कुण्डलिनी योग आनंदमय कोष के साथ शरीर के सभी कोषों को एकसाथ खोलता है

शास्त्रों के अनुसार हमारी स्थूल देह का नाम अन्नमय कोष है, जो कि मृत्यु के साथ ही समाप्त हो जाता है। शरीर में स्थित पांच वायु और पांच कर्मेंन्द्रियों के समूह को प्राणमय कोष कहते हैं। मन सहित पांचों ज्ञानेनिद्रियों के समूह को मनोमय कोष कहा गया है। बुद्धितत्व युक्त पांचोँ ज्ञानेंद्रियों के समूह को विज्ञानमय कोष कहते हैं। सबसे भीतरी और सूक्ष्म कोष आनंदमय कोष है, वह सत्वगुणी अविद्या से संचालित है। परन्तु आत्मा इन सब से अछूती है। इसका थोड़ा विश्लेषण करते हैं। स्थूल शरीर मतलब अन्नमय कोष तो सबके प्रत्यक्ष है ही। कर्मेंन्द्रियों को प्राणमय कोष में इसलिए लिया गया है, क्योंकि प्राणों का सबसे पहले स्पष्ट प्रभाव कर्म-इन्द्रियों पर ही नजर आता है। कुण्डलिनी योग के दौरान जब प्राण को विशेष चक्र पर केंद्रित करते हैं, तो वहाँ सिकुड़न जैसी हलचल होती है, और उससे जुड़ी कर्मेंन्द्रियों को शक्ति मिलती है। तभी तो व्यायाम, खेल, दौड़ व भारी काम से सांस तेज चलती है, जिससे कर्मेंन्द्रियों को प्राणों का संचार बढ़ता है। मानसिक काम से वैसी साँस नहीँ फूलती, इसलिए इसे मनोमय कोष में रखा गया है। दूरदर्शन देखते और सुनते समय साँस नहीँ फूलती। किसी भोजन को सूंघते और चखते हुए या उसको स्पर्श करते हुए भी साँस नहीँ फूलती। इसीलिए त्वचा, आँख, कान, नाक और जिव्हा पांचोँ को ज्ञानेंद्रियों में रखा गया है। मतलब ये कर्मप्रधान की अपेक्षा ज्ञानप्रधान हैं। कर्म तो इनसे भी होता है। जननेन्द्रिय को भी कर्मेंन्द्रिय में रखा गया है, क्योंकि इसके प्रयोग से भी साँस फूलती है। गुदा इन्द्रिय को भी कर्मप्रधान कर्मेंन्द्रियों के साथ रखा गया है। पांचोँ ज्ञानेंन्द्रियों को मन के साथ इसलिए मनोमय कोष में रखा जाता है, क्योंकि इनसे संवेदनाओं के अनुभव से मन क्रियाशील हो जाता है। सुंदर दृश्य देखने से या सुंदर संगीत सुनने से मन में सुंदर विचार आते हैं। विचारों को साधारण ज्ञान कह सकते हैं। विशेष ज्ञान बुद्धि के सहयोग से ही पैदा होता है। जैसे कार के शोरूम में बहुत से साधारण विचार आते हैं। आदमी जब बुद्धि से कार खरीदने का निर्णय लेता है, तो उसकी खरीद से जुड़े विचार ज्यादा ताकतवर, प्रभावशाली, व्यावहारिक और कर्मप्रेरक होते हैं। ‘वि’ मतलब विशेष, इसलिए विज्ञान मतलब विशेष ज्ञान। इससे आनंद पैदा होता है। कार का मालिक बन कर किसको आनंद नहीं होता। वह आनंदमय कोष से महसूस होता है। दरअसल आनंद बिना लहरों की शुद्ध आत्मा में महसूस होता है। विज्ञान और कर्म की ताकतवर व्यक्त लहरों से सूक्ष्मशरीर में ताकतवर छाप पड़ती है। उस छाप को ही सत्त्वगुणी अविद्या कहा गया है। मतलब कार खरीदने की क्रिया को आप सत्त्वगुणप्रधान कह लो, क्योंकि यह काम आराम से, आनंद से, तसल्ली से, इंसानियत से और शिष्टाचार से होता है। इसलिए इससे जो छाप सूक्ष्मशरीर अर्थात अविद्या अर्थात विशेष अँधेरे पर पड़ती है, वह भी वैसी ही होती है। सीमित समय के लिए ही इस छाप का प्रभाव शेष अनंत सूक्ष्मशरीर के मुकाबले ज्यादा होती है, क्योंकि यह छाप ताज़ा होती है, बाद में तो यह सूक्ष्मशरीर में मौजूद अनगिनत छापों में घुलमिलकर उनकी तरह साधारण बन जाती है। इसीलिए भौतिकता से मिला आनंद हमेशा के लिए नहीँ रहता। दूसरे उदाहरण के लिए आप कल्पना करो कि आप परिवार व किसी अच्छे रिश्तेदार के साथ सुंदर कार से पहुंच कर किसी सुंदर रिसोर्ट में बैठे हैं। बाहर लॉन में आरामदायक कुर्सी पर धूप सेंक रहे हैँ। सामने कांच के गोल टेबल पर पीने के लिए शुद्ध जल है। और भी खाने-पीने के लिए आर्डर पर एकदम मिल जाता है। नजदीक में आपका परिवार आनंद से टहल रहा है। बच्चे सामने पार्क में खेल रहे हैं। सामने ही स्विमिंग पूल है। आप लंबी और धीमी सांस लेते हुए सुस्ता रहे हैं। आपको अपनी आत्मा के अँधेरे में बहुत बढ़िया आनंद महसूस होगा। है तो वह आम अँधेरे की तरह ही जिसे अविद्या कहा गया है, पर वह अन्य सामान्य अंधेरों के विपरीत आनंद से भरा होगा। यह इसलिए क्योंकि यह अंधेरा स्वयं की सत्ता और अस्तित्व से भरा होगा। यह सत्त्वगुणी अंधेरा है। मतलब सत्ता बढ़ाने वाली सारी सुविधाएं आपको सामने उपलब्ध हैं, पर आप अविद्या में आनंद का मजा ले रहे हैं। आदमी की सुखसुविधा भोगने की भी सीमा है। उससे थकने के बाद सत्त्वगुणी अविद्या से ही आनंद मिलता है। दरअसल आनंद का स्रोत सत्त्वगुणी अविद्या ही है, सीधे तौर पर सुखसुविधा नहीँ। अविद्या मतलब विद्या या ज्ञान का निषेध है। इसलिए यह अज्ञान का अंधेरा ही है। आपको सत्त्वगुणी अविद्या का एक और उदाहरण देता हूँ। मानलो आप ऐसी जगह पर हैं, जहाँ से एक तरफ मैदानी क्षेत्र शुरु होता है। आपके सामने दूसरी तरफ पर्वतमाला दिख रही है। आपको उस मिश्रित जैसे मैदानी भाग में शुद्ध मैदानी भाग से भी ज्यादा आनंद आएगा, क्योंकि सामने का दुर्गम व कठिनाइयों से भरा पर्वत आप की सत्ता को सापेक्ष रूप से वास्तविक सत्ता से भी ज्यादा बढ़ा हुआ महसूस कराएगा। ऐसी ही एक जगह है आनंदपुर। सम्भवतः इसी विशेष आनंद के कारण इसका यह नाम पड़ा है। यहाँ पर सिख धर्म का प्रसिद्ध गुरुद्वारा आनंदपुर साहब स्थित है। सत्त्वगुणी अविद्या के विपरीत जो अंधेरा गुस्से, डर, अभाव, चिंता आदि के साथ पैदा होता है, उसमें आनंद नहीँ होता। इनमें अविद्या का अंधेरा स्व-अस्तित्व के विरुद्ध होता है। एक ही अंधेरा अलगअलग परिस्थितियों में अलगअलग ढंग से महसूस होता है। यह रोचक मनोविज्ञान है।आनंदमय कोष से भी एक कदम ज्यादा गहराई में पूर्ण शुद्ध आत्मा है। इसके साथ आनंद जैसा कोई शब्द नहीं जुड़ा है, क्योंकि यह अनिर्वचनीय है, आनंद से भी ऊपर। अधिकांश लोग आनंदमय कोष के ब्लिस या आनंद को शुद्ध आत्मा जानकर उससे मोहित हुए रहते हैं, और आत्मजागृति के लिए विशेष प्रयास नहीँ करते। शुद्ध आत्मा में स्थूल जगत की कोई छाप नहीं होती। इसलिए यह अपने मूलरूप में पूर्ण प्रकाशमान होता है। दरअसल प्रकाश शब्द भी लौकिक है, आत्मा इससे भी परे होता है। इसीलिए आत्मा को सबसे अप्रभावित अर्थात अछूता कहा गया है।

सभी कोष बारीबारी से और क्रमवार ही अच्छे खुलते हैं, जैसे किसी महल के सुरक्षा घेरे लांघे जाते हैं। बचपन में खाने-पीने से अन्नमय कोष विकसित होकर खुल जाता है। खेलकूद, व्यायाम और विभिन्न कामों को सीखने से प्राणमय कोष विकसित होकर खुल जाता है। फिर माध्यमिक विद्यालय स्तर की ऊँची कक्षाओं में पहुंच कर वह जटिल व विशेष विषय वाली शिक्षा को ग्रहण करते हुए मनोमय कोष को खोलता है। महाविद्यालय या विश्वविद्यालय स्तर पर तकनीकी और व्यावहारिक शिक्षा लेकर वह विज्ञानमय कोष को खोलता है। फिर नौकरी या व्यापार करते हुए वह धन कमाने लगता है, और विज्ञानमय कोष की सहायता से आनंदमय कोष को खोलता है। उसको भी पूरा विकसित करके वह तांत्रिक कुण्डलिनी योग की तरफ खुद ही आकर्षित होकर उससे आत्मा तक पहुंचने का प्रयास करता है।

कुण्डलिनी योग से वैसे सभी कोष एकसाथ भी खुल सकते हैं। योगासन व प्राणायाम से भूख लगती है, और शरीर स्वस्थ रहता है। इससे अन्नमय कोष खुला रहता है। प्राणायाम से प्राणमय कोष खुला रहता है। प्राणमय कोष खुलने से मनोमय कोष खुलता है। फिर चक्रोँ पर कुण्डलिनी ध्यान से विज्ञानमय कोष खुल जाता है। विज्ञानमय कोष खुलने से आनंदमय कोष खुद ही खुल जाता है। अंत में कुण्डलिनी जागृत होने से आदमी आत्मा तक भी पहुंच जाता है।

आनंदमय कोष को लाँघने का आसान तरीका बताता हूँ। आराम से धूप में कुर्सी पर बैठें। पूरे शरीर को देखते हुए उसका ध्यान करें। इससे अन्नमय कोष खुलेगा। निद्रा देवी का ध्यान करके और नींद शब्द का मानसिक उच्चारण करते हुए मस्तिष्क को ढीला व तनावरहित कर दें। गहरी साँस आएगी। उस पर ध्यान दें। धीमी और गहरी सांसें चलने लगेंगी। उससे प्राणमय कोष खुलेगा। उससे मन में पुरानी यादों के साथ अन्य विचार जागेंगे। इससे मनोमय कोष खुलेगा। फिर बुद्धि से निश्चय करके उन पर साक्षीभाव रखते हुए शरीर पर, सांसों पर और निद्रा पर ध्यान जारी रखेंगे। इससे विज्ञानमय कोष जागेगा। थोड़ी देर में विचार आत्मा में विलीन हो जाएंगे। इससे मन में विचारशून्यता का अंधेरा जैसा महसूस होगा। इसे सत्त्वगुणी अविद्या कहेंगे। यह इसलिए क्योंकि यह जानबूझकर पवित्र सत्त्वगुण से पैदा की गई। यह रजोगुणी अविद्या की तरह लड़ाई-झगड़े या जीवन के रोजाना के संघर्ष से पैदा नहीँ हुई। न ही यह नशे, आमिष आदि से पैदा तमोगुण से पैदा हुई। सत्त्वगुणी अँधेरे से आनंद महसूस होने से आनंदमय कोष भी खुल जाएगा। लगभग एक घंटे में यह पूरी साधना हो जाएगी। आनंदमय कोष के खुले होने पर यदि आदमी लगभग एक-दो घंटे तक तांत्रिक कुण्डलिनीयोग का अभ्यास भी करता रहे, तो कुण्डलिनी जागरण के रूप में आत्मा की तरफ भी बढ़ता रहेगा।

मृत्यु अटल सत्य है। पर मरना किसीके लिए कला है, तो किसी के लिए किस्मत है। कोई सतोगुणी अविद्या के माध्यम से सुख और आनंद से मरता है, तो किसी को मजबूरन रजोगुणी और तमोगुणी अविद्या के पाले पड़कर बहुत दुःख और कष्ट के साथ मरना पड़ता है।

Kundalini yoga shows the DNA as subtle body and the dark energy or dark matter

subtle body is made up of five sense organs, five action senses, five pranas, one mind and one intellect.

It is the subtle body that goes to the other world, not the gross body made of flesh. One can say that when the gross body is destroyed, then how can these senses, life force etc. remain, because all these are the dependents of the gross body. This is the trick. You can also call it the art of describing in writing. If the author wanted, he could have written directly that the body and all its activities get recorded in its subtle body. But this description would not have been attractive and easy to understand. Because the body and all its activities are dependent on its mind, intellect, knowledge based sense organs, action based sense organs, and the five pranas, so it is said that the subtle body is made up of these five types of things. I didn’t have such an experience. I did not feel these things separately in the astral body, but felt one undivided darkness in which the impression of all these things was felt. The meaning is clear that the subtle body perceives through its soul only, decides through the soul, works through the soul, receives the experiences of all the senses through the soul, and performs all the activities of daily life through the soul. Means all the past lives of the Jiva are fully recorded in the subtle body, which he continues to experience in himself as self.  In a way, it is a combined average form of all the previous births. Many people would think that the subtle body would be a mind without a body, in which waves of thoughts would keep rising in the empty space, but then what was the difference between the gross and the subtle body. Anyway, the existence of the gross mind is not possible without the support of the gross body. For example, consider the diamond in your ring as a subtle body. All the information from its birth is recorded in it. Once upon a time it was pure energy. With the creation of the universe, it became a tree on earth. Then, due to earthquakes etc., coal was formed by tree being buried hundreds of kilometers below the earth. Then stone coal was made. For millions of years it has withstood extreme temperatures and pressures. There were many changes in this. It performed innumerable actions and reactions. It took countless years. Then it was dug out. Then carved. Then you bought it and put it on your ring. All these information are recorded in this diamond. Although we do not get to know these information in gross form by looking at the diamond, but we do experience those information in subtle form, only then we find diamond very beautiful, attractive and precious. Similarly, from the experience of someone’s subtle body, the whole past details of it are not known in the gross form, but it is experienced in the subtle form, by experiencing its average nature. In the Gita, Maha Yogi Sri Krishna says that he knows all the previous births of Arjuna. It does not mean that he was feeling all the scenes in his mind like tv screen, rather it means that he was feeling the essence of them all in the form of his subtle body. The style of the scriptures is such that they often do not analyze the facts completely and leave them in a miraculous or mystic form, so that the reader becomes bewildered. These experiences are subtler than experiences from the gross body, although it seems to us, instead to the subtle body, they may seem as powerful as the gross experience, because in that state there is no interference from the noise of thoughts of the living state, which cloud the experiences. In addition, the experiences of all past lives remain in the soul all the time in a subtle form, while in the gross body it remains buried in the noise of gross thoughts. Yes, it cannot take new experiences, because for this the physical body is necessary. That’s why there is no further development of it. It has to take birth as a gross body for further development. To me, the subtle body seems to record all the information of the organism like DNA. Similarly, to me dark energy or dark matter also seems to be the eternal DNA of the gross universe.

The equivalence of dark energy and the subtle body can be proved only if we do not divide subtle body into compartments and consider it as a single dark sky in which all the information of its gross form is recorded in the form of subtle form as waveless or unchanging experiences in self-sky. Please don’t mistake this as complete self-realization i.e. self-knowledge. This is the highest level of self-experience, which is of a single kind, and in which no information is recorded i.e. it’s the pure self-form, while the subtle-body as self-experience is of a very mild degree, and contain many hidden information. According to the experiences attained in the gross body state there are innumerable types or levels of subtle bodies. Hence only in this undivided encoded form, subtle body will be fully like dark matter or black hole as described earlier according to famous verse “Yatpinde tat brahmande“.

कुंडलिनी योग डीएनए को सूक्ष्म शरीर और डार्क एनर्जी या डार्क मैटर के रूप में दिखाता है

सूक्ष्म शरीर पांच ज्ञानेन्द्रियों, पांच कर्मेंद्रियों, पांच प्राण, एक मन और एक बुद्धि के योग से बना है। 

यह सूक्ष्मशरीर ही परलोकगमन करता है, हाड़मांस से बना स्थूलशरीर नहीं। कोई बोल सकता है कि जब स्थूल शरीर नष्ट हो गया, तब ये इन्द्रियां, प्राण आदि कैसे रह सकते हैं, क्योंकि ये सभी स्थूलशरीर के आश्रित ही तो हैं। यही तो ट्रिक है। इसे आप लेखन की वर्णन करने की कला भी कह सकते हैं। लेखक अगर चाहता तो सीधा लिख सकता था कि शरीर और उसके सारे क्रियाकलाप उसके सूक्ष्मशरीर में दर्ज हो जाते हैं। पर यह वर्णन आकर्षक और समझने में सरल न होता। क्योंकि शरीर और उसके सभी क्रियाकलाप उसके मन, बुद्धि, कर्मेंद्रियों, ज्ञानेन्द्रियों, और पांचोँ प्राणों के आश्रित रहते हैं, इसलिए कहा गया कि सूक्ष्मशरीर इन पांचोँ किस्म की चीजों से मिलकर बना है। मुझे तो ऐसा अनुभव नहीं हुआ था। मुझे तो ये चीजें सूक्ष्मशरीर में अलगअलग महसूस नहीँ हुई, बल्कि एक ही अविभाजित अंधेरा महसूस हुआ, जिसमें इन सभी चीजों की छाप महसूस हो रही थी। मतलब साफ है कि सूक्ष्मशरीर अनुभवरूप अपनी आत्मा के माध्यम से ही चिंतन करता है, आत्मा से ही निश्चय करता है, आत्मा से ही काम करता है, आत्मा के माध्यम से ही सभी इन्द्रियों के अनुभव लेता है, और आत्मा से ही दैनिक जीवन के सभी शारीरिक क्रियाकलाप करता है। मतलब सूक्ष्मशरीर में जीव के पिछले सभी जीवन पूरी तरह से दर्ज रहते हैं, जिनको वह लगातार आत्मरूप से अपने में अनुभव करता रहता है। ये अनुभव स्थूल शरीर की तरंगों की तरह बदलते नहीं। एक प्रकार से ये पिछले सभी जन्मों का मिलाजुला औसत रूप होता है। कई लोग सोचते होंगे कि सूक्ष्मशरीर एक बिना शरीर का मन होता होगा, जिसमें खाली अंतरिक्ष में विचारों की तरंगें उठती रहती होंगी, पर फिर स्थूल और सूक्ष्म शरीर में क्या अंतर रहा। वैसे भी बिना स्थूल शरीर के आधार के स्थूल मन का अस्तित्व संभव नहीं है। उदाहरण के लिए आप अपनी अंगूठी में जड़े हुए हीरे को सूक्ष्मशरीर मान लो। इसमें इसके जन्म से लेकर सभी सूचनाएं दर्ज हैं। कभी यह शुद्ध ऊर्जा था। सृष्टि निर्माण के साथ यह धरती पर वृक्ष बन गया। फिर भूकंप आदि से वृक्ष धरती के अंदर सैंकड़ो किलोमीटर नीचे दब कर कोयला बना। फिर पत्थर का कोयला बना। लाखों वर्षो तक यह भारी तापमान और दबाव झेलता रहा। इसमें अनगिनत परिवर्तन हुए। इसने अनगिनत क्रियाएं कीं। इसने अनगिनत वर्ष बिताए। फिर वह खोद कर निकाला गया। फिर तराशा गया। फिर आपने इसे खरीदा और अपनी अंगूठी में लगाया। ये सभी सूचनाएं इस हीरे में दर्ज हैं। हालांकि हीरे को देखकर हमें इन सूचनाओं का स्थूलरूप में पता नहीं चलता, पर वे सूचनाएं सूक्ष्मरूप में हमें जरूर अनुभव होती हैं, तभी हमें हीरा बहुत सुंदर, आकर्षक और कीमती लगता है। ऐसे ही किसीके सूक्ष्म शरीर के अनुभव से उसका पूरा पिछला ब्यौरा स्थूल रूप में मालूम नहीं होता, पर सूक्ष्मरूप में अनुभव होता है, उसके औसत स्वभाव को अनुभव करके। गीता में योगेश्वर श्रीकृष्ण कहते हैं कि वे अर्जुन के पिछले सभी जन्मों को जानते हैं। इसका मतलब यह नहीं कि उन्हें अपने मन में दूरदर्शन की तरह सभी दृष्य महसूस हो रहे थे, बल्कि यह मतलब है कि उन सबका निचोड़ सूक्ष्मशरीर के रूप में महसूस हो रहा था। शास्त्रों की शैली ही ऐसी है कि वे अक्सर तथ्यों का पूर्ण विश्लेषण न करके उन्हें चमत्कारिक रूप में रहने देते हैं, ताकि पाठक हतप्रभ हो जाए।
ये अनुभव स्थूलशरीर से लिए अनुभवों से सूक्ष्म होते हैं, हालांकि हमें ऐसा लगता है, सूक्ष्मशरीर के लिए तो वह स्थूल अनुभव की तरह ही शक्तिशाली लगते होंगे, क्योंकि उस अवस्था में जीवित अवस्था के उन विचारों के शोर का व्यवधान नहीं होता, जो अनुभवों को कुंठित करते हैं। साथ में, पिछले सारे जन्मों का अनुभव भी आत्मा में हर समय सूक्ष्म रूप में बना रहता है, जबकि स्थूलशरीर में स्थूल विचारों के शोर में दबा रहता है। हाँ, वह नए अनुभव नहीँ ले सकता, क्योंकि उसके लिए स्थूलशरीर जरूरी होता है। इसलिए उसका आगे का विकास भी नहीँ होता। आगे के विकास के लिए ही उसे स्थूलशरीर के रूप में पुनर्जन्म लेना पड़ता है। मुझे तो सूक्ष्मशरीर डीएनए की तरह जीव की सारी सूचनाएं दर्ज करने वाला लगता है। इसी तरह मुझे डार्क एनर्जी या डार्क मैटर भी स्थूल ब्रह्माण्ड का शाश्वत डीएनए लगता है।

डार्क एनर्जी और सूक्ष्मशरीर की समतुल्यता तभी सिद्ध हो सकती है, अगर उसे हम विभागों में न बांटकर एकमात्र अंधेरभरे आसमान की तरह मानें जिसमें इनके स्थूल रूप की सभी सूचनाएं सूक्ष्म अर्थात आत्म-अनुभवरूप में दर्ज होती हैं। कृपया इसे पूर्ण आत्मानुभव अर्थात आत्मज्ञान न समझ लिया जाए। यह आत्म-अनुभव की सर्वोच्च अवस्था है, जो एक ही किस्म का होता है, और जिसमें कोई सूचना दर्ज नहीँ होती मतलब शुद्ध आत्म-रूप होता है, जबकि सूक्ष्मशरीर वाला आत्म-अनुभव बहुत हल्के दर्जे का होता है, और उसमें दर्ज गुप्त सूचनाओं के अनुसार असंख्य प्रकार का होता है। यह “यत्पिंडे तत् ब्रह्मान्डे” के अनुसार ही होगा।

कुण्डलिनीयोगानुसार क्वांटम एन्टेंगलड पार्टिकल्स डार्क मैटर से आपस में ऐसे ही जुड़े होते हैं जैसे दो प्रेमी सूक्ष्मशरीर से आपस में जुड़े होते हैं

दोस्तों, मैं पिछली पोस्ट में बता रहा था कि पुराने लोगों को वर्महोल, व्हाइट होल और टेलीपोर्टेशन आदि का पता था, हालांकि अपने तरीके से। उन्हें पता था कि स्थूल शरीर के साथ यह संभव नहीं है, पर सूक्ष्मशरीर के साथ संभव है। इसलिए वे अच्छे कर्मों से अपने सूक्ष्मशरीर को ज्यादा से ज्यादा अच्छा बनाते थे, ताकि वह उन्हें अच्छे ग्रह, सितारे या ब्रह्माण्ड में ले जा सके, क्योंकि उन्हें यह भी पता था कि क्वांटम इनफार्मेशन कभी नष्ट नहीं होती। इसी वजह से हम देखते हैं कि आजकल के बच्चे जन्म से ही हाइटेक होते हैं। वे स्मार्टफोन के बिना खाना भी नहीं खाते। दरअसल उनके हाल ही के पिछले जन्म की हाइटेक सूचना उनके सूक्ष्मशरीर में दर्ज हुई होती है। रही बात शरीर के साथ व्हाइट होल से गुजरना या टेलीपोर्टेशन करना, मुझे तो यह संभव लगता नहीँ है। चलो मान लेते हैं कि किसी चमत्कारिक शक्ति से यह संभव हो गया। फिर भी जाएंगे कहाँ क्योंकि अभी तक कोई भी पूरी तरह से हेबिटेबल अर्थात जीवन के अनुकूल ग्रह नहीँ मिला है। कोई मंगल पर जाने की योजना बना रहा है, कोई चाँद पर। वहाँ बाद में जाएं, पहले ऊँचे हिमालय में जाकर देख लो। तापमान की एक डिग्री की कमी भी कम्पकम्पी दे सकती है और जीवन को जोखिम में डाल सकती है। दूसरे ग्रह पर बाद में जाना, क्योंकि वहाँ तो ऐसी अनगिनत समस्याएं होंगी, वे भी विकराल रूप में। धरती पर ही ऐसे बहुत से स्थान हैं, जिन्हें विज्ञान हेबिटेबल नहीँ बना पा रहा है, अन्य ग्रहों की तो दूर की बात है। उमंग और जोश बनाए रखने में कोई बुराई नहीं है।

वैज्ञानिक अंदेशा जता रहे हैं कि ब्लैक होल में छुपे पदार्थ किसी अन्य आयाम में छिपे ब्रह्माण्ड में जा सकते हैं। अंतरिक्ष के अनगिनत आयाम मतलब अनगिनत कॉपीयां हो सकती हैं, जैसा अभी हाल की एक पिछली पोस्ट में बताया गया है। अब पता नहीं कौन सी कॉपी में जाकर वे पुनः भौतिक रूप में जन्म ले लेते हैं। यह ऐसे ही है जैसे आदमी मरने के बाद पता नहीं कौन सी कॉपी में चला जाता है। हम जीव दूसरी कॉपी मतलब दूसरे जीव में स्थित ब्रह्माण्ड को बिल्कुल भी अनुभव नहीं कर सकते। हालांकि हम दूसरे जीव के शरीर को तो अनुभव कर ही सकते हैं। इसी तरह हम बाहरी अर्थात स्थूल रूप में तो दूसरे ब्रह्माण्ड को जान ही सकते हैं। पर दूसरे ब्रह्माण्ड हमारी पहुंच से परे हैं। यह ऐसे ही है जैसे नार्थ पोल पर बैठा व्यक्ति साऊथ पोल पर बैठे व्यक्ति को नहीं देख सकता।

अब तो यह प्रमाण भी मिला है कि ब्लैक होल में सभी पदार्थ बहुत ज्यादा विस्फोटक दबाव में दबे होते हैं। वे सम्भवतः विस्फोट के साथ बाहर निकलना चाहते हों, क्योंकि कोई भी वस्तु हो या व्यक्ति, दबाव में रहना पसंद नहीं करते। हवा, पानी आदि चीजें उच्च दबाव के क्षेत्र से निम्न दाब क्षेत्र की तरफ भागते हैं। काम के बेवजह दबाव की वजह से हर साल हजारों-लाखों कर्मचारी अपनी कम्पनियाँ बदलते हैं, अन्यथा बीमार पड़ जाते हैं। पर ब्लैक होल के वे दबे पदार्थ ब्लैकहोल के गुरुत्व बल को भगाकर बाहर नहीं भाग पाते। यह ऐसे ही है जैसा मैं हाल की एक पिछली पोस्ट में सूक्ष्मशरीर रूपी प्रेतात्मा के बारे में बता रहा था। हालांकि कुछेक मामलों में ब्लैक होलों को थोड़े-बहुत पदार्थ उगलते हुए देखा गया है। इसी तरह प्रेतात्मा भी विरले मामलों में डरावने रूप बनाकर लोगों को डरा सकते हैं। इन्हें भटकी हुई आत्माएं कहते हैं। ये उनके साथ ज्यादा होता है, जो अकाल मृत्यु से मरते हैं। अकालमृत्यु मतलब पूरी दुनियावी मायामोह में डूबे आदमी की अचानक मृत्यु। दुनिया के प्रति आसक्ति और द्वैत भाव वाले आदमी के साथ भी ऐसा हो सकता है। इसमें आदमी को अपने मानसिक ब्रह्माण्ड को हल्का और छोटा करने का मौका ही नहीं मिलता। इससे उनका सूक्ष्म शरीर अचानक से बहुत ज्यादा दबाव के साथ बन जाता है। उसी दबाव के कारण वे आभासी जैसे डरावने रूप बनाते रहते हैं। यह पता नहीं कि कैसे। कईयों में अच्छे संकल्पों का दबाव ज्यादा होता है, इसलिए उन्हें स्वर्ग का अनुभव होता है। कईयों में बुरे संकल्पों का दबाव ज्यादा होता है इसलिए वही संकल्प नर्क के अनुभव के रूप में बाहर को स्फुटित होते रहते हैं। वैसे तो प्रेतात्मा अँधेरे के रूप में रहती है। उसमें कोई संकल्प-विकल्प नहीँ होते। पर संकल्प-विकल्प उसमें आत्मा के अँधेरे के रूप में छिपे होते हैं। आदमी जब ऐसी आत्मा के सम्पर्क में आता है, तो वे छुपे हुए संकल्प उसके मन में जिन्दा होने लगते हैं। वे इतना ज्यादा शक्तिशाली हो सकते हैं कि वे उसे असली भौतिक रूप में भी दिख सकते हैं। इसे ही भूत दिखना कहते हैं। भूत का मतलब ही भूतकाल है। मतलब यह पुराने समय में हुआ है, अभी नहीँ है। इसीलिए भूतिया फिल्मों में आदमी की भूत बनी जीवात्मा की जीवित समय की मार्मिक घटना भूत बनकर डराते हुई दिखाई जाती है। यदि किसी का ऐसे काल्पनिक भूत से सामना हो जाए तो कहते हैं कि उससे बात नहीँ करनी चाहिए। क्योंकि क्या पता करतबी दिमाग़ झूठमूठ में ही क्या डरावना नजारा दिखा दे, जिससे हर्टफेल ही हो जाए। दिमाग़ के करतब का एक अन्य उदाहरण है, मरते हुए आदमी को ले जाने काले यमराज का काले भैंसे पर बैठकर आना। यह शास्त्रों में भी लिखा है और यह एक वैश्विक अनुभव भी है, मतलब किसी देश या धर्म तक सीमित नहीँ है। दरअसल उस समय ऐसी मानसिक अवस्था होती है कि दिमाग़ वैसा  काल्पनिक दृश्य रच लेता है जो असली जैसा लगता है। भौतिक रूप से कहीं कोई भैंसा-वैँसा नहीं आता। एकबार मुझे एक जीवंत सपने में एक काला भैंसा पहाड़ी की चोटी की तरफ घने अँधेरे जंगल से होकर ले गया। वह अंधेरा दिव्य व आनंदमय था, किसी महान आदमी या संत के सूक्ष्मशरीर की तरह। वह भैंसा मुझे बीच रास्ते में छोड़कर भाग गया। फिर मैं ऊपर चढ़ते हुए उस अकेली व मध्यम ऊँचाई की पहाड़ी की चोटी पर पहुंच गया। अलौकिक दृश्य था। दो या तीन मंजिला दिव्य कुटिया थी। दिव्य व चाँद या मौमबत्ती जैसी रौशनी थी, फिर भी चकाचक। जब मैं दूसरी मंजिल के खुले आँगन या टेरेस में बाहर निकला, तो वहाँ एक दिव्य साधुबाबा थे। मेरी लिखी पुस्तक उनके हाथ में थी और खुशी से मुस्कुराते हुए कह रहे थे कि उन्हें डाक आदि से मिली और वे मेरा ही इंतजार कर रहे थे। उन्होंने मेरा प्रेमभाव से भरा दिव्य सम्मान किया। जल्दी ही स्वप्न टूटा और मैं उस दिव्य अहसास से बाहर हो गया। इसका वर्णन मैंने इस वैबसाईट के अबाउट पेज पर भी किया है।

भटकी आत्मा के संबंध में मैं एक घटना सुनाता हूँ। मैं एक सुंदर पहाड़ी पर बने ढाबे में कभीकभार लंच करने जाया करता था। उसमें वेज-ननवेज हर किस्म का खाना बनता था। सुनने में आया कि एकबार रात को कुछ बदमाश ग्राहकों ने शराब के नशे में बिल को लेकर कहासुनी के बाद ढाबामालिक के बाप के ऊपर जबरदस्ती गाड़ी चढ़ा दी और फरार हो गए। अचानक, एकदम और दर्दनाक मृत्यु हुई थी, इसलिए वह अकालमृत्यु हुई। उसके बाद जब भी मैं उस ढाबे में जाता था, मुझे वहां अजीब सी एनर्जी महसूस होती थी। साथ में हर बार मेरे संबंधियों के साथ कोई न कोई अशुभ वाकया होता-होता टल जाता था। सम्भवतः मुझे कुण्डलिनी बचा लेती थी, पर कुण्डलिनी योग न करने के कारण कमजोर मन वाले संबंधी पर वह असर डालती थी। सम्भवतः कुण्डलिनी का कुछ असर उन तक भी पहुंच जाता था। उसके बाद मैंने वहाँ जाना बिल्कुल बंद कर दिया। साधारण धार्मिक कृत्य तो सभी कराते हैं, पर विशेष मृत्यु के बाद वे विशेष व शक्तिशाली होने चाहिए, ताकि दिवंगत आत्मा को शांति मिले। इसी तरह मैं एक बार परिचित के घर में सोया था। रात को मैंने देखा कि छत से जलती हुई लकड़ियाँ मेरे ऊपर गिर रही हैं। मैं चिल्लाया भी। फिर मैंने गुरु और कुण्डलिनी का ध्यान किया। इससे वह भूतिया दृश्य हट गया और मुझे नींद आ गई। वहाँ पर ऐसी भूतिया घटनाओं और अकालमृत्यु का पुराना इतिहास रहा था। संक्षेप में प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों द्वारा सुनी घटनाएं कहूँ तो एक व्यक्ति को रात को पानी पर तैरती ज्योतियां दिखती थीं, जो जलती और बुझती थीं। उस पानी में एक नजदीकी प्रेतग्रस्त परिवार ने प्रेत को गिट्टीयों में बांधकर दबा रखा था। शायद पत्थरों के छोटे टुकड़ों या ऐसे यन्त्रों को गिट्टी कहा गया है। एक मित्र को आधी रात को सुनसान सड़क के पास खेलते बच्चे दिखे जो छोटे-बड़े हो रहे थे। एक मित्र को प्रेतबाधा से ग्रस्त मकान में रात को दरवाजा खटखटाने की आवाज आती, दरवाजा खोलने पर लगता कि कुछ अंदर भागता हुआ किसी छेद वगैरह से कुछ वस्तुओं की आवाज के साथ बाहर निकल गया, पर दिखता कुछ नहीँ था। मेरे पूर्व के एक सज्जन व भोले पड़ोसी को एक तांत्रिक ने यह कह कर रात को अकेले श्मशान या कब्रगाह में जाने को इसलिए कह दिया कि उससे उसका खतरे में पड़ा व्यापार सुरक्षित बचेगा। सुबह वह वहाँ मृत मिला। रिपोर्ट से पता चला कि उसका हर्ट फेल हुआ। पर मेरे दादा इतने बहादुर होते थे कि अक्सर कहते थे कि श्मशान में अकेले आराम से सो सकते हैं। बस ऊपर से ओढ़ने के लिए एक चादर चाहिए। उनके अंदर बहुत कुण्डलिनी बल था। हनुमान चालीसा को भूत भगाने में सर्वोत्तम माना जाता है। मुझे भी लगता है कि हनुमान चालीसा एकदम से कुण्डलिनी शक्ति और कुण्डलिनी चित्र को मजबूती के साथ क्रियाशील कर देता है। हाँ, वही भगवान हनुमान इस चालीसा के माध्यम से शक्ति देते हैं, जिसे बाघेश्वर धाम सरकार वाले पंडित धीरेन्द्र शास्त्री ने सिद्ध किया हुआ है, और जिससे वे बहुत से चमत्कार दिखाते हैं। मुझे सबसे रोमांचकारी, नकली या ढोंगी गुरुओं से बचाने वाली और पारिवारिक प्रेम को उजागर करने वाली यह बात लगी कि उनके दादा ही उनके धर्मगुरु हैं। बहुत से तथाकथित जादूगर, सैकुलर और विधर्मी लोग उनका पर्दाफाश करने सामने आए, पर सफल न हो सके। आजकल यह एक गर्म चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है।

फिर कहते हैं कि ब्लैक होल चमकते सितारों को अपनी तरफ खींच कर निगल लेते हैं। मतलब वे मृत्युरूप होते हैं। सूक्ष्मशरीर भी तो मृत्युरूप ही होता है। जीवन उसके चारों तरफ घूमता है। वह जीवन के केंद्र में होता है, और बढ़ती आयु के साथ जीवन को अपनी ओर ज्यादा से ज्यादा खींचता जाता है। अंत में जीवन उसमें गिरकर खत्म हो जाता है। आदमी का सूक्ष्मशरीर उसके जीवन की हरेक गतिविधि पर अपना नियंत्रण रखता है। कहते हैं कि वे संस्कार सूक्ष्मशरीर अर्थात सबकोन्सियस माइंड अर्थात अवचेतन मन में ही रहते हैं, जो आदमी के व्यवहार को प्रभावित करते हैं। उसी तरह ब्लैक होल भी अपने से जुड़े सभी ग्रहों, सितारों और अन्य आकाशीय पिंडों को अपने नियंत्रण में रखकर उन्हें अपने चारों तरफ घुमाता रहता है। इसी तरह डार्क एनर्जी और डार्क मेटर भी पूरे ब्रह्माण्ड का संतुलन बना कर रखते हैं। फिर कहते हैं कि एक ब्लैक होल अपने पितृ तारे को तो निगलता ही हैं, पर दूसरे अन्य अनगिनत तारों को भी निगलते हैं। महान आत्मा जैसे कि किसी महान नेता, खिलाड़ी या अन्य किसी महान कलाकार का सूक्ष्म शरीर भी तो उनके अनगिनत फॉलोवर को अपनी तरफ खींचता है। उनकी मृत्यु से उनके पिछलग्गू कई दिन मातम व मायूसी के माहौल में रहते हैं, कई आत्महत्या कर लेते हैं, और कई दंगे फैलाकर जिनोसाइड अर्थात सामूहिक नरसंहार को अंजाम देते हैं। बेशक वे सभी एक बड़े ब्लैकहोल में समा जाते हैं, पर उनकी पृथक सत्ता भी रहती ही है।

Kundalini Shakti protects from inauspicious and ghostly events

Friends, I was telling in the previous post that old people knew about wormhole, white hole and teleportation etc., though in their own way. They knew that this is not possible with the physical body, but it is possible with the subtle body. So they used to make their astral body as good as possible by doing good deeds, so that it can take them to a good planet, star or universe, because they also knew that quantum information is never destroyed. For this reason, we see that today’s children are hi-tech from birth. They don’t even eat food without a smartphone. Actually the hi-tech information of their recent past birth is recorded in their subtle body. As for passing through a white hole with the body or doing teleportation, I don’t think it is possible. Let’s assume that some miraculous power made this possible. Still, where will we go because till now no completely habitable planet has been found. Some are planning to go to Mars, some to the moon. Go there later, first go to the higher Himalayas and see. Even a one-degree drop in temperature can cause shivering and put life at risk. Go to another planet later, because there will be innumerable such problems, that too in a gigantic form. There are many such places on earth itself, which science is not able to make habitable, let alone other planets. There is nothing wrong in maintaining enthusiasm and positivity.

Scientists are speculating that the matter hidden in the black hole can go to the hidden universe in some other dimension. An infinite number of dimensions of space can mean an infinite number of copies, as explained in a recent previous post. Now don’t know in which copy it goes and take birth again in physical form. It is as if a man goes to who knows which copy after his death. We creatures are in another copy means we cannot experience the universe located in other copies at all. Although we can feel the body of another living being. In the same way, we can know the other universe in external means in gross form. But other universes are beyond our reach. It is like a person sitting at the North Pole cannot see the person sitting at the South Pole.

Now this evidence has also been found that all the matter in the black hole is buried under very explosive pressure. They probably want to go out with a bang, because no matter what the person or thing, they don’t like to be under pressure. Things like air, water etc. move from the area of high pressure to the area of low pressure. Every year thousands of employees change their companies due to unnecessary pressure of work, otherwise they fall ill. But those buried substances of the black hole are not able to run away from the gravitational force of the black hole. This is similar to what I was talking about in a recent post about the spirit in the form of a subtle body. However, in some cases, black holes have been observed spewing out a small amount of material. Similarly, ghosts can also scare people by making scary appearances in rare cases. These are called lost or wandering souls. This happens more with those who die of premature death. Premature death means the sudden death of a man immersed in worldly illusion. The same can happen to a man with attachment and duality towards the world. In this man does not get a chance to lighten and reduce his mental universe. Due to this their subtle body suddenly becomes made with a lot of pressure. Due to the same pressure, they keep on making scary forms like virtual forms. Don’t know how. Some have more pressure of good thoughts, that is why they experience heaven. Many have a lot of pressure of bad thoughts, that’s why the same thoughts continue to erupt outside in the form of an experience of hell. By the way, the ghost lives in the form of darkness. There are no resolutions or thoughts in it. But the thoughts and choices are hidden in it in the form of darkness of the soul. When a man comes in contact with such a soul, those hidden thoughts come alive in his mind. They can be so powerful that they can even appear to him in their true physical form. This is called seeing a ghost. Bhoot in Sanskrit means past. Means it happened in the old time, not now. That’s why in ghostly movies, the poignant incident of the living time of the soul which became the ghost of a man is shown as a ghost and scares. If someone encounters such an imaginary ghost, then it is said that one should not talk to it. Because don’t know what a scary sight the clever mind can show in a falsehood, due to which heartfail will happen. Another example of a trick of the mind is the arrival of the black Yamraj sitting on a black buffalo to carry a dying man with him. It is also written in the scriptures and it is also a universal experience, meaning it is not limited to any country or religion. Actually at that time there is such a mental state that the mind creates such an imaginary scene which seems like real. Physically, no buffalo or Yama comes anywhere. Once, in a vivid dream, a black buffalo led me on its back through a dense dark forest towards the top from lower side of the hill. That darkness was divine and blissful, like the subtle body of a great man or a saint. That buffalo ran away leaving me in the middle of the way. Then I climbed up and reached that lonely and medium height hill. It was a supernatural scene. There was a two or three storied divine hut. The light was divine and like the moon or a candle, yet dazzling. When I came out in the open courtyard or terrace of the second floor, there was a divine Sadhu Baba. My newly written book was in his hand and was smiling happily saying that he had received it from the post etc. and he was waiting for me. He respected me affectionately and divinely. Soon the dream broke and I passed out of that divine feeling. I have also described this on the about page of this website.

Let me narrate an incident regarding the lost soul. I used to go to a dhaba on a beautiful hill to have lunch occasionally. Veg and non-veg food was prepared in it. It was heard that once at night some miscreant customers, after an altercation over the bill, forced their car over dhaba owner’s father and fled. The death was sudden, and painful, so it was a premature death. After that whenever I used to go to that dhaba, I used to feel strange energy there. Along with this, every time one or the other bad incident happened with my relatives, it was averted. Probably Kundalini used to save me, but due to not doing Kundalini Yoga, it used to affect the weak minded relatives. Probably some effect of Kundalini used to reach them as well. After that I completely stopped going there. Ordinary religious rituals are performed by everyone, but after special death they should be special and powerful, so that the departed soul may rest in peace. Similarly, once I slept in an acquaintance’s house. At night I saw burning wood falling on me from the roof. I screamed too. Then I meditated on Guru and Kundalini. This removed the ghostly vision and I fell asleep. There was an old history of such ghostly incidents and premature death there. In brief, the incidents heard by the eyewitnesses, a person used to see lights floating on the water at night, which kept on burning and extinguishing. A nearby haunted family had buried the ghost in that water by tying it in ballasts. Perhaps small pieces of stones or such instruments that’s yantras are called ballast. A friend saw children playing near a deserted road in the middle of the night who were growing up and going small too. A friend used to hear door knocking at night in a haunted house, on opening the door it seemed that something ran inside and came out with the sound of some objects from a hole etc., but nothing was visible. My past gentleman and innocent neighbor as directed by a tantrik went to the crematorium or burial ground alone at night so that his endangered business would be safe. In the morning he was found dead there. The report revealed that he had heart failure. But my grandfather was so brave that he used to say that he could sleep comfortably alone in the crematorium. Just a bed sheet is needed to cover the top. He had a lot of Kundalini shakti inside him. Hanuman Chalisa is considered best in exorcism. I also feel that Hanuman Chalisa immediately activates the Kundalini Shakti and Kundalini picture strongly. Yes, the same Lord Hanuman gives power through this chalisa, which has been perfected by pundit Dhirendra Shastri of Bageshwar Dham sarkar, and by which he shows many miracles. What I found most thrilling, saving from fake gurus and highlighting family love, is that his grandfather is his godfather or Guru. Many so-called magicians, secular and heretical people came forward to expose him, but could not succeed. Nowadays it has become a burning topic.

Then it is said that black holes pull the shining stars towards them and swallow them. Meaning they are mortality-inducer. The subtle body is also a form of death. Life revolves around it. It is at the center of life, and with increasing age pulls life more and more towards it. In the end life ends by falling into it. The subtle body of a man exercises control over every activity of his life. It is said that those impressions remain in the subtle body that’s subconscious mind only called as Sanskaras, which affect the behavior of a man. Similarly, the black hole also keeps all the planets, stars and other celestial bodies attached to it under its control and rotates them around itself. Similarly, dark energy and dark matter also maintain the balance of the entire universe. Then it is said that a black hole not only swallows its parent star, but many also swallow countless other stars. Even the subtle body of a great soul such as a great leader, sportsperson or any other great artist attracts countless followers towards it. After his death, his followers live in an atmosphere of mourning and despair for many days, many commit suicide, and by spreading riots, many commit Genocide, that is, mass death. Of course they all get absorbed in a big blackhole, but their separate existence also remains.

कुंडलिनी जागरण ब्लैक होल विज़ुअलाइज़ेशन से अलग है

दोस्तों, पिछली पोस्ट लंबी हो रही थी इसलिए विषय को वहीं रोकना पड़ा था। अब इस पोस्ट में उसे जारी रखते हैं। जब सभी लोगों के अनुभव एक ही अनंत अंतरिक्ष के अंदर हो रहे हैं, तब कोई भी आदमी किसी भी दूसरे आदमी के अनुभव से जुड़ सकता है। मेरे बोलने का मतलब है कि मैं भी हरेक जीव की तरह अनंत अंतरिक्ष रूप हूँ। मैं प्रेमयोगी वज्र नाम के आदमी के मस्तिष्क में बने सूक्ष्म शरीर से जुड़ा हुआ हूँ। फिर मैं अपने दोस्तों, रामू और श्यामू के मस्तिष्क में बने सूक्ष्म शरीर के साथ क्यों नहीँ जुड़ सकता। जैसा मेरा अपना असली रूप अनंत अंतरिक्ष है, उसी तरह रामू और शामू का असली रूप भी वही अनंत अंतरिक्ष है। एक ही अनंत अंतरिक्ष तीन अलग-अलग सूक्ष्म शरीरों के साथ जुड़ा है। उससे मेरा अनंत अंतरिक्ष रूप अलग अनुभव वाला हो गया, उनका अलग अनुभव वाला हो गया। मतलब एक ही अनंत अंतरिक्ष हम तीनों लोगों के रूप में अलग-अलग प्रतीत होने लगा, हालांकि है एक ही। सम्भवतः मैं अपने पूर्वोक्त परिचित के सूक्ष्मशरीर से कुछ क्षणों के लिए जुड़ गया था। यह कोई चमत्कार नहीं बल्कि आध्यात्मिक मनोविज्ञान है। एक बद्ध आदमी जिस समय जैसा अनुभव कर रहा होता है, उस समय वह वैसा ही बना होता है। इसलिए उस सूक्ष्म शरीर को अनुभव करते समय मैं वही सूक्ष्मशरीर बन गया था। इसके विपरीत कुण्डलिनी जागरण के अनुभव के दौरान आदमी पूर्ण मुक्त अवस्था में होता है। उस समय वह अपने असली अनंत चेतन-अंतरिक्ष में स्थित होता है। उस समय उसके सभी अनुभव, चाहे वे स्थूल शरीर से संबंधित हो या सूक्ष्मशरीर से, अपने में तरंग रूप में अर्थात मिथ्या होते हैं। वे उसे महसूस होते हुए भी महसूस नहीँ होते। जागृति का कुछ क्षणों का अनुभव खत्म होते ही जैसे उस चिन्मय अनंत आकाश की चेतना की रौशनी बुझ जाती है, और वह फिर से पहले की तरह अंधेर अनंत आकाश ही महसूस होता है। उस अँधेरे के रूप में उस आदमी का सूक्ष्म शरीर दर्ज होता है। तो यह क्यों न समझा जाए  कि सूक्ष्म शरीर किसी भी क्वांटम हलचल के रूप में नहीँ अपितु आत्म-आकाश की रौशनी को ढकने वाले अँधेरे के रूप में रहता है। मैं ऐसा इसलिए कह रहा हूँ क्योंकि जिस परिचित के सूक्ष्म शरीर को मैंने अनुभव किया, उनकी मृत्यु हो चुकी थी इसलिए उनके पास अपना शरीर नहीं था। जीवात्मा शरीर के बाहर किसी भी हलचल से जुड़कर उसे महसूस नहीँ कर सकती। अगर ऐसा होता तब तो शरीर के बाहर अनगिनत तरंगों के रूप में अनगिनत हलचलें होती रहती हैं। फिर तो हरेक विद्युत्चुंबकीय तरंग जिन्दा होती। यहाँ तक कि मिट्टी, पत्थर, कुर्सी आदि सभी कुछ जिन्दा और जीवात्मा से युक्त होता, पर ऐसा नहीँ है। इसका मतलब है कि जीवनयात्रा की शुरुवात से लेकर आदमी के जीवन का अनेक जन्मों का पूरा ब्यौरा उसके अनंत आत्म-आकाश में अनुभव होने वाले अँधेरे की विशेष किस्म व मात्रा के रूप में दर्ज रहता है। उसे ही सूक्ष्मशरीर कहते हैं। अब इसको ब्लैक होल पर लेते हैं। ऐसा समझ लो कि आदमी की मृत्यु की तरह तारा पूरी तरह से नष्ट हो जाता है। मतलब वह भौतिक रूप में कुछ भी नहीं बचा रहता। यह मैं ही नहीँ बोल रहा हूँ। आइंस्टीन ने भी जटिल गणितीय गणना से सिद्ध करके बताया है कि ब्लैकहोल सिंगुलेरिटी तक कंम्प्रेस हो जाता है। यह अलग बात है कि ज्यादातर वैज्ञानिक सबसे छोटे अकेले कण को सिंगुलेरिटी समझ रहे हैं, पर मैं एक कदम नीचे शून्य आकाश तक जा रहा हूँ। बेशक वह सबसे बड़ा लगता है, पर सबसे छोटा भी वही है। मतलब कि ब्लैकहोल सूक्ष्म शरीर की तरह एक अँधेरे से भरा आसमान बन जाता है। बेशक उसे अनुभव करने वाला कोई नहीँ होता, क्योंकि जब तारे की जिन्दा अवस्था में उसमें जीवात्मा की तरह कोई विशेष आत्मा नहीँ बंधी थी, तब उसकी मृत्यु के बाद उससे कैसे बंध सकती है। आत्मा के बंधन की मशीन केवल हाड़मान्स का बना शरीर ही है। जब कोई अनुभव करने वाला ही नहीँ, तब अँधेरे आसमान का क्या औचित्य है। हम ऐसा भी नहीँ कह सकते। अगर ऐसा है तब मिट्टी, पत्थर जैसी वस्तुओं के रूप में अनगिनत तरंगों का भी क्या औचित्य है, जब वे स्वयं अनुभवरूप नहीँ हैं, मतलब स्वयं को अनुभव नहीँ कर सकतीं। जिस तरह चिदाकाश अपने में स्थित इन वस्तुओं को अनुभव नहीँ कर सकता, उसी तरह इनके नष्ट होने से बने अपने आभासी अँधेरे को भी अनुभव नहीँ कर सकता। वह आभासी अंधेरा ही डार्क मैटर और डार्क ऐनर्जी है। आदमी के मरने के बाद बहुत से लोग दुःख के कारण उसकी तरफ खिंचे चले जाते हैं। सम्भवतः शुरु की प्रेतात्मा डार्क मैटर ही होती है। ब्लैक होल भी शुरु में डार्क मैटर ही होता है, इसीलिए अपने मजबूत गुरुत्वाकर्षण से सभी को अपनी तरफ खींचता है। कुछ समय बाद प्रेतात्मा को सभी भूल जाते हैं, और उससे नफ़रत सी करते हुए सभी अपने-अपने कामों में पहले की तरह लग जाते हैं। मतलब प्रेतात्मा सभी को अपने से दूर धकेलती है। सम्भवतः उस समय प्रेतात्मा डार्क एनर्जी बनी होती है, क्योंकि उसमें भी दूर सबको धकेलने का बल होता है। सम्भवतः इसी तरह समय के साथ ब्लैक होल का डार्क मैटर भी अनंत आकाश में समाकर डार्क एनर्जी बन जाता है। यह तो विज्ञान ने भी सिद्ध कर दिया है कि ब्लैकहोल भी लगातार सूक्ष्म रेडिएशन छोड़ते रहते हैं जिसे हाव्किंस रेडिएशन कहते हैं, और इस तरह से बहुत लम्बे समय बाद खत्म हो जाते हैं। डार्क एनर्जी के रूप में फिर यह अन्य पिंडों को खींचने का नहीँ बल्कि धकेलने का काम करता है। दिवंगत आदमी के अँधेरे अनंत अंतरिक्ष रूपी सूक्ष्मशरीर में दर्ज सूचना क्या पता कौन से ब्रह्माण्ड में जन्मे आदमी के अंदर अभिव्यक्त होए, कोई कह नहीँ सकता। अनंत अंतरिक्ष के किसी भी कोने में उस आदमी का पुनर्जन्म हो सकता है। इसी तरह नष्ट हुए तारे के अँधेरे अनंत अंतरिक्ष रूपी ब्लैकहोल नामक सूक्ष्मशरीर में दर्ज सूचना क्या पता किस ब्रह्माण्ड में जाकर नए तारे के जन्म के रूप में अभिव्यक्त हो जाए, कुछ कह नहीं सकते। इसी सिद्धांत के अंदर व्हाइट होल और टेलीपोर्टेशन छुपा हुआ है। इससे विज्ञान का वह सिद्धांत भी क़ायम रहता है कि क्वांटम इनफार्मेशन कभी नष्ट नहीँ होती। तारे से इनफार्मेशन डार्क मैटर में चली गई, डार्क मैटर से डार्क एनर्जी में चली गई, और डार्क एनर्जी से फिर तारे में आ गई। इस तरह यह चक्र आदमी के जन्ममरण की तरह चलता रहता है। कई लोग कहेंगे कि प्रेतात्मा ब्लैक होल की तरह घेरा बना कर तो नहीँ रहती। हाहा। भाई यह अध्यात्म विज्ञान है। इसमें भौतिक विज्ञान की तरह एक जमा एक दो नहीँ कर सकते। समानता दिखा सकते हैं। आदमी के मरने के बाद कुछ समय उसकी आत्मा ब्लैक होल की तरह लोकेलाइज रहती है। उसे भटकी हुई आत्मा कहते हैं। कई लोगों को इसका अहसास होता है। फिर वह डार्क एनर्जी की तरह अनंत अंतरिक्ष में समा जाती है। विभिन्न धर्मों में विभिन्न आध्यात्मिक कृत्य इसीलिए किए जाते हैं, ताकि जल्दी से जल्दी उसकी गति लग सके और वह अनंत अंतरिक्ष में समा कर नया जन्म ले सके।

कुण्डलिनी जागरण बनाम सूक्ष्मशरीर-समाधि

दोस्तो, मैं पिछली कुछ पोस्टों में ब्लैकहोल व सूक्ष्मशरीर जैसे अनुभव के बारे में बात कर रहा था। थोड़ा उसका और गहराई से अध्यात्मवैज्ञानिक विश्लेषण करते हैं। मुझे लगता है कि जो चीज अनंत व शून्य अंतरिक्षरूपी आत्मा से अलग भौतिक रूप में है, चाहे कितने ही छोटे कण के रूप में है, उसे हम आत्मरूप से अनुभव नहीं कर सकते। आत्मा से आत्मा ही जुड़ सकती है, अन्य कुछ नहीं। वैसे तो आत्मा की आभासी लहर भी जुड़ सकती है, कण तो बिल्कुल नहीं। वैसे तो लहर भी नहीँ जुड़ती, केवल जुड़ी हुई दिखती है। वह असली नहीँ बल्कि आभासी होती है, जैसे बंद आँखों को खोलते हुए पलकों के बालों से आसमान में बुलबुले जैसे दिखाई देते हैं। दरअसल आसमान में कोई बुलबुले नहीँ होते। यह उदाहरण मैंने योगवासिष्ठ ग्रंथ से लिया है। कण द्वैत का प्रतीक है। वह आत्म-आकाश से अलग है, आकाश-पुष्प या आकाश-उद्यान की तरह, जैसा शास्त्र कहते हैं। आकाश में बिना किसी आधार के यकायक फूल नहीँ खिल सकता। अगर हम योग समाधि से कुण्डलिनी छवि को आत्मरूप में महसूस करें तो वह अपनी आत्मा से अभिन्न उसमें तरंग रूप से अनुभव होगी, किसी पृथक भौतिक वस्तु या कण के रूप में नहीं। जो मुझे सूक्ष्म शरीर आत्मरूप में अनुभव हुआ वह तरंगरूप नहीं था। मतलब वह वैसा नहीं था जैसी सभी भौतिक चीजें मन के विचारों के रूप में लहरदार होती हैं। मतलब उनकी सत्ता या चमक घटती-बढ़ती रहती है। वह सूक्ष्मशरीर तो एकसमान कज्जली चमक वाला अंधेरा था। फिर उसके बारे में मुझे पूरा ब्यौरा कैसे महसूस हो रहा था, उससे भी ज्यादा जितना भौतिक रूपों से मिलता है। इसका मतलब है कि उसमें सूक्ष्म तरंगें थीं, जिनका अहसास नहीं हो रहा था, पर उनमें दर्ज सभी सूचनाओं का पूरा अहसास हो रहा था। ये तरंगें क्वांटम फ्लैकचूएशन या हलचल के रूप में हो सकती हैं, जिन्हें शरीर के बिना ऊर्जा नहीं मिल रही थीं, जिससे वे स्थूल तरंगों के रूप में व्यक्त नहीं हो पा रही थीं। वे सूक्ष्म तरंगें भी स्थूल तरंगों की तरह ही थीं। इसे हम ऐसे समझ सकते हैं कि जैसे यदि पानी के तलाब में एक पत्थर फ़ेंकने की ऊर्जा से थोड़ी देर के लिए स्थूल तरंगें बनती हैं, तब पत्थर से मिली ऊर्जा खत्म होने के बाद भी बड़ी देर तक उसी पैटर्न की सूक्ष्म तरंगें बनती रहती हैं। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि तरंगें पेंडुलम की तरह व्यवहार करती हैं, मतलब अपनी ही अंतरंग ऊर्जा से उठती गिरती रहती हैं। फिर तो मरने के बाद आदमी के सूक्ष्मशरीर के कंपन लगातार घटते रहने चाहिए और अंततः वह कंपनरहित चिदाकाश अर्थात परमात्मा बन जाना चाहिए अर्थात आदमी खुद ही मुक्त हो जाना चाहिए। कई जगह शास्त्र भी इस ओर इशारा करते हैं कि ऐसा होता है, हालांकि ऐसा स्पष्ट नहीं कहा है, पर जिसको ज्ञान न हो या जिसने आसक्ति और द्वैत से भरा जीवन जिया हो, वह उस अँधेरे से घबराकर या उससे ऊब कर जल्दी ही अपने लिए नया शरीर चुन लेता है, और शरीर उसे अपने कंपन के अनुसार ही अच्छा या बुरा मिलता है। इसका यह मतलब भी है कि इसी तरह ब्लैकहोल की सूक्ष्म तरंगें भी समय के साथ शांत हो जाती हैं, और वह निश्चल समुद्र जैसे अनंत व शून्य अंतरिक्ष से पूरी तरह एक हो जाता है। हालांकि इसमें करोड़ों साल लग सकते हैं, क्योंकि वह पानी का नहीं बल्कि शून्य अंतरिक्ष का कंपन है। पर शास्त्र यह भी स्पष्ट रूप से कहते हैं कि मोक्ष अपनेआप नहीं मिलता। करोड़ों-अरबों वर्षों तक जारी रहने वाले प्रलयकाल में भी कारण शरीर से आत्मा का बंधन बना रहता है। मुझे तो लगता है कि दोनों ही बातें सही हैं, समय और परिस्थिति के अनुसार, हालांकि दूसरी बात ज्यादातर मामलों में फिट बैठती होगी।

कुण्डलिनी चित्र का हम बारबार ध्यान करते हैं, इससे वह समाधि अर्थात कुण्डलिनी जागरण के रूप में आत्मा से एकाकार हो जाता है। मतलब किसी भी चीज के बारे में ध्यान करके उसको जगा कर हम उसके बारे में पूरी तरह से सबकुछ जान जाते हैं, जैसा कि शास्त्र कहते हैं। योगवासिष्ठ में कहा गया है कि वायु से योगसमाधि से जुड़ने पर वायु की सभी शक्तियाँ मिलती हैं, जैसे आसमान में उड़ना, अदृष्य होना आदि। इसी तरह अन्य पदार्थों जैसे अग्नि, जल आदि से जुड़ने से उन-उन पदार्थोँ का संपूर्ण व प्रत्यक्ष ज्ञान होने से उनकी सभी शक्तियां मिलती हैं। सम्भवतः इन्हें पंचभूत समाधि भी कहते हैं। अब इनका वैज्ञानिक विश्लेषण तो मैं इस समय नहीँ कर सकता। पर किसी के या अपने ही सूक्ष्म शरीर को जगाने के लिए हम किसका ध्यान करेंगे। सूक्ष्मशरीर का ही करेंगे। यह नहीं पता कैसे। सम्भवतः ऐसे ही जैसे भूत का किया जाता है। गीता में कहा गया है कि देव को पूजने वाले देवता बनते हैं, और भूत को पूजने वाले भूत। तो स्वाभाविक है कि सूक्ष्म शरीर का ध्यान करने वाला सूक्ष्मशरीर ही बनेगा। क्योंकि सूक्ष्मशरीर में अँधेरे का राज है, इसलिए अंधेरा व शक्ति पैदा करने वाले मांसमदिरा व संभोग जैसे पंचमकारों के साथ तांत्रिक कुण्डलिनी योग से भूत या सूक्ष्मशरीर का आत्मरूप में अनुभव होता है, ऐसा मुझे लगता है। प्रेतात्माएं लोगों से सम्पर्क करके मदद लेना और देना चाहती हैं, पर इसके लिए आदमी में प्रेतात्मा की उच्च दबाव वाली ऊर्जा का आवेश झेलने की शक्ति होना जरूरी है, जो केवल समर्पित तांत्रिक कुण्डलिनी योग से ही संभव प्रतीत होता है। कुण्डलिनी चित्र यदि उस विशेष भूत या सूक्ष्मशरीर से संबंधित हो तो ध्यान ज्यादा जल्दी सफल और प्रभावशाली हो जाता है। पर ऐसा कैसे होता है, उसके लिए थोड़ा गहराई से विश्लेषण करना होगा।

मुझे एक नई अंतर्दृष्टि मिली है। उपरोक्त समाधि का अनुभव कुण्डलिनी जागरण की तरह नहीं था। मतलब उस अनुभव में मैं परमात्मा से एकाकार नहीं हुआ, बल्कि एक अन्य जीवात्मा से एकाकार हुआ। अगर मैं परमात्मा से एकाकार हुआ होता, तो कुण्डलिनी जागरण की तरह अनंत प्रकाश, आकाश व आनंद से कुछ क्षणों के लिए सम्पन्न हो जाता। साथ में मन-मस्तिष्क में सुहाने विचार, सागर में तरंगों की तरह उमड़ते, जैसा कि मैंने पिछली एक पोस्ट में लिखा है कि मस्तिष्क एक थिएटर मेन की तरफ काम करता है, जो मूड के अनुसार दृश्य प्रस्तुत कर देता है। हालांकि कुछ क्षणों के सूक्ष्मशरीर के अनुभव के बाद मस्तिष्क उससे संबंधित विचार बनाने लगा, जैसे उनकी मृत्यु से दुखी लोग आदि। हालांकि ये अनुभव सागर में तरंग की तरह महसूस नहीँ हो रहे थे, क्योंकि मुझे उस परमात्म-सागर का अनुभव नहीँ हो रहा था, जिसमें सभी कुछ तरंगों के रूप में है। विचारों के उठने के साथ ही शुद्ध अनुभव खत्म होने लगता है। विचार एक शोर जैसा या भ्रम जैसा पैदा करते हैं। योगी को ऐसे दिव्य अनुभव इसीलिए ज्यादा होते हैं, क्योंकि वे ज्यादा देर तक निर्विचार बने रह सकते हैं। होते सभी को हैं, पर वे विचारों के शोर के कारण इतने कम समय के लिए रहते हैं कि पहचान में ही नहीँ आते। जैसा ओशो महाराज कहते हैं कि सम्भोग के दौरान वीर्यपात के अनुभव के कुछ क्षणों के दौरान सभी को समाधि का अनुभव होता है, पर वह इतने कम समय के लिए रहता है कि उसका पता ही नहीं चलता। इसलिए वे ध्यानयोग के माध्यम से उस समय को बढ़ाने को कहते हैं। कहते हैं कि जानवरों को निकट भविष्य का अंदाजा लग जाता है, क्योंकि वे आदमी से ज्यादा निर्विचार होते हैं, हालांकि अलग अर्थात अज्ञान वाले तरीके से। मेरे इस उपरोक्त अनुभव को एकाकार भी नहीँ कह सकते, क्योंकि एकाकार तो परमात्मा के साथ ही हुआ जा सकता है। इसे ऐसे कह सकते हैं कि मैं कुछ क्षणों के लिए अपने आत्मरूप को छोड़कर सूक्ष्मशरीर बन गया। यह ऐसे था कि एक ही सूक्ष्मशरीर था, पर उसे एकसाथ अनुभव करने वाली दो आत्माएं थीं। असली या होस्ट आत्मा उन दिवंगत परिचित की थी। नकली या अतिथि या घुसपैठिया आत्मा मेरी थी। सूक्ष्मशरीर से ऐसे ही सम्पर्क किया जा सकता है। भला अँधेरे व शून्य आसमान को जानने का और क्या तरीका हो सकता है। उनकी समस्या या उनका प्रश्न जानने के लिए मैं उनके सूक्ष्मशरीर से जुड़ गया। उनकी बात कानों से नहीँ सुनाई दे रही थी, पर सीधी आत्मा में महसूस हो रही थी। न उनका शरीर, न मुख और न ही शब्द। फिर भी उनके बारे में सबकुछ जान पा रहा था और उनकी हरेक बात सुन पा रहा था। मैंने उनके सूक्ष्मशरीर में रहकर उन्हींको जवाब भी दिया, जिसे उन्होंने ध्यान से सुना, पर वैसे ही आत्म-भाषा में। फिर सम्भवतः जब मैं अपना जागृति से संबंधित अनुभव याद करने के लिए अपने सूक्ष्मशरीर में आने लगा, तब मेरे मस्तिष्क में विचारों का शोर बढ़ने लगा, जिससे सम्पर्क टूट गया। पर मुख्य बात मैंने बता दी थी। शायद मकानमालिक ने घुसपैठिये को किक मारके भगा दिया था। हाहाहा। हो सकता है बहुत से कारण रहे हो पर सबसे मुख्य वजह यह डर लगता है कि कहीं मैं उनके सूक्ष्मशरीर में हमेशा के लिए कैद न हो जाऊं, और मेरे सूक्ष्मशरीर को खाली जानकर उनकी आत्मा उसपर कब्जा न कर लें। भाई पहले अपना घर बचाना था, न कि किसी की मदद करनी थी। वैसे भी अधिकांश मामलों में कोई दूसरे के सूक्ष्मशरीर में ज्यादा देर नहीँ ठहर सकता, जैसे कोई अतिथि बनकर किसीके घर पर कब्जा नहीँ कर सकता। सम्भवतः परकायाप्रवेश सिद्धि इसीका उत्कृष्ट रूप हो, जिसमें सूक्ष्मशरीर के मालिक आत्मा को भगाकर अतिथि आत्मा स्थायी तौर पर बस जाती है। कहते हैं कि आदि शंकराचार्य इसमें पारंगत थे। शास्त्रों में एक कथा आती है, जिसमें राजकुमार पुरु ने अपने वृद्ध पिता और राजा ययाति को अपनी जवानी दान दे दी थी। यह तभी हो सकता है, जब उन्होंने अपने सूक्ष्मशरीर एकदूसरे के साथ बदल दिए हों। मैंने बचपन में एक तथाकथित सत्य घटना का वर्णन पढ़ा-सुना था, जिसके अनुसार एक अंग्रेज अधिकारी कहता है कि उसने एक वृद्ध योगी बाबा को झाड़ियों के बीच में से एक नौजवान की लाश घसीटते देखा। कुछ देर के बाद वह नौजवान जिन्दा होकर किश्ती में सवार होकर नदी पार कर रहा था। मतलब साफ है कि योगी ने अपने शरीर सूक्ष्म को अपने बूढ़े शरीर से बाहर निकालकर नौजवान के मृत शरीर में प्रविष्ट करा दिया था ताकि वह लम्बे समय तक और योग कर पाता। अब पता नहीँ यह सच है कि ढोंग है कि जब किसी के शरीर में बाहरी प्रेतात्मा का कब्जा हो जाता है, जिससे उस आदमी का मन व शरीर उसके कब्जे में आ जाता है। इसे तंत्र-मंत्र आदि से ठीक करवा दिया जाता है। कुछ तो बात जरूर है, जिसे आध्यात्मिक विज्ञान ही ज्यादा अच्छे से समझ सकता है, भौतिक विज्ञान नहीं।
