Friends, in the previous post I explained how tuning with planets can reduce their side effects. In this post we will discuss what that tuning is, and how it is related to Kundalini theory.

Kundalini is the frequency of the mind that we can tune with the planets

We note the tuning of the radio, and we operate the radio at the same frequency. Playing at other frequencies will not play radio. In the same way, we know our Kundalini well, and we never forget it. It is the most important picture of the mind. Yogis also remember it daily with yogasadhana. If the light coming from the planets is reduced due to any horoscopic-combination, then the brightness of the Kundalini of our mind starts to increase to balance it. On realizing this, we also increase Kundalini Yogasadhana. We do not get much benefit from increasing the brightness of other images of the mind, because we had not connected them with the planets and their light through religious rituals like planetary worship. Religious activities empower Kundalini only to make it as tuning frequency of mind. In other words, their tuning was not done with planets. Other activities empower plethora of thoughts and images in mind. This can not raise the energy of any of the thought up to tuning level. Tuning thought is as better as full of energy because every stuff inside or outside, here or there is full of energy. We can also call it auto search function. Kundalini, pre-tuned with the planets, activates itself. Kundalini becomes active when there is any change in the planets. She acts as a buffer to provide protection against the shocks of light change.

Kundalini meditation over the planets makes it tuning frequency

This is done by worshiping the planets, offering arghya (holy water) to the Sun, daily reading almanacs or panchanga (maths of planetary movements) carefully, and other various religious rituals. That is why it comes in the scriptures that there is never any misfortune on a person who reads the almanac carefully. When the planets are illuminated for a man, his Kundalini begins to glow by accepting that light. When those planets become dark for that man, then the same Kundalini continues to provide light to that man. In this way, the Kundalini acts like a battery or a phosphorescent material , which keeps charging and discharging, and prevents darkness. Kundalini is also charged with daily Kundalini yoga.

Planetary remedial measures recharge Kundalini

For planetary peace, religious rituals are performed like Navagraha Poojan, charity, chanting, meditation, fasting, sacrifice etc. All these measures illuminate the mind. The most illuminated stuff is Kundalini because it is the most important picture in the mind. The light emanating from that Kundalini makes up the lack of planetary light.

Every life situation is planetary

Every event happens in the light of the sun. Because all celestial bodies are connected to each other, so all other planets also contribute to them. Therefore it is natural that Kundalini is beneficial in every situation of life. If a man is getting the support of the appropriate events to grow, then we can say that his planets are auspicious. Similarly, if a man is not getting events or getting inappropriate events to progress, then we can say that his planets are inauspicious.

The concluding explanation of this post is that in order to always get pleasant music from a radio set, it is always necessary to keep it on tuning frequency, in the same way it is important to always keep the Kundalini in mind in order to remain blissful.

बुरा समय आने पर कुण्डलिनी धीमी पड़ने लगती है

पूर्ववत नियमित योग करने पर भी मेरे मन की कुण्डलिनी धीमी पड़ती जा रही थी। मुझे उसका कारण समझ नहीं आ रहा था। हालांकि बहुत पहले भी मेरे साथ ऐसा होता था, पर उसकी वजह याद नहीं आ रही थी। उससे उस समय भी मैं इसी तरह से दुर्भाग्य के साए में आ जाता था।

धार्मिक कृत्यों से कुण्डलिनी चमकने लगती है, जो हर प्रकार से कल्याण करती है

वास्तव में सभी धार्मिक कृत्य कुण्डलिनी के माध्यम से ही लाभ पहुंचाते हैं। उनसे कुण्डलिनी एकदम से पुष्ट हो जाती है। वह कुंडलिनी फिर हर प्रकार से आदमी की भलाई में जुट जाती है। कुंडलिनी ही आदमी को विपदाओं से बचाती है। तुलादान कराते वक्त ही मुझे अहसास हुआ कि मेरे पाप या यूं कहो कि मन का बोझ मेरे कंधे से उतरकर दूसरे पलड़े पर रखे हुए अनाज के साथ नीचे उतर गया था। उससे मैं हल्का हो गया और मेरे अंदर जैसे काफी खाली जगह बन गई। उस खाली जगह को भरते हुए मेरी कुंडलिनी एकदम से कौंधने लग गई। उससे मैंने फीलगुड महसूस किया और उसके बाद मैं हर समय कुंडलिनी के आनंद में मस्त रहने लगा। कुण्डलिनी से जुड़े अन्य सारे आध्यात्मिक गुण भी पुनः मेरे अंदर प्रकट हो गए। उससे मेरा जीवन भी सुधर गया। व्रत-उपवास, जप-पाठ आदि धार्मिक कृत्यों से भी मुझे अपनी कुंडलिनी सुदृढ़ होती हुई महसूस हुई। विशेष ग्रह-दशा में विशेष धार्मिक कृत्य इसीलिए बताए जाते हैं, क्योंकि वे ही कुंडलिनी को सबसे ज्यादा उजागर करते हैं।

आकाशीय पिंड कुंडलिनी को प्रभावित करते हैं, क्योंकि दोनों ही चमकीले होते हैं

पाप मन के बोझ के रूप में प्रकट होते हैं। वे कुंडलिनी को दबाने की कोशिश करते हैं। इसी तरह, बुरी ग्रह दशा भी कुंडलिनी को दबा कर अपना प्रभाव दिखाती है। कुंडलिनी के दबने से पुराने पाप मन के बोझ के रूप में प्रकट हो जाते हैं। आदमी के लिए बुरी ग्रह दशा का मतलब यहाँ उसके लिए ग्रहों की चमक का कम होना है। उससे कुंडलिनी की चमक भी कम हो जाती है। जिन लोगों के मन में कुंडलिनी नहीं बनी होती है, उनकी सामान्य मानसिकता की चमक को प्रभावित करके ग्रह अपना असर दिखाते हैं।

ग्रह अपना असर कैसे दिखाते हैं

इसे हम एक साधारण से उदाहरण से समझ सकते हैं। सूर्य को सबसे बड़ा व चमकीला ग्रह माना जाता है, और उसका प्रभाव भी सबसे ज्यादा दिखाई देता है। जिस दिन चमकदार धूप हो, उस दिन मन आनंद व उमंग से भरपूर होता है। जिस दिन सूर्य की रौशनी बादलों से ढकी हो, उस दिन मन में अवसाद जैसा छाया रहता है। ऐसा ही प्रभाव अन्य ग्रह भी दिखाते हैं, जिसे ज्योतिष शास्त्र से समझा जाता है। जैसे रेडियो सिग्नल हर जगह हैं, पर वे उनसे प्रोपर ट्यूनिंग करने वालों को ही प्राप्त होते हैं; उसी प्रकार ग्रहों की चमक हर जगह है, पर वह समुचित जन्मकुंडली-योग वाले आदमी को ही प्राप्त होती है। यह ऐसे ही होता है, जैसे कई लोगों को सूर्य का प्रकाश भी आनंदित नहीं कर पाता। ऐसा इसलिए होता है क्योंकि उन्होंने सूर्य व उसके प्रकाश के साथ ट्यूनिंग नहीं की होती। शायद इसी ट्यूनिंग को बनाने के लिए ही सुबह के समय सूर्य को अर्घ्य देने की धार्मिक परम्परा है। इसी तरह नवग्रह पूजन से उन सभी ग्रहों के साथ ट्यूनिंग हो जाती है।

कोरोना काल में ज्योतिष शास्त्र अतिरिक्त सहायता प्रदान कर सकता है

जिन बीमारियों का इलाज है, उनके मामलों में तो कोई आध्यात्मिक मनोविज्ञान की बात ही नहीं करता। सफलता के लिए हर कोई आसान शॉर्टकट अपनाना चाहता है, बेशक वह टिकाऊ न हो।  पर कोरोना में तो यह विशेष लाभ पहुंचा सकता है, क्योंकि उसका इलाज ही नहीं। जब मन का बोझ कम होगा, तो स्वाभाविक है कि शरीर की इम्यूनिटी बढ़ेगी, जिससे कोरोना से लड़ने में मदद मिलेगी। यह तो वैज्ञानिक प्रयोगों से पहले से ही सिद्ध हो चुका है कि कुंडलिनी ध्यान से शरीर की इम्यूनिटी बढ़ती है।

Friends, recently I faced some unfortunate incidents. To prevent such incidents, my acquaintance got my horoscope tested by many types of astrologers. Views of Some astrologers were taken online and offline by few others. Everyone called my planetary condition very bad. I was immediately weighed with grains to be donated to poor. Hanuman Chalisa, Durga Raksha Stotra, and Gajendra Moksha Stotra were advised to be read. I was advised to recite Mahamrityunjaya mantras. In this post I will share my Kundalini-related experiences and psychological principles related to these things.

Kundalini starts to slow down when bad times come

Even after doing regular yoga, the Kundalini of my mind was slowing down. I could not understand the reason for that. Although this used to happen to me long ago too, I could not remember the reason for that. At that time also I used to fall under the shadow of bad luck.

Kundalini starts shining through religious acts, which do all kinds of well-being

In fact all religious acts benefit only through Kundalini. Kundalini is absolutely confirmed by them. That Kundalini then engages in the goodness of man in every way. It is Kundalini who saves man from disasters. While being weighed in either pan on the beam scale, I realized that my sins or say that the burden of the mind had come down from my shoulder with the grain kept on the other pan. It made me lighter and became like a very empty space inside me. Filling that empty space, my Kundalini began to flicker. I felt feel good by that and after that I started enjoying Kundalini all the time. All other spiritual qualities related to Kundalini also reappeared in me. It also improved my life. I also felt my Kundalini getting strengthened by fasting, chanting etc. To satisfy particular planets, special religious acts are told, because they are the ones that highlight Kundalini the most.

The celestial bodies affect the Kundalini, because both are bright

Sins appear as a darkened burden to the mind. They try to suppress Kundalini. Similarly, the bad planet condition also shows its influence by suppressing Kundalini. With the suppression of Kundalini, old sins are manifested as a burden of the mind. For a man, bad planet Dasha or condition means that the brightness of the planets is reduced for him. It also reduces the brightness of Kundalini. Those who do not have Kundalini in their mind, the planets show their influence by affecting the brightness of their normal mindset.

How do planets make their impact

We can understand this with a simple example. The Sun is considered to be the largest and brightest planet, and its effect is also most visible. On a bright sunny day, the mind is filled with joy and feel food. On the day when the sun’s light is covered with clouds, there is a shadow of depression in the mind. Other planets show similar effects, which are understood through astrology. Just as radio signals are everywhere, but they are received only by those applying proper tuning; Similarly, the brightness of the planets is everywhere, but only a man with proper horoscope-condition gets it. This is similar to how many people are not able to enjoy even the sunlight. This is because they have not tuned with the sun and its light. Perhaps to create this tuning, there is a religious tradition of offering arghya or holy water to the sun in the morning. Similarly, Navagraha Poojan or worshipping nine planets leads to tuning with all those planets.

Astrology can provide additional support during the Corona period

In the cases of diseases that are curable, no one talks about spiritual psychology. Everyone wants to adopt easy shortcuts for success, of course it is not sustainable. But in Corona, it can provide special benefit, because there is no cure for it. When the burden of the mind is reduced, it is natural that the immunity of the body will increase, which will help in fighting the corona. It has already been proved by scientific experiments that meditation of the Kundalini increases the immunity of the body.

Astrology is a complete science in itself, which requires intensive scientific research

I did a lot of search on Google to find some simplified websites in the name of demystifying astrology etc., but I could not find one. Scholarly readers related to astrology are expected to take initiative in this field and take astrology to the common people with complete ease.

कुंडलिनी योगसाधना की सर्वश्रेष्ठता सिद्ध करने के लिए ही शिवपुराण में शिव-केतकी की कथा के रूपक का वर्णन आता है

दोस्तों, आओ थोड़ा कुंडलिनी ध्यान कर लेते हैं। पिछली पोस्ट में मैंने जो शिव-केतकी की कथा कही थी, वह पुराणों में लिखित रूपकों का एक उत्कृष्ट उदाहरण है। पुराण ऐसे रूपकों से भरे हुए हैं। रूपकों की सहायता से प्रस्तुत विषय अच्छी तरह से समझ में आ जाता है, और अच्छी तरह से याद रहता है। अधिकांश आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान मन की सीमा से बाहर होता है, और प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव की वस्तु है। इसलिए उसे रूपकों में ढालकर मन के दायरे में लाया जाता है। 

पूर्वोक्त प्रकाशमान स्तंभ के ओर-छोर की खोज करने के लिए ब्रह्मा ऊपर की ओर और भगवान विष्णु नीचे की ओर भागे थे

पूर्वोक्त कथा में हमने विष्णु को ऊपर की ओर तथा ब्रह्मा को नीचे की ओर जाते दिखाया था। पर वास्तविकता इसके विपरीत थी। वैसे इससे कोई ज्यादा फर्क नहीं पड़ता। रूपकों को हम किसी भी तरफ को ढाल सकते हैं। सत्य का अनुभव तो वही रहता है। रूपक सत्य को नहीं बदल सकते। रूपकों का अपना कोई गणित नहीं होता। रूपक तो केवल सत्य को समझाने के लिए बनाए गए होते हैं। रूपक की इस विपरीत स्थिति में हम सत्य के अनुभव को निम्नलिखित तरीक़े से ढाल सकते हैं। ब्रह्मा प्रकार के लोग क्योंकि अंधाधुंध निर्माण कार्य करवाते हैं, इसलिए वे अपने सकाम कर्मों के फलस्वरूप विभिन्न उच्च लोकों को प्राप्त करते हैं। वे सहस्रार रूपी परम लोक को प्राप्त नहीं करते, क्योंकि वे जगत के प्रति आसक्त होते हैं। इसलिए वे कुंडलिनी योगसाधना नहीं कर पाते। यदि करते हैं, तो वह शीघ्र फलदायी नहीं होती। बाकि तो पूर्वोक्त रूपक में सब ठीक है। इसी तरह, विष्णु प्रकार के लोग नम्रता के, गहन अन्वेषण के, और ज्ञान चिंतन के प्रतीक होते हैं। वे नीचे के लोकों में रहने वाले दीन दुखी लोगों की सेवा में जुट जाते हैं। उनमें भी जगत के पालन और रक्षण का अहंकार आ जाता है। फिर भी वे अपनी झूठी शेखी नहीं बघारते, और न ही अपने प्रभाव का ज्यादा ढिंढोरा पीटते हैं। इसलिए उन्हें नीचे के लोकों या चक्रों में जाने वाला बताया गया है। इसी कारण से उनकी भी कुंडलिनी योग साधना आसानी से सफल नहीं होती। बाकि तो रूपक में सब ठीक ही है। असली तांत्रिक कुंडलिनी योगी तो भगवान शिव की तरह मस्तमौले होते हैं। उन्हें दुनियादारी का कोई फिक्र-फाका नहीं होता। वे अपनी कुंडलिनी के साथ मस्त और आनन्दमग्न होते हैं। वे तांत्रिक साधना से बढ़ाई गई अपनी एनर्जी को दुनियादारी में बर्बाद न करके उससे अपनी कुंडलिनी को जागृत करते हैं। वे ज्यादा पाने की चाहत में नहीं भागते। जो उन्हें मिल जाता है, उसी में संतुष्ट हो जाते हैं। भगवान शिव के पास भी एक बाघम्बर, एक मृगचर्म, एक त्रिशूल, एक सर्प, एक बैल और पार्वती माता के सिवाय कुछ नहीं होता। वे इन्हीं में खुश रहते हुए गहन व आनन्दमयी ध्यान साधना में डूबे रहते हैं।

केतकी का पुष्प ऐसे लोगों का प्रतीक है, जो भगवान के साथ रहकर भी उसे नहीं पहचानते

कथा में आता है कि केतकी का सफेद पुष्प भगवान शिव के मस्तक से नीचे गिरा था, पर वह भी उस ज्योति स्तंभ का आदि-अंत नहीं जानता था। केतकी की तरह साफ-सुथरी छवि वाले लोग भी उन पुजारियों की तरह हैं, जो लगातार मन्दिरों में रहकर भी भगवान को नहीं जानते। आम जनता उन पर विश्वास करती है, इसलिए ब्रह्मा प्रकार के लोग इस बात का नाजायज फायदा उठाते हैं। वे पैसे के दम पर उनसे अपना गुणगान करवाते हैं, और जतवाते हैं कि वे सबकुछ अर्थात भगवान को जानते हैं। बाकी तो रूपक में सब वैसा ही है।

Kundalini yoga meditation is proved supreme through the description of the metaphor of the legend of Shiva-Ketaki flower in the Shiv Purana in the best way

Friends, let’s meditate Kundalini a little bit. The Shiva-Ketaki story I had told in the previous post is a classic example of metaphors written in the Puranas. The Puranas are full of such metaphors. The subject presented with the help of metaphors is well understood, and well remembered. Most spiritual knowledge is outside the limits of the mind, and is the object of direct experience. Therefore, it is brought into the realm of mind by metaphors.

Brahma ran upwards and Lord Vishnu ran downwards to search for the ends of the aforesaid light pillar

In the aforesaid story we showed Vishnu moving upwards and Brahma going downwards. But the reality was the opposite. Well it doesn’t matter much. We can adapt metaphors to either side. The experience of truth remains the same. Metaphors cannot change the truth. Metaphors have no mathematics of their own. Metaphors are only made to explain the truth. In this contrasting position of metaphor we can mold the experience of truth in the following way. People of Brahma type because they get indiscriminate construction work done, so they get different higher realms as a result of their deeds. They do not attain the ultimate world like Sahasrara chakra, because they are enamored of the world. Therefore, they are unable to do Kundalini Yogasadhana. If they do, it is not quick fruitful. The rest is all right in the metaphor aforesaid. Similarly, Vishnu types symbolize humility, deep exploration, and contemplation of knowledge. They engage in the service of the oppressed people living in the lower realms. In them also comes the ego of nourishing and protecting the world. Yet they do not boast about their false bravado, nor do they beat their influence too much. Therefore he is said to be going into the lower worlds or lower chakras. For this reason, his Kundalini Yoga practice also does not succeed easily. The rest is all right in the metaphor.The real Tantric Kundalini Yogis are just like Lord Shiva. They have no concern about worldliness. They are blissful and joyful with their Kundalini. They awaken their Kundalini by not wasting their energy enhanced by tantric practice in the world. They do not run into wanting to get more. They get satisfied in what they get. Lord Shiva also has nothing except a tiger skin, a tiger carpet, a trident, a snake, a bull and Parvati Mata. He remains immersed in deep and joyful meditation while remaining happy in those things what he has naturally.

The flower of Ketaki is a symbol of people who do not recognize God even when they are with him

It is mentioned in the story that the white flower of Ketaki fell from the forehead of Lord Shiva, but he also did not know the beginning and end of that piller flame. People with a clean image like Ketaki are also like priests, who do not know God even after constantly staying in temples. The general public believes in them, so people of Brahma type take this advantage illegally. They make them sing their praises on the basis of money, and show that they know everything, that is, God. The rest is the same in the metaphor.

Kundalini is the main theme of Hindu Puranas: the story of Shiva and Ketki flower

Friends, in the previous post I had told about a story of Shivpuran (a Hindu spiritual and metaphorical mythology), which is the basis of the mystery of Tantra Shastra. It is called the story of Ketki flower. In this post I will explain that story in depth.

What is story of Ketki flower

According to Shivpuran, once there was a quarrel between Lord Brahma and Lord Vishnu. Lord Brahma said that he has created the whole world, so he is the greatest. On the other hand, Lord Vishnu started saying that he is the one who maintains and protects the whole world, so he is the greatest. When their quarrel caused uproar, an astrological column appeared between them. There was a voice from sky that the one who will first find its ends, is the biggest. Lord Vishnu walked upwards, and Lord Brahma went downwards. But both could not find the end of it and returned empty handed. Vishnu narrated the true story of his failure to Brahma, but Brahma started lying to Lord Vishnu. Brahma said that he came back after touching its end. Brahma presented the white flower of Ketaki as a witness. Then Lord Shiva appeared there, angry with this lie. He said that he is the eldest and no one other than him has known its beginning and end. Angered by Ketki’s lies, Shiva cursed him that he would never be included in their worship. Together, Brahma was also cursed that he would not have a temple anywhere, nor would he be worshiped.

Tantric Mystery of Shiva-Ketaki Story

In fact the above narrative is metaphoric, and is pointing towards the excellency of Kundalini yoga over all. Brahma is the symbol of those who are damaging nature by indiscriminate construction work. Businessmen, politicians and fake religious leaders who use egoism are that type people. People who perform religious rituals like Rajoguni Yajna etc. are also included in this. Arrogance arises in them, and they start thinking of themselves as the greatest. They have no shortage of funds, so they buy people and journalists with respectable and clean image in the society. The white flower of Ketaki is a symbol of such people. They make such people sing their full glory, and ignore the real God and become God themselves. That is why insidious people with such clean and white image could not please Lord Shiva. To make them happy, one has to be naive like a child. That is why Shiva is also called Bholenath or Bhole Baba. Tantriks are also naive. The above people with Brahma-like image also do not get true respect from people. Out of fear of his influence, people give him false respect. Just as Lord Brahma searches for the lower end of the pillar, similarly that type people have more inclination towards the bottom, that is, Tamoguna. Tamogun may express as uncontrolled consumption of alcohol, meat, etc. They are Rajoguni just like Brahma. Rajoguna is more inclined towards Tamogun. They reach to the very lower realms or chakras, but they do not reach the lowest world, that is, the Muladhar Chakra. This simply means that they do not wake up Kundalini on the Muladhara Chakra. If the Kundalini is awakened even on the mooladhara chakra, it goes straight up to Sahasrara, penetrating all the chakras or realms, and awakens there too. But only tantric people can do this, not ordinary people.

Lord Narayana is the symbol of public servants and donators

Some people of the society are directly connected to the service of the public. Among them, servants and donators are the main ones. People who perform sattvic rituals etc. are also included in these. People doing many types of mental meditation practices are also like this. Although they are naive, they still cannot find the end of the astrological pillar. They move upwards on the pillar, because they are Sattvaguni. There are no defects of mind inside them. Ego is also less in them. They go to very high abodes or chakras, but do not reach the highest abode or sahasrara. This means that they too cannot awaken Kundalini. Then Shiva said that he only knows this. Together he said that he is the biggest. It simply means that only the tantric devotees of Shiva are able to awaken their Kundalini.

In fact, the whole world is inhabited inside our own human body, according to “Yatpinde Tatbrahmande”. The same has been proved scientifically in the book in Hindi “shareervigyan darshan – ek adhunik Kundalini Tantra (ek yogi ki premkatha)”. The various upper and lower abodes which are said in the story are the chakras located in the backbone of our body. The light pillar is the spinal cord. It is also in the form of a shining sensation. It passes from Muladhara Chakra i.e. the lowest abode to Sahasrar Chakra i.e. the highest lok or abode. Many types of abodes i.e. Chakra come in between. Its short form is Linga or lingam or Vajra. That is the most important part of that pillar, because the light emanating column is produced there.

दोस्तों, पिछली पोस्ट में मैंने शिवपुराण की एक कथा के बारे में बताया था, जो कि तंत्रशास्त्र के रहस्य का आधारबिंदु है। उसे केतकी के फूल की कहानी कहते हैं। इस पोस्ट में मैं उस कहानी की गहराई से व्याख्या करूँगा।

क्या है केतकी के फूल की कहानी

शिवपुराण के अनुसार एक बार भगवान ब्रह्मा और भगवान विष्णु के बीच में झगड़ा हो गया था। भगवान ब्रह्मा कहने लगे कि उन्होंने सारे संसार का निर्माण किया है, इसलिए वे ही सबसे बड़े हैं। दूसरी ओर, भगवान विष्णु कहने लगे कि वे ही सारे संसार का पालन और रक्षण करते हैं, इसलिए वे ही सबसे बड़े हैं। जब उनके झगड़े से चारों ओर उथल-पुथल मच गयी, तब उन दोनों के बीच में एक ज्योतिर्मय स्तंभ प्रकट हुआ। आकाशवाणी से आवाज हुई कि जो सबसे पहले इसके ओर-छोर का पता लगाएगा, वही सबसे बड़ा है। भगवान विष्णु ऊपर की तरफ चल पड़े, और भगवान ब्रह्मा नीचे की ओर। परंतु दोनों ही उसके छोर का पता नहीं लगा पाए और खाली हाथ वापिस लौट आए। विष्णु ने अपनी असफलता की सच्ची कहानी ब्रह्मा को बयान कर दी, परंतु ब्रह्मा भगवान विष्णु से झूठ बोलने लगे। ब्रह्मा ने कहा कि वे उसके छोर को छूकर वापिस आए थे। ब्रह्मा ने केतकी के सफेद फूल को साक्षी के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया। तभी इस झूठ से नाराज होकर भगवान शिव वहाँ प्रकट हो गए। उन्होंने कहा कि वे ही सबसे बड़े हैं तथा उनके सिवाय कोई दूसरा इसके आदि-अंत को नहीं जान सका है। केतकी के झूठ से नाराज होकर शिव ने उसको शाप दिया कि वह कभी उनकी पूजा में शामिल नहीं किया जाएगा। साथ में, ब्रह्मा को भी शाप दिया कि कहीं भी उनका मंदिर नहीं होगा, और न ही उनकी पूजा की जाएगी।

शिव-केतकी की कहानी का तांत्रिक रहस्य

ब्रह्मा और केतकी के फूल किसके प्रतीक हैं

वास्तव में उपरोक्त कथा मैटाफोरिक है, और कुंडलिनी योग की सर्वश्रेष्ठता की ओर इशारा कर रही है। ब्रह्मा उन लोगों का प्रतीक है, जो अंधाधुंध निर्माणकार्य से प्रकृति को नुकसान पहुंचा रहे हैं। अहंकार का सहारा लेने वाले बिजनेसमैन, नेता और नकली धर्मगुरु इसी प्रकार के लोग होते हैं। रजोगुणी यज्ञ आदि धार्मिक अनुष्ठान करवाने वाले लोग भी इनमें शामिल हैं। उनके अंदर अहंकार पैदा हो जाता है, और वे अपने आप को सबसे बड़ा समझने लगते हैं। उनके पास धन की कोई कमी नहीं होती, इसलिए वे समाज के प्रतिष्ठित व साफ-सुथरी छवि वाले लोगों को और पत्रकारों को खरीद लेते हैं। केतकी का सफेद फूल ऐसे ही लोगों का परिचायक है। वे ऐसे लोगों से अपना भरपूर गुणगान करवाते हैं, और असली भगवान को अनदेखा करके खुद भगवान बन बैठते हैं। इसीलिए ऐसी साफ सुथरी व सफेद छवि वाले कपटी लोग भगवान शिव को प्रसन्न नहीं कर पाते। उन्हें प्रसन्न करने के लिए तो बच्चे की तरह भोले बनना पड़ता है। तभी तो शिव को भोलेनाथ या भोले बाबा भी कहते हैं। तांत्रिक भी भोले ही होते हैं। ब्रह्मा जैसी छवि वाले उपरोक्त लोग भी लोगों से सच्चा सम्मान नहीं प्राप्त कर पाते। उनके प्रभाव के डर से ही लोग उन्हें झूठा सम्मान देते हैं। जैसे भगवान ब्रह्मा स्तंभ का निचला छोर ढूंढते हैं, वैसे ही उनकी तरह के लोगों का झुकाव भी नीचे अर्थात तमोगुण की तरफ ज्यादा होता है। तमोगुण मदिरा, माँस आदि के अनियंत्रित उपभोग के रूप में हो सकता है। वे ब्रह्मा की तरह ही रजोगुणी होते हैं। रजोगुण का झुकाव तमोगुण की तरफ ज्यादा होता है। वे बहुत नीचे के लोकों या चक्रों तक पहुंच जाते हैं, पर सबसे नीचे के लोक अर्थात मूलाधार चक्र तक नहीं पहुंच पाते। इसका सीधा सा अर्थ है कि वे मूलाधार चक्र पर कुंडलिनी को जगा नहीं पाते। यदि मूलाधार चक्र पर भी कुंडलिनी जागृत हो जाए, तो वह सभी चक्रों या लोकों को भेदते हुए सीधी सहस्रार में चली जाती है, और वहाँ भी जागृत हो जाती है। पर ऐसा तांत्रिक लोग ही कर सकते हैं, साधारण लोग नहीं।

भगवान नारायण सेवादारों व दानवीरों के प्रतीक हैं

समाज के कुछ लोग जनता की सेवा से सीधे जुड़े होते हैं। उनमें सेवादार और दानवीर मुख्य होते हैं। सात्विक धर्म-कर्म आदि करने वाले लोग भी इनमें शामिल हैं। अनेक प्रकार की मानसिक साधनाएं करने वाले लोग भी ऐसे ही होते हैं। हालाँकि वे भोले होते हैं, पर फिर भी वे ज्योतिर्मय स्तंभ का छोर नहीं ढूंढ पाते। वे स्तंभ पर ऊपर की ओर जाते हैं, क्योंकि वे सत्त्वगुणी होते हैं। उनके अंदर मन के दोष नहीं होते। अहंकार भी उनमें कम होता है। वे काफी ऊपर के लोकों या चक्रों तक चले जाते हैं, पर सर्वोच्च लोक या सहस्रार तक नहीं पहुंच पाते। इसका अर्थ है कि वे भी कुंडलिनी को जागृत नहीं कर पाते। फिर शिव ने कहा कि वे ही इसे जानते हैं। साथ में कहा कि इसलिए वे ही सबसे बड़े हैं। इसका सीधा सा अर्थ है कि शिवभक्त तांत्रिक ही अपनी कुंडलिनी को जागृत कर पाते हैं।

ज्योतिर्मय स्तंभ सुषुम्ना नाड़ी का और विभिन्न लोक विभिन्न चक्रों के प्रतीक हैं

वास्तव में सारा संसार हमारे अपने मनुष्य शरीर में बसा हुआ है, “यतपिण्डे तत्ब्रह्मांडे” के अनुसार। ऐसा ही “शरीरविज्ञान दर्शन- एक आधुनिक कुंडलिनी तंत्र (एक योगी की प्रेमकथा)” पुस्तक में भी वैज्ञानिक रूप से सिद्ध किया गया है। जो कथा में विभिन्न ऊपरी और निचले लोक कहे गए हैं, वे हमारे शरीर की रीढ़ की हड्डी में स्थित चक्र ही हैं। जो प्रकाशमय स्तम्भ है, वह सुषुम्ना नाड़ी है। वह भी चमकदार संवेदना के रूप में होती है। वह मूलाधार चक्र से अर्थात सबसे निचले लोक से सहस्रार चक्र अर्थात सबसे ऊपर के लोक तक गुजरती है। बीच में अनेक प्रकार के लोक अर्थात चक्र आते हैं। उसका लघु रूप लिंग या वज्र है। वही उस स्तंभ का सबसे प्रमुख भाग होता है, क्योंकि वहीँ से प्रकाशमय संवेदना स्तंभ उत्पन्न होता है।

This explains the so-called supreme tantric nature of Lord Shiva. He considers his linga as his formless form and his idol as form full form. The linga is a short form of a huge pillar that connects the dark underworlds to the superior cosmic worlds. Brahma and Vishnu could not find its beginning and ending. Similarly, linga also connects Muladhara with Sahasrara. The whole mystery of sexual tantra is hidden in this story of Shiv Purana. If a direct focus is placed on the idol of Shiva or the image of Shiva in the mind, it will not be very effective. But if the image of Shiva on the Vajra is meditated, then it will reach directly into the brain or Sahasrara, and in comparison there it will remain very effective and permanent. The image of Shiva is the symbol of Kundalini here. Anything else like pictures or sensations can be there in the form of Kundalini. By the way, Lord Shiva has asked to worship both his linga and idol together, but has considered linga as the more superior form. From this, it becomes clear that Kundalini can merely develop from various eternal religious traditions, but Tantra has to be supported for its awakening. This is because if the human form and shape of Shiva is not known, then how will one be able to meditate on it over the lingam. The human form of Shiva is known only by its idol. That is why Shivalingam is also placed with idols in most of the temples. Similarly, a real Tantric is not an opponent of Sanatan religious traditions, but a collaborator.

इससे भगवान शिव की तथाकथित तन्त्रेश्वरता स्पष्ट जाती है। वे अपने लिंग को अपना निर्गुण रूप और अपनी मूर्ति को सगुण रूप मानते हैं। लिंग उस विराट स्तंभ का लघु रूप है, जो अधोलोकों को ऊर्ध्वलोकों से जोड़ता है। ब्रह्मा और विष्णु इसका आदि-अंत नहीं ढूंढ सके थे। इसी तरह लिंग भी मूलाधार को सहस्रार से जोड़ता है। यौनतंत्र का सारा रहस्य शिवपुराण के इसी कथानक में छिपा है। यदि शिव की मूर्ति पर या मस्तिष्क में बने शिव के चित्र पर सीधा ध्यान लगाया जाएगा, तो वह ज्यादा प्रभावी नहीं होगा। परंतु यदि वज्र पर शिव के चित्र का ध्यान किया जाएगा, तो वह वहाँ से सीधा मस्तिष्क या सहस्रार में पहुंचेगा, और तुलनात्मक रूप में वहाँ बहुत ज्यादा प्रभावी व स्थायी बना रहेगा। शिव का चित्र यहां कुंडलिनी का प्रतीक है। कुंडलिनी के रूप में अन्य कुछ भी चित्र या संवेदना हो सकती है। वैसे तो भगवान शिव ने अपने लिंग और मूर्ति, दोनों की एकसाथ आराधना करने को कहा है, परन्तु अधिक श्रेष्ठ लिंग को माना है। इससे यह स्पष्ट हो जाता है कि विभिन्न सनातन धार्मिक परंपराओं से कुंडलिनी का विकास ही हो पाता है, परंतु उसके जागरण के लिए तंत्र का सहारा लेना ही पड़ता है। ऐसा इसीलिए है, क्योंकि यदि शिव के मानवीय रूप-आकार का पता ही नहीं होगा, तो लिंग पर भी उसका ध्यान कैसे हो पाएगा। शिव के मानवीय रूपाकार का पता तो उसकी मूर्ति से ही चलता है। इसीलिए अधिकांश मंदिरों में मूर्तियों के साथ शिवलिंग भी जरूर होता है। इसी तरह एक असली तांत्रिक सनातन धार्मिक परंपराओं का विरोधी नहीं, अपितु सहयोगी होता है।

कुंडलिनी और मन्दिर का परस्पर सहयोगात्मक संबंध

दोस्तों, इसी हफ्ते मुझे एक नया कुंडलिनी अनुभव मिला। नया तो इसे नहीं भी कह सकते हैं, नए रूप में कह सकते हैं। कुंडलिनी तंत्र और सनातन धर्म के बीच में बहुत अधिक सहयोगात्मक रिश्ता है। इस पोस्ट में हम इसी पर चर्चा करेंगे। 

मंदिर में कुंडलिनी को ऊर्ध्वात्मक गति मिलती है

एक-दो दिन से मैं कुछ मन की बेचैनी और चंचलता महसूस कर रहा था। मेरे फ्रंट स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र पर एक दबाव जैसा बना हुआ था।ऐसा1लग रहा था कि कुंडलिनी वहां पर अटकी हुई थी। योग से थोड़ा रिलीफ मिल जाता था, फिर भी दबाव बना हुआ था। मैं एक बड़े समारोह के लिए एक बड़े मंदिर की बगल में स्थित दुकान पर फूलों के गुलदस्तों की बुकिंग कराने के लिए गया। जब वापिस आया तो अपनी बाइक वहीँ भूल आया। बाइक की याद मुझे मन्दिर के पास आई। मैं यह सोचकर मंदिर के अंदर प्रविष्ट हुआ कि भगवान का वही आदेश था। मंदिर के दरवाजों पर ताले लगे हुए थे। इसलिए मैं बाहर के लंबे-चौड़े संगमरमर से बने खुले आंगन में टहलने लगा। वहाँ पर मुझे मस्तिष्क में कुंडलिनी का स्मरण हो आया। उसी के साथ स्वाधिष्ठान का कुंडलिनी-दबाव भी ऊपर चढ़ते हुए महसूस हुआ। वहाँ पर कुछ लोग उरे-परे आ-जा रहे थे। मैं उनके रास्ते से हटकर एकांत में एक शीशे की दीवार के साथ बने संकरे प्लेटफार्म पर बैठ गया। मेरा शरीर खुद ही ऐसी पोजीशन बनाने की कोशिश कर रहा था, जिससे स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र की कुंडलिनी पर ऊपर की तरफ खिंचाव लगता। मैंने अपनी पीठ का फन फैलाए हुए नाग के रूप में ध्यान किया। मेरी कुंडलिनी वज्र से शुरु होकर रियर अनाहत चक्र तक एक संवेदनात्मक नस या चैनल के रूप में आ रही थी। बैकवार्ड फ्लो मैडिटेशन तकनीक भी इसमें मेरी मदद कर रही थी। मस्तिष्क के विचारों को मैं कुंडलिनी के रूप में आगे से होकर फ्रंट अनाहत चक्र तक पहुंचता हुआ महसूस कर रहा था। इससे अनाहत चक्र पर ऊपर का प्राण और नीचे का प्राण (अपान) आपस में टकरा कर चमकती कुंडलिनी को प्रकट कर रहे थे। तभी मेरी बाहर गई पत्नी का फोन भी आया, जो शायद अदृश्य टेलीपैथी से ही हुआ होगा। उससे मुझे और अधिक बल मिला। उससे फ्रंट स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र का दबाव समाप्त हो गया। मेरी साँसें तेज व गहरी चलने लगीं। वे साँसे मुझे बहुत सुकून दे रही थीं। कुंडलिनी से संबंधित सारी प्राण शक्ति मेरे अनाहत चक्र को मिली। उससे मेरा हृदय प्रफुल्लित हो गया, और मैं तरोताजा होकर बाइक पर वापिस घर लौट आया, और खुशी-खुशी अपने कामों में जुट गया। बड़े-बड़े मंदिरों को बनाने के पीछे एक नया कुंडलिनी-रहस्य उजागर हो गया था।

स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र पर दबाव बनने का मुख्य कारण सीमेन रिटेंशन होता है

ऐसा यौनसंबंध से परहेज करने से भी हो सकता है, पॉर्न देखने से भी हो सकता है, और अपूर्ण तांत्रिक यौनयोग से भी। इसलिए उचित योगसाधना से इस दबाव को ऊपर चढ़ाते रहना चाहिए। मस्तिष्क तक इसे पहुंचाने से यदि सिरदर्द या मस्तिष्क में दबाव लगे, तो पूर्वोक्त ढंग से अनाहत चक्र तक ही इसे चढ़ाना चाहिए।
