्वगुणरूपी पहले कदम, गति या रजोगुणरूपी दूसरे कदम, और अंधकार या तमोगुणरूपी तीसरे कदम को अपने मनरूपी साम्राज्य में पड़ने देता है। पर धीरेधीरे उसका उसके प्रति प्यार बढ़ता रहता है, और समय के साथ वह उसके मन में ज्यादा से ज्यादा जगह घेरती रहती है। आखिर में वह उसके पूरे साम्राज्य में फैल जाती है, और फिर जागृत होकर आदमी के राजाबलिरूपी अहंकार को खत्म ही कर देती है। कुंडलिनी योग में भी ऐसा ही होता है। इसका मतलब है कि योग और प्रेम के बीच में तत्त्वतः कोई अंतर नहीं है। राजा बलि भी बहुत बड़ा यज्ञ मतलब अच्छा काम ही कर रहा था। आदमी को पता चल जाता है कि वह ध्यानचित्र के चक्कर में पड़कर बावला प्रेमी या योगी या प्रेमयोगी या प्रेमरोगी बन जाएगा, फिर भी वह उसे अपनाता है, और आगे बढ़ाता है। उसने कुण्डलिनी जागरण के माध्यम से एक कदम से मतलब सत्वगुण से सारा स्वर्ग कब्जे में कर लिया। स्वर्ग सतोगुण प्रधान होता है। क्योंकि कुंडलिनी जागरण के समय तीनों गुण अनंत हो जाते हैं, इसीलिए कहा गया है कि कुंडलिनी या वामन से तीनों लोक पूरी तरह से व्याप्त हो गए मतलब भर गए। दूसरे कदम मतलब रजोगुण से कुण्डलिनी चित्र पूरी धरती में फैल गया, क्योंकि धरती रजोगुणप्रधान है। तमोगुणरूपी तीसरे कदम से अहंकार व उससे जुड़े कर्मविचार मूलाधार के अँधेरे अवचेतन अर्थात पाताल में चले जाते हैं। क्योंकि तमोगुण किसी को मारकर या नष्ट करके ही बनता है, इसलिए वह अहंकार और उससे पोषित मानसिक सृष्टि को नष्ट करने से बनता है। पाताल लोक के द्वारपाल के रूप में भगवान विष्णु के स्थित हो जाने का मतलब है कि ध्यानचित्र कुंडलिनीयोग के माध्यम से उन राक्षसों को अर्थात अवचेतन में दबे विचारों को ऊपर अर्थात मस्तिष्क या स्वर्ग की तरफ जाने देकर शुद्ध करता रहता है, ताकि सब देवता ही बन जाएं। साथ में, विष्णुस्वरूप ध्यानचित्र को कुंडलिनी योग से स्वाधिष्ठान और मूलाधार चक्रों पर केंद्रित किया जाता रहता है, जिससे उनमें दबी हुई राक्षसरूपी भावनाएं उजागर होकर उसके संपर्क में आने से शुद्ध बनी रहती हैं, जिससे वे योगी को बंधन में नहीं डाल पातीं, मतलब राक्षस देवताओं को परेशान नहीं कर पाते, क्योंकि शरीर में ही सभी देवता बसे हुए हैं। वैसे भी स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र को इमोशनल बैगेज मतलब भावनाओं की गठरी कहते हैं।
यज्ञ में बलि के पुरोहित बने हुए राक्षसगुरु शुक्र आचार्य पहले बलि को बहुत समझाते हैं कि वह वामन पर भरोसा न करे क्योंकि वह तीन कदमों में ही उसका सबकुछ छीन लेंगे। पर जब बलि नहीं मानता तो शुक्राचार्य संकल्पजल गिरा रहे शंख के सुराख़ में घुस जाते हैं, पर वामन उसमें कुशा डालकर उसकी आंख फोड़ देते हैं? एक बात और, क्योंकि शंख भी जीव की पीठ पर होता है, और रीढ़ की हड्डी की तरह ही उसे सुरक्षा देता है, इससे भी पक्का हो जाता है कि सुषुम्ना नाड़ी को ही शंख कहा गया है। साथ में, शंख का आकार भी एक फन उठाए नाग या ड्रेगन के जैसा ही होता है, जिसकी समानता मेरुदंड व उसमें स्थित सुषुम्ना के साथ की जाती है। एक अनुभवी कुलपुरोहित कभी भी अपने यजमान को अध्यात्म के बीहड़ में नहीं खोने देना चाहता, बेशक उससे यजमान का फायदा ही क्यों न हो। उसे पता होता है कि अगर यजमान को सत्य का पता चल गया तो उसे ठगकर उससे यज्ञ आदि कर्मकांड के नाम पर पैसा ऐंठना आसान नहीं रहेगा। हालांकि अपनी जगह पर कर्मकाण्ड सही है और जागरण के लिए महत्त्वपूर्ण सीढ़ी है, पर मंजिल मिलने पर कौन सीढ़ी की परवाह करता है। वैसे भी वह भौतिकवादी गुरु है। शुक्राचार्य अर्थात भौतिक विज्ञानवादी व्यक्ति या गुरु द्वारा शुक्र अर्थात वीर्य को बाहर बहा कर सुषुम्ना के शक्ति प्रवाह को ब्लॉक करना ही शंख में घुसना है। वामन का उसको कुशा डंडी द्वारा खोलना ही योगी द्वारा कुण्डलिनी ध्यानचित्र के माध्यम से मूलाधार से शक्ति को ऊपर चढ़ाना है। यह मूलाधार से लेकर सहस्रार तक फैली हुई संवेदना की रेखा जैसी होती है जो रीढ़ की हड्डी में होती है। यह झाड़ू या कुशा की सींक जैसी पतली फील होती है। यही सुषुम्ना जागरण है। अगर संभोग से पहले पीठ की विशेषकर मेरुदंड की ढंग से मालिश करवा ली जाए, तो यह संवेदना रेखा आसानी से और आनंद के साथ महसूस होती है। फिर वीर्य शक्ति आसानी से ऊपर चढ़ती है, जिससे संभोग बहुत आनंदमय और आध्यात्मिक बन जाता है। यौनांगों का दबाव भी एकदम से खत्म हो जाता है। आदमी अक्सर ऐसा कुंडलिनीजनित आनंद के लालच से प्रेरित होकर करता है, इसीलिए मिथक कथा में कहा गया है कि वामन ने ऐसा किया। इससे शुक्राचार्य की आंख फूटना मतलब कुण्डलिनी के प्रभाव से  वीर्यशक्ति की द्वैत दृष्टि अर्थात दोगली नजर नष्ट होना है। जब वीर्यशक्ति द्वैत से भरे संसार की तरफ न बहकर अद्वैत से भरी आत्मा की तरफ बहेगी, तो स्वाभाविक है कि वीर्यशक्ति की दोगली नजर नष्ट होगी ही। बलि या अहंकार पाताल को चला जाता है, मतलब कुंडलिनी जागरण के बाद आदमी व्यक्त अर्थात प्रकाशमान जगत का अहंकार नहीं कर सकता क्योंकि उसने सबसे अधिक प्रकाशमान कुंडलिनी जागरण का अनुभव कर लिया है। इसलिए वह स्थूल जगत से उपरत सा होकर अपने सूक्ष्म शरीर के रूप में अव्यक्त अन्धकार सा बन जाता है। यही उसका पातालगमन है। हालांकि सूक्ष्म शरीर के धीरे-धीरे स्वच्छ होने से स्वच्छ होता रहता है। इसे ही ऐसे कहा गया है कि भगवान विष्णु उसके द्वारपाल के रूप में पहरा देते हैं।

Kundalini as Lord Vamana pierces Shukracharya’s duality-form eyes

Friends, continuing the previous post, that sacrificial ego that’s king Bali let Vamana come under compulsion, and he also gets apprehension that he may not survive after Kundalini awakening. By the way, the glory has been sung in such a way that King Bali was the biggest donor, who donated three steps of land to Vamana despite knowing his future destruction. Every living being is the supreme donor like King Bali. Knowing that his ego will be destroyed by Kundalini Yoga, his boundless material world will be destroyed, still he does Kundalini Sadhana at some point or the other. When a man is engaged in good deeds like King Bali, then sometimes Lord Vishnu comes to him in the form of a meditation picture to do good to him. He can be a friend, lover, guru or deity in any form. Guru is also considered as the form of God. Anyway, for everyone, their lover is God. For example, suppose a woman enters a man’s life. Men have tens of businesses, and hundreds of relationships. Because of them, innumerable images are formed in his mind. So he takes that woman for granted, and thinks that a woman is nothing in front of his vast material world. He allows her to take up space in his mind, that is, he allows the first step associated with it in the form of her Bhava or existence or Sattva Guna, the second step in the form of her motion or Rajo Guna, and the third step in the form of Darkness or Tamo Guna to fall into his mind-like kingdom. But gradually his love for her grows, and with time she occupies more and more space in his mind. In the end, she spreads throughout his empire, and then awakens and destroys man’s ego as king Bali. The same happens in Kundalini Yoga. This means that there is no difference in essence between yoga and love. King Bali was also doing a great Yagya, which means he was doing a good deed. A man knows that he will become a crazy yogi or crazy lover by falling in the circle of meditation, yet he adopts it and moves forward. Through the awakening, kundalini captured the entire heaven with one step, that is, with Sattvagun. Heaven is dominated by goodness. Because all the three gunas become infinite at the time of Kundalini awakening, that is why it has been said that Kundalini or Vamana has completely permeated all the three worlds. The second step means that the Kundalini picture spread in the whole earth with Rajoguna, because the earth is Rajogunapradhan. With the third step in the form of Tamoguna, the ego and its associated thoughts of karma go into the dark subconscious of the Mooladhara. Since tamoguna is created by killing or destroying someone, it is created by destroying the ego and the mental creation it feeds on. The position of Lord Vishnu as the gatekeeper of Patal Lok or pit abode means that Dhyanachitra keeps on purifying those demons i.e. thoughts buried in the subconscious by letting them go up, i.e. to the brain or heaven, so that everyone becomes gods. At the same time, Vishnuswarupa Dhyanchitra is focused on the Swadhishthana and Muladhara chakras by Kundalini Yoga, so that the demonic emotions that are suppressed in them are exposed and become pure when they comes in contact with it, so that they do not bind the yogi, that is, demons are not able to trouble the deities, because all the deities reside in the body itself. Anyway, Swadhishthan Chakra is called emotional baggage.
Shukra Acharya, the rakshasguru who became Bali’s priest in the yagya, first explains a lot to Bali that he should not trust Vamana because he will snatch everything from him in three steps. But when Bali does not agree, then Shukracharya enters the hole of the conch shell being used to pour out water as a mark of strong will power to donate, but Vaman enters kusha that’s a special grass stick in it and breaks his eye? Vaman’s opening it with the Kusha stick is the raising of the Shakti from the Muladhar with the help of the Kundalini Dhyanachitra. It is the line of sensation extending from Muladhara to Sahasrara which is in the spinal cord. It is a thin light streak felt like a broom stick or the stick of kusha grass. This is Sushumna activation or awakening. If the back, especially the spine, is massaged before sexual intercourse, then this sensation line is felt easily and with pleasure. Then the semen power easily rises up, making the sexual intercourse very blissful and spiritual. The pressure of the sexual organs also ends. Man often does this inspired by the greed for Kundalini bliss, that is why the myth says that Vamana did this. Due to this, Shukracharya’s eye bursting means due to the effect of Kundalini, the dual vision of semen power or Shukracharya is destroyed. Shukra means semen in Sanskrit. When the semen power will not flow towards the world full of duality but will flow towards the soul full of non duality, then it is natural that the duality filled vision of semen power will be destroyed. Bali or ego goes to Patala, means after Kundalini awakening man cannot express ego in the form of luminous world because he has experienced the most luminous Kundalini awakening. Therefore, being detached from the gross world, he becomes unmanifested in the form of his subtle body. Moreover, he finds himself too down in front of awakening. This down feeling is depicted as patal or submerged abode. It is like darkness. This is his hellish abode. However, due to the gradual purification of the subtle body, it continues to be purified. It is said as Lord Vishnu guards it as its gatekeeper.

दोस्तों, पिछली पोस्ट में धर्म बारे थोड़ी बात चल पड़ी थी। धर्म का शास्त्रीय मतलब है लाइफस्टाइल। जिसका लाइफस्टाइल कट्टर है, वह पिछड़ जाता है। नोकिया ने समय के साथ बदलाव नहीं किया। साथ में, यह निष्कर्ष भी निकला था कि जिन बहुत से लोगों को मनोरोगी समझकर उनके ऊपर दवाईयों से, शोषण से या सामाजिक बहिष्कार से उन्हें दबाया जाता है, वे दरअसल जागृति के रोगी होते हैं। काश कि मनोविज्ञान कुंडलिनी के लक्षणों और मनोरोग या मूर्खता के लक्षणों के बीच अंतर कर पाता। मुझे लगता है कि यह अंतर कर पाना पश्चिमी सभ्यता जैसी संस्कृति के लिए कठिन है, पर पूर्वी संस्कृति वालों को तो इसका अनुभव प्राचीन काल से ही है। खैर, आपने देखा होगा, हाल ही की पिछली एक पोस्ट में शेर कैसे योगी बना था। वैसे तो सिंघासन नाम का एक योगासन भी होता है। वैसे भी कुंडलिनी योगी को अजगर या ड्रेगन जैसा रूप दिया गया है, जिसका मुंह भी शेर की तरह खुला हुआ है। योग सांसों का खेल है, और शेर भी सांसों की ताकत से दहाड़ता है और अपने चेहरे को खतरनाक बना लेता है। हिंदू पुराणों में इसी तरह की एक दंतकथा आती है कि वामन भगवान ने तीन पग में सारी धरती माप ली थी। दरअसल तीन कदम सत्त्व, रज और तम, तीन गुणों के प्रतीक हैं। इड़ा नाड़ी देवी अदिति है, और पिंगला नाड़ी देवी दिति है। पिंगला दुनियावी भेद बुद्धि और अहंकार को बढ़ाती है, मतलब राक्षसी द्वैत भाव, रजोगुण व तमोगुण को बढ़ाती है। पर इड़ा नाड़ी शांति, तनावरहित्य, अद्वैतभाव व सत्वगुण जैसे दैवीय भाव पैदा करती है। इसीलिए कहते हैं कि अदिति सभी देवताओं की मां है और दिति सभी राक्षसों की मां। कश्यप मुनि की ये दोनों पत्नियां थीं। कश्यप ब्रह्मा के पुत्र थे। ब्रह्मा मन ही है। क्योंकि मन ही सारे संसार को रचता है। वह कमल पर बैठता है, सहस्रार रूपी कमल पर। जब आत्मा का स्थान सहस्रार बताया जाता है, तो मन का भी यही हुआ क्योंकि दोनों आपस में जुड़े हैं, एक के बिना दूसरा नहीं। ऋषि कश्यप अवचेतन मन है, क्योंकि वह मन से ही पैदा होता है। वह मूलाधार में रहता है। क का मतलब जल होता है, और श्य शयन शब्द से बना है, मतलब जल में सोने वाला। जल वीर्य द्रव और रीढ़ की हड्डी में बहने वाले सेरेब्रोस्पाइनल फ्लूड के रूप में है, और अवचेतन मन को सोए हुए आदमी के रूप में दिखाया गया है, क्योंकि इसमें ही सभी भावनाएं दबी–सोई रहती हैं। यह अवचेतन मन मूलाधार व स्वाधिष्ठान चक्रों जैसे गहरे व अंधेरे गड्ढों जैसे स्थानों में रहता है। जब इसके जागते हुए भावों या विचारों को अद्वैत भाव अर्थात इड़ा नाड़ी का साथ मिलता है, तब वे भाव देवता बन जाते हैं, पर जब द्वैत भाव अर्थात पिंगला नाड़ी का साथ मिलता है, तब वे राक्षस बन जाते हैं। ये जागते विचार ही कश्यप और अदिति या दिति के पुत्र हैं। अदिति और दिति के रूप में क्रमशः इड़ा और पिंगला नाड़ियाँ ही उसकी दो पत्नियां हैं, क्योंकि वह इन्हीं की मदद से पुत्ररूप में जागता है, मतलब शक्तिमान होता है। मानसिक कुंडलिनी छवि ही वामन भगवान है। यह सभी विचाररूपी पुत्रों में श्रेष्ठ है, इसलिए इसे भगवान विष्णु का अवतार कहा गया है। एकदम मस्त मनोविज्ञान है। ब्रह्मा मूल मन है। वास्तव में वही किस्म किस्म की सांसारिक रचनाएं जैसे घर, बाग, सड़क, पुल आदि बनाता है। वह सीधा विचाररूपी पुत्रों को पैदा नहीं करता। वह पहले अवचेतन मनरूपी कश्यप मुनि को पैदा करता है। उसीसे विचाररूपी पुत्र बनते हैं। आपने भी देखा होगा कि अगर आप दुनिया में कुछ काम न करो तो सीधे कोई मजबूत विचार नहीं बनेंगे। काम करने से उसकी यादें अवचेतन मन में समा जाती हैं, जो बाद में शक्तिशाली विचारों के रूप में उमड़ती रहती हैं। पिंगला नाड़ी के अधिकार क्षेत्र में आने वाला बायां मस्तिष्क राक्षसराज बलि के अधिकार में है, इड़ा–शासित दायां मस्तिष्क देवताओं के अधिकार में है। राजा बलि अहंकार है। अहंकार बलवान ही होता है। बलि नाम उसको इसलिए भी दिया हुआ लगता है क्योंकि अहंकार अपनी ताकत को बनाए रखने के लिए जीवों की बलि लेता है, हिंसा करता है। कुण्डलिनी छवि इड़ा के प्रभाव से बनती है। वैसे तो इड़ा और पिंगला दोनों संतुलित रूप में होनी चाहिए, क्योंकि दोनों का अस्तित्व एकदूसरे पर निर्भर है, पर इड़ा तुलनात्मक रूप से ज्यादा प्रभावी होनी चाहिए। इड़ा नाड़ी के प्रभाव में आदमी शांत, तनावरहित, अच्छी भूख व अच्छे पाचन से सम्पन्न हो जाता है। इसी चैन की अवस्था में शुभ विचार के रूप में कुण्डलिनी चित्र मन में डेरा डालता है, मतलब देवमाता अदिति से वामन भगवान का जन्म होता है। देखने को तो वह एक छोटा सा अकेला मानसिक चित्र है, इसीलिए उसे बौना कहा है। वह राजा बलि से ब्रह्माण्ड में अपने लिए सिर्फ तीन पग भूमि मांगता है। एक मानसिक छवि कितना स्थान लेगी। हरेक मानसिक वस्तु की तरह वह ध्यानचित्र भी तीन गुणों से ही बना है, सत्त्व, रज और तम। यही तीन पग हैं। आदमी का अहंकार रूपी बलि उसे उतनी जगह भी दे देता है, और सोचता है कि उससे उसका क्या नुकसान होगा। अहंकार बहुत बलशाली होता है। वह दुनिया के बड़े से बड़े काम करता है। छोटे से एकमात्र कुण्डलिनी चित्र को वह मजाक में लेता है। रीढ़ की हड्डी शंख है। इसका शंख जैसा ही रूप है, सिर के भाग में चौड़ी और निचले भाग में पतली। इसमें स्थित मेरुदंड या सुषुम्ना नाड़ी ही शंख के अंदर की ड्रेन या नाली है। नाड़ी शब्द नदी शब्द से ही बना है। उस ड्रेन में बहने वाला जल ही कुंडलिनी शक्ति की संवेदना है। शक्ति भी जल प्रवाह की तरह बहती है। क्योंकि इसमें कुण्डलिनी ध्यान या संकल्प मिश्रित होता है, इसलिए इसे संकल्पजल कहा गया है। ध्यान को ही संकल्प कहते हैं। हिंदु धर्म में हरेक धार्मिक अनुष्ठान के दौरान शंख या अर्घे (पूजा का एक विशेष बर्तन) या आचमन से जल गिराते हुए संकल्प किया जाता है, मतलब उस अनुष्ठान के कारण, विधि, पुरोहित, और फल अर्थात उद्देश्य के बारे में कुछ क्षणों के लिए गहरा ध्यान किया जाता है। यज्ञ में बैठे हुए बलि ने शंख से जल गिराते हुए वामन भगवान को तीन कदम भूमि देने का संकल्प लिया था। संभवतः जल गिराने से कुण्डलिनी शक्ति बहने लगती है, क्योंकि दोनों में समानता है, जिससे ध्यान मजबूत होता है। अरघे या शंख से जल की गिरती धारा के साथ कुण्डलिनी शक्ति भी फ्रंट चैनल से नीचे की ओर बहने लगती है, जिसके दबाव से वह बैक चैनल में से गुजरते हुए पीठ से ऊपर चढ़ जाती है, और अपने साथ मूलाधार की अतिरिक्त व विशेष कुण्डलिनी शक्ति भी ले जाती है। कुण्डलिनीसंकल्प रूपी वामन, पतली मेरुदंड रूपी सुषुम्ना–शंख में, बह रहे शक्तिरूपी संकल्पजल की मदद से योगसाधना से बढ़ता ही रहता है, और अंत में जागृत होकर सम्पूर्ण सृष्टि को व्याप्त कर लेता है। यही तीन पग से तीनों लोकों को मापना है। इससे अहंकार खुद ही अवचेतन रूपी पाताल लोक में दब जाता है। जिसे ऐसे कहा गया है कि तीसरा पग वामन ने बलि के सिर पर रखा। यह कथा आने वाली अगली पोस्ट में भी Anyway, Kundalini Yogi has been given a dragon-like form, whose mouth is also open like a lion. Yoga is a game of breath, and even a lion roars with the power of breath and makes his face menacing. There is a similar mythical story in Hindu Puranas that Lord Vamana had measured the whole earth in three steps. Actually the three steps are the symbols of the three gunas, sattva, rajas and tamas. Ida Nadi is mother Aditi, and Pingala Nadi is mother Diti. Pingala increases worldly discrimination, intelligence and ego, which means it increases demonic dualist gunas, Rajoguna and Tamoguna. But Ida Nadi creates divine feelings of sattvaguna like peace, tensionlessness, non duality and other pure qualities. That is why it is said that Aditi is the mother of all the gods and Diti is the mother of all the demons. These two were the wives of Kashyap Muni. Kashyapa was the son of Brahma. Brahma is the main expressed mind. Because the mind creates the whole world. He sits on a lotus, on a lotus in the form of sahasrar chakra. As the place of the soul is described as Sahasrar, the same has happened to the mind because both are interrelated, one isn’t without the other. Sage Kashyap is the subconscious mind, because it is born from the mind. He lives in hellish Muladhara as opposed to his father brahma who lives in heavenly sahasrara. Ka means water, and Shya is derived from the word Shayan or sleep, meaning one who sleeps in water. Water is in the form of semen and the cerebrospinal fluid flowing in the spinal cord, and the subconscious mind is shown as the sleeping man, because it is in it that all emotions remain suppressed. This subconscious mind resides in deep and dark pit like places like Muladhara and Swadhishthana Chakras. When its expressing feelings get the support of Advaita Bhava i.e. Ida Nadi, then they become his sons as gods, but when they get the support of Dvaita Bhava i.e. Pingala Nadi, then they become his sons as demons. These waking thoughts are the sons of Kashyapa and Aditi or Diti. Ida and Pingala nadis are his two wives in the form of Aditi and Diti respectively, because with their help he awakens in the form of thought-form sons, which means he becomes strong. Ida and Pingala nadis are his two wives, because with their help he becomes expressed, that means he becomes strong. The mental Kundalini image itself is Lord Vamana. It is the best among all thought-form sons, hence it is called the incarnation of Lord Vishnu. Very cool psychology. Brahma is the original mind. In fact, it is He who builds various worldly creations like houses, gardens, roads, bridges etc. He does not give birth straight to thought-form sons. He first creates the subconscious mind-like Kashyapa Muni. Thought-form sons are made from that. You must have also seen that if you do not do any work in the world, then no strong thoughts will be formed directly. By doing work, its memories get absorbed in the subconscious mind, which later keep on emerging in the form of powerful thoughts. The left brain under the jurisdiction of Pingala Nadi is under the authority of the demon king Bali, the Ida-ruled right brain is under the authority of the gods. Raja Bali is ego. The name Bali seems to have been given to him because he sacrifices (means giving bali in sanskrit) living beings, commits violence to maintain the power of his ego. Also, Bali name originates from Sanskrit word Balin that means powerful. Ego is too powerful in fact. Kundalini image is formed by the influence of Ida. Although both Ida and Pingala should be in a balanced form, because the existence of both is dependent on each other, but Ida should be comparatively more effective. Under the influence of Ida Nadi, a person becomes calm, stress-free, with good appetite and good digestion. In this state of peace, the picture of Kundalini resides in the mind, which means Lord Vamana is born from Mother Goddess Aditi. To see, he is a small lonely mental picture, that is why he is called a dwarf or vamana. He asks King Bali for only three steps of land in the universe. How much space will a mental image take up? Like every mental object, that meditation picture is also made of three gunas, sattva, rajas and tamas. These are the three steps. Man as ego promises to give him even that much space, and thinks what harm it will do to him. Ego is very powerful. He does the biggest things in the world. He takes the small Kundalini picture as a joke. The backbone is secretly depicted as the conch shell. It has the same shape as a conch shell, wide at the head and thin at the tail or bottom. The spinal cord or Sushumna Nadi located in it is the drain inside the conch. The word nadi is derived from the word river (Nadi in Hindi). The water flowing in that drain is the sensation of Kundalini Shakti. Energy also flows like water flow. Because Kundalini-meditation or kundalini-thought as Sankalpa that’s sharp thought or resolution is mixed in it, hence it is called Sankalpa-Jal. Meditation itself is called resolution or sankalpa in Sanskrit. During every religious ritual in Hinduism, while pouring water from a conch or argha (a special vessel for worship), a sankalpa is made for a few moments about the reason for the ritual, the process of the ritual, the priest, and its resulting fruit. Deep meditation itself occurs with it for a moment. Due to this, the karma becomes fruitful quickly and more. While sitting in the Yagya, Bali had pledged to give three steps of land to Lord Vaman while pouring water from the conch. It is possible that by pouring water, the Kundalini energy starts flowing, because there is a similarity between the two, which strengthens the meditation. Along with the falling stream of water from the Arghe or conch, the Kundalini Shakti also starts flowing down the front channel, due to which it passes through the back channel and climbs up the back, taking with it the additional and special orgasmic Kundalini Shakti of Muladhara. It also carries along Vamana in the form of the meditation image because vamana is the main purpose, in the Sushumna-conch channel in the form of a thin spinal cord, with the push of the flowing water or Shakti in the form of meditation or Sankalp, and this way vamana keeps on growing through Yogasadhana, and finally awakens and pervades the entire creation. This is to measure the three worlds with three steps. Due to this the ego itself gets buried in the underworld in the form of subconscious. It has been said this way that Vamana placed the third step on the head of Bali. This story continues in the next post as well.

Klundalini tantra can curb religion born mental illness

Friends, in the previous post I was telling how Kundalini Yoga used to make my mental state stable and healthy. A friend was saying that a crippled mind cannot be cured by love etc. According to this, even Kundalini cannot be awakened by love. But it happens. There are different levels of brain degeneration. We do not say that everyone will become healthy, but there will be some improvement in everyone. Even all physical patients especially congenital or genetic patients are not cured by medicine. I meant to say that when Kundalini Yoga looks like a mental illness, then even mental illness can be made like Kundalini Yoga. Perhaps this is why mental illness is viewed from a divine perspective in most religions. When meditation is spoken, but the necessary energy is not arranged for it, then mental diseases will surely spread. I will not pinpoint any particular religion. But it is known to everyone that most of the extremist type people who hardly believe in religion appear like mental patients or are real mental patients at this time. Pakistan is a living example of this, where according to a report there are about more than fifty millions mental patients. It also appears if there is excess energy in any religion, then there is no meditation in the right way, or there is no meditation at all and vice versa. Only Kundalini Tantra seems to me to be an exception in this, because it also speaks for meditation, and also arranges the additional energy required for it. Due to the lack of proper meditative dhyana and energy, religion or spirituality becomes something else, it becomes completely opposite, it does not remain in its original form. Eckhort Talle got the experience of awakening at the peak of depression. Means he was not mentally ill but was undergoing natural Kundalini Sadhana, which he and the people of the world mistook for depression, that’s why they were not able to handle it properly. There are many such examples. A cerebral palsy used to come into our office quite often, running with his foot shoes on his head. One had to shake hands with him cheerfully and jocularly, or else he had to pay a rupee. If not found, he used to run away by picking up a small piece of soap. Once in front of us he slapped a stranger so hard that he was completely shaken. I felt that he was angry with me but fearing my tantric power, he took his anger out on him. To this day, I see the regret of that incident on his face. It is love that was keeping him on the line. Similarly,  an unmarried and low-level differently-abled person, influenced by my Kundalini Yogashakti, used to do many works for me almost without any remuneration, but I used to give it to his family members in his name. Why shouldn’t it be understood that in mental diseases like Alzheimer’s, due to the deterioration of the main parts of the brain, the excess neurotransmitters that accumulate, they create an imaginary picture that looks real in the form of hallucination. Similarly, the same thing happens when the mind is controlled and pacified by yoga that’s how Samadhi develops. But in the first case, this samadhi-like image is unhealthy, uncontrollable and devoid of the purpose of awakening, but in the second case it is a healthy, controlled meditative image, which brings about awakening. Have the communists invented the phrase “religion-form opium intoxication” because of this confusion?
