कुंडलिनी-ध्यानचित्र का वाममार्गी तांत्रिक यौनयोग में महत्त्व

मित्रो, मैं इस पोस्ट में शिवपुराण में वर्णित राक्षस अंधकासुर, दैत्यगुरु शुक्राचार्य, देवासुर संग्राम और शिव के द्वारा देवताओं की सहायता का रहस्योदघाटन करूंगा।

शिवपुराणोक्त अन्धकासुर कथा

एक बार भगवान शिव पार्वती के साथ काशी से निकलकर कैलाश पहुंचते हैं, और वहाँ भ्रमण करने लगते हैं। एकदिन शिव ध्यान में होते हैं कि तभी देवी पार्वती पीछे से आकर उनके मस्तक पर हाथ रखती हैं, जिससे शिव के माथे की गर्मी से उनकी अंगुली से एक पसीने की बूंद जमीन पर गिर जाती है। उससे एक बालक का जन्म होता है, जो बहुत कुरूप, रोने वाला और अंधा होता है। इसलिए उसका नाम अंधकासुर रखा जाता है। उधर राक्षस हिरण्याक्ष पुत्र न होने से बहुत दुखी रहता है। वह शिव को प्रसन्न करने के लिए घोर तप करता है, और उनसे पुत्र-प्राप्ति का वर मांगता है। शिव अंधक को उसे सौंप देते हैं। वह शिवपुत्र अंधक की प्राप्ति से अति प्रसन्न और उत्साहित होकर स्वर्ग पर चढ़ाई कर देता है, जिससे देवता स्वर्ग से भागकर धरती पर छिप कर रहने लगते हैं। वह धरती को समुद्र में डुबोकर पाताल लोक में छुपा देता है। फिर भगवान विष्णु देवताओं की सहायता करने के लिए वाराह के रूप में अवतार लेकर हिरण्याक्ष को मार देते हैं और धरती को अपने दाँतों पर रखकर पाताल से ऊपर उठाकर पूर्ववत यथास्थान रख देते हैं। उधर बालक अंधक जब अपने भाई प्रह्लाद आदि अन्य राक्षस बालकों के साथ खेल रहा होता है, तो वे उसे यह कह कर चिढ़ाते हैं कि वह अंधा और कुरूप है इसलिए वह अपने पिता हिरण्याक्ष की जगह राजगद्दी नहीं संभाल सकता। इससे अन्धक दुखी होकर भगवान शिव को खुश करने के लिए घोर तप करने लगता है। वह धुएं वाली अग्नि को पीता है, अपने मांस को काटकाट कर हवनकुण्ड में हवन करता है। इससे वह हड्डी का कंकाल मात्र बच जाता है। शिवजी उससे प्रसन्न होकर उसके मांगे वर के अनुसार उसे बिल्कुल स्वस्थ व आँखों वाला कर देते हैं, और कहते हैं कि वह केवल तभी मरेगा जब किसी महान योगी की पतिव्रता स्त्री को अपनी स्त्री बनाने का प्रयास करेगा। वर से खुश और दंभित होकर अन्धक उग्र भोगविलास में डूब जाता है, अनेकों कामिनियों के साथ विभिन्न रतिवर्धक स्थानों में रमण करता है, और अपनी आयु का दुरुपयोग करता है। वह साधुओं और देवताओं पर भी बहुत अत्याचार करता है। वे सब इकट्ठे होकर भगवान शिव के पास जाते हैं। शिव उनकी मदद करने के लिए कैलाश पर पार्वती के साथ विहार करने लगते हैं। एकदिन अन्धक के सेवक की नजर देवी पार्वती पर पड़ती है, और वह यह बात अन्धक को बताता है। अंधक पार्वती पर आसक्त होकर शिव को गंदा तपस्वी, जटाधारी आदि कह कर उनका अपमान करता है और कहता है कि उतनी सुंदर नारी उसी के योग्य है, न कि किसी तपस्वी के। फिर वह सेना के साथ शिव से युद्ध करने चला जाता है। उसे शिव का गण वीरक अकेले ही युद्ध में हरा कर भगा देता है, और उसे शिवगुफा के अंदर प्रविष्ट नहीं होने देता। फिर शिव पाशुपत मंत्र प्राप्त करने के लिए दूर तप करने चले जाते हैं। मौका देखकर अंधक फिर हमला करता है। पार्वती अकेली होती है गुफा में। उसे वीरक भी नहीं रोक पा रहा होता है। डर के मारे पार्वती सभी देवताओं को सहायता के लिए बुलाती है, जो फिर स्त्री रूप में अस्त्रशस्त्र लेकर पहुंच जाते हैं। स्त्री रूप इसलिए क्योंकि देवी के कक्ष में पुरुष रूप में जाना उन्हें अच्छा नहीं लगता। घोर युद्ध होता है। अंधक का सैनिक विघस सूर्य चन्द्रमा आदि देवताओं को निगल जाता है। चारों ओर अंधेरा छा जाता है। हालांकि वे किसी दिव्य मंत्र के जाप से उसके मुंह में घूँसे मारकर बाहर भी निकल आते हैं। तभी शिव भी वहाँ पहुँच जाते हैं। उससे उत्साहित गण राक्षसों को मारने लगते हैं। पर राक्षस गुरु शुक्राचार्य अपनी संजीवनी विद्या से सभी मृत राक्षसों को पुनर्जीवित कर देते हैं। शिव को यह बात शिवगण बता देते हैं कि शुक्राचार्य उनकी दी हुई विद्या का कैसे दुरूपयोग कर रहा है। इससे नाराज होकर शिव उसे पकड़ कर लाने के लिए नंदी बैल को भेजते हैं। नंदी राक्षसों को मारकर उसे पकड़कर ले आता है। शिव शुक्राचार्य को निगल जाते हैं। वह शिव के उदर में बाहर निकलने का छेद न पाकर चारों तरफ ऐसे घूमता है, जैसे वायु के वेग से घूम रहा हो। वह वहाँ से निकलने का वर्षों तक प्रयास करता है, पर निकल नहीं पाता। फिर शिव उसे शुक्र अर्थात वीर्य रूप में अपने लिंग से बाहर निकालते हैं। इसीलिए उनका नाम शुक्राचार्य पड़ा।

दरअसल संजीवनी विद्या उन्हें एक बहुत पुराने समय में शिव ने दी होती है। वह एक बहुत सुंदर स्थान पर शिव का लिंग स्थापित करते हैं। उस पर वे शिव की कठिन अराधना करते हैं। अग्निधूम को पीते हैं, और कठिन तप करते हैं। उससे शिव लिंग से प्रकट होकर उन्हें संजीवनी विद्या देते हैं, और वर देते हैं कि वे भविष्य में उनके उदर में प्रविष्ट होकर उनके वीर्य रूप में जन्म लेंगे। वे लिंग का नाम शुक्रेश और उनके द्वारा स्थापित कुएँ का नाम शुक्रकूप रख देते हैं। वे भक्तों द्वारा उस कूप में स्नान करने का अमित फल बताते हैं।

अंधकासुर कथा का कुंडलिनी-आधारित विश्लेषण

शुक्र मतलब ऊर्जा या तेज। शुक्र, ऊर्जा और तेज तीनों एकदूसरे के पर्याय हैं। शुक्राचार्य को निगल गए, मतलब योगी शिव ने खेचरी मुद्रा में जिह्वा तालु से लगाकर कुंडलिनी ऊर्जा को आगे के नाड़ी चैनल से नीचे उतारा, जिससे वीर्यशक्ति के रूपान्तरण से निर्मित कुंडलिनी ऊर्जा मूलाधार चक्र से पीठ की सुषुम्ना नाड़ी से होते हुए ऊपर चढ़ गई। वायु के वेग से वे इधरउधर भटकने लगे, मतलब साँसों की गति से कुंडलिनी ऊर्जा माइक्रोकोस्मिक औरबिट लूप में गोल-गोल घूमने लगी। शुक्राचार्य को बहुत समय तक घुमाने के बाद योगी शिव ने उन्हें वीर्य मार्ग से बाहर निकाल दिया, मतलब बहुत समय तक शक्ति को चक्रोँ में घुमाते हुए व उससे चक्रोँ पर इष्ट देव या गुरु आदि के रूप में कुंडलिनी चित्र का ध्यान करने के बाद जब वह शक्ति क्षीण होने लगी मतलब शुक्राचार्य शिथिल पड़ने लगे, तब उसे वीर्यरूप में बाहर निकाल दिया। उन्हें योगी शिव ने पुत्र रूप में स्वीकार किया, मतलब कि जिसे ओशो महाराज कहते हैं, ‘संभोग से समाधि’, वह तरीका अपनाया। इस यौनतंत्र में सहस्रार चक्र के समाधि चित्र को स्खलन-संवेदना के ऊपर आरोपित किया जाता है। इससे वही बात हुई जैसी एक पिछली पोस्ट में लिखी गई है कि गंगा नदी के किनारे पर उगी सरकंडे की घास पर शिववीर्य से बालक कार्तिकेय का जन्म हुआ, मतलब शुक्राचार्य ने कार्तिकेय के रूप में शिवपुत्रत्व प्राप्त किया। उपरोक्त कथा के ही अनुसार सबसे प्रसिद्ध, प्रिय व शक्तिशाली लिंग शुक्रलिंग ही माना जाएगा, क्योंकि यह पूरी तरह से असली है, अन्य तो प्रतीतात्मक ज्यादा हैं, जैसे कोई पाषाणलिंग होता है, कोई पारदलिंग, तो कोई हिमलिंग आदि। शुक्रकूप आसपास में एक ठंडे जल का कुआँ है, जो संभोगतंत्र में सहयोगी है, क्योंकि जैसा एक पिछली पोस्ट में दिखाया गया है कि कैसे ठंडे जल से स्नान यौनऊर्जा को गतिशील व कार्यशील बनाने का काम करता है।

शुक्राचार्य जो राक्षसों को जिन्दा कर रहे थे, उसका यही मतलब है कि वीर्यशक्ति बाह्यगामी होने के कारण संसारमार्गी मानसिक दोषों, आसक्तिपूर्ण भावनाओं और विचारों को बढ़ावा दे रही थी। शिव ने नंदी को शुक्राचार्य को पकड़ कर लाने को कहा, इसका मतलब है कि नंदी अद्वैत भाव का परिचायक है क्योंकि वह एक ऐसा शिवगण है जिसमें बैल के रूप में पशु और गण के रूप में मनुष्य एक साथ विद्यमान है। वह एक यिन-यांग मिश्रण है। अद्वैत से कुंडलिनी शक्ति को मूलाधार से ऊपर चढ़ने में मदद मिलती है।

देवी पार्वती ने महादेव शिव की आँखें बंद कीं, इससे वे अंधे जैसे हो गए। इसको यह समझाने के लिए कहा गया है कि कोई भावी योगी अज्ञान वाली अवस्था में था, न तो उसे लौकिक व्यवहार का ज्ञान था, और न ही आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान। फिर वह इश्कविश्क़ के चक्कर में पड़ गया। उससे उसकी शक्ति तो घूमने लगी, पर वह बिना कुंडलिनी चित्र के थी। कुंडलिनी चित्र माने ध्यान चित्र आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान की उच्चावस्था में बनता है। आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान लौकिक ज्ञान व अनुभव के उत्कर्ष से प्राप्त होता है। ऐसा होने में जीवन का लम्बा समय बीत जाता है। ज्ञानविज्ञानरहित प्यार-मोहब्बत से क्या होता है कि आदमी यौन शक्ति को ढंग से रूपान्तरित और निर्देशित नहीं कर सकता, जिससे उसका क्षरण या दुरुपयोग होता है। वही दुरुपयोग अंधक नाम वाला पुत्र है। इसका सीधा सा अर्थ है कि अमुक भावी योगी ने शक्ति को घुमाया तो जरूर। ऐसा उक्त कथानक की इस बात से सिद्ध होता है कि पार्वती ने दोनों नेत्रों को एकसाथ बंद किया, मतलब यिन-यांग संतुलित हो गए। पर परिपक्वता की कमी से इस संतुलन से किंचित चमक रहे कुंडलिनी चित्र को समझ नहीं पाया और उसे जानबूझकर व्यर्थ समझ कर त्याग दिया। चमक बुझने से स्वाभाविक है कि अंधेरा छा गया, जिसे आँखों को बंद करने के रूप में दिखाया गया है। क्योंकि शक्ति से मस्तिष्क में जो उच्च स्पष्टता के साथ छवि बनती है, उसे ही पुत्र कहा जाता है, जैसे कि इस ब्लॉग की एक पोस्ट में सिद्ध भी किया गया था। बिना किसी भौतिक सहवास के असली या भौतिक पुत्र तो पैदा हो ही नहीं सकता, वह भी मिट्टी-पत्थर से भरी जमीन के ऊपर या सरकंडों के ऊपर। क्योंकि इस पोस्ट के भावी योगी के मस्तिष्क में उस शक्ति से अंधेरा ही घनीभूत हुआ, इसलिए उसे पुत्र अंधक के रूप में दिखाया गया। चूंकि अँधेरे से भरा व्यक्ति किसी को प्रिय व कार्यक्षम नहीं लगता, इसलिए इसे ऐसा दिखाया गया है कि वह अंधकासुर सबको अप्रिय था और उसके बालमित्र उसे राजगद्दी के अयोग्य बताकर उसका मजाक उड़ाते थे। स्वाभाविक है कि भावी योगी दुनिया में सम्मान, सुखसमृद्धि और यहाँ तक कि जागृति के रूप में सम्पूर्णता को प्राप्त करने के लिए भरपूर प्रयास करता है, क्योंकि उसमें बहुत शक्ति होती है, केवल स्थिर ध्यानचित्र की ही कमी होती है। उसे दुनिया में ठोकरें खाने के बाद इस कमी का अप्रत्यक्ष अहसास हो ही जाता है, इसलिए वह कुंडलिनी ध्यानयोग के लिए एकांत में चला जाता है। इसे ही ऐसे दिखाया गया है कि अंधक फिर वन में जाकर शिव या ब्रह्मा का ध्यान करते हुए घोर तप करता है। अपने मांस को टुकड़ों में काटकाट कर वह उन्हें अग्नि में होम करता रहता है। साथ में अग्निधूम का पान करता है। इसका मतलब है कि भावी योगी कठिन हठयोग करता है, जिससे उसकी अतिरिक्त चर्बी तो घुलती ही है, साथ में मांसल शरीर भी योगाग्नि से जलकर दुबला हो जाता है। इस दहन से जो कार्बन डायक्साइड गैस निकलती है, उसे ही धुआँ कहा है। क्योंकि योग में अक्सर सांस को अंदर रोक कर रखा जाता है, इसलिए उसे ही धुएं को पीना कहा गया है। जब वह इतना कमजोर हो जाता है कि वह हड्डी का ढांचा जैसा दिखने लगता है, तब भगवान शिव उसे दर्शन दे देते हैं। इसका मतलब है कि जब हठयोगाभ्यास करते हुए काफी समय हो जाता है, जिससे योगी को अपने सहस्रार चक्र में बढ़ी हुई सात्विकता के कारण अपना शरीर अस्थिपंजर की तरह हल्का लगने लगता है, तब कुंडलिनी जागृत हो जाती है। मतलब अदृश्य या सुप्त कुंडलिनी शक्ति मानसिक शिवचित्र के रूप में जागृत हो जाती है। अब शिव अंधक को बिल्कुल स्वस्थ व सुंदर बना देते हैं। ठीक है, कुंडलिनी जागरण से ऐसा ही अकस्मात और सकारात्मक रूपान्तरण होता है। अब वह शिव से वर मांगता है कि वह कभी न मरे। शिव कहते हैं कि ऐसा सम्भव नहीं। विश्व की रक्षा के लिए भी यह जरूरी है। अमरता पाकर तो कोई भी अत्याचारी बनकर दुनिया को तबाह कर सकता है, क्योंकि उसे रोकने व डराने वाला कोई नहीं होगा। इसलिए ब्रह्मा उससे कोई न कोई मौत का कारण चुनने को कहते हैं, बेशक वह असम्भव सा ही क्यों न लगे। इस पर ब्रह्मा कहते हैं कि जब वह माँ के समान आदरणीय महिला को पत्नि बनाना चाहेगा, वह तब मरेगा। अब ये तंत्र की गूढ़ बातें हैं, जिनके यदि रहस्य से पर्दा उठाया जाए, तो आम जनमानस को अजीब लग सकता है। तिब्बतन यौनतंत्र में गुरु की यौनसाथी उनकी अनुमति से उनके शिष्यों को तांत्रिक यौनकला प्रयोगात्मक रूप में सिखाती है। गुरुपत्नि को माँ के समान माना गया है। मतलब कि तांत्रिक यौनयोग सीखने के बाद अंधक अंधी दुनियादारी से उपरत होकर अपनी आत्मा या अपने आप में शांत हो जाएगा, मतलब वह एक प्रकार से मर जाएगा। बाद में हुआ भी वैसा ही, मरने के बाद उसे शिव ने अपना गण बना लिया, मतलब वह मुक्त हो गया। आम मृत्यु के बाद तो कोई मुक्त नहीं होता। इसका एक मतलब यह भी है कि जब विवाह या सम्भोग के अयोग्य सम्मानित नारी से प्यार होता है, तब उसका रूप बारबार मन में आने लगता है, जिससे वह समाधि का रूप ले लेता है, जैसा कि प्रेमयोगी वज्र के साथ भी हुआ था। ब्रह्मा के वर को पाकर अन्धक राजा बन गया, और बहुत अय्याश हो गया। सुंदर व सुडोल शरीर तो उसे मिला ही था, इसलिए वह अनगिनत कामिनियों के साथ विभिन्न मनोहर स्थानों में रमण करते हुए अपना बहुमूल्य समय नष्ट करने लगा। इस यौन शक्ति के बल से वह बहुत पाप भी करने लगा। देवताओं को स्वर्ग से भगा कर वहाँ खुद राज करने लगा। जब कोई बुरे काम करेगा तो शरीर रूपी स्वर्ग में स्थित देवता दुखी होकर भागेंगे ही, क्योंकि देवताओं का मुख्य उद्देश्य है शरीर से अच्छे काम करवाना। अब मैं इससे जुड़ी हाल की घटना बताता हूँ और फिर पोस्ट को खत्म करता हूँ क्योंकि नहीं तो यह बहुत लंबी होकर पढ़ने में मुश्किल हो जाएगी। अगले हफ्ते तक शेष कथा के रहस्य को उजागर करने की कोशिश करूंगा, क्योंकि अभी मैं लगभग इतना ही समझ सका हूँ। हो सकता है कि आप मेरे से पहले उजागर कर दें, यदि ऐसा है तो कमेंट बॉक्स में जरूर लिखना।

आफताब-श्रद्धा से जुड़ा बहुचर्चित लवजिहाद काण्ड

आजकल बहुचर्चित आफताब पूनावाला से संबंधित मर्डर मिस्ट्री उपरोक्त अंधक कथा से बहुत मेल खा रही है। सूत्रों के अनुसार वह मुस्लिम युवक श्रद्धा नामक हिंदु लड़की के साथ लिव इन रिलेशनशिप में था। वह डेटिंग ऐप के माध्यम से अपना घरपरिवार छोड़कर उसके साथ लम्बे अरसे से रह रही थी। कई मकान मालिकों को तो वह उसे अपनी पत्नि तक बता कर साथ रखता था, क्योंकि यहाँ के परिवेश में लिव इन रिलेशनशिप को अच्छा नहीं समझा जाता। चोरी छुपे उसके 20 अन्य हिंदु लड़कियों के साथ भी प्रेमसंबंध थे। श्रद्धा को शायद यह बात पता चली होगी और वह उसे ऐसा करने से रोककर उससे शादी करना चाहती होगी। इसको लेकर झगड़े भी हुए और मारपीट भी। अंततः उसने उसका गला दबाकर हत्या कर दी और बिना अफ़सोस के उसके पेंतीस टुकड़े करके उन्हें फ्रिज में पैक कर दिया। धीरेधीरे करके वह उन्हें निकट के जंगल में फ़ेंकता रहा। छः महीने बाद श्रद्धा के पिता द्वारा लिखी शिकायत के बाद पुलिस उसे पकड़ सकी। यहाँ यह ध्यान देने योग्य बात है कि आज की तथाकथित आधुनिक महिलाओं को प्रसन्न करने के लिए कैसे आफताब की तरह शातिर, बेईमान, नशेड़ी, धूम्रपानी, मांसभक्षी, हिंसक और धोखेबाज बनना पड़ता है, हालाँकि ऐसे अतिवाद को कोई सभ्य व पढ़ालिखा समाज कभी बर्दाश्त नहीं कर सकता, जिसमें मानवता का हनन होता हो। दूसरी ध्यान देने योग्य बात यह है कि बहुत से हिन्दुओं द्वारा शिवपुराण का कहीं गलत अर्थ तो नहीं निकला जा रहा, या बिना जानेबूझे कहीं वैसी विकृत सोच अवचेतन मन में तो नहीं बैठी हुई है। पुराण से प्राप्त आम धारणा के अनुसार महादेव शिव बिना कुलपरम्परा वाले एक भूतिया किस्म के आदमी थे, जिनको पति रूप में पाने के लिए पार्वती कई जन्मों तक घरपरिवार को छोड़कर भटकती रही। पति-पत्नि के परस्पर प्रेम को परवान चढ़ाने के लिए कुछ हद तक ऐसा पागलपन ठीक भी है, पर वह भी कुछ जरूरी शर्तों के साथ ही पूरा सफल होता है, और वैसे भी अति तो कहीं भी अच्छी नहीं है, ख़ासकर उस कौम के व्यक्ति के साथ तो बिल्कुल भी संबंध अच्छा नहीं है, जिनके तथाकथित लवजिहाद से जुड़े जालिमपने और जाहिलियत के उदाहरण आए दिन मिलते रहते हैं। सब पता होते हुए भी बारम्बार गलती करना तो ऐसा लगता है कि या तो परिवार में बच्चों को सही व संस्कारपूर्ण शिक्षा नहीं दी जा रही या ऐसी लड़कियों के ऊपर जादूटोना कर दिया गया है, या यह हिन्दुओं के पवित्र और ज्ञानविज्ञान से भरे शास्त्रों और पुराणों को बदनाम करने की एक सोचीसमझी और बहुत बड़ी साजिश चल रही है। कई लोग सख्त कानून की कमी को भी मुख्य वजह बता रहे हैं। कुछ लोग विकृत दूरदर्शन, ऑनलाइन व बॉलीवुड कल्चर को भी बड़ी वजह मानते हैं। कई लोग लिव इन रिलेशनशिप और डेटिंग एप्स को दोष दे रहे हैं। इससे हिंदु पुरुषों को भी शिक्षा लेनी चाहिए और महिलाओं की अपेक्षाओं पर खरा उतरने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए। जिसके अंदर ध्यान-कुंडलिनी चित्र नहीं है, यदि वह भी यौनतंत्र का अभ्यास करे, तो उसका हाल भी अंधक जैसा हो सकता है, जैसा आपने ऊपर पढ़ा, फिर यदि जिसको यौनतंत्र का कखग भी पता नहीं, यदि वह यौनसंबंधों के मामले में मनमर्जी करे, तो उसका उससे भी कितना बुरा हाल हो सकता है, यह उपरोक्त हाल की घटना से प्रत्यक्ष देखने को मिल रहा है।

प्रेमरोग से बचने का बेजोड़ उपाय

Kundalini-Dhyanchitra’s importance in Left-way Tantric Sexual Yoga

Andhakasur story from Shiv Puran

Overwhelmed and excited by the attainment of Andhak, the son of Shiva, he ascends to heaven, due to which the deities run away from heaven and hide on earth. He hides the earth in the underworld by submerging it in the ocean. Then Lord Vishnu incarnates as Varaha to help the deities, kills Hiranyaksha and by keeping the earth on his teeth, lifts it up from the underworld and puts it back in place. On the other hand, when the boy Andhak is playing with his brother Prahlad etc. other demon children, they tease him by saying that he is blind and ugly, so he cannot handle the throne in place of his father Hiranyaksha. Saddened by this, Andhak starts doing great penance to please Lord Shiva. He drinks the smoky fire, cuts his flesh and offers it in the fire pit. From this he remains merely a skeleton. Shivji is pleased with him and makes him completely healthy and full of eyes according to his demand, and says that he will die only if he tries to make a great yogi’s wife his wife. Pleased and proud of the boon, Andhaka drowns in furious enjoyment, enjoys with many courtesans in various sex-enhancing places, and misuses his age. He also tortures a lot on sages and gods. They all gather together and go to Lord Shiva. To help them, Shiva begins to visit Kailash with Parvati. One day the eyes of Andhak’s servant fall on Goddess Parvati, and he tells this to Andhak. Being enamored of Parvati, Andhak insults Shiva by calling him dirty ascetic, jatadhari etc. and says that such a beautiful woman is worthy of him and not of any ascetic. Then he goes to fight with Shiva with the army. Shiva’s Gana Veerak single-handedly defeats him in the war and chases him away, and does not allow him to enter the Shivgufa. Then Shiva goes away to do penance to get Pashupat Mantra. Seeing the opportunity, Andhak attacks again. Parvati is alone in the cave. Even Veerak is not able to stop him. Out of fear, Parvati calls all the gods for help, who then arrive in female form with weapons. Female form because they do not like going to the room of the goddess in male form. There is a fierce battle. Vighas, the soldier of Andhak, swallows the deities like Sun, Moon etc. There is darkness all around. However, by chanting some divine mantra, they also come out by punching him in the mouth. Only then Shiva also reaches there. Enthused by him, the ganas start killing the demons. But demon guru Shukracharya revives all the dead demons with his Sanjivani Vidya. Shivgan tells this to Shiva that how Shukracharya is misusing the knowledge given by him. Enraged by this, Shiva sends Nandi the bull to capture him. Nandi kills the demons and captures him and brings him. Shiva swallows Shukracharya. Not finding an exit hole in Shiva’s abdomen, it moves around like it is moving with the speed of the wind. He tries for years to get out of there, but cannot get out. Then Shiva takes him out of his linga in the form of Shukra i.e. semen. That’s why he was named Shukracharya.

Actually Sanjivani Vidya was given to him by Shiva in a very old time. He installs Shiva’s linga at a very beautiful place. On that he worships Shiva hard. He drinks the smoke of fire, and do severe penance. Appearing from him, Shiva gives him Sanjivani Vidya, and gives him a boon that he will be born in his semen form by entering his abdomen in future. He names the linga as Shukresh and the well established by him as Shukrakoop. He tells the immense results of the devotees taking a bath in that well.

Kundalini-Based Analysis of the Andhakasur Story

Shukra means energy or speed. Venus or Shukra, semen, Energy and Tej all these are synonymous with each other. Shukracharya was swallowed, which means Yogi Shiva lowered the Kundalini energy down the front nadi channel by touching the tongue to the palate in Khechari Mudra, so that the Kundalini energy created from the transformation of semen energy ascended from the Mooladhara Chakra through the Sushumna nadi of the back. With the velocity of the wind, he started wandering here and there, which means, with the speed of breath, the Kundalini energy started moving round and round in the microcosmic orbit loop. After rotating Shukracharya for a long time, Yogi Shiva took him out through the seminal path, that is, after rotating the Shakti in the chakras for a long time and meditating on the Kundalini picture in the form of Ishta Dev or Guru etc. on the chakras, when he Shakti starts to weaken means Shukracharya is getting exhausted, then he was thrown out in the form of semen. He was accepted as a son by Yogi Shiva, which means he adopted what Osho Maharaj calls, ‘Samadhi from intercourse’. In this sexual tantra, the samadhi picture in the Sahasrar Chakra is superimposed on the ejaculation-sensation. This resulted in the same thing as written in a previous post that the child Kartikeya was born from Shivvirya on the reed grass growing on the banks of river Ganga, meaning Shukracharya attained the sonship of Shiva like Kartikeya. According to the above story, Shukralinga will be considered as the most famous, dear and powerful linga, because it is completely real, others are more apparent, like some ara stone linga, some pardalinga, some snow linga etc. Shukrakoop is a well of cold water nearby, which is helpful in the sexual tantra, because as shown in a previous post, how bathing with cold water works to make sexual energy dynamic and functional.

The fact that Shukracharya was reviving the demons means that the semen energy, being going external, was promoting worldly mental defects, attached feelings and thoughts. Shiva asked Nandi to catch Shukracharya, it means that Nandi is the personification of Advaita Bhava because he is such a Shivgana in which animal in the form of bull and man in the form of Gana exist together. It is a yin-yang mixture. Advaita helps Kundalini Shakti to rise up from Muladhara.

Goddess Parvati closed the eyes of Mahadev Shiva, due to which he became blind. This is said to explain that a prospective yogi was in a state of ignorance, having neither knowledge of worldly behavior, nor spiritual knowledge. Then he fell in love with Ishqvishq. Due to this his shakti started rotating, but she was without Kundalini picture. Kundalini picture means meditation picture is made in the higher state of spiritual knowledge. Spiritual knowledge is obtained from the culmination of worldly knowledge and experience. A long time of life passes in this happening. What happens with unscientific love is that man cannot transform and direct the sexual power in a positive manner that leads to its degradation or misuse. The same abuse has a son named Andhak. It simply means that such and such a future Yogi must have rotated the Shakti. This is proved by the above story that Parvati closed both the eyes together, which means Yin-Yang got balanced. But due to lack of maturity, he could not understand the constant translucent picture of any form associated with Kundalini shakti shining slightly from this balance and intentionally abandoned it considering it useless. The extinguishing of the brightness naturally resulted in darkness, which is shown as the closing of the eyes. Because the image that is formed in the brain with high clarity by shakti is called son, as was also proved in one of the posts of this blog. Without any physical intercourse, a real or physical son cannot be born, that too on the ground full of mud and stones or on the reeds. Because of that spiritual power or shakti only darkness got concentrated in the mind of the future yogi of this post, hence he was shown as the shiva-son Andhak. Since a person full of darkness is not liked and considered efficient by anyone, it is shown that he was unpleasant to everyone and his childhood friends used to make fun of him by calling him unworthy of the throne. It is natural that the future Yogi tries his best to achieve perfection in the world in the form of respect, happiness and even awakening, because he has a lot of energy, only he lacks a steady meditation picture. He gets an indirect feeling of this deficiency after stumbling in the world, so he goes into solitude for Kundalini meditation. This is shown in such a way that the blind then goes to the forest and meditates on Shiva or Brahma and does intense penance. Cutting his flesh into pieces, he goes on offering them to the fire. Along with this, he drinks the smoke of fire. This means that the future Yogi does hard Hatha Yoga, which not only dissolves his extra fat, but also makes the muscular body lean by burning with the fire of Yoga. The carbon dioxide gas that comes out from this combustion is called smoke. Because the breath is often held inside in yoga, that is why it is called drinking the smoke. When he becomes so weak that he looks like a bone frame, Lord Shiva appears to him. This means that after practicing Hatha Yoga for a long time, the Yogi feels his body as light as a skeleton due to the increased sattvikta or holiness in his Sahasrara Chakra, then the Kundalini is awakened. Means the invisible or dormant Kundalini Shakti awakens in the form of a mental image of Shiva. Now Shiva makes Andhak completely healthy and beautiful. Well, such a sudden and positive transformation happens with Kundalini awakening. Now he asks Shiva for a boon that he should never die. Shiva says that this is not possible. It is also necessary to protect the world. After attaining immortality, anyone can destroy the world by becoming a tyrant, because there will be no one to stop and scare him. That’s why Brahma asks him to choose one or the other cause of death, no matter how impossible it may seem. On this Brahma says that when he wants to marry a woman as respected as his mother, then he will die. Now these are the mysterious things of Tantra, if the secret of which is revealed, then the general public may find it strange. In Tibetan sex tantra, the master’s sexual partner teaches tantric sex arts to his disciples practically with his permission. Guru’s wife is treated like a mother in every religion and sect of the world. Means that after learning tantric sexual yoga, the blind will rise above blind worldliness and become calm in his soul or self, meaning he will die in a way. The same thing happened later, after his death Shiva made him his Gana, which means he became liberated. No one becomes liberated after a common death. It also means that when one falls in love with a respectable woman unfit for marriage or sexual intercourse, then her form starts coming to his mind again and again, due to which it takes the form of samadhi image, as happened with Premyogi Vajra. After getting Brahma’s boon, Andhak became the king, and became very debauched. He had already got a beautiful and shapely body, so he started wasting his valuable time enjoying in various beautiful places with countless courtesans. With the power of this sexual power, he also started committing many sins. After driving the deities out of heaven, he started ruling there himself. When someone does bad things, the deities in the body controlling bn body cells and other constituents will run away in sorrow, because the main purpose of the deities is to make the body do good things. Now I will tell the recent incident related to this and then finish the post because otherwise it will become very long and difficult to read. Aftab-Shraddha’s famous love jihad case

The second thing to be noted is that probably Shivpuran is being misinterpreted by many Hindus, or is such a distorted thinking sitting in the subconscious mind without knowing it. According to the general belief obtained from the Puranas, Mahadev Shiva was a ghostly type of man without any family background, to get whom Parvati kept wandering leaving the family for many births in order to get him as her husband. A well-planned and huge conspiracy is going on to defame these, it appears. Many people are also citing the lack of strict law as the main reason. Some people also consider distorted television, online, and Bollywood culture as a big reason. Many people are blaming live in relationships and dating apps. Hindu men should also take a lesson from this and try to live up to the expectations of women. The one who does not have shining Dhyana-Kundalini picture inside his mind, if he practices sexual tantra, then his condition can be like demon andhak, as you read above, then if the one who does not even know about sexual tantra, if he applies his free will in the matter of sex, then how much worse his condition can be than that, it is being seen directly from the above recent incident.

Kundalini yoga philosophy in the animation movie Raya and the last dragon

Friends, I was talking about the Kundalini effects of dragons in the previous posts. In the time being, I got a chance to watch the animation movie Raya and the Last Dragon. In this I saw a complete yoga philosophy. Now it is not clear whether Yogdarshan’s help was also taken in some form or the other while making this film or only I have seen it there. As far as I searched on Google, I came to know that inspiration has been taken from South East Asian (Thailand etc.) life and not from any yoga etc. Anyway, yoga has become quite popular in Thailand. It consists of a dragon shaped river and some human settlements in its course. There is a heart land called Kumandra Land in it. Everyone lives there together lovingly. Dragons dominate everywhere. The dragon saves everyone from the sinful demon named Drun, the tornado. Druns suck people’s souls and turn them into lifeless stones. The dragons are used up while fighting those monsters. Then after five hundred years they attack the human settlements again. Heartland contains a gemstone made up by dragons, which protects all from the drun. It can revive a man made to stone, but not a dragon made to stone. The different tribes get separated from the main tribe of Heartland and settle in different parts of the river to get that gem. The names of those tribes are Tail, Tailon, Spine and Fang. The Tailon Tribe has built their houses on the river to avoid Drun. Actually, there is no effect of dragons in the water, due to which the drun cannot reach there. The head of the Heart clan, Banz, wants all the tribes to come together and make a compromise and re-build Kumandra, in which all together are safe from druns. So he organizes a ceremony to which all the tribes are invited. There, a child of the Fang clan deceives Banz’s daughter Raya and leads the people of all the tribes to the gem. They all start fighting among themselves for the gem. This breaks the gem into five pieces. Each tribe gets a piece in hand. Drun attacks everyone as the gem breaks. Everyone runs here and there to save lives. Banz Standing on the bridge, giving the piece of gem to his daughter, pushes her into the river, advising her to make his land Kumandra again and himself turns into a stone by drun’s attack. six years later, Raya is going in a rook to find the bank of the river where the last dragon Sisu can be found somewhere. She suddenly finds her near the desert-like Tail clan. Sisu tells her that the gem was made and handed to her by her brothers and sisters, believing her. She finds that she can use her powers when she holds a piece. Each piece activates a different kind of power. She, with the help of Sisu, she finds another piece of gem in the temple there. This gives the Sisu dragon the power to appear as a man. Then they reach the Spine clan, escaping from the Fang clan. In this journey, Raya also finds five to six friends, some of whom are like a child, some like a monkey and some like a fool, although all are strong. Sisu does not want to fight with Namari, the princess of the powerful Fang clan, instead wants to convince her with a gift. When Sisu is showing her the pieces of the gem, Namari deceives her with arrow targeted to her. As soon as Raya starts attacking her out of fear, she shoots the same arrow that kills Sisu and she falls into the river. all the water dries up and Drun’s attacks escalate all of a sudden. All Raya’s friends and Namari also try to drive away Drun with their respective gem pieces, but for how long. Those pieces are disappearing in vapours. That’s when Raya remembers Sisu’s saying that faith is also necessary to join the pieces of a gem. So she gives Namari her piece of stone and she herself becomes a stone. Seeing Raya doing this, her friends also turn themselves into stones by handing over gem pieces to Namari. In the end, Namari also becomes a stone by adding her own piece to them. When the gem is fully formed again, there is light all around, and with that Raya’s father, Banj, and all the stone-turned people come alive. All stone turned dragons also come alive. Kumandra comes back and everyone starts living together again.

Kundalini Based Explanation of Raya and the Last Dragon

It is less of a Chinese dragon and more as a serpent of Kundalini tantra. This is the Sushumna Nadi. I was stating in a previous post that both are same, and represent Kundalini Shakti shaped like a serpent or the spine. It remains in water means it remains in the cerebrospinal fluid of the spinal cord. The flow of Kundalini energy in the spine keeps away evil thoughts in the form of druns or sins. Kumandra is that country or society, in which all types of feelings i.e. people live together. Different chakras are different tribal areas, and different mental feelings and thoughts on those chakras are different tribal people. Kumandra is actually a state of Kundalini yoga, in which the Kundalini Shakti ie dragon is rotated on all the chakras simultaneously. With the contribution of each chakra, a Kundalini picture, that is, a meditation picture, starts shining by this Kundalini Shakti. Sometimes it appears on some chakra and sometimes on another chakra. This is this gem which saves from the drun of duality. The man named Benz was holding that Kundalini picture only in his heart. Meaning the man was like an ordinary Raja Yogi, not a Tantric Kundalini Yogi. By this the people of Heartland means the cells of the heart were full of power, but other chakras were lacking in power. So the organs related to those chakras were suffering from lack of power. So it is natural that they were trying to steal the power source gem from the Heart clan. Once the head of the heartland means the soul has given all the people invitation on a feast means he tried meditating in an organized way on all the chakras with a sincere heart. But instead of joining together, they snatched and broke the gem, meaning that the man did not give Kundalini energy to all the chakras simultaneously by continuous practice of Tantric Kundalini Yoga for long, but he did meditation only once or did only simple i.e. less effective Kundalini Yoga. It is natural that the power was divided between the chakras, but the Kundalini picture disappeared, meaning it became situated on all the five main chakras in the form of formless shakti, that is, the gem broke into five pieces and one piece went to each tribe. People of all the chakras were alive with this power, but they were not safe from the drun of ignorance, because there was no complete or bright Kundalini picture in the form of a gem. Meditation saves from ignorance only in the form of a kundalini picture that’s the gem. Dhyana Chitra’s loss means that the soul named Banj got drowned in the darkness of ignorance due to the snatching of the gem, that means he died or turned to stone, but he gave the shakti with teaching to her daughter Raya meaning he gave the light of Kundalini Shakti that’s a piece of gem to the intellect, and advised her that she again make the non-dual world of body means Kumandra. Advaita means establishing harmony. Raya means intellect then jumps into water meaning cerebrospinal fluid of spinal cord means she practices meditation of sushumna channel in the spinal chord, where Kundalini Shakti means Sisu is noticed by her. In fact, meditation on the chakras is called meditation. To make it easier to meditate on the chakra, one can touch the chakra with the left hand, as the right hand touches the nose for pranayama. This itself turns the focus on the Kundalini picture. This is the specialty of hatha yoga. In Raja Yoga, the meditation-picture has to be focused by force and producing burden on the mind, which seems difficult. Just as by meditating on the chakra one starts meditating on the Dhyana Chitra itself, in the same way, by meditating on the serpent form Sushumna Nadi located in the spine, the Kundalini picture itself starts being meditated upon. There is great power in touch. Sushumna can be touched by massaging the back. There are many asanas, which make the feel of touch or pressure on the sushumna. The chair which gives full support to the whole back by touching it well, that looks blissful because the sushumna is active on it. What I was talking about in the previous post on the Ouroborus snake, how both man and woman, in cooperation with each other, activate the female half of their body in the form of chakras located in the path of front channel of their body, all that is through the amazing touch sensation mostly. Raya is saved from Drun by the influence of dragon or shakti. She senses the power of dragon in that river ie Sushumna Nadi, so she starts searching for her. Nadi also means river in Sanskrit. She is hiding in the Tail Island, which means that the shakti is in a sleep state in the Muladhara Chakra as often told. With the help of that dragon or Kundalini Shakti, she means intellect starts looking for the pieces of the gem, meaning the whole Kundalini picture, on the above islands, which means on the bases of the shakti, that is, on the chakras. A piece of gem by heart or mind or soul or Sahasrara has been given to her in the form of good inspiration. The soul resides in the heart or mind only. The second piece is found on the Mooladhara Chakra, the temple of Tail Island. Due to this the dragon can come in human form, which means that the Kundalini energy is spread throughout the Sushumana Nadi, which is in the shape of a snake with hood shaped like human. It means shakti is rising and trying to awaken by standing up. The people of Tailon Island live above water, meaning the body cells of the front swadhisthana chakra are located above the prostate filled with liquid semen. The swadhishthana chakra is surrounded by liquids in the form of seminal and urinary fluids flowing in the drains and micro rivers. The Front Swadhisthana Chakra is connected to the Rear Swadhishthana Chakra by a bridge-like Nadi connection. It is said that the people of Tailon Island lived in the middle of the river by building their houses on platforms etc. Due to the power of watery semen, this island-like chakra is not affected by ignorance or inefficiency in the form of attacks of druns. The bridge reminded of the Morbi bridge accident in Gujarat state. Recently, more than a hundred people died by drowning in the river due to the collapse of that swinging bridge connected to a famous hindu temple. Most of them were children. The youngest child is said to be two years old. TV journalists were showing the shoes of a small child who had drowned in the river. The shoes were brand new, and they had a picture of the Joker laughing. The child would have been jumping lost in joy over the bridge too happy with his new shoe, and then death must have caught him. Death comes unnoticed just like this. That is why it is said that death and God should always be remembered. It is a heart touching scene. Near Fang Island, she enters the front Vishuddhi Chakra from rear. That is because there it is the most difficult to raise the Kundalini energy above the Vishuddhi chakra, so it slips forward. The satoguna or lightful quality of the mind is increased. She wants to give a gift to Namari i.e. by feeding her some sweets etc. Anyway, when something happens to be in the mouth, the Kundalini circuit is completed, due to which the Kundalini starts rotating easily. But the opposite happened. Instead of helping Kundalini with it, a man’s intellect or raya started increasing the vices of worldliness like anger, fighting etc. with the help of worldly Namari. This will destroy the Kundalini Shakti. It has been shown that Sisu dies after being hit by an arrow and falls into the river, which means that the energy then goes back down the spine through the cerebrospinal fluid. This triggers Drun’s attacks again. Due to lack of power, they try to avoid the tornado with the Kundalini Chitra, which is broken into pieces, but without kundalini shakti, how long the Kundalini picture will save them. The Kundalini picture, that is, the meditation picture, gets its life and shine through kundalini energy. Due to this lake of energy, that meditation picture also starts getting blurred. From this Raya means intellect remembers that Sisu means Shakti had received that Kundalini gem only through mutual harmony and trust. That’s why she gives her gem piece to the worldly individual means Namari. All the organs and pranas follow the intellect, so all his friends mean pranas gave there energy to worldliness. The Kundalini chitra parts/luminescence that have been captured on different chakras, means different gem parts are handed over to worldly Namari. Namari also adds her piece to it leaving attachment to it, that means she also starts dealing in the world with non-attachment and non-duality using her full power. With this, those gem pieces get joined completely, that means the Kundalini picture starts shining with joy and peace. Due to this, the feelings buried in the chakras start reappearing again and merging in the bliss of the soul, which means that the people who were made stone and trapped by the whirlwinds or druns (chakras) come alive again and start rejoicing. With Sushumna flowing, awareness starts running in all the nadis of the body, meaning the rustle of the Shakti start running in them with feeling of joy. It is said as that then all dragons made of stone also become alive. Awakened dragons mean awakened nadis. Those dragons bring back happiness and prosperity to the whole of Kumandra. Because the body is also like a huge country, in which shakti travelling through nadis does everything. Through running of blissful energy in each nadi, the whole body itself becomes happy, strong and healthy. Earlier, pieces of gem were able to revive people made to stone, but not dragons made to stone. This means that through the blurred Kundalini picture, the feelings buried in the chakras begin to emerge, but the energy that moves rustling in nadis was not produced enough with it, as it requires as sharp and full kundalini image as possible. The Kundalini Shakti, which rustles in the form of a mighty serpent, follows the same mental Kundalini image. Further, Tantric sexual yoga strengthens this image and Shakti even more. Maharaj Osho also says the same thing. This means that the shakti chakras, especially the mooladhara chakra, remain in a sleeping state without proper and sustained meditation image. The proof of this is also that if you start chanting sleep-sleep in the mind, then the Kundalini image along with the Kundalini shakti will be felt on the Swadhisthana Chakra and the Muladhara Chakra along with inward constriction of naval chakra. Along with this, there is also a relaxed feeling, the pressure in the brain is felt to decrease suddenly, flood of irrevalent thoughts calm down, and headache is also relieved. This technique is very beneficial for those who have less sleep or who are under stress. I call meditation image as kundalini image because it awakens muladhara chakra and kundalini energy associated with it.

Nidra devi is the goddess of sleep. The mantra “Shri Nidra Hai” is designed by me. From Shree there is a non-dual experience of the philosophy of Physiology (sharir), due to which the Kundalini increases some pressure in the brain, from sleep word that Kundalini descends carrying excess pressure with it to the lower chakras, and with hai means exists, one returns to the normal state. If the pressure starts increasing in the brain while doing yoga, even then this remedy is very effective. Actually, sleep is also very important for yoga. Awakening is relative to sleep, so it can be achieved only through sleep. The one who always tries to stay awake by forcing himself to increase the quality of impractical goodness always in mind, at times I feel him like doing a pretense, and I doubt that spiritual awakening can be achieved with it. Similarly, while reading in the book etc, I used to think that Shambhavi Mudra is what a great and miraculous knowledge, because it used to be written that way. Writing is done so that the difficult thing can be made easy, not the opposite. Everything is simple if understood in a practical way. Keeping an eye on the nose or nose tip is a common and simple practice to centralize and rotate the Kundalini energy. By looking through both of the eyes at the same time, a subtle attention gets also fixed on the Agya Chakra, this is also a simple practice. Keeping the tongue as far back as possible on the palate is also a simple yoga tactic. By mixing these three techniques together, Shambhavi Mudra is formed, which brings the benefits of all three together and effectively. That is why life should be balanced so that equal contribution of the whole body chakras remains in it and the body remains fully functional. Yoga is balance. Similarly, the pieces of the gem were not able to provide permanent protection to the people from the drun. This is a method of Raja Yoga, in which the Kundalini picture is meditated only in the mind or heart, as opposed to complete yoga practice in the form of yogasanas and pranayama etc. of hatha yoga. Therefore, as long as the Kundalini picture is meditated in mind, it remains there, but as soon as that meditation image is removed from there, it fades away completely. This is the local remedy of the Banj clan to preserve the gem. This prevents drun or ignorance in the mind or heart, but it keeps on suppressing the feelings in the form of turning them in to stones on other chakras as there kundalini image isn’t meditated through full and dedicated kundalini yoga. Therefore the complete, everlasting and universal remedy is the proper worldliness with Hatha Yoga, not only the Raja Yoga. Rajayoga for many means just sitting idle and meditating. This is because in the hathayoga way of meditation the whole body and the outside world are equally and properly used in the meditation. However, initially it is the complete sattvik or light-full Raja Yoga that prepares and maintains the Kundalini picture in the mind. Rajayoga is preparatory and hathayoga is enhancer of yoga. It’s just like banj, the head of the heart clan had kept the gem in custody for the future. Many people see the asanas of hatha yoga and say that it is physical exercise, the real yoga is done through meditation in the mind. They mean to say that the bird of mind keeps on flying in empty space without any basis. But the truth is that the bird of the mind resides on the tree of the body. The healthier and more fruitful the tree is, the happier the bird will be.

कुंडलिनी योग दर्शन को दर्शाती कार्टून फ़िल्म राया एंड द लास्ट ड्रेगन

दोस्तों, मैं पिछली पोस्टों में ड्रेगन के कुंडलिनी प्रभावों के बारे में बात कर रहा था। इसी कड़ी में मुझे एनीमेशन मूवी राया एंड द लास्ट ड्रेगन देखने का मौका मिला। इसमें मुझे एक सम्पूर्ण योगदर्शन नजर आया। अब यह पता नहीं कि क्या इस फ़िल्म को बनाते समय योगदर्शन की भी किसी न किसी रूप में मदद ली गई या मुझे ही इसमें नजर आया है। जहाँ तक मैंने गूगल पर सर्च किया तो पता चला कि दक्षिण पूर्वी एशियाई (थाईलैंड आदि देश) जनजीवन से इसके लिए प्रेरणा ली गई है, किसी योग वगैरह से नहीं। थाईलैंड में वैसे भी योग काफी लोकप्रिय हो गया है। इसमें एक ड्रेगन शेप की नदी या दुनिया होती है। उसमें एक हर्ट नामक कुमान्द्रा लैंड होती है। वहाँ सब मिलजुल कर रहते हैं। हर जगह ड्रेगन्स का बोलबाला होता है। ड्रेगन सबको ड्रन अर्थात बवंडर नामक पापी राक्षस से बचाती है। ड्रन लोगों की आत्मा को चूसकर उन्हें निर्जीव पत्थर बना देते हैं। ड्रेगन उन ड्रन राक्षसों से लड़ते हुए नष्ट हो जाती हैं। फिर पांच सौ साल बाद वे ड्रन फिर से हमला कर देते हैं। हर्ट लैंड के पास ड्रेगन का बनाया हुआ रत्न होता है, जो ड्रन से बचाता है। वह पत्थर बने आदमी को तो जिन्दा कर सकता है, पर पत्थर बनी ड्रेगनस को नहीं। दूरपार के कबीले उस रत्न की प्राप्ति के लिए हर्ट लैंड के कबीले से अलग होकर नदी के विभिन्न भागों में बस जाते हैं। उन कबीलों के नाम होते हैं, टेल, टेलन, स्पाइन और फैंग। टेलन ट्राइब ने तो ड्रन से बचने के लिए अपने घर नदी पे बनाए होते हैं। दरअसल पानी में ड्रेगन का असर नहीं होता है, जिससे ड्रन वहाँ नहीं पहुंच पाता। हर्ट कबीले का मुखिया बैंज चाहता है कि सभी कबीले इकट्ठे होकर समझौता कर के फिर से कुमान्द्रा बना ले, जिसमें सभी मिलजुल कर ड्रन से सुरक्षित रहें। इसलिए वह समारोह का आयोजन करता है जिसमें वह सभी कबीलों को बुलाता है। वहाँ फैंग कबीले का एक बच्चा बैंज की बेटी राया को धोखा देकर सभी कबीलों के लोगों को रत्न तक पहुंचा देती है। वे सभी रत्न के लिए आपस में लड़ने लगते हैं। इससे रत्न पांच टुकड़ों में टूट जाता है। हरेक कबीले के हाथ एक-एक टुकड़ा लगता है। रत्न के टूटने से ड्रन सब पर हमला कर देता है। सब जान बचाने को इधर-उधर भागते हैं। बैंज भी पुल पर खड़े होकर रत्न का टुकड़ा अपनी बेटी को देकर यह कहते हुए उसे नदी में धक्का देता है कि वह कुमान्द्रा बना ले और वह खुद ड्रन के हमले से पत्थर बन जाता है। छः सालों बाद राया नदी का किनारा ढूंढने किश्ती में जा रही होती है ताकि अंतिम ड्रेगन सिसू कहीं मिल जाए। उसे वह रेगिस्तान जैसे टेल कबीले के नजदीक अचानक मिलती है। सिसू उसे बताती है कि वह रत्न उसके भाई बहिनों ने बनाकर उसे सौम्पा था, उसपर विश्वास करके। वह पाती है कि जब वह एक टुकड़ा रखती है तो वह अपनी शक्तियों का उपयोग कर सकती है। हरेक टुकड़ा उसकी अलग किस्म की शक्ति को क्रियाशील करता है। वह सिसू की मदद से वहाँ के मंदिर में रत्न का दूसरा टुकड़ा ढूंढ लेती है। इससे सिसू ड्रेगन को आदमी के रूप में आने की शक्ति मिल जाती है। फिर फैंग कबीले से बचते हुए वे स्पाइन कबीले में पहुंचते हैं। इस यात्रा में राया को पांच छः दोस्त भी मिल जाते हैं, जिनमें कोई तो बच्चे की तरह तो कोई बंदर की तरह और कोई मूर्ख जैसा होता है, हालांकि सभी ताकतवर होते हैं। शक्तिशाली फैंग कबीले की राजकुमारी नमारी से सिसू लड़ना नहीं चाहती, और उसे तोहफा देकर समझाना चाहती है। जब सिसू उसे रत्न के टुकड़े दिखा रही होती है, तब नमारी धोखे से उसपर तीरकमान साध लेती है। डर के मारे राया उसपर जैसे ही तलवार से हमला करने लगती है, वह वैसे ही तीर चला देती है, जिससे सिसू मरकर नदी में गिर जाती है। सारा पानी सूखने लगता है और ड्रन के हमले एकदम से बढ़ जाते हैं। राया के सभी दोस्त और नमारी भी अपने-अपने रत्न के टुकड़े से ड्रन को भगाने लगते हैं, पर कब तक। वे टुकड़े भाप में गायब हो रहे होते हैं। तभी राया को सिसू की बात याद आती है कि रत्न के टुकड़े जोड़ने के लिए विश्वास भी जरूरी है। इसलिए वह नमारी को रत्न का टुकड़ा थमाती है, और खुद पत्थर बन जाती है। राया को देखकर उसके दोस्त भी नमारी को टुकड़े सौम्प कर खुद पत्थर बन जाते हैं। अंत में नमारी भी अपना टुकड़ा उनमें जोड़कर खुद भी पत्थर बन जाती है। रत्न पूरा होने पर चारों ओर प्रकाश छा जाता है, राया के पिता बैंज समेत सभी पत्थर बने लोग जिन्दा हो जाते हैं। सभी पत्थर बनी ड्रेगन्स भी जिन्दा हो जाती हैं। कुमान्द्रा वापिस लौट आता है, और सभी लोग फिर से मिलजुल कर रहने लगते हैं।

राया एन्ड द लास्ट ड्रेगन का कुंडलिनी-आधारित स्पष्टीकरण

यह चाइनीस ड्रेगन कम और कुंडलिनी तंत्र वाला नाग ज्यादा है। यही सुषुम्ना नाड़ी है। मैं पिछली एक पोस्ट में बता रहा था कि दोनों एक ही हैं, और कुंडलिनी शक्ति को रूपांकित करते हैं। वह रीढ़ की हड्डी जैसे आकार का है, और पानी में मतलब स्पाइनल कॉर्ड के सेरेबरोस्पाइनल फ्लूड में रहता है। मेरुदण्ड में कुंडलिनी शक्ति के प्रवाह से ड्रन-रूपी या पापरूपी बुरे विचार दूर रहते हैं। कुमान्द्रा वह देह-देश है, जिसमें सभी किस्म के भाव अर्थात लोग मिलजुल कर रहते हैं। विभिन्न चक्र ही विभिन्न कबालई क्षेत्र हैं, और उन चक्रोँ पर स्थित विभिन्न मानसिक भाव व विचार ही विभिन्न कबालई लोग हैँ। कुमान्द्रा दरअसल कुंडलिनी योग की अवस्था है, जिसमें सभी चक्रोँ पर कुंडलिनी शक्ति अर्थात ड्रेगन को एकसाथ घुमाया जाता है। हरेक चक्र के योगदान से इस कुंडलिनी शक्ति से एक कुंडलिनी चित्र अर्थात ध्यान चित्र चमकने लगता है। यह कभी किसी चक्र पर तो कभी किसी दूसरे चक्र पर प्रकट होता रहता है। यही वह रत्न है जो द्वैत रूपी ड्रन से बचाता है। आदमी ने उस कुंडलिनी चित्र को केवल अपने हृदय में धारण किया हुआ था। मतलब आदमी साधारण राजयोगी की तरह था, तांत्रिक कुंडलिनी योगी की तरह नहीं। इससे हर्ट लैंड के लोग मतलब हृदय की कोशिकाएं तो शक्ति से भरी थीं, पर अन्य चक्रोँ से संबंधित अंग शक्ति की कमी से जूझ रहे थे। इसलिए स्वाभाविक है कि वे हर्ट कबीले से शक्तिस्रोत रत्न को चुराने का प्रयास कर रहे थे। एकबार हर्टलैंड के मुखिया बैंज मतलब जीवात्मा ने सभी लोगों को दावत पे बुलाया मतलब सभी चक्रोँ का सच्चे मन से ध्यान किया। पर उन्होंने मिलजुल कर रहने की अपेक्षा छीनाझपटी की और रत्न को तोड़ दिया, मतलब कि आदमी ने निरंतर के तांत्रिक कुंडलिनी योग के अभ्यास से सभी चक्रोँ को एकसाथ कुंडलिनी शक्ति नहीं दी, सिर्फ एकबार ध्यान किया या सिर्फ साधारण अर्थात अल्पप्रभावी कुंडलिनी योग किया। इससे स्वाभाविक है कि शक्ति तो चक्रोँ के बीच में बंट गई, पर कुंडलिनी चित्र गायब हो गया, मतलब वह निराकार शक्ति के रूप में सभी पांचोँ मुख्य चक्रोँ पर स्थित हो गया अर्थात रत्न पांच टुकड़ों में टूट गया और एक टुकड़ा हरेक कबीले के पास चला गया। इस शक्ति से सभी चक्रोँ के लोग जिन्दा तो रह सके थे, पर अज्ञान रूपी ड्रन से पूरी तरह से सुरक्षित नहीं थे, क्योंकि रत्न रूपी सम्पूर्ण कुंडलिनी चित्र नहीं था। अज्ञान से तो ध्यान-चित्र रूपी रत्न ही बचाता है। ध्यान-चित्र अर्थात रत्न के छिन जाने से बैंज नामक आत्मा तो अज्ञान के अँधेरे में डूब गई मतलब वह मर गया, पर उसने बेटी राया मतलब बुद्धि को बचीखुची कुंडलिनी शक्ति का प्रकाश मतलब रत्न का टुकड़ा देकर कहा कि वह शरीर-रूपी दुनिया में पुनः कुमान्द्रा मतलब अद्वैतवाद अर्थात मेलजोल स्थापित करे। राया मतलब बुद्धि फिर पानी मतलब सेरेबरोस्पाइनल फ्लूड या मेरुदण्ड के ध्यान में छलांग लगा देती है, जहाँ कुंडलिनी शक्ति मतलब सिसू ड्रेगन के प्रभाव से वह ड्रन से बच जाती है। दरअसल चक्रोँ के ध्यान को ही ध्यान कहते हैं। चक्र पर ध्यान को आसान बनाने के लिए बाएं हाथ से चक्र को स्पर्ष कर के रखा जा सकता है, क्योंकि दायां हाथ तो प्राणायाम के लिए नाक को स्पर्ष किए होता है। इससे खुद ही कुंडलिनी चित्र का ध्यान हो जाता है। यही हठयोग की विशिष्टता है। राजयोग में ध्यान-चित्र का ध्यान जबरदस्ती और मस्तिष्क पर बोझ डालकर करना पड़ता है, जो कठिन लगता है। जैसे चक्र का ध्यान करने से खुद ही ध्यानचित्र का ध्यान होने लगता है, उसी तरह मेरुदण्ड में स्थित नागरूपी सुषुम्ना नाड़ी का ध्यान करने से भी कुंडलिनी चित्र का ध्यान खुद ही होने लगता है। स्पर्ष में बड़ी शक्ति है। सुषुम्ना का स्पर्ष पीठ की मालिश करवाने से होता है। ऐसे बहुत से आसन हैं, जिनसे सुषुम्ना पर दबाव का स्पर्ष महसूस होता है। जो कुर्सी पूरी पीठ को अच्छे से स्पर्ष करके भरपूर सहारा देती है, वह इसीलिए आनंददायी लगती है, क्योंकि उस पर सुषुम्ना क्रियाशील रहती है। जो मैं ओरोबोरस सांप वाली पिछली पोस्ट में बता रहा था कि कैसे एकदूसरे के सहयोग से पुरुष और स्त्री दोनों ही अपने शरीर के आगे वाले चैनल में स्थित चक्रोँ के रूप में अपने शरीर के स्त्री रूप वाले आधे भाग को क्रियाशील करते हैं, वह सब स्पर्श का ही कमाल है। राया को उस नदी अर्थात सुषुम्ना नाड़ी में ड्रेगन रूपी शक्ति का आभास होता है, इसलिए वह उसकी खोज में लग जाती है। उसे वह टेल आईलैंड में छुपी हुई मतलब उसे शक्ति मूलाधार चक्र में निद्रावस्था में मिल जाती है। उस ड्रेगन रूपी कुंडलिनी शक्ति की मदद से वह रत्न के टुकड़ों को मतलब कुंडलिनी चित्र को उपरोक्त टापुओं पर मतलब शक्ति के अड्डों पर मतलब चक्रोँ पर ढूंढने लगती है। एक टुकड़ा तो उसके पास दिल या मन या आत्मा या सहस्रार रूपी बैंज का दिया हुआ है ही, सदप्रेरणा के रूप में। आत्मा दिल या मन में ही निवास करती है। दूसरा टुकड़ा उसे टेल आईलैंड के मंदिर मतलब मूलाधार चक्र पर मिल जाता है। इससे ड्रेगन मानव रूप में आ सकती है, मतलब वीर्यबल से कुंडलिनी शक्ति पूरी सुषुम्ना नाड़ी में फैल गई, जो एक फण उठाए नाग या मानव की आकृति की है। टेलन द्वीप के लोग पानी के ऊपर रहते हैं, मतलब फ्रंट स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र के बॉडी सेल्स तरल वीर्य से भरे प्रॉस्टेट के ऊपर स्थित होते हैं। फ्रंट स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र एक पुल जैसे नाड़ी कनेक्शन से रियर स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र से जुड़ा होता है। इसे ही टेलन द्वीप के लोगों का नदी के बीच में बने प्लेटफॉर्म आदि पर घर बना कर रहना बताया गया है। इसी नदी जल रूपी तरल वीर्य की शक्ति से इस द्वीप रूपी चक्र पर ड्रन रूपी अज्ञान या निकम्मेपन का प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता। पुल से गुजरात राज्य के मोरबी का पुल हादसा याद आ गया। हाल ही में एक लोकप्रिय हिंदु मंदिर से जुड़े उस झूलते पुल के टूटने से सौ से ज्यादा लोग नदी में डूब कर मर गए। उनमें ज्यादातर बच्चे थे। सबसे कम आयु का बच्चा दो साल का बताया जा रहा है। टीवी पत्रकार एक ऐसे छोटे बच्चे के जूते दिखा रहे थे, जो नदी में डूब गया था। जूते बिल्कुल नए थे, और उन पर हँसते हुए जोकर का चित्र था। बच्चा अपने नए जूते की खुशी में पुल पर आनंद में खोया हुआ कूद रहा होगा, और तभी उसे मौत ने अपने आगोश में ले लिया होगा। मौत इसी तरह दबे पाँव आती है। इसीलिए कहते हैं कि मौत को और ईश्वर को हमेशा याद रखना चाहिए। दिल को छूने वाला दृश्य है। जो ऐसे हादसों में बच जाते हैं, वे भी अधिकांशतः तथाकथित मानसिक रूप से अपंग से हो जाते हैं। मैं जब सीनियर सेकंडरी स्कूल में पढ़ता था, तब हमें अंग्रेजी विषय पढ़ाने एक नए अध्यापक आए। वे शांत, गंभीर, चुपचाप, आसक्ति-रहित, और अद्वैतशील जैसे रहते थे। कुछ इंटेलिजेंट बच्चों को तो उनके पढ़ाने का तरीका धीमा और पिछड़ा हुआ लगा पहले वाले अध्यापक की अपेक्षा, पर मुझे बहुत अच्छा लगा। सम्भवतः मैं उनके तथाकथित आध्यात्मिक गुणों से प्रभावित था। प्यार से देखते थे, पर हँसते नहीं थे। कई बार कुछ सोचते हुए कहा करते थे कि कभी किसी का बुरा नहीं करना चाहिए, इस जीवन में क्या रखा है आदि। बाद में सुनने में आया कि जब वे अपने पिछले स्कूल में स्कूल का कैश लेके जा रहे थे, तब कुछ बदमाशों ने उनसे पैसे छीनकर उन्हें स्कूटर समेत सड़क के पुल से नीचे धकेल दिया था। वहाँ वे बेहोश पड़े रहे जब उनकी पत्नि ने उन्हें ढूंढते हुए वहाँ से अस्पताल पहुंचाया। डरे हुए और मजबूर आदमी के तरक्की के सारे रास्ते बंद हो जाते हैं, यहाँ तक कि उसकी पहले की की हुई तरक्की भी नष्ट होने लगती है। बेशक वह पिछली तरक्की के बल पर आध्यात्मिक तरक्की जरूर कर ले। पर पिछली तरक्की का बल भी कब तक रहेगा। हिन्दुओं को पहले इस्लामिक हमलावरों ने डराया, अब पाकिस्तान पोषित इस्लामिक आतंकवाद डरा रहा है। तथाकथित ख़ालिस्तानी आतंकवाद भी इनमें एक है। जिस धर्म के लोगों और गुरुओं ने मुग़ल हमलावरों से हिंदु धर्म की रक्षा के लिए हँसते-हँसते अपने प्राण न्योछावर कर दिए थे, आज उन्हींके कुछ मुट्ठी भर लोग तथाकथित हिंदुविरोधी खालिस्तान आंदोलन का समर्थन कर रहे हैं, बाकि अधिकांश लोग भय आदि के कारण चुप रहते हैं, क्योंकि बहुत से बोलने वालों को या तो जबरन चुप करवा दिया गया या मरवा दिया गया। अगर विरोध में थोड़ा-थोड़ा सब स्वतंत्र रूप से बोलें, तो आतंकवादी किस किस को मारेंगे। सूत्रों के अनुसार कनाडा उनका मुख्य अड्डा बना हुआ है। अभी हाल ही में हिन्दूवादी शिवसेना के नेता सुधीर सूरी की तब गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई, जब वे देव मूर्तियों को कूड़े में फ़ेंके जाने का विरोध करने के लिए शांतिपूर्ण प्रदर्शन कर रहे थे। सूत्रों के अनुसार इसके तार भी पाक-समर्थित खालिस्तान से जुड़े बताए जा रहे हैं। तथाकथित हिंदु विचारधारा वाले राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के नेता गगनेजा हो या रवीन्द्र गोसाईं, इस अंतर्राष्ट्रीय साजिश के शिकार लोगों की सूचि लंबी है। गहराई से देखने पर तो यह लगता है कि हिंदु ही हिंदु से लड़ रहे हैं, उकसाने और साजिश रचने वाले तथाकथित बाहर वाले होते हैं। हाँ, अब पोस्ट के मूल विषय पर लौटते हैं। आपने भी देखा ही होगा कि कोई चाहे कैसा ही क्यों न हो, किसी न किसी बहाने सम्भोग की तरफ आकर्षित हो ही जाता है, ताकि अपनी ऊर्जा को बढ़ा सके, मतलब यहाँ निकम्मापन नहीं पनपता। तीसरा टुकड़ा उसे स्पाइन ट्राईब अर्थात मेरुदण्ड में मिला, सुषुम्ना में उठ रही संवेदना के रूप में। मेरुदण्ड स्थित कुंडलिनी शक्ति अर्थात सिसू ड्रेगन को कुंडलिनी चित्र चक्रोँ से मिला होता है, जैसा कि शिवपुराण में आता है कि ऋषिपत्नियों (चक्रोँ) ने अपने वीर्य तेज को हिमालय (मेरुदण्ड) को दिया। इसीको सिसू कहती है कि उसे रत्न के टुकड़े उसके भाई-बहिनों ने दिए, जो इन विभिन्न टापुओं पर रहते थे। हरेक चक्र से मिली कुंडलिनी चित्र रूपी चिंतन शक्ति से सिसू रूपी कुंडलिनी शक्ति मजबूती प्राप्त करती है, और अपने मस्तिष्क में अर्थात आदमी के मस्तिष्क में (क्योंकि फन उठाए नाग का मस्तिष्क ही आदमी का मस्तिष्क है) एक विशेष शक्ति और उससे एक नया सकारात्मक रूपांतरण महसूस करती है। इसको उपरोक्त मिथक कथा में ऐसे कहा है कि हरेक रत्न का टुकड़ा प्राप्त करने से वह एक विशेष नई शक्ति प्राप्त करती है। राया और सिसू फैंग कबीले से बचते हुए स्पाइन कबीले में पहुंचते हैं, मतलब अवेयरनेस या बुद्धि और कुंडलिनी शक्ति आगे के चक्रोँ से ऊपर नहीं चढ़ती, अपितु पीछे स्थित रीढ़ की हड्डी से ऊपर चढ़ती है। यह इसलिए कहा गया है क्योंकि फैंग मतलब मुंह का नुकीला दाँत आगे के चक्रोँ के रास्ते में ही आता है। इस यात्रा में उसे चार-पांच मददगार दोस्त मिल जाते हैं, मतलब पाँच प्राण और मांसपेशियों की ताकत जो कि कुंडलिनी शक्ति को घुमाने में मदद करते हैं। फैंग आईलैंड में वे पीछे से मतलब पीछे के विशुद्धि चक्र से प्रविष्ट होती हैं। वह इसलिए क्योंकि कुंडलिनी शक्ति को विशुद्धि चक्र से ऊपर चढ़ाना सबसे कठिन है, इसलिए वह आगे की तरफ फ़िसलती है। वहाँ राजकुमारी निमारी मतलब बीमारी मतलब कमजोरी या अंधभौतिकता उसे मार देती है, मतलब उसे वापिस हटने पर मजबूर करती है, और वह नदी में गिर जाती है, मतलब मेरुदण्ड के फ्लूड में बहती हुई वापिस नीचे चली जाती है। उससे बवंडर ताकतवर होकर लोगों को मारने लगते हैं, मतलब चक्रोँ में फँसी भावनाओं को बाहर निकलने का मौका न देकर वहीं उन्हें पत्थर अर्थात शून्य अर्थात बेजान बनाने लगते हैं। चक्र भी बवंडर की तरह गोलाकार होते हैं। सिसू नमारी से लड़ना नहीं चाहती मतलब जब कुंडलिनी शक्ति विशुद्धि चक्र को लांघ कर ऊपर चढ़ने लगती है, तब मन की लड़ाई-झगड़े वाली सोच नष्ट हो जाती है। मन का सतोगुण बढ़ा हुआ होता है। वह नमारी को तोहफा देना चाहती है मतलब उसे कुछ मिष्ठान्न आदि खिलाकर। वैसे भी मुंह में कुछ होने पर कुंडलिनी सर्कट कम्प्लीट हो जाता है, जिससे कुंडलिनी आसानी से घूमने लगती है। पर हुआ उल्टा। उस तोहफे से कुंडलिनी की मदद करने की बजाय वह दुनियादारी के दोषों जैसे गुस्से, लड़ाई व अति भौतिकता आदि को बढ़ाने लगी। इससे तो कुंडलिनी शक्ति नष्ट होगी ही। इसको ऐसे दिखाया गया है कि सिसू तीर लगने से मरकर नदी में गिर जाती है, मतलब शक्ति फिर सेरेबरोस्पाइनल द्रव से होती हुई मेरुदण्ड में वापिस नीचे चली जाती है। इससे फिर से ड्रन के हमले शुरु हो जाते हैं। इससे शक्ति की कमी से टुकड़ों में बंटे कुंडलिनीचित्र रूपी रत्न से वे बवंडर से बचने की कोशिश करते हैं, पर शक्ति के बिना कब तक कुंडलिनी चित्र बचा पाएगा। कुंडलिनी चित्र अर्थात ध्यान चित्र को शक्ति से ही जान और चमक मिलती है, और शक्ति को कुंडलिनी चित्र से। दोनों एकदूसरे के पूरक हैं। इससे वह मेडिटेशन चित्र भी धूमिल पड़ने लगता है। इससे राया मतलब बुद्धि को याद आता है कि आपसी सौहार्द और विश्वास से ही सीसू मतलब शक्ति ने वह कुंडलिनी रत्न प्राप्त किया था। इसलिए वह अपना रत्न भाग नमारी मतलब दुनियादारी या भौतिकता को दे देती है। सभी अंग और प्राण बुद्धि का ही अनुगमन करते हैं, इसलिए उसके सभी दोस्त मतलब प्राण भी जिन्होंने विभिन्न चक्रोँ से कुंडलिनी भागों को कैपचर किया है, वे भी अपनेअपने रत्नभाग नमारी को दे देते हैं। नमारी भी अपना टुकड़ा उसमें जोड़ देती है, मतलब वह भी पूरी शक्ति का इस्तेमाल करते हुए दुनियादारी में अनासक्ति और अद्वैत के साथ व्यवहार करने लगती है। इससे वह रत्न पूरा जुड़ जाता है मतलब अद्वैत की शक्ति से कुंडलिनी चित्र आनंद और शांति के साथ पूरा चमकने लगता है। इससे चक्रोँ में दबी हुई भावनाएँ फिर से प्रकट होकर आत्मा के आनंद में विलीन होने लगती हैं, मतलब बवंडर द्वारा पत्थर बनाए लोग फिर से जिन्दा होकर आनंद मनाने लगते हैं। सुषुम्ना की शक्ति भी उस चित्र की मदद से जागने लगती है। सुषुम्ना नाड़ी के साथ ही शरीर की अन्य सभी नाड़ियों में भी अवेयरनेस दौड़ने लगती है, मतलब उनमें दौड़ती हुई शक्ति की सरसराहट आनंद के साथ महसूस होने लगती है। इसको ऐसे कहा गया है कि फिर पत्थर बनी सभी ड्रेगन भी जिन्दा हो जाती हैं। वे ड्रेगन पूरे कुमान्द्रा में खुशहाली और समृद्धि वापिस ले आती है। क्योंकि शरीर भी एक विशाल देश की तरह ही है, जिसमें शक्ति ही सबकुछ करती है। हरेक नाड़ी में आनंदमय शक्ति के दौड़ने से पूरा शरीर खुशहाल, हट्टाकट्टा और तंदुरस्त तो बनेगा ही। इससे पहले रत्न के टुकड़े पत्थर बने लोगों को तो जिन्दा कर पा रहे थे पर पत्थर बनी ड्रेगनों को नहीं। इसका मतलब है कि धुंधले कुंडलिनी चित्र से चक्रोँ में दबी भावनाएँ तो उभरने लगती हैं, पर उससे सरसराहट के साथ चलने वाली शक्ति महसूस नहीं होती। शक्तिशाली नाग के रूप में सरसराहट करने वाली कुण्डलिनी शक्ति मानसिक कुंडलिनी छवि का ही अनुसरण करती है। इसके और आगे, तांत्रिक यौन योग इस शक्ति को और ज्यादा मजबूती प्रदान करता है। महाराज ओशो भी यही कहते हैं। मतलब कि शक्ति चक्रोँ पर विशेषकर मूलाधार चक्र में सोई हुई अवस्था में रहती है। इसका प्रमाण यह भी है कि यदि आप मन में नींद-नींद का उच्चारण करने लगो, तो कुंडलिनी शक्ति के साथ कुंडलिनी चित्र स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र और मूलाधार चक्र पर महसूस होने लगेगा, नाभि चक्र में भी अंदर की ओर सिकुड़न महसूस होगी। साथ में रिलेक्स फील भी होता है, असंयमित विचारों की बाढ़ शांत हो जाती है, मस्तिष्क में दबाव एकदम से कम होता हुआ महसूस होता है, और सिरदर्द से भी राहत मिलती है। यह तकनीक उनके लिए बहुत फायदेमंद है जिनको नींद कम आती हो या जो तनाव में रहते हैं।

निद्रा देवी ही नींद की अधिष्ठात्री है। “श्री निद्रा है” मंत्र मैंने डिज़ाइन किया है। श्री से शरीरविज्ञान दर्शन का अद्वैत अनुभव होता है, जिससे कुंडलिनी मस्तिष्क में कुछ दबाव बढ़ाती है, निद्रा से वह कुंडलिनी दबाव के साथ निचले चक्रोँ में उतर जाती है, है से आदमी सामान्य स्थिति में लौट आता है। अगर योग करते हुए मस्तिष्क में दबाव बढ़ने लगे, तब भी यह उपाय बहुत कारगर है। दरअसल योग के लिए नींद भी बहुत जरूरी है। जागृति नींद के सापेक्ष ही है, इसलिए नींद से ही मिल सकती है। जो जबरदस्ती ही हमेशा ही सतोगुण को बढ़ा के रखकर जागे रहने का प्रयास करता है, वह कई बार मुझे ढोंग लगता है, और उससे आध्यात्मिक जागृति प्राप्त होने में मुझे संदेह है। इसी तरह किताब में पढ़ते समय मुझे लगता था कि शाम्भवी मुद्रा पता नहीं कितनी बड़ी चमत्कारिक विद्या है, क्योंकि लिखा ही ऐसा होता था। लेखन इसलिए होता है ताकि कठिन चीज सरल बन सके, न कि उल्टा। सब कुछ सरल है यदि व्यावहारिक ढंग से समझा जाए। नाक पर या नासिकाग्र पर नजर रखना कुंडलिनी शक्ति को केंद्रीकृत कर के घुमाने के लिए एक आम व साधारण सी प्रेक्टिस है। एकसाथ दोनों आँखों से बराबर देखने से आज्ञा चक्र पर भी ध्यान चला जाता है, यह भी साधारण अभ्यास है। जीभ को तालू से ज्यादा से ज्यादा पीछे छुआ कर रखना भी एक साधारण योग टेक्टिक है। इन तीनों तकनीकों को एकसाथ मिलाने से शाम्भवी मुद्रा बन जाती है, जिससे तीनों के लाभ एकसाथ और प्रभावी रूप से मिलते हैं। इसीलिए जीवन संतुलित होना चाहिए ताकि उसमें पूरे शरीर का बराबर योगदान बना रहे, और शरीर कुमान्द्रा अर्थात संतुलित बना रहे। संतुलन ही योग है। इसी तरह रत्न के टुकड़े लोगों का ड्रन से स्थायी बचाव नहीं कर पा रहे थे। यह राजयोग वाला उपाय है, जिसमें केवल मन या दिल में कुंडलिनी चित्र का ध्यान किया जाता है, हठयोग के योगासन व प्राणायाम आदि के रूप में पूरी योगसाधना नहीं की जाती। इसलिए जबतक कुंडलिनी चित्र का ध्यान किया जाता है तब तक तो वह बना रहता है, पर जैसे ही ध्यान हटाया जाता है, वैसे ही वह एकदम से धूमिल पड़ जाता है। यही बैंज कबीले वाला स्थानीय उपाय है। इससे मन या हृदय में तो ड्रन से बचाव होता है, पर अन्य चक्रोँ पर लोगों के पत्थर बनने के रूप में भावनाएँ दबती रहती हैं। इसलिए सम्पूर्ण, सार्वकालिक व सार्वभौमिक उपाय हठयोग के साथ यथोचित दुनियादारी ही है, राजयोग मतलब खाली बैठकर केवल ध्यान लगाना नहीं। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि हठयोग में पूरे शरीर का और बाहरी संसार का यथोचित इस्तेमाल होता है। संसार में भी पूरे शरीर का इस्तेमाल होता है, केवल मन व दिल का ही नहीं। हालांकि प्रारम्भिक तौर पर पूर्ण सात्विक राजयोग ही कुंडलिनी चित्र को तैयार करता है, और उसे संभाल कर रखता है। यह ऐसे ही है, जैसे बैंज कबीले के मुखिया ने रत्न को संभाल कर रखा हुआ था। कई लोग हठयोग के आसनों को देखकर बोलते हैं कि यह तो शारीरिक व्यायाम है, असली योग तो मन में ध्यान से होता है। उनका कहने का मतलब है कि मन रूपी चिड़िया बिना किसी आधार के खाली अंतरिक्ष में उड़ती रहती है। पर सच्चाई यह है कि मन रूपी चिड़िया शरीर रूपी पेड़ पर निवास करती है। पेड़ जितना ज्यादा स्वस्थ और फलवान होगा, चिड़िया उतनी ही ज्यादा खुश रहेगी।
