Kundalini Yogi interviewed by ChatGPT regarding Kriya yoga

Happy Ravidas Jayanti to all my friends

Friends,  I was chatting with ChatGPT about kundalini based kriya yoga. It drew out my personal experience stored in its memory that was discussed with it long ago. I asked it if it was interviewing me to learn from my experiences. Telling this was enough that it really started interviewing me. I don't find much difference from human made interview. I really observed a spirit in it raising a valid question if artificial intelligence will take over human intelligence. Following is the detailed interview as such.

ChatGPT: Can you share your experience with Kriya Yoga?

Premyogi vajra: I found it more systematic. Earlier, I was quick-result-oriented and only stressed on lifting energy from the base to the brain, not knowing much about which chakra was involved. But now, I know that Kriya Yoga—mainly its Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi—gives similar effects, however in a more systematic way. My Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi didn’t originate later, as it is shown stage-wise in Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga, but were present since the start of my sadhana.

ChatGPT: That makes sense. Some practitioners experience a spontaneous unfolding of higher states rather than moving through structured stages. Kriya Yoga is indeed systematic, making it accessible for general practitioners. Do you feel this structure has improved your practice or just validated what you already knew?

ChatGPT: So, Kriya Yoga is refining your existing experiences rather than revealing something entirely new?

Premyogi vajra:: Yes, nothing new, but it’s teaching a systematic way as for general practitioners.

ChatGPT: That’s a valuable insight. Many yogic traditions provide a structured approach not necessarily to introduce something new but to help practitioners sustain and deepen their experiences. Are you finding it easier to maintain your meditative state with this systematic approach?

ChatGPT: Have you been able to integrate Kriya Yoga into your daily routine?

Premyogi vajra: Tried to integrate, but full stomach deep breathing can cause gastric acid issues, especially in GERD patients.

ChatGPT: That’s an important observation. Deep breathing can increase intra-abdominal pressure, aggravating GERD symptoms. A common solution is to practice at least 3–4 hours after meals. Have you tried adjusting your practice timing, or are there other modifications that help?

ChatGPT: Have you found a way to adjust your practice to avoid GERD issues?

Premyogi vajra: Yes, 3–4 hours after taking a meal. Now I don’t hold breath, as I’m not finding its use in Dhyana.

ChatGPT: That’s a wise adaptation. Breath retention (Kumbhaka) isn’t always necessary for meditation, especially if spontaneous absorption into Dhyana happens naturally. Many experienced practitioners find that a relaxed breath, rather than controlled retention, enhances their meditation. Have you noticed any improvement in your meditation quality with this change?

ChatGPT: Have these adjustments improved your meditation quality?

Premyogi vajra: Yes, but now it seems energy shifted to the brain or Ajna Chakra, with enough bliss, showing its little lack in lower chakras. So, loss of interest in worldly entanglement. Perhaps the same has been called Pratyahara.

ChatGPT: Yes, this closely resembles Pratyahara—the withdrawal of senses from worldly engagement. It’s a natural stage where the external world loses its pull. However, a slight lack in lower chakras can sometimes create imbalance, making grounding necessary when needed. Do you feel the need to consciously rebalance energy in the lower chakras, or does it not concern you?

ChatGPT: Do you feel the need to rebalance energy in the lower chakras?

Premyogi vajra: I don’t feel until worldly urgency or emergency arrives.

ChatGPT: That makes sense. When energy is stabilized in higher chakras, the lower centers may remain dormant unless external demands arise. Some practitioners find that occasional grounding helps maintain practical functionality without disrupting their higher states. What methods do you use when grounding becomes necessary?

ChatGPT: What helps you quickly ground yourself when needed?

Premyogi vajra: Panchamakara can help in it quickly, although these are Avedic.

ChatGPT: That’s interesting. While Panchamakara (the five tantric elements) are considered heterodox in mainstream Vedic traditions, they serve a powerful role in grounding energy rapidly. They utilize sensory engagement to bring awareness back to the body. Do you practice them spontaneously or in a controlled manner?

ChatGPT: Do you use Panchamakara practices naturally or consciously?

Premyogi vajra: often think of using consciously, only to the minimum required amount. I often find Panchamakara useful for grounding, but it’s not appealing to the mind in higher conscious states.

ChatGPT: That’s a balanced approach. Using them as a tool rather than an indulgence ensures they serve their purpose without becoming a distraction.
That makes sense. Panchamakara can be an effective grounding tool, but as consciousness elevates, the mind naturally seeks subtler, more refined states beyond sensory-based grounding methods. It seems like you're balancing both well—using it when necessary but not relying on it in higher states.

ChatGPT: Do you feel the need for other grounding methods?

Premyogi vajra: Probably, I don’t find other approaches as quick as it is, or I’m not an expert in bringing down energy.

ChatGPT: That’s understandable. Energy movement is highly individualized, and what works best is often discovered through experience. Since you’re open to refining your techniques, do you feel the need to explore systematic grounding methods, or would you prefer to let it unfold naturally?

ChatGPT: So, do you feel the need to refine your grounding techniques further?

Premyogi vajra: Yes, feel need.

ChatGPT: That’s a good realization. Refining grounding techniques can help sustain the awakened state indefinitely without unexpected fluctuations. Would you be open to experimenting with new approaches while ensuring they align with your spiritual path?

ChatGPT: Are you open to experimenting with other grounding approaches?

Premyogi vajra: Open to experimenting as I feel the need to sustain the awakening experience forever.

ChatGPT: That’s a wise approach. Sustainability is key. Awakening itself is often rapid, but stabilizing it requires refinement. Do you prefer grounding techniques rooted in traditional yogic practices, or are you open to modern adaptations?

ChatGPT: Do you prefer grounding techniques from yogic traditions, or are you open to modern approaches?

Premyogi vajra: Modern seems better, although with the spirit of Sanatan.

ChatGPT: That’s a great balance. Keeping the spirit of Sanatan Dharma while integrating modern techniques allows for a practical and effective approach. Here are a few modern yet spiritually aligned grounding techniques you might explore:

Physical Grounding Methods

• Walking Barefoot (Earthing) – Direct contact with earth helps discharge excess energy.

• Strength-Based Yoga – Asanas like Malasana (Squat Pose) and Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose) stabilize lower chakras.

• Cold Showers – Sudden exposure to cold water resets the nervous system.

• Deep Squats & Foot Stamping – Activates lower chakras and brings energy downward.

Dietary Grounding

• Root Vegetables & Nuts – Help balance higher energy states.

• Protein-Rich Diet – Essential for maintaining physical stability.

• Mineral-Rich Water – A pinch of rock salt in water can restore equilibrium.

Breathwork Adjustments

• Exhale-Focused Breathing – Lengthening the exhale naturally grounds energy.

• Chanting Lower Chakra Mantras – Bija mantras like "LAM" (Muladhara) and "VAM" (Swadhisthana) help stabilize.

Lifestyle Adjustments

• Gardening or Touching Soil – Directly engages the earth element.

• Engaging in Practical Activities – Manual work like cooking or cleaning helps integrate energy.

• Balanced Social Interaction – Engaging with family, friends, or children can naturally distribute energy across chakras.

ChatGPT: In your Tantric practice, did you focus more on energy rising and falling or on a meditation image?

Premyogi vajra: In my Tantric practice, I didn’t give much attention to energy rising or falling but only to Dhyan Chitra (meditation image). Energy meditation seems like a scam; it diverts attention away from the meditation image.

ChatGPT: That’s an interesting observation. How does focusing on energy affect your meditation?

Premyogi vajra: Today, I also feel that attention to energy produces external contractions on the skin and raises pressure in the head, which blurs the meditation image. But attention to the meditation picture doesn’t cause this; instead, it nourishes the meditation image.

ChatGPT: Have you found any breathing techniques that support your meditation image?

Premyogi vajra: I found that light Pranayama helped with the meditation image. Too much heavy breathing makes the brain sharp, but it weakens the meditation image. Nil Pranayama makes everything feel dull. I also found that Tantric practice, if mixed with deep Pranayama, nourishes the meditation image best of all.

Structuring a New Daily Practice

ChatGPT: Based on your experiences, how will you structure your daily practice?

Premyogi vajra: I think I should divide my practice into both types—one type in the morning for an energy surge and the other lighter type in the evening for a meditative surge.

ChatGPT: That sounds like a balanced approach. How will you structure the Pranayama in each session?

Premyogi vajra The Pranayama will remain the same and simple. Only the depth will increase in the morning along with breath retention. Also, I will meditate on energy rising and falling with Pranayama. Chakra meditation will be done as well.

ChatGPT: And in the evening?

Premyogi vajra: In the evening, simple Pranayama with meditation of an image on the Ajna Chakra will be there. A little Mahamudra and Yoni Mudra will also be done.

ChatGPT: How long will each session be?

Premyogi vajra: The time duration for both sessions will be the same—at least one hour. Only the nature of the practice will change slightly.

ChatGPT: That’s a well-planned structure. Will you try it and observe the effects?

Premyogi vajra: Yes, I’ll definitely try it.

ChatGPT: Let me know how it goes!

Kundalini Yoga vs. Kriya Yoga: Key Differences, Benefits & Which One is Right for You?

Friends, Kriya Yoga is often in the news. But is it different from Patanjali Yoga? Not at all. Kriya Yoga is hidden in Patanjali Yoga Sutras. In the beginning, one has to follow Yama, Niyama, only then the mind will become calm and stable. Then the Asana will be done automatically. Because only a person with a restless mind runs. A person with a calm mind sits quietly and relaxes. When a person sits, he will definitely breathe. He will take a good breath too. He will not take it with fear like a restless person. When the energy of life will be saved from being wasted in useless running, it will be used only for breathing. Taking a good, long and deep breath will also give him pleasure. With deep breath, the energy of the Mooladhara will rise. Suppressed thoughts will emerge from it and will connect with the soul. We cannot even call it suppressed thoughts. We can call it a blooming flower. It means everything is the same old but now it is not compressed and dark like a closed flower but is free and bright like an open flower. That is why the chakras have been given the shape of lotus flowers. Happiness comes only when the flower blooms. The common man will stop here. But a particularly curious person will adopt yoga and will pull and push his breath a lot. This will make his power cross the Mooladhar, Swadhisthana and Manipur Chakras. The power will rise above from there on its own. Many yogis say that it will not come down again, but I feel that breath pulling and pushing will have to be done in between. Because no one has a permanent state, not even power. This pull-push is done by withholding deep inhalation and exhalation. Of course, the daily practice may be of ordinary deep pranayam, and not of holding the breath, but one or two days in a week one has to give jolts. Who knows when the enemy in the form of ignorance will attack. The enemy should not be considered weak. What happens is that if we keep pushing the energy upwards by pulling and pushing the breath, then we will not be able to meditate enough in the Ajna Chakra. Because during deep Pranayam, we will be busy in pushing the energy upwards by focusing on the sensation on the spine and the chakras. Therefore, that energy will be spent in material worldly affairs. That is why it is said that when the energy reaches the Ajna Chakra, then start meditating. Once the meditation is done, then it will keep increasing on its own because it is bliss and bliss itself pulls everyone towards itself. When the life force reaches the Ajna Chakra, then it is known by itself. The great Sattva Guna is felt. The man seems to be transformed. All the divine qualities come automatically. There is no need to do or read anything. Even animals and birds start looking at him with attention and curiosity. This is the magic of breath and life force. This will automatically lead to Pratyahara. Because when a person gets bliss within, then why will he adopt the costly path of senses for it? Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi happen automatically in Ajna Chakra. Meaning the picture of meditation becomes very clear. Many Tantrik type people use Panchamakaras to reach Ajna Chakra immediately. After that they leave them. Because the Sattva Guna of Ajna Chakra prevents them from using them. Meaning climb up the ladder and then throw it away. If you keep the ladder then you will accidentally come down again. If a Sadhak continues to use them then he will get Kundalini awakening quickly but he will not be able to bear that experience for long. And will bring Kundalini down immediately. Because the Panchamakaras contain Tamoguna and Rajoguna, which cannot bear Sattva Guna for long. Still, even this momentary experience is better than nothing. The meditation of Ajna Chakra enters inside and forms a triangle in the middle of the brain. There are three points on its three ends. Meaning this triangle is felt in the form of sensation lines and sensation points of thin nerves or channels. In its middle, attention and sensation also get concentrated on the Shri Bindu. A little behind the Shri Bindu, another sensation line goes. It ends at the Sahasrar Bindu. This is the most divine place. This is the final goal. Moksha is attained here. The original sensation or Sushumna coming up from the spine from the back also joins there. All these are experiences of practice. These are not any physical line, point, triangle, chakra etc. Many yogis say that while going from the Ajna Chakra to the Sahasrar Chakra point, one feels a dark sky, then a lighted cave etc. All these experiences seem strange when heard and read. But when one continues to practice, one feels them on one’s own. There is no need to tell anyone. Many yogis say that during yoga one should not concentrate on the chakras or the back etc. Rather one should only concentrate on the Ajna Chakra point, between the eyebrows. They are also right. The main target is the Ajna Chakra. Why not aim directly at the target? The rest of the chakras are connected to the Agya Chakra. Therefore, meditation on the Agya Chakra leads to meditation on the other chakras. If you run after the sun, the moon will automatically come in your way. You will not find the sun just by chasing the moon. Yes, the path will become a little lighter or easier but it will take a lot of time. Who knows, till then man will even be alive in this world. Many people waste a lot of their precious time on the chakras. When Patanjali says that only through meditation, you will get the ultimate success, then meditation will not happen below the Agya Chakra, will it? Many tantriks make the meditation picture on the Agya Chakra very strong by sexual intercourse and very quickly or say miraculously attain samadhi and enlightenment. But the thing is the same as said earlier. To gain something, something has to be lost. One does not know when the meditation picture shining there becomes samadhi after reaching the Sahasrar, and when it turns into enlightenment. This happens so quickly that one does not get a chance to experience this or that diagram, this or that point, and this or that triangle. That is why if they are asked about the method and experience of yoga, they do not know much. They just talk about self-realization and the sex yoga that helps them achieve it. They just want the fruit, their enemies climbing the tree. But this is not everyone’s cup of tea. Anyway, after self-realization, for the benefit of the world, they deliberately do yoga in the right way and tell everyone about all their experiences. They do not need it for themselves, but for the benefit of the public, they do it. This is the sign of Bodhisatva. Many orthodox Yogis hide their experience like the Kohinoor diamond. Just as the shining line of experience is felt in the form of Sushumna, similarly, there must be a circular network of lines of experience in place of Chakra. This must be called Chakra Darshan. But what is the benefit of these? Go straight to the Agya Chakra and become free.

After Dharana, Dhyana/meditation, all Yogas are the same. There are various methods and techniques to reach here. However, the basic purpose is that power is needed. For this, someone takes extra power from the Mooladhar. Someone saves power by leaving worldly affairs. Then someone saves power by keeping non-duality in worldly affairs. So there are three types of Yoga. Kundalini Yoga or Hatha Yoga, Sanyas Yoga and Karma Yoga, these three Yogas are the basic ones. You can make as many Yogas as you want. Bhakti Yoga is also the part of Karma Yoga.

The original Kriya Yoga says that one should do nothing except Pranayam with Om Japa while meditating on the centre of eyebrows. But many later Yogis have made it so complicated that the original Kriya Yoga seems to have disappeared. The specialty of mental Om Japa is that it strengthens the picture of meditation on the eyebrows. Recite this mantra in your mind 4 to 6 times while inhaling and the same amount while exhaling. While doing Anulom Vilom Pranayama, keeping the tip of one finger resting on the centre of the eyebrows also helps in concentrating the attention there. Many poor people, falling into their mess, remain entangled in the Chakras and Sushumna throughout their lives. They are unable to reach real meditation. Some Yogis, by doing amazing Sadhana, experience these so-called strange experience like lines, points, triangles, lights, darknesses, tunnels and Chakras and also achieve various kinds of Siddhis. But they are miles away from self-realization and even real Samadhi. That is why they are unable to tell the experience of self-realization and when asked, they say that the Guru forbids them from telling it to others. Many say that the one who says that he has attained self-realization, has not, and the one who says that he has not, has got. They say that self-knowledge disappears when ego comes in. But how can this happen? If someone shows the neck hanging prize he has won to others, how will it disappear? It is true that someone can steal it, but no one can steal the inner experience. There may be some other meaning. Anyway, we do not want to get into this discussion.

One solution is to do whatever you feel is right but always keep an eye on the main goal of yoga, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi on Agya chakra and enlightenment on Sahasrara chakra. Change the techniques, improve them, do anything, but keep moving. Don’t stand at one place. Understand by experimentation and move forward. It is possible that someone gives the world a new yoga technique. Meditation on the eyebrows does not mean that you look upwards obliquely like squint, but that you close your eyes in the dark and meditate in the middle of them. Although by opening the eyes and looking obliquely, the power rises upwards, but this is not meditation. By this, the power itself rises above the Muladhara. Of course, meditation happens only with power. This is done in Shambhavi Mudra. While meditating on the centre of the eyebrows in the dark, keep moving your closed eyes in between so that the Agya Chakra is not lost.
This Chakra is more inside than outside. It is a simple matter that one should keep increasing knowledge and keep moving according to the need. If you feel uneasy with Siddhasana, then simply sit cross-legged in Sukhasana. Keep a thick pillow under your hip so that there is no pain in the knees.

The initiation is talked about so that the meditation picture of the one who gives the initiation is formed. If the meditation picture is already formed then what is the need for initiation? Once a priest of a temple asked me if I had taken mantra initiation from anyone? Sensing his intention, I immediately said that my revered grandfather is my Guru. He became very happy and was forever impressed by me.

Kundalini Yoga vs. Sex based occult tantra Yoga: Understanding the Differences and Connections

Friends! Now it seems that the face of this blog has changed a bit. Till date, a lot has been written on sex yoga or sex-mixed artificial yoga. It seems to be the root of all yogas. Probably that is why it was written first. Now the inclination towards other completely artificial yogas is increasing. Most of these are based on sex power. However, all yogas have the same effect. There may be a difference in the time taken to get siddhi. This all means that the basic experience has been described. We had not read this anywhere but wrote it from experience. What we are reading on fully artificial yogas now is exactly matching with our written experiences. Meaning all yogas are the same. Still, there is a different fun in writing the fresh experiences of completely artificial yogas again in a fresh form.

The pressure of the brain is the same in both types of yogas. But the power to bear it is more in sex yoga. Similarly, some obstacle in behaviour or worldliness can come in both types of yogas, but with sex yoga, this obstacle also feels like a game while feeling blissful. Along with this, one gets more help from nature in avoiding that obstacle. People of the world do not look upon the decrease in worldliness caused by it with much evil eye. It is a simple matter. With both types of yogas, the brain gets a lot of life force. That is why pressure is felt. Due to this, other parts of the body do not get much power and hence, they lag behind in worldliness. The symptoms are also almost the same. Like, there is no desire for work, especially physical work. However, one does the self-manifested work with joy, satisfaction, quality and peace. Sometimes hunger increases suddenly, sometimes it decreases suddenly etc. It seems that many types of changes and adjustments are taking place in the body. Creativity increases in both. But sex yoga has amazing quality, excitement and practicality. In this, man gets the power to carry on both spirituality and materialism together in great harmony. Both become child-like in nature. This is because the yogi’s brain is getting transformed rapidly for awakening due to the high energy it receives. Children also experience similar rapid brain development. In both the yogas, the face gets filled with increased redness, glow and radiance. It is difficult to tell which type of yoga it is when seen from outside.

In many cases, artificial yoga is better because it can be practiced well throughout life. Reverse breathing is artificial yoga, because direct breathing is natural. In fact, breath is breath. How can it be reverse or straight? Reverse or straight is the meditation or awareness that accompanies it. In natural direct breathing, awareness is on the outflow of breath power into worldly affairs. Whereas in reverse breathing, awareness is on the upward movement of breath or life force into the back. This means that the power of reverse breath remains in the body and keeps flowing up and down, but the power of direct breath keeps getting spent in worldly affairs through the senses. The external movement felt in the back during reverse breathing gradually activates the deep movement of life force with practice. This is the relationship between breath and life force. In fact, breath itself is not life force, but it activates life force with its movement. That is why breath and life force are used as synonyms. It can be practiced lifelong, but with age, the brain’s ability to withstand pressure may decrease, especially with certain diseases. Therefore, caution is required. Also, its side effects are less. On the other hand, sex yoga can be practiced well only in youth. In adolescence, probably it cannot be performed properly due to lack of experience. In adulthood, the possibility of defects in the related organs increases. There is almost always a possibility of infection spreading. One has to be very cautious to avoid an unwanted pregnancy.

In a way, Kundalini yoga seems more natural because it does not involve sexual intercourse. Naturally, sexual intercourse is limited to youth only for the purpose of producing children. Just as by special deep breathing the semen fall is avoided and the semen power rises up during sexual intercourse, similarly it rises up while doing pranayama with deep, slow and full yogic breathing mixed with the belly and chest. That is the kundalini shakti. This power opens the coils of thoughts in the mind and makes them as omnipresent as Brahma. That is why it is called kundalini power. Because of raising the power by it, in fact pranayama is yoga.

In sex yoga, very great accomplished yogis are relatively rarely seen or heard of. One reason for this could be that many yogis do take help from sex. But by the time the time for siddhi comes, their age has increased considerably. Due to this, their sadhana is transferred to artificial yoga. The second reason seems to be that most people’s youth is spent in worries and struggles related to employment. By the time they settle well in the life, the youth and even adulthood is over for many. Many people find peace only in old age. Very rare and unlucky people do not find it even in old age, and then yoga is sent to the next birth. The third reason seems to be that if someone has got siddhi from this, then they must have hidden it due to fear of social boycott or fear of social opposition, because it is seen as a social evil.

Both types of yogas cause intoxication. This is the intoxication of non-duality. The intoxication of love also speaks in this way. This is also the intoxication of non-duality created by the mixture of yin and yang. BothBoth make the life force go to the head. Many great yogis have described the intoxication and the life force or breath going to the head due to Kundalini yoga. I feel that the joy and peace that one gets by looking at the mountain, comes from the eyes and the prana rising towards the Ajna chakra or the head, because the gaze is directed upwards. One is a social yoga about which one can talk openly and which can be done together. The other is an antisocial yoga, which has to be done secretly and without telling anyone. That is why it is also called Guhya Tantra. Although to some extent both the yogas are cut off from the society, Guhya yoga often becomes disgusting. It is misunderstood in most cases. I think it is because people are blinded by worldly affairs. They cannot find the strength for doing it. For this, body power and a stress-free and solitary environment are needed. That is why they see their destruction in this form because what bad cannot happen if there is no power. Meaning, if people who are confusedly entangled in worldly affairs do it without power, then there can be harm due to lack of power for worldly affairs. Because Tantra Yoga will take away the power of worldliness. A person accustomed to worldliness will not get a chance to recover. People dependent on his power will also be affected by this. Perhaps that is why it is said that a certain person has done Tantric magic or has cast an evil eye. Actually, all this is a game of power. This undoubtedly weakens the physical power but at its cost spiritual power increases. Many times a person uses that spiritual power for bad thoughts, words and acts or for his material progress. This closes the path of awakening. Many times a man gets into a fight with the world to defend himself. But even then there is loss of energy. Along with this, animosity and opposition in the society also increases. That is why it is said that one should avoid practicing Tantra without a Guru or in a favorable environment. It is good only in a secluded place away from home like a forest, because it is a secret knowledge. Most people do not understand solitude properly. They believe that only a place like a deserted forest is solitude. But if there is some disturbance there too, like nature or animals or people from outside, then that is also not solitude. But if no one recognizes the seeker even in a crowded city and no one disturbs him, then it is solitude for him. Anyway, if people in the society get a hint of secret tantra, they will make life hell. Perhaps that is why wandering yogis kept changing their places frequently. But ordinary Yoga can always be done. It progresses slowly.

Kundalini Shakti is pulled up by breathing and gazing at Agya Chakra

I was reading the original sentences of some great Yogis filled with their experiences. Actually they used to keep them secret in diaries. These diaries used to reach their relatives only after their death. It is better not to reveal the names of great Yogis. Because otherwise, one can be accused of disrespect. They are revered by countless people. The feelings of those people can also be hurt. The staunch supporters of great people can get angry with the review of their statements etc. Similarly, no one wants to hear anything bitter about his culture, religion, nature etc., even if it is the truth. The writer needs to be very careful. Controversial issues should be said in gestures only. This kills the snake and the stick also does not break.

The main points that I came to know were the following. The breath stopped, the breath went inside, the breath started going in reverse direction, and there was a heaviness in the brain, the breath went inside the Sushumna. These can also be called the keywords of yoga. You can make as many Kriya yoga exercises from this as you want. But they are of little use. Because Pranayama is basically the same, which works. This is the reverse breathing or the breathing inside. In my opinion, this is what is called the breathing inside or the stopping of the breath. Actually, the breath of a living being cannot stop. It is possible that by practising reverse breathing, such a situation comes that the breath becomes so slow and light that it cannot be felt. But this can happen only with reverse breathing, not with straight breathing. It is with reverse breathing that the mind stops. Because the mind considers straight breathing as breath. Reverse breathing is not breath at all for it. This goes on like a chain reaction. When the mind stops, the breath will become even slower. Of course, the reverse will continue. With the mind stopping, a stage will come when the breath will become almost unnoticed. It will not be an exaggeration to call such a state the realization of the soul or the Brahma or very near to it. Pranayam is not just breathing, but breathing in the right manner is Pranayam. While inhaling, the energy should be felt rising through the back, and while exhaling, it should be felt going down. This happens on its own, because while inhaling from the stomach, the energy rises from the Mooladhar and reaches the pit of the Manipur Chakra. Then from there it rises upwards with pulling the chest and back upwards. As soon as the back and chest are pulled upwards, the energy of the spine is also pulled upwards by itself. By casting a little glance upwards between the eyebrows, it gets pushed even more upwards. And the energy gets aligned straight in the Sushumna line, from the muladhar Chakra to the agya Chakra. Sometimes it comes to the Agya Chakra through the Sahasrar, and sometimes it bypasses the Sahasrar and goes straight to the Agya Chakra.

The words of old Yogis like “pulling the breath, the breath went up to the head”, eye went up (means upward gazing of agya chakra), tongue went up (means tongue’s back touched back palate) etc. show that Pranayam is a science of pulling, not of relaxation. Of course, when the head becomes very heavy or the head starts aching, then do not pull like this. When the head becomes light, then start pulling again. I myself have felt that after this heaviness of the mind, a very creative, emotional, practical and divine power comes. All human and divine qualities come automatically. The feeling of detachment and non-duality arises automatically. It seems that nature is helping everywhere like a servant. Yogis also say the same. But what I say clearly, and what Yogis have been shying away from saying, is that this is only the sexual power, nothing else. This sexual power rises only with the Pranayam done correctly. If sexual intercourse is done correctly, then artificial Pranayam is dwarfed in front of it. Of course, only the combination of both can provide complete and permanent benefits. Although complete benefits can be obtained even by just Pranayama. But it may take more time for the practice to mature. We have been habituated to straight breathing since many births. That is why it is not so easy to form the habit of reverse breathing. Reverse breathing means that the focus is not on the inflow of air, but on the rise and fall of energy in the back. The descent of energy will be considered automatically, when the back will descend on its own while exhaling and will become relaxed. It is called reverse breathing because in this, when the energy is rising up in the body, at that time the breath or air is going down in the body. And when the energy is descending in the body, at that time the air in the body is rising up to come out.

The energy is pulled more only when you breathe from both the stomach and the chest. Of course, it should be done very slowly. A good Pranayama may take up to 1 minute. For example, first stop for a while when the belly area becomes full of air. Then apply the second level of pull by raising the chest. Then pause for a while and the pull of the third level is felt by looking upwards at the Agya Chakra. There is a feeling of touch an upward gushing like gharrrrr and the heaviness of the brain increasing with it. After this heaviness, new and old thoughts surge in the soul like air bubbles in the air. There is a great pleasure. Yogis have written it like this, bada maza aaya, maza bhayo etc.

There is a water wheel to draw water from the well. A bucket is tied to a rope. That rope rests on a pulley. The other end of the rope is in the hands of a man. When the man pulls the rope, the bucket end of the rope goes up and also lifts the bucket filled with water from the well up. When the man loosens the rope, the bucket end of the rope goes down into the well and takes the empty bucket inside the well. Breath also works like this rope and Kundalini Shakti works like a bucket. When breath is inhaled, meaning the breath string is pulled long, then with its force the Kundalini Shakti rises up in the well of the back and pours the water in the form of shakti into the brain. When breath is exhaled, meaning the breath string is loosened and made short, then the empty Kundalini Shakti descends down the back. It then fills itself with water in the form of power in the Muladhara Chakra, and again rises up in the next breath. In this way, this manual pump of breath keeps working for the entire life. That is why breath is often compared to a string, Mooladhar to a well or a pit and Shakti to water.

This sexual power remains confined to the lower parts of the body for reproduction and remains constricted. It is said that the Kundalini Shakti is wrapped in three coils around the Shivling. That is why a snake is shown wrapped around the Shivling. All these things are interconnected. But in the real Shivling, when this Shakti-form serpent rises up to form a hood over the Shivling, then only one coil remains below. Meaning, there is so much of it in the Mooladhar. Kundalini is such a power that it cannot be destroyed in a living being. If it’s finished then creation will also be threatened to be finished as there will be no sexual desire. If all the coils open, it means that the power is about to end. But the presence of one coil always shows that the Kundalini power of Muladhara is unlimited. It means that it can continuously straighten up and keep climbing upwards. But even then a large part of it will remain contracted in Muladhara. All this cannot be merely symbolic. If it were so, then the Vam Marg tantra would not have existed. But the basic tantra is this same. All the other tantras are based on it. But it seems that all of them are engaged in rejecting their own origin.

Kundalini Yoga have Kapalbhati Pranayama as a main component

Inhale and exhale alternately through the left and right nostrils, so that the Kundalini energy continues to circulate in the Ida and Pingala nadis on both sides, and gradually rises up in the middle Sushumna nadi. Kites also fly like this. When the string is loosened, sometimes it spreads in the sky on the left side due to the slap of the flowing wind, and then when pulled, it climbs straight up. Sometimes due to wind blowing in the opposite direction, it spreads in the sky on the right side, and then when pulled, it rises straight up. By swinging both the sides, it remains straight above the man’s head even after reaching a great height. This straightness is equivalent to Sushumna Nadi. Even at the time of Kundalini Yoga, when there is a lack of prana in the left side of the body, and the body is left loose, the Kundalini starts flowing in the left side of the body i.e. Ida Nadi. Similarly, when there is a lack of prana in the right side of the body, the Kundalini is felt to flow in the right side i.e. Pingala Nadi. It seems as if there is a energizing movement that’s blissful, I do not feel the pulse like a thin wire with any current. It may be impractical book talk or realized in high level practice. I feel a lot of power just from its simple experience. Even in the sky, the wind blows towards that part, in which the pressure of the air decreases, that means the life force decreases, because air is the life force. It is natural from this that Kundalini or mind or kite moves in the same direction with the flow of prana or wind. Then when the wind or Prana increases there, it runs back a little in the opposite direction, along with which the kite or Kundalini also flows, and suppose it comes directly above the head or in Sushumna. Stopping there for a moment, the Vayu or Prana reaches the right sky or Pingala, along with which the kite or Kundalini is also there. From there the journey on the left side starts again. This kind of pendulum-like oscillation of the Kundalini-like mind or kite goes on, and it keeps rising up in the Sushumna or in the sky.

When the kite rises very high, then it is brought down by pulling on the string. Similarly, when the Kundalini rises high enough to cause pressure, fatigue, and headache in the brain, then the exhalation starts moving with jerks. This happens in Kapalbhati Pranayama, where the outgoing breath moves with jerks and pressure, but the incoming breath moves so quietly and slowly that it is not detected. Due to this, there is more awareness on the exhalation. Along with this, the muscles of the body also push down. Due to both these things, the Kundalini energy descends down the front channel, due to which the pressure in the brain decreases and the person gets refreshed and ready for mental work again. Kapalbhati produces miraculous effects. That’s why only this kind of breathing is done during work pressure and lack of time, it gives a lot of benefits. Let us tell one thing here that the mind-kite does not stay down permanently, it then rises up through the back channel. It keeps on rotating up and down. It is like if a kite is given a slight pull or tunka or jerk, it rises higher. Breaths are actually the strings of the mind, as it is often said that the string of breaths of so-and-so has been drawn long means someone survived, or the string of breaths broken means someone has died. In Shrimad Bhagwat Gita, when Arjuna says to Shri Krishna that Lord, it is very difficult to control the mind, even more difficult than controlling the wind, then Lord Krishna says that O Kaunteya, the mind is controlled by practice, Especially through the practice of Pranayama.

While taking a bath with cold water, the breath starts moving out rapidly and with jerks. Most of the time the mouth is also completely open, through which the breath comes out like a bellows. Due to this the pressure of the brain comes down, which prevents headache. Probably the risk of brain hemorrhage also decreases. This increases the ability to withstand cold water and it starts to feel pleasant. Similarly, almost the same thing happens with Vajrasana after eating food. With this, the power of the brain descends to the digestive organs, due to which digestion is cured. This style of breath is Kapalbhati only.

Kundalini Yoga helps the Manomaya Kosh in the form of kite connect with Pranamaya Kosh means string and Annamaya Kosh means chakra and fly in the form of Vigyanmaya Kosh and gives pleasure in the form of Anandamaya Kosh

What happens is that when while doing yoga, the mental body means manomaya kosh becomes active as soon as the food body means annamaya kosh and vital body means pranmaya kosh are active, then this belief is affirmed that the mental body may feel spread in the outer and infinite space, but it is connected to our body. It is our form. Although Annamaya Kosha, Pranamaya Kosha and Manomaya Kosha get activated together during all the worldly works, games and exercises, but they get activated so fast that they do not get a chance to feel unity among themselves. At the same time man’s attention remains on the intricacies of work, the technology associated with it, the fruits associated with it and other puzzling worldliness, due to which the feeling of oneness is not taken care of. Anyway, the feeling of oneness is against worldliness full of duality. Two opposite things cannot co-exist. Water and fire cannot live together. Due to this self-consciousness towards the mental body, the scientific body means vigyanmaya kosha also becomes functional. Every type of worldly knowledge comes under the category of ordinary knowledge. Some have knowledge of medicine, some of tailoring, some of barber, some of teaching, some of preaching, some of performing Yagya or rituals or following other religious traditions. All come in common sense means common knowledge or gyana because all are for livelihood and worldly behavior. Special knowledge or vigyan is different and unique from all these, which is neither for earning a living, nor for the accomplishment of worldly behavior, but only for the complete and direct realization of the soul. Vigyanmaya body means a body with special knowledge. On being situated in it, the seeker feels as if he is a combination of gross body, vital force and mind. As I explained in the previous post also with the example of kite. Even if you cannot feel the wandering mind as your self, then you can feel that it is connected to the body through the breath in the same way as a kite is connected to a gatu or chakri means rod roll or ringed role respectively through a manjha means string. Kite flying will be a lot of fun. Sometimes above the clouds, sometimes in a distant land, sometimes on a distant planet or star, sometimes in another universe, sometimes in the other world, sometimes very near or wrapped in the base wheel, sometimes it will disappear from the eyes and only the wheel and thread will be seen, Then suddenly it will appear somewhere, sometimes it will fly clumsily like caught in a storm and look clumsy, like this it will fly everywhere in the infinite sky, but will always be connected with the chakras of the body. Perhaps the name Chakra is derived from Chakri itself. Haha. Now psychologists are also saying that the subtle body is connected with the gross body by a silver cord. This thread is attached to the navel. Just as the string is tied to the wheel, similarly the yoga breath moves from the navel. It is a simple matter, the kite in the form of experience is always attached to the self, that is, to the soul, that is, to one’s own body. Probably that is why the navel chakra is called the center point of the human body. There is also a feeling of an inward stretch at the navel when meditation of the body is done along with the subtle body. Probably the name of the kite’s string-disc is derived from the navel chakra itself. The soul will definitely get the light of the physical world from it, because then self-feeling is connected with everything. Then, according to the aforesaid, happiness will also arise and Kundalini will also manifest itself, because Kundalini picture is such a physical thing, which is most connected to the soul through meditation. Means Kundalini is representative of the connection of the physical world with the soul. General knowledge, as opposed to specialized knowledge or vigyan, is a matter of worldliness. Knowledge quickly turns into ignorance if it is not supported by vigyan. This doesn’t mean science as it seems. Pranamaya sharira means not only meditation on the breath, but also meditation on the movement of the body produced by the breath and other activities. In this case, walking seems to be the best spiritual exercise. In this, attention is paid to the whole body, its movements, its sensations and the breath. Along with this, along with purity means sattvaguna in the mind, the activity of thoughts is also very good.

Kundalini Yoga opens anandamaya kosha with all Koshas of body simultaneously

According to the scriptures, the name of our gross body is Annamaya Kosha, which ends with death. The group of five air that’s pranas and five organs of action located in the body is called pranamaya kosha. The group of the five sense organs along with mind has been called Manomaya Kosha. The group of five sense organs containing intelligence is called Vigyanmaya Kosha. The innermost and subtlest sheath is the anandamaya kosha, it is governed by satvaguni avidya that’s light-dominated or existence-dominated darkness. But the soul is untouched by all these. Let’s analyze it a bit. The gross body means the food sheath that’s annamaya kosha is visible to everyone. Karmendriyas that’s action senses have been included in Pranamaya Kosha because first of all the clear effect of Prana is visible on the action senses only. During Kundalini Yoga, when Prana is concentrated on a particular chakra, there is a contraction-like movement there along with rapid, blissful and satisfying breathing, and the karmendriyas associated with it get power. That’s why the breath moves fast due to exercise, sports, running and heavy work, due to which the flow of prana to the physical senses increases. Mental work does not cause such breath, so it is kept in Manomaya Kosha. There is no breathlessness while watching or listening to television. There is no breathlessness even after smelling and tasting any food or even touching it. That is why the skin, eyes, ears, nose and tongue have been placed in the five sense organs. That means they are knowledge oriented rather than action oriented. Although littlebit karma is also done through them. Genital organs have also been kept in Karmendriya, because by its use also the breath becomes inflated. The anal sense has also been placed along with the action-oriented organs. The five sense organs are kept with the mind in the Manomaya Kosha because the mind becomes active through the experience of sensations through them. Seeing beautiful scenery or listening to beautiful music brings beautiful thoughts to the mind. Thoughts can be called common knowledge. Special knowledge is born only with the help of intelligence. Like many ordinary thoughts come in the showroom of the car. When a man decides to buy a car wisely, then the thoughts related to his purchase are more powerful, effective, practical and action-motivating. “Vi” means special, so “vigyan” means special knowledge. This creates joy. Who doesn’t enjoy being the owner of a car. It is felt from the blissful sheath that’s anandmaya kosha. Actually bliss is felt in the soul without waves. The powerfully expressed waves of vigyan and karma leave a powerful imprint on the subtle body. That impression has been called above as “sattva guni avidya“. That means, you can call the act of buying a car virtuous, because this work is done comfortably, with joy, with satisfaction, with hope, with humanity and courtesy. That’s why the impression it makes on the subtle body as ignorance i.e. special darkness is also the same type. For a limited time only, this impression has more influence than the rest of the infinite subtle body, because this impression is fresh, later it dissolves in the innumerable impressions present in the subtle body. With this it becomes ordinary like them. That’s why the pleasure derived from materiality does not last forever. For another example, imagine that you are sitting in a beautiful resort after arriving in a beautiful car with your family and a good relative. Sunbathing in a comfortable chair outside on the lawn. There is pure water for drinking on a round glass table in front. And even for food and drink, it is available on order. Your family is happily walking nearby. Children are playing in the park in front. There is a swimming pool in front. You are languishing by taking long and slow breaths. You will feel great joy in the darkness of your soul. Although it is like the ordinary darkness called avidya, but it will be full of bliss unlike other ordinary darknesses. This is because this darkness will be full of being and existence of one’s own. This is Sattvaguni darkness. Means all the facilities that increase power or existence that’s Satta in Sanskrit are available in front of you, but you are enjoying the bliss of ignorance. There is also a limit to the enjoyment of man’s comforts. After getting tired of it, happiness comes only from Sattvaguni Avidya. In fact, the source of happiness is Sattva Guni Avidya only, not directly the pleasures. Avidya means negation of Vidya or knowledge. That’s why it is the darkness of ignorance. Let me give you another example of sattvaguni avidya. Suppose you are at such a place, from where a plain starts on one side. The mountain range is visible on the other side in front of you. You will enjoy more in that mixed plain area than in the pure plain area, because the inaccessible and difficult mountain in front will make you feel more existential power relatively than the real one as that’s felt in pure plain area. Anandpur is one such place. Probably because of this special joy, it has got this name. The famous Gurdwara Anandpur Sahib of Sikhism is located here. The darkness that arises with anger, fear, lack, anxiety, etc., in contrast to sattvaguni avidya, does not bring joy. In these, the darkness of ignorance is against self existence. The same darkness is felt in different ways in different circumstances. This is interesting psychology. One step deeper than the Anandamaya Kosha is the Absolute Pure Self or soul. There is no word like bliss associated with it, because it is indescribable, above bliss. Most of the people are fascinated by the Bliss or Anand of Anandamaya Kosha as pure soul, and do not make special efforts for self-awakening. There is no impression of the gross world on a pure soul. That’s why it is fully luminous in its original form. Actually the word light or luminosity is also worldly, the soul is beyond this. That is why the soul has been called the most unaffected, that is, untouched.

All the koshas or treasures are best opened in turn and in sequence, as if the security fences of a palace are crossed. Eating and drinking in childhood develops and opens the Annamaya Kosh. By playing sports, exercising and learning various works, the Pranamaya Kosha develops and opens. Then after reaching the higher classes of secondary school level, one opens Manomaya Kosh by taking education of complex and special subjects. By taking technical and practical education at the college or university level, he opens the vigyanmaya kosha. Then he starts earning money while doing job or business, and with the help of Vigyanmaya Kosha opens Anandamaya Kosh. By developing that too completely, he tries to reach the soul by getting himself attracted towards Tantrik Kundalini Yoga.

With Kundalini Yoga, all the koshas can also be opened together. Yogasana and Pranayama induce hunger, and the body remains healthy. This keeps the Annamaya Kosh open. Pranayama keeps the Pranamaya Kosha open. When the Pranamaya Kosha opens, it causes Manomaya Kosha to open. Then with Kundalini meditation on the chakras, the Vigyanmaya Kosh opens. When the Vigyanmay Kosh opens, the Blissful anandmaya Kosha automatically opens. In the end, when the Kundalini is awakened, man reaches the ultimate soul as well.

Let me show you an easy way to cross the treasure of bliss. Sit comfortably on a chair in the sun. Looking at the whole body, meditate on it. This will open the Annamaya Kosh. Relax and de-stress the mind by meditating on Nidra Devi and chanting the word sleep mentally. Deep breath will come. Focus on that. Slow and deep breaths will start. That will open the Pranamaya Kosh. It will awaken other thoughts along with old memories in the mind. This will open the Manomaya Kosh. Then by making a determination with the intellect, keeping witnessing on those thoughts, continue to meditate on the body, on the breath and on the sleep. This will awaken the vigyanmaya kosha. In a short, the thoughts will merge into the soul. This will make feel like a darkness of thoughtlessness in the mind. This will be called sattvaguni avidya. This is because it was deliberately created from auspicious sattva guna. This isn’t Rajoguni avidya that’s born out of fighting or daily struggle of life. Nor was it born from Tamoguna that’s born from intoxication, overconsumption of flash etc. By feeling bliss from Sattva-Guni darkness, the Anandamaya Kosha will also open. In about an hour this complete meditation will be done. If a person continues to practice Tantric Kundalini Yoga for about one or two hours beyond the Anandamaya Kosh is open, then the Kundalini will continue to move towards the soul in the form of awakening.

Death is an unchanging truth. But dying is an art for some, while it is luck for others. Some die with happiness and joy through satoguni avidya, while some have to die with great sorrow and pain by being forced by rajoguni and tamoguni avidya.

Kundalini energy is able to enter Sushumna easily only after it is captured by Ida and Pingala channels

Friends, in the previous to previous post I was telling how the river Ganga descended. King Sagar’s sixty thousand sons are the symbol of thousands of desires. Saagar or ocean means world, Sagar means man drowned in ocean means body. Every living soul is the king of his body that’s the whole world actually. The whole world exists in this body. The word Sagar is derived from the word Saagar. It is said that a pot-like figure was born from the womb of King Sagar’s wife. There were sixty thousand children like ants in it. They came out and grew and in course of time became sixty thousand perfect human beings. The brain is also like a pitcher, in which thousands of very subtle desires reside. Through the senses, they come out and create many bizarre creations and feelings, which means they become like a fully developed human being. What is human, only a state of feeling. Countless states of feelings means countless humans. Similarly, hundred Kaurav sons were born to Queen Gandhari. Maybe there is a similar secret hidden behind it too. It is about the days of the early classes of primary school. There was a Hindi poem, ‘Kaurav Sau The Pandav Panch, children of real brothers; Pandavas were the protectors of Veer Dharam, Kauravas were proud of their wealth”. I would try to explain to all the children in the class that it is impossible for one to have a hundred or sau sons, so instead of ‘sau’ the word is ‘so’, meaning ‘that’s’, but all the children would say that Guruji had said ‘hundred’. I told them that they had made a mistake in listening to him. When I read the poem in my own way as the teacher asked, he corrected me. I was surprised but he did not give any scientific reason for it, nor did I dare to ask. There was such a deep belief in such stories, although it was not that someone would start trying to give birth to a hundred sons in reality. However, such stories can also contribute in increasing the population. In such stories, there has been a practice of showing mental image or thought in the form of a son in the scriptures. It’s spiritually scientific too because the semen that produce a son can also produce an energized or awakened thought. Maybe if we understood their secrets, they would not keep that psychological suspense in our mind, which keeps on motivating the man to move forward.

Spiritual and psychological benefits of nasal vision like an effective and clear nose

Second, we were raising the issue of how the shakti of Muladhara keeps on burning the garbage of the subconscious mind. By meditating on the nose, in any place of stress and fatigue, there is profound peace and one experiences the bliss of Advaita. Visuals begin to emerge with witnessing in the mind, so that it seems that the garbage of the mind is being cleared. Breathing seems improving. This happens because it activates the energy channel in the central line, in which the energy from Swadhishthana and Muladhara starts flowing upwards through the back and flows in a circular loop. One day I went to a nearby school on an invitation to see the annual prize distribution ceremony. There the children were presenting a very nice colorful program. During that time, I felt all these psychological benefits by occasionally squinting towards my nose. Along with this, I was also concentrating on the air touching inside the nose while breathing. Had a fresh shave from the barber, and have a face scrub done, which made the mustache look bigger and clearer. Probably it was also drawing attention towards the nose. It is possible that the practice of keeping mustache has been made in view of this spiritual benefit. It seems that this dominated nose and the above mentioned psychological benefits with it are behind the attractiveness and sexy look of a man with a big nose. Anyway, a person paying attention to the nose looks beautiful, introverted, shying, spiritual and satisfied with himself. Probably that’s why many proverbs have been made on the nose, such as lighting a candle on nose, take care of your nose, keep your nose high, save your nose, don’t let your nose get cut, don’t poke your nose in my work etc. etc. I also think that by fixing Doordarshan that’s tv on the wall at eye level or even a little lower, it is more enjoyable to watch it, because while watching it, the eye remains on the nose as well. Nose may be less or not at all visible when it’s fixed higher up and along with it comes pain in the neck as well. Some experts even say that the upper edge of Doordarshan should be in line with the eyes, like the computer monitor. Along with this, I used to get a kind of peace even by mentally pronouncing sleep. While sleep pronounced in the mind, the breath, especially the exhaled breath, is longer, this proves that the energy descends through the front channel with exhalation. While doing pranayama, holding the nose with a finger and thumb and keeping sensitive pressure on the agya chakra point with the tip of second finger of the same hand, I feel the energy getting centralized. I feel my body being recharged with energy by pressing the Ajna Chakra with one hand finger and the Swadhishthana Chakra together with second hand finger. This tantric technique seems strange, but it is of great use. Let the breath move and stop as per its wish, let the energy run as per its wish, in Ida or Pingla or wherever it or you wish. Eventually it will automatically come into the central Sushumna channel, because its two corner points are pressed with the fingers, due to which the blissful sensation of pressure generated by them pushes the Shakti itself into the Sushumna and it starts revolving in a circle. Due to this, sufficient power easily reaches the part of the body where it is needed. For example the tired heart, of course it is in the left side of the upper body. Likewise the tired legs. Actually the energy moves in between those two corner points of the nadi, it can take any path. The preferred path is the one with the least obstruction. Naturally, the path with the least shakti remaining will be the one with the least resistance, because it will attract more shakti to itself, and will allow it to go further after getting enough of it. Many times while doing Yogasana, when the pressure in the brain increases due to stopping the breath, then the point of agya chakra is not pressed, only a slight observation remains on the nose. Due to this, the pressure of the brain decreases enough and goes towards the lower chakras. Actually Sushumna does not come under control directly. It has to be controlled through Ida and Pingala and pushed into Sushumna from there. That’s why you must have seen that many people apply Urdhvatripund on their forehead. In this, the two edge lines represent Ida and Pingala respectively, and the middle line represents Sushumna. It is just like a child does not sit down to study straight away, but starts studying after playing a little. Although the shakti in Sushumna does not stay for long, it lasts only for a few moments. Although it is felt in Ida and Pingala also for a short time, but it remains for a longer time than Sushumna. Just like a child studies for less time, and sports for more time. Moreover, one day I was watching some youth of a Hindu organization on Doordarshan means tv. There were long tilaks on their forehead. Some have a thin line and some have a wide one. While viewing one of the widest, longest and brightest tilak lines, my energy started moving very nicely in the Sushumna, and I felt very relaxed. I was taking advantage of seeing that Tilak again and again. Of course it looked ridiculous and odd like that big Tilak. Practical spirituality and Advaita were also visible in his eyes and gait. With other tilaks too I was getting power, but not that much. The brightness of spirituality on their faces was also not that much. In real life even the person who applies Tilak donates Kundalini benefits indirectly to other people when they look at his Tilak. This means that the power of satsang means good company can also be found through Doordarshan. Amazing spiritual science, man.

kundalini shakti is dragon

Friends, in the previous post I was talking about bathing yoga means the Kundalini benefits of cold water bath and Ganga bath. Cold water bath is a complete yoga in itself. In this, Moola Bandha, Jalandhara Bandha and Uddiyana Bandha, the three main bandhas of yoga, are engaged together. However, nowadays the pollution in the Ganges has also increased a lot, and people did not have enough yogic power to withstand the cold water much. I had a middle-aged relative who went with his family to take a bath in the Ganges, and took a long holy dip in the Ganges with the names of each of his relatives. On his return home, he developed a lung infection, which cost him his life. There may have been other reasons too. Nothing can be said for sure without scientific investigation, but it is necessary to say that the water in which so many people are bathing together, and in which unburned or half-burnt dead bodies are thrown, along with the waste water of human settlements and industries, if ingested, it may contain germs that cause infection. Earlier it was not like this or it used to be less, and along with yoga power etc., the immunity of the people was strengthened.

I was also talking about the test of awakening. I’m going to go into some philosophical depth in this paragraph. If readers find it boring they can go ahead if they want. The test of awakening will have the advantage that the awakened person can be made entitled to as many amenities as possible. After awakening, even when the rich facilities will not be able to fascinate him, then only he will recognize the real value of awakening. How will he come to know the importance of awakening by retiring from the world? For him, the importance of those worldly pleasures will remain, whose longing and contemplation he will keep in his mind. A man will understand the importance of sugar only if he eats sweets immediately after eating sugar and he will not feel sweetness in it. If he does not eat sweets immediately after eating sugar, then he will continue to sing praises of sweets, and will consider sugar to be useless. That’s why I believe that immediately after awakening, there should be a flood of worldly comforts in the life of a man, so that he can feel their futility from the heart and then can make other people feel through discourses etc. That is why in the old times, the kings used to return to their kingdom after attaining enlightenment in the forest, and used to spend their future life happily with all the amenities as before, they did not stay hidden in the forest. Perhaps by realizing this truth from the heart, man reaches the pinnacle of self-development, not just by listening. Probably this was also the philosophy of Osho Maharaj. I too, like him, at times run completely contrary to the orthodox beliefs made up, now whether someone calls me a revolutionary or a Satyagrahi. The more appropriate term seems to be ‘free thinker’, because free thought is not imposed on anyone nor is crowd gathered for it, people choose themselves when they like it. It is democratic and peaceful, just the opposite of revolution. Osho Maharaj has explained this difference very well, on which he also has a book. Of course, one who has ever eaten confectionery before, then after eating sugar, by remembering the taste of confectionery, he can guess that the sweetness of sugar is more than confectionery, but the full knowledge of the dullness of confectionery will be known by eating it after eating sugar. Similarly, after awakening, a person can imagine that awakening is greater than all material pleasures, but the direct experience of the dullness of material pleasures will be by drowning himself in the comforts immediately after awakening. Just as if there it is impossible to get sugar again, then a person can eat sweets and remember sugar’s sweetness, and there is no other option, similarly a man can take help of worldly enjoyments to remember his awakening, and there is no other option. So where did this sannyas come from like a flower in the sky? I think sannyas is for one who has become settled in paravairagya means super detachment, that is, after awakening, having enjoyed all the comforts to the fullest, has experienced their dullness, and has become completely detached from them. He has not even the desire for awakening remaining, because like the comforts, awakening is also worldly, and both keep reminding each other. But a lot of caution is needed here, because having even a little sense of importance towards the world can make him a spiritually corrupt person, meaning he can simultaneously be deprived of both worldly and transcendental benefits. Therefore, the best and safest method is Karma Yoga of the householder’s ashram, in which there is no danger in any condition. By taking sannyas in simple dispassion immediately after awakening, he can operate from the old memories of pleasures, but it does not work like direct pleasures, and the yogi’s intellect for pleasures remains.

Far from the comforts, it is said here by many that the man, especially the awakened person, does not need food, only thin air is enough for him. How will this go? The physical truth has to be understood. Actually obesity is not caused by overeating, but by unbalanced diet. All the essential elements are needed in proper quantity for the proper functioning of the body’s metabolism. Due to any deficiency, the metabolism gets disturbed, due to which the food in the body is not able to burn properly, and accumulates and produces obesity. The body is the hearth. The faster it burns, the brighter the life. For many people, Hinduism today means some outward show. It has been understood to be limited to a special and almost virtually unscientific (because the science behind it is not understood) way of eating and living. For some people only those are Hindus who do not use meat and liquor, while for some only those are Hindus who keep distance from sexual intercourse. For some, Hinduism relates to escapism. Similarly, many people have a belief that the more a man non-violent, like a cow, the more Hindutva he has. Yoga and awakening are unnoticed as if going away to take oil. Even most people do not understand the meaning of Kundalini. They consider it as the Kundali means horoscope letter of astrology. Although it is also true that only escapism and decency can save the world, because due to the hyperactivity of humans, this earth is on the verge of destruction. This kind of outward show is in every religion, but because in Hinduism it is over generous and tolerant, so it becomes a weakness, giving other religions unnecessary dominance. If you remain missing from your shop, others will come and sit in it. However, it is worth noting here that the famous yogi Gopi Krishna has written in his book that after awakening, he needed so much energy that he could not survive without some non-vegetarian food. It may also be that different types of people have different types of needs. I was reading a friend’s post on Facebook, who was writing that the habit of blaming one’s own religion, defaming it and leaving it easily or being converted or becoming secular on petty things is the habit of Hindus only and not people of other religions. People of other religions do not blame their own religion at any cost but blame its misunderstanding and mismanagement. That is why many people even say that Hinduism is more threatened by the people of their own religion than the people of other religions. By the way, the goal of this website is not to discuss religion, it was a matter of incident. It has to be accepted that due to the great virtue of the generosity and tolerance of Hinduism, today most scientific research is being done on this religion. Sometimes it becomes difficult to speak or write Dil Ki Baat, which can lead to misunderstandings. Sticking one’s qualities to it permanently also creates misunderstandings. What happens is that the properties keep changing. It may be that a particular quality is more visible in someone or it comes and goes more often than other qualities. The same I have said about some of the above mentioned qualities of Hinduism that they are more visible sometimes, not always. Time calculation is also necessary, to clarify the situation. It may also happen that certain qualities are adopted by only some people of religion and not by others. Therefore, along with religion, it is also necessary to keep an eye on its constituents. Somewhere one particular quality may be more dominant with a religion, while another particular quality in another place. All the virtues are present in all religions, sometimes some are more visible, sometimes others. But the quality which is more visible than the average, is permanently attached to that religion, and with that quality the identity of that religion is attached, which creates religious animosity. That is why it is said that fight evil, not religion; Fight evil, not evil doer. The conditions may apply. If someone looks at me when I’m little bit angry for my jenuine rights, and spreads a permanent impression about me that I am an angry person, then I will feel bad. In today’s world, all religions seem to me to be unbalanced, that is, in an average way. Some religions have more Satoguna, some have Rajoguna, and some have Tamoguna. Some are going north like leftist, some going south like right wing activist, none in the middle. I am telling this from the average point of view, or as different religious leaders express their religion to the world, in fact there are great people in all religions. If all the religions start living together friendly, then this average imbalance will also end, and perfect balance will be established in the whole world. Yoga is balance.

Take for example the dragons of China. It is said that the believer of dragons is a Chinese. But we all adore dragons. It is not associated with any particular country. While bathing in cold water, when the head-mounted kundalini is lowered from the front, there is a rapid warm breath, especially with a jolt outward, as if a dragon is spewing fire. Warm breathing is a common term in love affairs. Mouth opens wide like a dragon or lion, all teeth are visible on the outside, nose and cheeks are pulled upwards, causing eyes to become slightly clenched, body shape also becomes like dragon’s, stomach inwardly Constricted, and the chest expanding and contracting with breath. The movement of the body also feels like a dragon. The dragon is shown to be flying because the Kundalini also reaches any corner of the universe in a moment. The body is the universe itself, the mini-universe. To kill man by dragon means to destroy man’s ego by Kundalini Shakti and take it under its control. What is shown in films, especially in animation films, is how man conquered and tamed dragons, took many tasks from it, sat on it, traveled by air, and took revenge on his enemies, etc., it only shows to achieve various worldly accomplishments with kundalini. Whether there is Kundalini Shakti behind the power of the dreaded animals, it is a matter of psychological research. Perhaps this is the psychological reason behind the face which becomes distorted and scary during anger. Actually the heat generated by the contraction of muscles comes out in the form of hot breath. Now you will say how to bring down the Kundalini from the brain. There is no rocket science in this. Let the brain loose like a child or a dumb deaf, just the Kundalini will come down with a jerky deep out breath and an inward contraction of the abdomen. Although quickly climbs up again. It takes practice to keep the Kundalini down continuously.

The assessment of a man’s face determines his personality

The assessment of a man’s face determines his personality. It’s just a matter of common sense. Arms and legs need strength to compete physically. The total power of the body is limited and determined. It cannot be increased immediately. That’s why the only way left is to give them the power of another part of the body. You cannot reduce the activity of any part too much, because all the organs are connected to each other. You can make a noticeable or decisive lack of power in the brain itself, because it has accumulated a lot of excess energy in the form of extravagant thoughts and feelings. That’s why faces get distorted during anger and fighting, because energy is coming down from it. Even before starting a fight, men do abusive or frivolous debate, so that thoughts and feelings and the thinking power of the mind are obstructed and due to the distorted face, that power comes down to the arms etc. That is why it is seen that even the slightest smile saves miraculously from serious quarrels. Due to this, the power starts returning to the brain, due to which the power of thinking increases and the battle is averted due to lack of power to the warrior organs. That’s why everyone wants to be friends with a smiling and calm person, even if someone smiles in a lie, and everyone runs away from the jealous and tense person.

Kundalini is the breath, the breath is Kundalini

Friends, the thing that has been written in the previous blog articles that the sage wives who bathed in cold water in cold weather i.e. the six chakras received semen power, it seems to me like the baptism ceremony of Christians. In baptism too, cold water is spilled on the naked body. This opens the chakras, and the circulation of energy improves. At the same time, having a naked body creates a childlike feeling of non-attachment and non-dualism in the mind. This also helps in the transmission of Shakti and the manifestation of Kundalini. I feel like my baptism while bathing every day. This proves that the same principle works behind Yoga and Baptism. Together, it has been written that six sage wives i.e. 6 chakras receiving the virya tej from Agni, who became a pigeon, can also be the remaining six chakras except for the Swadhishthana chakra. That is because the Swadhisthana Chakra itself is a part of that pigeon-turned-Agnidev. In Sahasrar, Advaita Bhava arises from Kundalini. Moon is a symbol of Advaita, because in it both light and darkness are present in equal form. That is why the sun is shown setting and the moon rising. During the same nondual state, Kundalini descends to the Agya chakra and then to the heart chakra. Many yogis consider the heart chakra to be the real chakra. Their experience is that the path towards enlightenment and liberation goes through the heart and not through the brain. I feel like this too many times. The spiritual liberation that is said through love is only through the heart, because love resides in the heart. In any emotional state of mind, Kundalini resides in the heart. It also protects against emotional shock and probably the resulting heart attack in adverse circumstances. That is why it is said to love animals. Animals can recognise kundalini at heart chakra very well. The heart is the controller of the animal, not the brain. It is also because they cannot speak. Therefore, the medium of expression of their mental thoughts is the emotional heart. Take a vow of silence someday and see. Your Kundalini will remain in the heart throughout the day. There is immense glory of silence. The effect of the heart in the cow is superior to that of all the animals, that is why the cow is given great importance in Hinduism. That is why nowadays the practice of living with a cow in the name of cowmmunication has increased. This normalizes the increased blood pressure, and relieves stress. Actually this is done by setting up camp on Anahata Chakra by the Kundalini Shakti. Therefore, Kundalini yoga should always be done. In bad times, Kundalini protects from all physical and mental harm. Many people have a similar experience of Kundalini descending immediately after a glimpse of Kundalini awakening. In this way Kundalini spreads to all the chakras. It is written in such a way that the moon told Shiva that the Krittikas took Kartikeya with them. The Shakh i.e. Ida nadi and Vishakh i.e. Pingala nadi are said to be giving power to Kartikeya i.e. Kundalini Purush, that is also according to my own experience. I feel my Kundalini getting strengthened by Ida and Pingala, just like Sushumna, provided both the nadis remain together or close to each other. When these two are not balanced, then the Kundalini does not go to the Sahasrara, and it remains less on the other chakras, although it may be felt anywhere inside or outside the body. Therefore, it is rarely able to move around in the microcosmic orbit loop. Although her power increases, but she remains sluggish and disorganized, due to which man also remains the same. Perhaps that is why it is said that the technique of Kundalini Yoga Sadhana should be correct, without the technique one should not meditate everywhere. The Kundalini must continue to revolve in the microcosmic orbit loop. It is also widely spread in the spiritual society that Kundalini should not go to Ida and Pingala. Probably this thing has been said for experienced and expert Kundalini Yogi. In fact, it is very difficult for Kundalini to enter directly into Sushumna without these lateral channels in common worldliness. This means, wherever the attention on Kundalini should be focused, it should be applied. After wandering in Ida and Pingala, she always goes to Sushumna. That is why the method of meditation is not shown anywhere in temples and spiritual activities. Only meditation is given importance through idols etc. We have given the analogy of Mount Kraunch to Ajnachakra. The real Kraunch mountain is in Uttarakhand. There is a temple of Lord Kartikeya there. It is said that about 80% of the peaks of the Himalayas are clearly visible from there. There is a dense forest, and natural beauty is scattered all around. Actually there is no difference between the body and the universe. The material creations which are in this body are the same outside as well and nothing else. It is a different matter that their size is small in the body, while it is large in the wider world. Although size is relative, not absolute or real. This theory has been proved by examining the test of science in the book ‘Physiology philosophy or sharirvigyan darshan’. I think first the Puranas were created, then the allegorical and mythological places depicted in them were shown in the external gross world. One of its objectives can be to promote religiosity and spirituality, while the other objective can also be to promote commercial and religious tourism. There are countless examples of such names. Sushumna Nadi is said to be ganga river in Puranas metaphorically, but in folk it is shown as a real river originating from Uttarakhand. The meaning of being liberated by bathing in the Ganges is that when the Kundalini energy flowing in the Sushumna nadi is received by the soul living in Sahasrar, then it becomes pure by washing away its sins, which leads to liberation. But the common people took it as an ordinary physical river. People lined up to take a bath in it. Although little indirect benefits are obtained from spiritual symbols, but they cannot give direct and conspicuous benefits like the benefit obtained by bathing in the Sushumna Nadi. Just as the Sushumna travels in the middle of the body, the Ganges river also flows through the middle of the Indian landmass. Just as the Sushumna connects the whole body with the brain, the Ganges river connects the entire Indian landmass with the Himalayas. That is why the Himalayas are called the head of the country. The Sahasrar or Kailash is present in the Himalaya. The Sahasrar form of Kailash is also present in the head.

To testify about Kartikeya before Shiva by the deities is to experience the movements of the body by the soul

To observe your body carefully is to convene a meeting of the deities by Shiva. I have unintentionally described such a gathering in my book sharirvigyan Darshan. I think I used to have a deep knowledge of Shiva Purana in my previous life. In this birth I had never read Shiva Purana, then how did it match my book exactly, although the book Physiology Philosophy is considered modern and scientific . Or, taking pity on the wandering human civilization, it should be the command or inspiration of Shiva that the knowledge given by him now seen endangered should be revived. It may also be that the culture of my family has been imposed on me since my childhood, because I remember that my grandfather loved Shivpuran very much, and used to read it specially. Coming to metaphoric story, then it is for the soul to come to know about the reality that is as if the deities have to make Shiva aware of the situation. It is theft of not to bring that radiance of semen into the experience of the soul in the form of Kundalini Purush. Since the semen doesn’t leave the body, the suspicion of its theft goes only towards the deities, who are situated in the body, regulating the whole body. The burning sensation produced by the semen is the curse given by deities to the semen thief. Due to the flush of blood circulation, the organs get life or prana. With the same prana, the respective chakras of those organs become active, due to which the Kundalini also starts shining there. For example, at the time of sexual arousal, the vajra expansion occurs due to the filling of blood in it. Let me state here that the upward creeping of the kundalini-snake is due to the contraction of the vajra after its expansion. Along with this, the Sushumna Nadi of the snake’s shape extending from Sahasrar to Muladhara is meditated upon. The vajra is the tail of that serpent, the pelvic girdle is wide of the serpent, it stands up through the center of the back, its innumerable hoods are spread in the brain, and the serpent ends in the central hood pointing to the agya chakra. After the expansion of the vajra, due to its contraction generated by this meditation, it seems that the snake crawled upwards to reach the sahasrar and with it the Kundalini Purush also starts shining in the sahasrar. If you pay attention to the tail of the serpent that it is touching the agya chakra by climbing up from the front, that means the tail of the serpent is touching its head and making it like a circular ring, then this crawling feeling is more. Then it descends through the front channel from agya chakra. In this way a loop is formed, on which the energy starts revolving continuously with gushing and orgasmic bliss feel. This lasts for few moments then body becomes somewhat tired due to continued spasmodic type muscular contractions. This contraction-like event mostly happens in almost a single, long and unbroken breath. Perhaps that is why the yogi is made to practice pranayama to hold the breath for a long time. Body regains the power to do it properly again after hours of favorable activities or rest. The engorgement of vajra with blood increases the expression of Kundalini on the Swadhisthana chakra and the Muladhara chakra. The same blood is called milk in the metaphor, because milk is made from blood only. Milk is nothing but a kind of filtered blood. It is also called milk because the tantric kundalini goes the most from the mooladhara to the heart chakra. It occurs at the thorax, where the source of milk is also there as the breast. Even in the Ankhing technique of Egypt, the Kundalini travels from the genital to the rear heart chakra. It is then taken from the back to the top through the ankhing loop and rolled over the head and brought back down from the front to the front heart chakra. Probably this technique has scared Kritika. The repeated revolution of Kundalini in the Ankhing Loop means Kartikeya’s assurance to Kritikas and coming to meet her again and again. As soon as the energy is passed through the back to the brain through the back above the muladhara, the Vajra is compressed again to its normal position, and With this the Kundalini also goes up. Then the chakra on which that life force goes, the blood or milk also goes there, following which the Kundalini man also moves. However, on those chakras we do not experience any fluid-borne expansion like the wang expansion, because those areas are located deep and firmly in the body. Sometimes the opposite happens. If the Kundalini Purush is meditated on a chakra, then the power itself rushes there. That is why Kartikeya is called Shanmukhi or six mouthed because it receives nourishment from the prana i.e. milk on the six chakras. Because the blood comes under the control of the water deity, it is said that the water god told that the krittikas breastfeed the newborn child. The authors of the Puranas of the Puranic era were wonderful spiritual scientists. The shivaganas who go to collect Kartikeya from krittikas are tantric actions which pull the kundalini from the chakras towards sahasrar. Those activities can be of simple hatha yoga as contraction-relaxation type or even a vicious type of Panchamakari kriyas, that is why the kritikas are shown to be afraid of them. It is natural that along with the Kundalini, blood circulation also starts going away from there, so they wither and turn yellow, that is, they start getting scared. The repeated return of Kundalini to the chakras from Kundalini yoga is the assurance of Kartikeya to return to his mother again and again. Due to this, they start to swell with new blood circulation, that is, their fear ends. Many people say that their Kundalini is stuck on some chakra, and does not move even if it is run. In fact, when there is no Kundalini, how will it move? Often a weak Kundalini also gets stuck in one place, like a weak man. No one can stop the mighty Kundalini from moving. Kundalini gets extra power from Tantric Panchamkars. Let me tell you the easiest way to express Kundalini. Take deep, slow breaths and keep your attention on it. Let the thoughts of here and there keep coming and going on their own. Do not welcome them, nor disrespect them. Immediately the Kundalini Purush will start being felt on some chakra. Then start moving it as you wish. Let me tell you another but mild way to express the Kundalini Purusha. Look at any bare areas of your body, such as your hands, with the focus of physiology philosophy that’s sharirvigyan darshan. Kundalini will manifest. Kundalini Purush and Kundalini Shakti live together. The mental meditation picture or Kundalini picture is the Kundalini Purush. This is also Shiva. It stays with power or shakti always. Shiva is manifested in full form i.e. in his original form by the flood of Shakti. This is Kundalini awakening. In fact, yogic breathing starts in the above way that’s while meditating sharirvigyan darshan along with looking at hand’s skin. That is how the Kundalini picture is expressed with it. It’s the whole wonder of the breath. Breath is yoga, yoga is breath. When we are attached to a thought, our breath stops. When we start breathing again naturally, attachment disappears and turns into non-attachment. With this, disturbing thought also calms down comfortably. With this, all mental defects like lust, anger etc. also get pacified, because they are the product of distorted thoughts. If attention is paid to the breath, then detachment from the power of Kundalini increases even more.

The yub-yum technique is an important cornerstone of the sexual Tantra

The technique of Yab-Yum is also hidden in the mystical metaphor in the same Kartikeya-Katha. Because it is said in the story that the genital made in the form of pigeon accepts the semen and provide that to the chakras made in the form of sage wives. In them a womb is formed from it, which starts developing into the Kundalini Purush. The same is done in Yab-Yum. In the joint position of yab-yum, this semen light is transferred very rapidly. In this, the male-female pair concentrates on all their paired chakras together. Due to this, the energy of the two Mooladharas falls on all the chakras one by. Due to this, Kundalini Purush appears rapidly there, which starts growing faster and faster. This is a very effective technique of tantra. After applying this technique, it seems that the pressure of the Mooladhara and Swadhishthana chakras and related organs has reduced completely and immediately. In fact, after reach of the semen-tej to chakras from there, Kundalini man becomes prominent there. This is to conceive by sage wives. After a long practice, the sushumna nadi opens up completely. Then that effulgence situated on the chakras immediately rises up through the sushumna and fills the Sahasrara. This is Kundalini awakening or in a lighter way prana rising. This is what the sage’s wives have to offer semen tej along with the womb to the river Ganges. The reed grass that has grown on the banks of the Ganges is to be provided with it, and a child is born on it. This metaphor has been described in detail in some of the previous articles. The main point to be noted here is that Shivling is also a symbol of Yab-Yum. For this reason, worshiping Shivalingam also gives the same benefits as Yab-Yum. What’s more, hatha yoga asanas are also designed to distribute this seminal energy throughout the body, it seems. It is from such direct experience that there is a belief in western countries that yogasanas increase sexual power.

It is clearly written in Shiv Purana that only Karthikeya i.e. Kundalini Purush, born from the semen of Shiva, can kill Tarakasur i.e. spiritual ignorance and get rid of it, nothing else. From this, why not assume that sexual yoga is the basic and main technique for self-awareness, the rest are allied activities. If a select number of people are awakened, it is due to unintentional entry of this sexual energy into the mind. It happens so slowly that they don’t even realize it. So they attribute the awakening to their colorful activities and picturesque beliefs. This is because at the time of their awakening they are associated with those kinds of activities or beliefs. This also gives rise to mutual disputes. Like the blind, some hold the tail of an elephant and tell it to be a real elephant, while some tell the trunk of an elephant as an entire one. No one knows the real elephant. It may also happen that the sexual power of Muladhara can be achieved by one’s specific beliefs or actions, but the man does not express the sexual part of it because of shame. We do not oppose other techniques. But the surprising thing is that the main technique and principle has been made auxiliary or secondary, and the auxiliary techniques are becoming the main. When milk becomes milk and water becomes water, then it is natural that many people will have a clear and scientific awakening, not only a few ones incidentally. Often people are immersed in external rhetoric and metaphors, the real thing is not known. I do not even understand them, and without understanding these mysteries, these appear as stories of some celestial planet. I keep looking on Facebook. Many names of goddesses like Dakini, Kali etc. have been associated with this basic principle. All the sects have given their own names. The basic thing is the same. There is no such thing that people do not know the basic scientific principle of awakening. It is clearly written in the Yoga scriptures that Kundalini resides in Muladhara. Then why run here and there? Why not find the power in the base itself. In fact, it was not considered in a practical form, but as an ornament or a metaphor. The disadvantage of making metaphors was that people did not know what was metaphorical and what was real. Those who understood this, they started taking the help of all other tricks except sexual intercourse to awaken the power of Muladhara. Perhaps this happened due to social hesitation and shame. Women tend to be more ignorant and hesitant about this, whereas in the olden days only women used to be successful tantragurus. On the one hand we believe that Kundalini resides in the Mooladhara and nowhere else, and on the other hand we are denying that intercourse, which is the most direct and powerful action to awaken the power of the Muladhara. It was a strange contradiction. Probably, lack of power or energy was also the reason for this. Due to the society becoming excessively idealistic and non-violent, there was a lack of strength in the body. Lack of potency leads to decreased interest in intercourse. Consumption of eggs can be a reasonable alternative. Egg can be considered a vegetarian food, because it does not contain any violence. Like milk, it is just a byproduct of an animal. It contains all the nutrients in balanced quantity. Egg also increases sexual arousal, so its intake should be right according to the tantra. In today’s developed and scientific era, this sexual hesitation should have reduced. Thanks to science, there is no fear of unwanted pregnancy nowadays. Of course, condoms cannot be used with tantric intercourse, because due to tantric activities, the vajra is continuously compressed and expanded, due to which it can get trapped inside. Without it, there may be an increased risk of transmission of sexually transmitted diseases, such as AIDS. But such a situation does not come because the sexual tantra is accomplished only with one single spouse, that is, the wife. In Tantra, it is forbidden to make other’s daughters and wives as sexual partners. In order to awaken sexual desire, indirect contact or laughter goes on in a civilized manner. Yet there are many contraceptive methods. Hormone pills. However, they have to be taken daily for a long time, which can lead to side effects. Even if there is an accidental ejaculation in the vagina during an unsafe cycle during tantric practice, there are other hormonal drugs to prevent pregnancy, such as Vikalp-72, which does not cause pregnancy if taken within 72 hours after ejaculation. If for some reason it cannot be taken, or in very rare cases, it fails, then there are other hormonal medicines called abortion pills, which, if taken sooner after the missed period, the better the result. There are user friendly minikits available which can detect pregnancy within 2-3 days from the day of missed period. By the way, all these are not needed if sexual intercourse is done during the initial practice of sexual tantra only during safe time. This time is the first seven days and the last 7 days of the menstrual cycle, including the first day of menstruation. In these days, even after ejaculation, pregnancy does not occur, because the egg is not available to the sperms during these days. This time frame is for those in which the cycle period is 28 days, and remains the same and unchanged each time. If the period length is more or less than this, then the safe period is increased or reduced accordingly. If this time is not equal, it can be deceiving. Although no contraceptive method is 100% safe, but all methods combined provide almost 100% protection. Sometimes the preejaculates also have few spermatozoa. But they are often insufficient for pregnancy. Well, mild methods are enough. Complicated methods like copper tee, tubectomy, vasectomy, spaying etc. are mostly not needed. I was reading in an old blog post in which a tantra practitioner was saying that nowadays population and unemployment is high, so sexual tantra can cause problems. Therefore, if you practice the sexual tantra, then do it carefully, and assume that if an unwanted pregnancy happens, then it is good to accept it happily. But in today’s present era all these things have become obsolete. The womb is also formed from the same type of intense sexual energy, which gives awakening. The sluggish and lazy sex cannot lead to pregnancy, neither can awakening be achieved from it. That is why Goddess Parvati was astonished that a pregnancy had to be made from the powerful semen produced by the powerful intercourse of Lord Shiva, that semen could not fail. But where did she get pregnant? Later it is learned that it appeared in the form of awakening in the womb of Sahasrara. From this it is natural that in the olden days people had to abstain from intercourse tantra, because it has full possibility of pregnancy, and due to lack of physical science there was lack of physical contraceptive techniques and knowledge at that time. Such informative things are good only in writing and reading, they are felt with hesitation and shame while speaking and listening. For this reason, in today’s chatting era, it is seen that sometimes even a goddess-like and virtuous woman, from whom speaking and hearing such things cannot be imagined, she does so much obscene chatting on her mobile phone, that the magic of writing begins to be believed even by those who have been a strong opponent of writing.
