Kundalini Yoga makes peahen become pregnant by drinking peacock’s tears

Friends, in the previous post I was talking about how some diseases especially genetic diseases lead a man to become a superhuman. I have myself observed that those who are affected by those diseases in the later part of their life are very sharp minded in the early part of life. Meaning that they are very close to awakening. Some even become awake. Perhaps their energy, which is saved by the failure of any system of the body, is spent in increasing the intellect and creating awareness from it. By the way, those type of people seem a little different from the general society. They shine differently among all. Their behavior is also like different and special from most, and their work too. No doubt they are attractive. Many people long to be friends with them. People also get a lot of benefits by making friendship with them, although it may be difficult at times due to their strange nature. Similarly, in the previous post there was discussion on the possibility whether a dead or dying body can be revived by Kundalini Yoga. I think it can happen if the energy is correctly focused on the diseased parts of the body with its proper rotation. But it requires a lot of time and subtle yoga techniques. This is a very subtle science. I read in Autobiography of a Yogi and many other places a true story that a daughter-in-law who eats a lot, was sitting in a secluded place, saddened by the taunts of her mother-in-law, when a yogi taught her yoga to concentrate the life force at the throat pit, After which she never needed to eat food. One can concentrate energy in the pit of the throat, but one does not know the subtle techniques that produce that effect. Some will have a heavy head, some will have a headache, etc. The biggest thing is how to believe that the effect has been created. Because even after being affected, a person will continue to eat forcefully out of fear that he may die of hunger. The same happens in the case of all learning, when a man does not believe or does not know that he has learned. That’s why a knowledgeable teacher or Guru is needed. Now, just as a loving couple transmits energy or Shakti or whatever named within each other, similarly an adept yogi can transmit power to a dead body as well, so the theory says. Perhaps this is the basis of the Mrit Sanjivani Vidya.

Many people keep breaking or rejecting friendship because of small things, due to which they remain deprived of their benefits. For example, one day a Facebook friend of mine shared a post making fun of the unscientific myth that peahens get pregnant by drinking peacock tears. A sadhvi who gave such discourse was also ridiculed. It had become his habit to do propaganda without any argument. I gave him a spiritual explanation for this. I said brother, such stories have very entertaining and enlightening spiritual meaning, please don’t connect them with the material world. The peacock dances looking at the clouds. Means he knows how to be happy even in the atmosphere of depression. Peacock is like a Yogi. Probably that is why Yogishwar Lord Krishna used to wear Mormukut that’s peacock feathered crown. Meaning peacock let the tears of sorrow or depression fall. He didn’t stop them. He allowed the mood of depression to express itself. Thoughts of depression were allowed to rise a bit. The peahen here symbolizes the intellect and the peacock the soul. Peacock means the soul is experiencing depression in the form of darkness of bitter or sluggish thoughts. Wisdom accepted the power of bitter thoughts expressed in those tears, and gave birth to a son in the form of beautiful and powerful thoughts. In the scriptures, there is a trend of calling strong beautiful thoughts of the mind as sons. Kundalini picture is the most beautiful and powerful thought of mind, so she is given the form of the best son or Kartikeya. According to the best method, the intellect decided to do Kundalini Yoga. Due to this, the power of bad thoughts got attached to the brightening Kundalini picture, due to which the darkness of depression ended, and possibly Kundalini awakening also happened along with it. The intellect of the one who was not a Kundalini Yogi, in an artistic way made the man do such activities, which generate beautiful thoughts, such as writing, painting, music-playing, acting etc. In this case too, these beautiful thoughts took the power of the foggy thoughts of depression. It is clear that the balloon of depression should be allowed to burst, it should not be kept locked inside. The same thing happened to me once, when many roads in the world were closed in front of me. There was no new work, so old sluggish thoughts were pouring out like peacock’s tears. Then I gave the power of those thoughts to Kundalini Chitra through Tantrik Kundalini Yoga. The friend did not discuss the above explanation, but got out of the friend list. This pretty much proves that my unanswerable analysis was correct. The propagandists disappear by initial verbal firing like this. What is your opinion?

Kundalini yoga shows the DNA as subtle body and the dark energy or dark matter

subtle body is made up of five sense organs, five action senses, five pranas, one mind and one intellect.

It is the subtle body that goes to the other world, not the gross body made of flesh. One can say that when the gross body is destroyed, then how can these senses, life force etc. remain, because all these are the dependents of the gross body. This is the trick. You can also call it the art of describing in writing. If the author wanted, he could have written directly that the body and all its activities get recorded in its subtle body. But this description would not have been attractive and easy to understand. Because the body and all its activities are dependent on its mind, intellect, knowledge based sense organs, action based sense organs, and the five pranas, so it is said that the subtle body is made up of these five types of things. I didn’t have such an experience. I did not feel these things separately in the astral body, but felt one undivided darkness in which the impression of all these things was felt. The meaning is clear that the subtle body perceives through its soul only, decides through the soul, works through the soul, receives the experiences of all the senses through the soul, and performs all the activities of daily life through the soul. Means all the past lives of the Jiva are fully recorded in the subtle body, which he continues to experience in himself as self.  In a way, it is a combined average form of all the previous births. Many people would think that the subtle body would be a mind without a body, in which waves of thoughts would keep rising in the empty space, but then what was the difference between the gross and the subtle body. Anyway, the existence of the gross mind is not possible without the support of the gross body. For example, consider the diamond in your ring as a subtle body. All the information from its birth is recorded in it. Once upon a time it was pure energy. With the creation of the universe, it became a tree on earth. Then, due to earthquakes etc., coal was formed by tree being buried hundreds of kilometers below the earth. Then stone coal was made. For millions of years it has withstood extreme temperatures and pressures. There were many changes in this. It performed innumerable actions and reactions. It took countless years. Then it was dug out. Then carved. Then you bought it and put it on your ring. All these information are recorded in this diamond. Although we do not get to know these information in gross form by looking at the diamond, but we do experience those information in subtle form, only then we find diamond very beautiful, attractive and precious. Similarly, from the experience of someone’s subtle body, the whole past details of it are not known in the gross form, but it is experienced in the subtle form, by experiencing its average nature. In the Gita, Maha Yogi Sri Krishna says that he knows all the previous births of Arjuna. It does not mean that he was feeling all the scenes in his mind like tv screen, rather it means that he was feeling the essence of them all in the form of his subtle body. The style of the scriptures is such that they often do not analyze the facts completely and leave them in a miraculous or mystic form, so that the reader becomes bewildered. These experiences are subtler than experiences from the gross body, although it seems to us, instead to the subtle body, they may seem as powerful as the gross experience, because in that state there is no interference from the noise of thoughts of the living state, which cloud the experiences. In addition, the experiences of all past lives remain in the soul all the time in a subtle form, while in the gross body it remains buried in the noise of gross thoughts. Yes, it cannot take new experiences, because for this the physical body is necessary. That’s why there is no further development of it. It has to take birth as a gross body for further development. To me, the subtle body seems to record all the information of the organism like DNA. Similarly, to me dark energy or dark matter also seems to be the eternal DNA of the gross universe.

The equivalence of dark energy and the subtle body can be proved only if we do not divide subtle body into compartments and consider it as a single dark sky in which all the information of its gross form is recorded in the form of subtle form as waveless or unchanging experiences in self-sky. Please don’t mistake this as complete self-realization i.e. self-knowledge. This is the highest level of self-experience, which is of a single kind, and in which no information is recorded i.e. it’s the pure self-form, while the subtle-body as self-experience is of a very mild degree, and contain many hidden information. According to the experiences attained in the gross body state there are innumerable types or levels of subtle bodies. Hence only in this undivided encoded form, subtle body will be fully like dark matter or black hole as described earlier according to famous verse “Yatpinde tat brahmande“.

Kundalini is the manifestation of Lord Krishna who killed Mythological Kaliyanag in Yamuna river

Friends, yoga is a scientific method. Common people cannot understand it easily. They will practice it when they understand it. That is why the Puranas have been composed to facilitate the common public. Yoga has been explained in the Puranas as various mythic events and stories. Although being as mythological forms these stories are still theoretically true. This is so because these myths are classical and specially designed, as opposed to non classical or ordinary myths. Contrary to the thinking of some so-called modernists, they do not fall under the category of superstition. Many things cannot be said directly to avoid violations of social, personal and practical limitations, hence they have to be said as scientific myths. Yoga can be difficult to understand instantly. One has to adopt a Yogic or nondual lifestyle for a long time. That is why in Puranas, things related to yoga are presented as amusing mythology. This keeps these stories interesting for a man for a long time. With this, a man automatically becomes a yogi indirectly, and with a little extra effort, he can also become a perfect yogi if he gets a favorable situation. If everyone became a fulltime yogi together, then how would worldly work go. That is why yoga is molded as such scientific and pleasant stories, on which faith remains. Due to this, the man remains tied in the Yogic lifestyle at all times even while performing all the obligations of worldliness. One such famous story comes in the Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran, which describes the war between Lord Krishna and Kaliyanag. According to that legend, a huge snake named Kaliya who had hundreds of hoods lived on the island of Ramanak, with the fear of Garuda, the vehicle of Lord Vishnu. He was cursed by some saint that Lord Krishna will kill him and liberate him. Therefore, he came to the river Yamuna flowing near Vrindavan. The water of the Yamuna became poisonous due to its poison, killing the people, birds and animals around. Lord Krishna was playing ball with his grazer friends. Then his ball went into the water of Yamuna. Shri Krishna immediately leaped into the Yamuna. The next moment he was wrestling with Kaliynaag. After a lot of trouble, Shri Krishna climbed on the middle and biggest head of it. There he increased his weight and mashed his hoods. He grabbed his head and tail together and hit him here and there. In the end, he forced Kalyanag to give up. Then Kaliyanag’s wives came there and started asking Lord Krishna for his life. Srikrishna left him on the condition that he along with his family would leave the Yamuna and return to the island of Ramanak and would never enter the Yamuna again.

Kaliyanag is a symbol of the sushumna nadi or spinal cord, and Lord Shri Krishna is the symbol of Kundalini

In fact the structure of man resembles a serpent. The man’s software is made up of his central nervous system, which looks like a hood raising snake in shape. The brain and spinal cord come in it. The rest of the man’s body has been overlaid on this central nervous system. Sushumna channel runs in this central nervous system. Here the water of Yamuna river symbolizes the cerebrospinal fluid flowing around the spinal cord. Living in the island of Ramanak is a symbol of worldly indulgence. The word Ramanaka is derived from the Sanskrit word Ramanika or ramaneeya, meaning amusing. The fear of Garuda symbolizes the fear of saints. Saints do not go to the indulging places. It is seen that saints keep people away from unnecessary conflicts of worldliness. The curse of a monk means to show the right path to God by a gentleman. Saying about Kaliyanag being killed by Shri Krishna is a symbol of liberating him from the bondage of attachment. Shri Krishna sending him back to the island of Ramanak means that he should go in seclusion away from the innocent people of the world and spread poison of attachment there. Kaliyanag’s wives symbolize the ten senses. There are 5 work senses and 5 knowlege senses in them. These senses are said to be the wives of Kaliyanag because they become very powerful in the connection with the man attached to the world and become one with him. The poison of Kaliyanag signifies a attached lifestyle. It is the most powerful poison in the world. Due to this, man keeps dying in the cycle of birth and death again and again. The poison emanating from hundreds of hoods of Kaliyanag means that this attachment keeps on growing due to the hundreds of desires and worries that arise in the brain. Lord Krishna is the symbol of Kundalini here. His climb to the central hood of Kaliyanag means meditating Kundalini in the Sahasrara Chakra. Playing ball by Sri Krishna means Kundalini Yogasadhana. The ball is a symbol of pranayama here. Boy Krishna’s friend grazers symbolize various types of pranayamas and yogasanas. Breathing in and out denotes the ball going back and forth or up and down. The entry of the ball into the river means the entry of pranavayu into chakras. Sri Krishna’s leap into the river means that Kundalini also entered the chakras with pranavayu. Yamuna is the holy river in which Sri Krishna jumps. This means that the Kundalini enters only in the chakras consecrated by breathing. Mulling of the Kaliyanag by Sri Krishna means that Kundalini has curbed the mind’s unnecessary desires and concerns, and has cleaned up the ideological waste buried in the subconscious mind. The holding of Kaliyanag’s head and tail together by Sri Krishna means that the Kundalini has spread across the entire Sushumna channel from Muladhara Chakra to Sahasrara Chakra. Taking power from the Muladhar, Kundalini is shining in Sahasrara. This happens when the palate-tongue joint or Sahasrara and Muladhara are meditated together. By doing this, Kaliyanag’s banging means that the unnecessary noise of the brain is being eliminated, due to which man is moving towards eternal joy. To attempt to kill Kaliyanaag means to let the central nervous system of the body function in a controlled manner. Kaliyanag’s non-entry into the Yamuna again means that after Kundalini awakening, man never behaves indulgently.

Kundalini with conical or dome-shaped mountain as a type of Shivalingam: Last Blog Post of the Year 2020

May the new year be filled with brightness and hope so that darkness and sadness stay away from you. Happy New Year 2021!

Friends, mount Karol is a very attractive mountain in the Himalayas. It is shaped like a Shivling. While climbing above the plains, it appears to be located at the entrance of high mountains. We will discuss its psycho-scientific contributions related to my Kundalini in this post today.

My birth relationship with mount Karol

I was born in the eyes of this mountain, and grew up in front of it. This highest mountain in the vicinity stood like a witness before me all the time. It always kept witnessing to my deeds, and inspired me on the way. It never let me allow ego. As soon as I ever felt a little ego, he used to say, “I am the greatest and the highest, yet I never have ego; then why do you have ego in front of me even as small as a worm”. My ego used to be destroyed by this taunt. With that, the Kundalini of my mind used to start glowing. I used to travel and visit this mountain, because most of my friends, relatives and means of livelihood were on this mountain. Every morning when I was offering water to the sun, it was rising from behind this mountain. Due to this, that holy water of worship could also be used by the mountain itself. Unknowingly, that mountain had become my favorite deity and friend.

Over time, my Kundalini became strongly associated with mount Karol

While giving water to the sun, the Kundalini, which grew in my mind, connected itself with Karol mountain. The sun cannot be seen directly, nor does the sun god remain in front of the eyes all day. But that mountain was always in front of the eyes. For a long time, he could also be seen with a straight eye. While working, when I would lift my head a little, then that mountain would come to my sight suddenly, and along with it my kundalini attached to it. In this way, my Kundalini remained with me throughout my life, and continued to grow. As a result, I also got momentary enlightenment with the view of the same beautiful mountain, and Kundalini awakening was also found under the shadow of his feet.

The shape of the Karol mountain like a Shivling also helped in the development of my Tantric Kundalini

Shivpuran has been shown to have a lot of spiritual significance in the shape of Shivling. There, worship of Shivling is considered to be the best. Just think, when the Shivalinga of a small domestic size has so much importance, then why the mountain with the shape of Shivalinga will not matter. This will increase the importance of shivlingam manifold, because due to the vastness, infallibility, immortality, and egolessness of the mountain, respect for him is greater anyway. That is why the mountain is also considered a deity. This is why people go to the picturesque mountains for spiritual practice. By the way, when seen from different angles, that mountain was seen in different shapes, although the beautiful shape like a Shivling was seen more from my house and the surrounding area. This means that the actual shape is not as important as the figure in our awareness. Due to the subtle tantric importance of Shivalinga, the shikhara or peak of the temple has some cone or dome shape. This shape is actually associated with the base or muladhar chakra, and the same is responsible is for its strength. The form of Mount Kailash is similar, and is probably the most consistent with Tantra. That is why here is said to be the abode of Lord Shiva.

A mountain is like a human absorbed in a meditative practice

For this reason, the form of the mountain has been associated with the form of Lord Shiva. His flora is Shiva’s hair. The river-stream and waterfalls originating from it is the Ganges River originating from Shiva’s coir. The moon rising on him is a beautiful crescent of Shiva’s forehead. The people and wildlife living inside him are in the form of a snake wrapped on Shiva. His non-vegetative and rocky terrain is in the form of naked part of Shiva’s body.

The mountain has its own form as the form of yogi during the Kundalini awakening

This state is a mixed form of existence, nonexistence, and perfection. Even in the state of intoxication, both existence and nonexistence are both together, but existence does not have full potential. The state of nonexistence in the mountain soul is in the form of consciousness devoid of duality and judgment, the state of existence is as the bliss of existence, and the state of perfection is as the perfect bliss of perfect existence. This perfection is in the form of supreme experience. It can also be known as zero or shoonya of Buddhist (neither existence, nor nonexistence). Like the mountain, all other inanimate substances are as super conscious as the Kundalini awakening experience, not lifeless. That is why during the Kundalini awakening everything seems to be the same to one along with perfect bliss and super conscious. Lord Krishna understood this omnipresent form of Mount Govardhana, so he could escape from the wrath of the god Indra and could also save the villagers of Vraj. The villagers considered Govardhan Parvat as their local deity, which was limited and isolated. This narrative also seems like a metaphor to me. Indra is a symbol of city dwellers and people living in plain geographical area with arrogance of development and resources. Govardhan Parvat is a symbol of the natural and lush green valleys of the village. Vrajwasi (villagers of Krishna home village Vraja) is the symbol of an illiterate, rural, hilly, backward, superstitious and egoistic man of narrow thinking. It is worth noting here that the ego is in both the townspeople as well as the villagers. However, in townspeople there is an arrogance of highness and artificiality, and in rural people of lowliness and nature. These two types of ego collide. A man devoid of both these types of egos is like a knowledgeable Krishna who, mixed with both these types of people, remains untouched by their ill effects.

Kundalini development with flute yoga;  Flute as the most important instrument of the Corona period

Friends, every week the corona virus attracts attention.  I feel like writing about this.  Perhaps happy with this, it goes back to forgive the sins of the world.  hope is life.

Importance of music in the Corona era

I felt like imprisoned in the house because of the lock-down.  The songs were also heard a lot.  I had seen a lot of films too.  Films like Bhootiya Atma/ghostly or spirit related dominated.  Nowadays these films are looking good.  One day I was talking to my family about the artists who were refining their art, especially musical art, during the lock-down.  Many people even started learning music by themselves.  Then my attention went towards the flute kept in the store room which had been lying there for some years.  What could have been a better gift than that at that time, because at that time, due to the lock down, the movement of all items other than the essentials was banned.  I used to play flute occasionally from college time.  It had been 20 years of befriending the flute.  If an art has been used even once, it keeps growing with time, of course, then why not stop using it.  That is why in olden days, exposure of all disciplines and arts was given in childhood.  By playing the flute, my blurred Kundalini started to shine again.

Flute and kundalini’s interrelationship;  Flute yoga

Playing the flute causes pranayama or breathing exercise.  While inbreathing, the Kundalini rises upward in the spinal cord, and while exhaling it descends downward through the front chakras.  In this way the Kundalini starts circling the whole body.  This makes all the chakras active.  Deep inbreath is filled with meditation of Kundalini.  Then by slowly exhaling with meditation, sweet melodies of the flute are also played, and Kundalini also descends through the front chakras.  Together, the power of the flute’s voice is also felt by the Kundalini.  Thus Kundalini starts shining through all this.  After that the man feels as if he has done Kundalini Yoga.  Flute yoga is also unique Kundalini yoga.  With this, both body and mind become absolutely healthy.

The flute is the best type of instrument

The flute is the cheapest and universal instrument.  It can be made easily from bamboo plant anywhere and anytime.  It does not require any science or technology.  There is also little use of resources in making it.  Everything in it is natural, nothing is synthetic.  Because of this flutes are environment friendly.  Being small in size, it can be easily placed anywhere.  Due to these qualities, flute is evergreen and eternal instrument.  Probably that is why Lord Krishna was particularly fond of flute.  Many people avoid playing the flute in the house thinking that it should be played in the open.  I used to think the same, but my illusion was broken 20 years ago when I saw people living in wild countryside playing flutes inside their living rooms.  No matter how big a lock down or emergency comes into force, the flute will always keep us entertained, and keep the man on the path of spirituality.  Therefore every house must have at least one bamboo flute.

Kundalini against Corona; Kundalini plays the most important role in life-threatening situations, be it the corona virus or any other terrible situation

Some far reached things have to be believed only, because they cannot be proved by direct science. One of these Faith run things is to get the help of Kundalini at the time of spiritual transcendence/ afterlife visit to astral realm. It has been said in all religions that one should keep meditating on Favored. The same favored facilitates travel to astral realm. If that ishta/favored is remembered at the end of life, then salvation is sure. Even if there is no salvation, it is for sure that it frees the soul from the bondage of the earth, so that the afterlife journey is smooth and quick. Means, kundalini saves from becoming earthbound souls. It is also proven by science that a spacecraft needs a great force to be released from the Earth’s gravity. After that it keeps going up on his own. The same force comes from the remembrance of the beloved. The same is called Kundalini.

King Parikshit got liberation in a week with this favored- meditation

King Parikshit had come to know that he was going to die in a week. Therefore, he focused his attention on Lord Shri Krishna. This gave him freedom. Similarly, Raza Khatwang came to know that he was going to die 1 hour later. Therefore, he had focused all his attention on his favorite. This gave him freedom.

That is why my maternal grandmother used to say that nowadays it is very easy to achieve liberation. Nowadays, doctors tell in advance, when and how likely is the death of a sick person.

Kundalini meditation can help in dealing with the corona virus both physically and spiritually

The corona virus has also revealed that the life of a man is temporary. Taking education from this, people should start practicing Kundalini meditation. First, Kundalini will try her best to save the man from Corona, as it has been told in the previous one and other health related kundalini posts. If the man is still not able to survive, it will give him freedom or it will make the journey of afterlife easy.

Kundalini should be specifically focused on the palate and throat

Although Kundalini should be focused on each chakra alternately, still special attention should be paid to the palate chakra, the vishuddhi chakra and the Anahata chakra. Corona virus attacks these areas. Focusing Kundalini in these areas will increase positive blood circulation there. Being positive of blood circulation means that Kundalini will also exist along with blood circulation. That Kundalini is Advaita Shakti/non-duality power. The subtle soldiers of the body fight with germs and viruses with the help of the same non-dual power, and kill them. Blood circulation also increases with simple exercise, but it does not have that divine Kundalini power. The palate chakra lies just behind the mouth, where a finger-like structure of flesh hangs down. There is also a sore as there is a sore throat. The Vishuddhi chakra is at the very center of the neck, where there is also a thyroid gland. The Anahata Chakra lies in the chest and in the middle of both nipples. Vishuddhi and Anahata, both have two parts one in the front and one in the back, which are connected by a straight imaginary line. With the practice of two to four days, these chakras themselves are detected. By meditating the Kundalini on these chakras one feels like a contraction on them, and a sensation like a rustle. This means that those chakras have become functional.

Happy janamaashtami/जन्माष्टमी पर्व की बधाइयाँ

Geetaa philosophy dictated by Lord Krishna is a wonderful treatise of worldwide spirituality. Every religion, philosophy, spirituality seems to be emerging out of it. It’s Karmyoga is an amazing gift to the world. Today, it’s most necessary for people are becoming more and more lethargic, workless and paranoiac/depressed due to today’s mechanized work style. Many types of strange diseases like diabetes, heart ailments, thyroid ailments etc. are gaining their strong foot hold.

Actually, karmyoga teaches us how to be busy physically and mentally along with the development of spirituality round the clock. It helps in achieving worldly as well as spiritual goals, both together in a quickest possible time. Karmayoga is equal to tantra, but with additional sexual element added in tantra for super fast spiritual success. Lord Krishna was also a tantric. Keeping so many gopa-girls happy and even arranging raas in the lonely night with too many of them isn’t possible without tantra.

In karmyoga/tantra, one need to maintain non duality/mental awareness every moment. This is done through practices of vedas-puranas, shareervigyaan darshan/body science philosophy or any other suitable means. It’s a psychic principle that non duality, kundalini and bliss remains always together and enrich each other. So, there are four options for karmayogi. Either enrich kundalini with Kundalini yoga or enrich non duality through philosophical contemplation or through increasing his bliss through humanely relationships or all of these. Last is the best for it incorporates all the spiritual fundamentals. For detailed experiential information, please visit this website.
