वेबसाईट का निर्माण, प्रबंधन व विकास; भाग-11 (कीवर्ड, विभिन्न वेबसाईट प्लान, बहुभाषी वेबसाईट)

पोस्ट के जो केटेगरी व टैग होते हैं, वे गूगल सर्च में उपयोगी नहीं होते। वे तो केवल वर्डप्रेस डॉट कोम में ही पोस्ट को सर्च करवाते हैं। केटेगरी व टेग, दोनों मिलाकर पंद्रह से अधिक नहीं होने चाहिए। उनकी पंद्रह से अधिक संख्या वाली पोस्टों को वर्डप्रेस फ़िल्टर करके स्पाम में डाल देता है। केटेगरी में मुख्य कीवर्ड होता है, जबकि टेग में उस मुख्य कीवर्ड का सब कीवर्ड होता है। उदाहरण के लिए, कुण्डलिनी जागरण से सम्बंधित पोस्ट के लिए “कुण्डलिनी” कीवर्ड केटेगरी के लिए फिट है, जबकि “कुण्डलिनी जागरण” टेग के लिए।

ऐसा भी चल सकता है कि किसी पोस्ट के लिए केवल केटेगरी के ही कीवर्ड दिए गए हों, टेग के नहीं। वर्डप्रेस डॉट कोम दोनों को एकसमान समझता है। यहाँ तक कि यदि कोई भी केटेगरी या टेग न दिया गया हो, तब भी वह पोस्ट के मुख्य कंटेंट में से कीवर्ड को ढूंढ लेता है।

अब जो वेबसाईट के रीडर के अंतर्गत टेग बटन है, उसका अर्थ यह नहीं है कि उसमें लिखे जाने वाले कीवर्ड से केवल उसी कीवर्ड के टेग वाली पोस्टें ही ढूंढी जाए। वास्तव में उस बटन का नाम “टेग” के स्थान पर “कीवर्ड” ज्यादा उपयुक्त लगता है।

अब मुफ्त की व खरीदी गई वेबसाईट के बीच में अंतर के बारे में बात करते हैं। निःशुल्क वेबसाईट के डोमेन नेम में वेबसाईट के नाम के साथ वर्डप्रेस डॉट लगा होता है। पेमेंट वाली वेबसाईट में यह नहीं लगा होता। यही अंतर है, और कुछ नहीं। उदाहरण के लिए,  इस वेबसाईट के निःशुल्क वर्जन का डोमेन नेम यह होगा, demystifyingkundalini.wordpress.com; जबकि इसके सशुल्क वर्जन का डोमेन नेम यह है, demystifyingkundalini.com

दोनों में ही मेरी वैबसाईट का डोमेन नेम (demystifyingkundalini) सुरक्षित है, और इसे कोई दूसरा नहीं ले सकता। सशुल्क वर्जन में एक लाभ यह भी है कि उसमें कस्टमर केयर की ईमेल व चेट सुपोर्ट मिलती है। साथ में, निःशुल्क वेबसाईट के डाटा की सुरक्षा का जिम्मा कंपनी नहीं लेती। इसलिए नियमित रूप से उसे बेकअप करते रहना पड़ता है।

वेबसाईट विकास से सम्बंधित पोस्ट की इस सिरीज (नंबर 1 से लेकर 12 तक) में जो जानकारी मुझे कस्टमर केयर सुपोर्ट से मिली है, उनमें से भी कुछ ख़ास-२ डाली गई है। इसलिए यह निःशुल्क वेबसाईट को बनाने वाले के लिए किसी वरदान से कम नहीं है।

अब बात आती है बहुभाषी वेबसाईट की। पहला तरीका यह है कि एक ही वेबसाईट में दोनों भाषाओं के पेज व पोस्ट डालें। इसके लिए मीनू आईटम्स व विजेट्स के नाम हिंदी व अन्ग्रेजी, दोनों में रखने पड़ेंगे। एक भाषा से दूसरी भाषा में जाने के लिए पेजस व पोस्ट्स पर लिंक डालने होंगे। अब ऐसी वेबसाईट में दो प्रकार से ब्लॉग पोस्ट लिखी जा सकती है। पहले तरीके में, पहले मूल भाषा में लिखा जाता है, फिर उसके नीचे उसी पोस्ट में अनुवादित भाषा में लिखा जाता है। पोस्ट के टॉप पर एक पेजजंप लिंक दिया जाता है, ताकि उस पर क्लिक करने से अनुवादित भाषा में जाया जा सके।

दूसरे तरीके में, मूल हिंदी के लिए अलग से पोस्ट बनाई जाती है, और अंग्रेजी के लिए अलग से। दोनों पोस्टों में एक-दूसरे पर जाने के लिए लिंक डाला जाता है। यह तरीका सर्च इंजन रेंकिंग के लिए कुछ ज्यादा अच्छा प्रतीत होता है। मैं तो द्विभाषी वैबसाईट के लिए इसी तरीके को अपनाता हूँ। यद्यपि इसमें एक भाषा के फोलोवर दूसरी भाषा की पोस्ट भी प्राप्त करते रहते हैं। इससे बचने का तरीका यह है कि अनुवादित भाषा के लिए अलग से वेबसाईट बना लो। मुफ्त वाली वेबसाईट भी बना सकते हैं। एक वेबसाईट से दूसरी पर जाने के लिए जगह-२ पर लिंक डाले जाते हैं। संभवतः उसमें एक वेबसाईट मीनू से दूसरी वेबसाईट भी खुल जाती है, क्योंकि दूसरी वेबसाईट पहली वाली वेबसाईट की सेटिंग पर ही बनी होती है। उदाहरण के लिए, यदि मुख्य वेबसाईट demystifyingkundalini.com है, तो दूसरी वेबसाईट demystifyingkundalinieng.wordpress.com बना सकते हैं। डोमेन नाम में कुछ न कुछ परिवर्तन तो करना ही पड़ता है। साथ में, वह डोमेन नाम उपलब्ध भी होना चाहिए। फिर भी, खासकर भारतीय वातावरण में एक ही वैबसाईट में हिंदी व अंग्रेजी भाषाएँ एक दूसरे की सहयोगी हैं, इसलिए यह मिश्रित तरीका सर्वोत्तम है।

ट्रांसलेशन के मामले में गूगल कुछ सख्त है। अंगरेजी की गुणवत्ता से वह आसानी से संतुष्ट नहीं होता। इसलिए कहा जाता है कि मशीन-ट्रांसलेशन या गूगल-ट्रांसलेशन को वह स्वीकार नहीं करता। पर मेरा मानना है कि यदि गूगल से बेसिक ट्रांसलेशन कराने के बाद उसे हाथ से सुधारा जाए, तो वह ट्रांसलेशन स्वीकृत हो जाता है।

The categories and tags of the post are not useful in Google search. They only search the post in WordPress dot com. Both categories and tag keywords should not be more than fifteen. By filtering out posts with more than fifteen keywords, WordPress put those into spam. The main keyword is in the category, while tag has all the sub keywords of that main keyword. For example, for the post related to Kundalini awakening, “Kundalini” is fit for the keyword category, while the “Kundalini awakening” is fit for tag.

It can also be that only the categories of keywords are given for a post, not the tag. WordPress dot com considers both of them alike. Even if no category or tag is given, it still finds the keyword from the main content of the post.

Now the tag button under the website’s reader button does not mean that the keywords written in it will only find posts with the tags of that keyword. In fact, the name “keyword” appears better than “tag”.

Now talk about the difference between the free and purchased website plans. The free domain name for the website is WordPress.com after the name of the website. This suffix does not appear in the website with the payment plan. This is the difference, nothing else. For example, the domain name of the free version of this website will be, demystifyingkundalini.wordpress.com; while the domain name of its paid version will be, demystifyingkundalini.com

My website’s domain name (demystifyingkundalini) is safe in both cases, and any other cannot take it. One advantage in the paid version is that it offers valuable email and chat support for customers. Together, the company does not take responsibility for the security of data in free website plan. Therefore, one has to keep doing backup regularly in case of free plan.

All the information related to the website development related to this series (No. 1 to 12), some of which I have also received from Customer Care Support has also been allocated there. Therefore, it is not less than a boon for the creator of the free website.

अथोरिटी-वैबसाईट वह होती है, जो अपने सम्बंधित क्षेत्र में दबदबा रखती है। यदि किसी ने ब्लॉग लिखकर करोड़ों रुपए कमाए हैं, तो “ब्लॉग से करोड़पति कैसे बने” प्रकार के विषय पर उसकी वैबसाईट अथोरिटी-वैबसाईट कही जाएगी, न कि कोपी-पेस्ट करने वाले व्यक्ति की। इसी तरह, जिसको वास्तविक कुण्डलिनी-जागरण हुआ है, उसीकी कुण्डलिनी-वेबसाईट अथोरिटी वैबसाईट कही जाएगी। परन्तु होता यह है की उसकी वैबसाईट अन्य कुण्डलिनी-वेबसाईटों की बाढ़ के नीचे दब जाती है। वैसे अब गूगल इस बात का उचित संज्ञान ले रहा है, और अथोरिटी वैबसाईट को अधिक महत्त्व दे रहा है।

विजेटस को इस तरह से रिऑर्डर करना चाहिए कि सबसे अधिक महत्त्वपूर्ण विजेट सबसे ऊपर हो, और सबसे कम महत्त्वपूर्ण सबसे नीचे। पर्सनल वैबसाईट में तो किसी भी प्रकार की पोस्ट को डाला जा सकता है, परन्तु प्रोफेशनल वैबसाईट में एक ही विषय होना चाहिए। ऐसा इसलिए है, क्योंकि पर्सनल वैबसाईट को शौक पूरा करने के लिए बनाया जाता है, पैसे या प्रसिद्धि कमाने के लिए नहीं।

जैसा कि मैंने पहले भी बताया है कि “टॉप पोस्ट” विजेट को इंस्टाल किया जा सकता है। इसकी कमी यह है कि यह केवल पिछले अंतिम 48-72 घंटों के ही वियूस को काऊंट करता है। यदि आल टाईम टॉप पोस्ट बनानी हो, तो ‘टेक्स्ट विजेट’ को एप्लाई करें। उसके टाईटल में “आल टाईम टॉप पोस्ट” आदि लिखें। उससे नीचे के बक्से में टेक्स्ट बटन सेलेक्ट करें। उसमें पोस्ट का नाम लिखें। फिर उस नाम को सेलेक्ट करके उसके ऊपर की बार के “लिंक” बटन को क्लिक करें। उससे निर्मित बोक्स में उस पोस्ट का यूआरएल एड्रेस डालें। इस तरह नीचे की तरफ को मनचाही संख्या में पोस्ट की लिस्ट भी बनाई जा सकती है, और उस लिस्ट को बुलेटिड लिस्ट या नंबरड लिस्ट का रूप भी दिया जा सकता है। इस तरह, टेक्स्ट विजेट से हम मनचाहे टेक्स्ट को व लिंक को साईडबार में डाल सकते हैं।

यह ध्यान रखें कि डबल साईडबार से मुख्य कंटेंट के लिए जगह कम हो सकती है, खासकर डेस्कटॉप पर। मुझे तो सिंगल साईडबार वाली थीम ही पसंद है।

पुराने टेक्स्ट को तोड़-मरोड़ कर लिखने को डाटा स्पिनिंग या डाटा स्क्रेपिंग या प्लैग्रिस्म कहते हैं। इसका यदि गूगल को पता चलता है, तो वह अवश्य पेनल्टी लगाता है। वास्तव में वह पेनल्टी भी नहीं होती। गूगल बोट केवल उसको रीड करना छोड़ देता है, जिससे वेबसाईट खुद डाऊन आ जाती है। कई कहते हैं कि बहुत अधिक परिवर्तित करके ही टेक्स्ट को पुनः लिखना चाहिए। परन्तु उससे कोई लाभ नहीं, क्योंकि उससे कम मेहनत में तो नया टेक्स्ट लिखा जा सकता है। अगर कोई अपने प्राईवेट चैट, जैसे ईमेल आदि से डाटा को कोपी-पेस्ट करे, तब तो संभवतः वह डुप्लीकेट कंटेंट नहीं होता। अगर आपने गलती से डुप्लीकेट कंटेंट वाला वेबपेज बनाया है, तो उसे हटाने की जरूरत नहीं। उसे आप प्राईवेट पेज बना लें। इससे वह इंटरनेट से हट जाएगा, और गूगल उसे नहीं देख पाएगा। यद्यपि वह पेज आपको हमेशा उपलब्ध रहेगा।

पूर्वोक्तानुसार, W (वैबसाईट) नामक मीनू बटन दबा कर जो ड्रॉपडाऊन लिस्ट खुलती है, उसमें “स्टैट” बटन भी होता है। उसको क्लिक करके वैबसाईट की परफोर्मेंस से सम्बंधित सभी सूचनाएं मिल जाती हैं। वे हैं, वियूज की संख्या, विजिटर्स की संख्या, लाईक्स की संख्या, कमेंट्स की संख्या, वियू किए गए पेजस और पोस्टस के बारे में सूचना आदि। वियूज में आर्चाईव्स / होम पेज भी आता है। यह कोई विशेष पोस्ट या पेज का वियू नहीं होता। वास्तव में, होमपेज के “आर्चाईव” नामक विजेट में महीनों के नामों की लिस्ट होती है। उनमें से किसी महीने के ऊपर क्लिक करने से उस महीने की सभी पोस्टें एक स्वयंनिर्मित व अस्थायी पेज पर खुलती हैं। एक महीने के नाम पर क्लिक करने से आर्चाईव / होमपेज के नाम से एक वियू जुड़ जाता है। इसका अर्थ है कि कोई विजिटर होमपेज पर था, जब उसने आर्चाईव के किसी महीने के ऊपर क्लिक किया। यदि कोई उस महीने की किसी विशेष पोस्ट पर क्लिक करके उसे अपने मूल रूप में खोले, तभी उस विशेष पोस्ट के नाम से एक पेज वियू जुड़ेगा, अन्यथा नहीं। इसी तरह, होमपेज के केटेगरी विजेट के साथ भी यही होता है। पोस्ट के नीचे जो टैग होते हैं, उनमें से किसी एक पर क्लिक करने से उस टैग से सम्बंधित सभी पोस्टें उपरोक्त प्रकार के अस्थायी पेज पर खुल जाती हैं। बाकि की प्रक्रिया समान ही है।

The authority-website is one that holds dominance in its respective areas. If someone has made millions of rupees by writing a blog, then the topic of the type “How to be a Millionaire from Blog” will be called his Authority blog or website, not the person copying it. In the same way, one who has experienced a true Kundalini-awakening, his Kundalini-Website will be called as an authority website. However, it happens that his website is buried under the flood of other Kundalini-Websites. Now Google is taking proper cognizance of this, and it is giving more importance to the authority website.

The widgets should be re-ordered in such a way that the most important widget is at the top, and the least important is at the bottom. In the personal website, any type of post can be published, but there should be only one topic in the professional website. That is because the personal website is created to fulfill the hobby, not to earn money or fame.

As I mentioned earlier, the “Top Post” widget can be installed. The drawback of it is that it only counts the views generated in last 48-72 hours. If you want to create an all-time top post, then apply the ‘text widget’. Write “All Time Top Post” etc. in its title. Select the text button from the box below. Type the name of the post in it. Then select that name and click the “Link” button on the bar above it. Enter the URL address of that post in the box made from it. In this way, a list of top posts can also be made on the lower side, and that list can be made as a bulleted list or a numbered list. In this way, with help of text widget, we can put any text and links in the sidebar.

Keep in mind that the double sidebar can reduce the space for the main content, especially on the desktop. I like the theme with a single sidebar.

Writing the old text is called data spinning, data scraping, or plagiarism. If Google gets to know it, then it surely puts a penalty. In fact, it is not even a penalty. The Google bot only leaves the post unread and unranked, leaving the website itself down. Many say that text should be rewritten by changing it too much. However, no benefit appears from that, because with less than that hard work, a new text can be written. If someone copies and pastes data from his private chat, like email, then it probably is not a duplicate content. If you accidentally created a webpage with duplicate content, then you do not need to delete it. Only make it as a private page. This will remove it from the Internet, and Google will not be able to see it. Although that page will always be available to you.

As previously mentioned, the drop down list opens up by pressing the Menu button ‘W’ (Website). This list also has a “STAT” button. All information related to Website’s performance is found by clicking on it. These are, number of views, number of visitors, number of likes, number of comments, information about viewed pages / posts etc. There are also archives / home pages in views. This is not a special post or page. In fact, there is a list of months for a widget called “archive” on the homepage. Clicking on any of those months opens all posts for that month on a self-made and temporary page. Clicking on a month name adds a view to the name of the archive / homepage. This means that a visitor was on the homepage, when he clicked over a month of archive. If someone clicks a particular post of that month and opens it in its original form, then only a view will be added in the name of that particular post, otherwise it will not. Similarly, the same thing happens with the homepage-category widget. By clicking on one of the tags below the post, all the posts related to that tag are opened up on the above-mentioned floating page. The rest of the process is the same.

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस- 2019

सभी मित्रों को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस- 2019 की बहुत-2 हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं।

योग-साधकों के लिए कुछ जरूरी व व्यावहारिक सुझाव-

1) योग प्रतिदिन करना चाहिए। यदि किसी दिन व्यस्तता और थकान अधिक भी हो, तो भी योगसाधना के नियम को नहीं तोड़ना चाहिए। ऐसा इसलिए है, क्योंकि वैसे व्यस्त व थकान से भरे दिन योग-साधक एक नई व प्रभावकारी योगक्रिया स्वतः ही आसानी से सीख जाता है। साथ में, उस दिन एक नई अंतर्दृष्टि विकसित होती है।यदि उस दिन योग न किया जाए, तो साधक उस नई तकनीक या अंतर्दृष्टि से लम्बे समय तक वंचित रह सकता है।

यदि समय की बहुत ही अधिक कमी हो, तो ही योग साधना को कुछ संक्षिप्त करना चाहिए, अन्यथा पहले की तरह पूरे विस्तार के साथ योग करना चाहिए। उदाहरण के लिए, मैं आगे के और पीछे के चक्रों को जोड़कर, एकसाथ दोनों का ध्यान करने की कला ऐसे ही व्यस्त समय में सीखा था। पहले मैं आगे के चक्र पर अलग से व पीछे के चक्र पर अलग से कुण्डलिनी का ध्यान करता था। पहले दौरे में मैं ऊपर से लेकर नीचे तक सभी आगे वाले चक्रों का ध्यान करता था। दूसरे दौरे में नीचे से लेकर ऊपर तक सभी मेरुदंड वाले चक्रों का ध्यान बारी-२ से करता था। एक व्यस्तता से भरे हुए दिन के दौरान मैंने दोनों चक्रों को एक मनोवैज्ञानिक, काल्पनिक व अनुभवात्मक रेखा के माध्यम से जोड़कर, दोनों पर एकसाथ ध्यान लगाने का प्रयास किया। बहुत आनंद व कुण्डलिनी की तीव्र चमक के साथ वे दोनों चक्र मुझे अनुभव हुए। उनको आपस में जोड़ने वाली काल्पनिक रेखा पर कुण्डलिनी आगे-पीछे जा रही थी। वह कभी एक चक्र पर स्थित हो जाती थी, तो कभी दूसरे चक्र पर। कभी वह रेखा के बीचों-बीच स्थित हो जाती थी, और वहां पर दोनों चक्रों का प्रतिनिधित्व करती थी।

2) प्राणायाम करते समय शिथिल (रिलेक्स्ड) रहें। अन्दर-बाहर आती-जाती साँसों पर भरपूर ध्यान दें। उससे कुण्डलिनी का ध्यान स्वयं ही हो जाता है। यदि अन्य विचार भी उठें, तो वे भी शुद्ध हो जाते हैं, क्योंकि आराम व तनावहीनता की अवस्था में सभी मानसिक विचार साक्षीभाव के साथ प्रकट होते हैं। तनाव व क्रोध आदि मानसिक दोषों की अवस्था में उठने वाले मानसिक विचार अशुद्ध व बंधनकारी होते हैं। इसलिए सदैव शांत, तनावरहित, व मानसिक दोषों से रहित बने रहने का प्रयत्न करें। शरीरविज्ञान दर्शन से इसमें बहुत मदद मिलती है।

प्रेमयोगी वज्र क्षणिक आत्मज्ञान के बाद बिलकुल तनावरहित बन गया था। उसने उत्तेजित व अशांत लोगों की घटिया मानसिकता को बहुत समय तक शांति के साथ झेला। एक दिन उसके मन में क्रोध उत्पन्न हो गया, और उसने एक सिरफिरे आदमी की पिटाई कर दी। यद्यपि ऐसा उसने अपने बचाव में किया। बाद में पता चला कि वह नशे में था। उसी दिन से उसे अपने मन के विचारों से अपना बंधन महसूस होने लगा, और वह बढ़ता ही गया। उसकी अशांति व उसका तनाव दिन-प्रतिदिन बढ़ने लगा, और साथ में उसका आत्मबंधन भी। वह डरा हुआ सा रहता था। दोनों प्रकार के भाव एक-दूसरे को बढ़ाने लगे। जिस प्रकार आत्मबंधन से भय उत्पन्न होता है, उसी प्रकार भय से आत्मा बद्ध हो जाती है। दरअसल, यह एक प्रकार की चेन रिएक्शन है, और जब यह शुरू हो जाती है, तो यह अपने आप बढ़ती चली जाती है। इस प्रकार से वह अपने आत्मज्ञान को शीघ्रता से विस्मृत करने लगा।  उसे आश्चर्य हुआ कि कैसे एक बार का किया हुआ क्रोध भी आदमी को योगभ्रष्ट कर सकता है। भगवान कृष्ण ने गीता में कहा है कि वह व्यक्ति मुझे सबसे प्रिय है, जिसकी किसी के भी साथ शत्रुता नहीं है।

अतः सिद्ध होता है कि योग से ही विश्व में वास्तविक प्रेम व सौहार्द बना रह सकता है।

International Yoga Day – 2019

Hearty and warm wishes to all my friends on occasion of INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY – 2019

Some important and practical tips for yoga-seekers-

1) Yoga should be done daily. If there is a busy day and there is too much fatigue, even then the daily routine of yoga should not be broken. This is so because on the busy and exhausted day, Yoga-seekers learn a new and effective yoga technique itself. Additionally, a new insight develops on that day. If yoga is not done on that day, then the seeker can be deprived of that new technique or insight for a long time.

If there is too shortage of time, only then the Yoga practice should be summarized, otherwise it should be done with full detail as before. For example, I had learned the art of meditating both of the chakras together by adding the chakras of the front and the rear in the same busy time. Earlier, I used to meditate on Kundalini separately on the front channel and separately on the back channel. In the first round, I used to meditate all the front chakras from top to bottom one by one. In the second round, I used to meditate rear chakras from the bottom to the top. During a busy day, I attempted to meditate both of the front and rear chakras together connecting both through a psychological, imaginary and experiential line. With great joy and bliss of Kundalini, I experienced both of them. Kundalini was going forward and backward on the imaginary line connecting them with each other. She would ever have been located on front chakra, then on the back chakra. Sometimes she used to be located in the middle of the line, and represented both chakras there.

2) Stay relaxed while doing pranayama. Pay attention to the inward going and outward going breath. Due to this, the attention settles on the Kundalini itself. If other thoughts arise then those also become pure, because all mental thoughts appear as being witnessed in the state of comfort and stresslessness. Mental thoughts that arise in the state of mental chaos / defects like tension, anger etc. are impure and binding. Therefore, always try to remain free of tension, calm, and free of mental defects. Physiological philosophy (shareervigyan darshan) helps a lot in this.

Premyogi vajra became absolutely tensionless after his transient enlightenment. He tolerated the poor mentality of the agitated and troubled people for a long time peacefully. One day his anger got over, and he beaten an intoxicated man who was creating a lot of nuisance. Although he did this in his defense only. From that day onwards, he started feeling his bondage with the thoughts of his mind, and that continued to grow. His unrest and his tension began to grow day by day with his self-bondage. He lived a bit scared. Both types of expressions started increasing each other. As the fear arises with the self-bondage, so the soul becomes bound by fear. He began to forget his enlightenment quickly. He was surprised how even the anger of one time can downgrade Yoga of a man too seriously. Actually, it is a type of chain reaction, and when it starts, it goes on growing itself. God Krishna has also said in Geeta that one who has no enemy ship with anyone, he is dearest to me.

Therefore, it proves that real love and harmony can prevail in the world only with the yoga.

इसाई धर्म में कुण्डलिनी

पवित्र आत्मा के साथ बैपटिस्म का अर्थ है कुंडलिनी सक्रियण

कुण्डलिनी और होली स्पिरिट एक ही वस्तु-विशेष के दो नाम हैं। इसाई धर्म में होली स्पिरिट के साथ बैप्टिस्म का वर्णन आता है। इसी तरह हिन्दू धर्म में कुण्डलिनी की क्रियाशीलता व जागरण का वर्णन आता है। मैं अपने अनुभव के आधार पर कह सकता हूँ कि होली स्पिरिट व कुण्डलिनी, दोनों एक ही चीज को दर्शा रहे हैं। इस बात को हम निम्नलिखित वैज्ञानिक तर्कों से भी सिद्ध कर सकते हैं।

पवित्र आत्मा और कुंडलिनी, दोनों भगवान की क्रिया शक्ति हैं

होली स्पिरिट को ईश्वर की चलायमान शक्ति कहा गया है। इसी तरह कुण्डलिनी को भी जीवनी शक्ति कहा गया है। जैसे ईश्वर अपनी शक्ति को होली स्पिरिट के रूप में किसी भी स्थान पर प्रोजेक्ट करके उस शक्ति से अपनी इच्छा पूरी करवाता है, उसी तरह वह कुण्डलिनी के माध्यम से भी अपनी शुभ इच्छा पूरी करवाता है।

पवित्र आत्मा और कुंडलिनी, दोनों के नाम समान हैं

जैसे होली स्पिरिट को सांस, हवा, जीवन-धारियों में सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण या प्राणशक्ति, देवता या फरिश्ते के रूप में पर्सोनीफाईड आदि नाम दिए गए हैं; उसी तरह से कुण्डलिनी को भी ये सभी नाम दिए गए हैं। जिस तरह होली स्पिरिट को गॉड का हाथ या अंगुली कहा गया है, उसी तरह कुण्डलिनी शक्ति को भी भगवान् शिव का क्रियात्मक अंश या आधा शरीर कहा गया है।

पवित्र आत्मा और कुंडलिनी, दोनों को समान रूप प्रदान किया गया है

इसाई धर्म में कहा गया है कि गॉड अपनी होली स्पिरिट की सहायता से बहुत से महान कार्य करता व करवाता है। उदाहरण के लिए, सृष्टि का निर्माण, बाईबल की रचना, पुराने समय के महान लोगों व उपदेशकों के द्वारा किए गए आश्चर्यजनक काम। इसी तरह से कुण्डलिनी भी महान कार्य करती व करवाती है। इसी धर्म के अनुसार होली स्पिरिट किसी मानव-रूप में नहीं है, परन्तु उसे अन्य चीजों की तरह मानवीकृत किया गया है। इसी तरह कुण्डलिनी को भी एक देवी या सर्पिणी का रूप दिया गया है, हालांकि इसका कोई भौतिक रूप नहीं है।

होली स्पिरिट एक सहायक है, जिसे क्रिस्ट के नाम से भेजा गया है, जो क्रिस्ट के फोलोवर्स को सभी चीजें सिखाएगी, और उन्हें क्रिस्ट की टीचिंग्स की याद दिलाएगी। इसका अर्थ है कि क्रिस्ट का नाम जपने से मन में क्रिस्ट की छवि बस जाएगी, जो होली स्पिरिट बन जाएगी। कुण्डलिनी भी तो इसी तरह गुरु, देवता आदि के ध्यान से विकसित होती है।

होली स्पिरिट सिखाती है कि क्रिस्ट वास्तव में कौन है। अर्थात होली स्पिरिट अद्वैत का साक्षात्कार करवाती है। क्रिस्ट का रूप भी अद्वैतवान ही है। ऐसा ही अद्वैत कुण्डलिनी से भी तो उत्पन्न होता है।

होली स्पिरिट बाईबल को समझना आसान कर देती है। होली स्पिरिट वही सिखाती है, जो बाईबल में है। होली स्पिरिट बाईबल का स्मरण करवाती है। इसी तरह का काम कुण्डलिनी से भी होता है, व उसको जान लेने से भी सभी धार्मिक ग्रन्थ स्वयं ही, बिना पढ़े ही जाने हुए बन जाते हैं।

पवित्र आत्मा और कुंडलिनी, दोनों एक आदमी में समान गुण पैदा करते हैं

होली स्पिरिट पापों से लड़ने की शक्ति देती है। इसी तरह, कुण्डलिनी भी पुराने पापों को नष्ट करती है, और नए पापों को पनपने नहीं देती। होली स्पिरिट को प्राप्त करने वाला आदमी स्पिरिट में ही स्थित रहता है, और माँसमय शरीर की लिप्सा को पूरा नहीं करता। इसका मतलब है कि वह ननड्यूल व अनासक्त हो जाता है। कुण्डलिनी भी आदमी को अद्वैतशील व अनासक्त बना देती है। होली स्पिरिट भी कुण्डलिनी की तरह ही हमारे दिल में रहना चाहती है। इसका अर्थ है कि दोनों से ही बहुत गहरा प्यार हो जाता है, क्योंकि दोनों की याद निरंतर बनी रहती है। होली स्पिरिट व कुण्डलिनी, दोनों ही हमारा मार्गदर्शन करती हैं।

होली स्पिरिट या कुण्डलिनी बहुत बड़े बोझ व प्रतिकूलता को भी सहने की शक्ति देती है। दोनों ही नकारात्मकता से सकारात्मकता की ओर ले जाती हैं, तथा दोनों से पड़ौसी खुश रहते हैं। हिन्दू-ग्रंथों में भी आता है कि कुण्डलिनी-योगी के सभी लोग प्रेमी मित्र बन जाते हैं, कोई उसका शत्रु नहीं रहता। वाक इन स्पिरिट का अर्थ है कि डैविल द्वारा आप मिसगाईड न किए जाएं, और हमेशा होली स्पिरिट के आज्ञाकारी बने रहें। इसी तरह कुण्डलिनी-योगी के लिए भी निरंतर कुण्डलिनी-ध्यान करना जरूरी माना गया है।

होली स्पिरिट में चलते रहने के वही लाभ मिलते हैं, जो कुण्डलिनी से उत्पन्न रूपांतरण से मिलते हैं। गॉड ने हमें डर की स्पिरिट (सामान्य द्वैतपूर्ण सोच) नहीं दी है, अपितु शक्ति, प्रेम, व स्वस्थ मन (अद्वैतपूर्ण व अनासक्त भाव) की स्पिरिट दी है। कुण्डलिनीयोग भी यही कहता है।

पवित्र आत्मा और कुंडलिनी, दोनों एक आदमी में समान रहस्यमय अनुभव पैदा करते हैं

होली स्पिरिट के प्रवेश का अनुभव भी कुण्डलिनी-जागरण के अनुभव के सामान हो सकता है। दोनों के अनुभव रहस्यात्मक हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, पूरे शरीर में एक करंट के या सुनहरे जल के दौड़ने के साथ अनंत ख़ुशी का अनुभव। गिफ्ट ऑफ़ टंग भी प्राप्त हो सकता है। यह कुण्डलिनीयोग की वाक्-सिद्धि की तरह ही है, जिसमें कही गई बात सच हो जाती है। कुण्डलिनी के एक्टिवेशन की तरह ही होली स्पिरिट का एक्टिवेशन साईलेंट रूप में भी हो सकता है।

पवित्र आत्मा और कुंडलिनी, दोनों समान कारणों के कारण सक्रिय होते हैं

अब होली स्पिरिट के बैप्टिस्म व कुण्डलिनी जागरण के लिए जिम्मेदार कारणों के बीच समानता पर विचार करते हैं। जब कोई अपने अपराध पर पश्चाताप करता है, तब होली स्पिरिट एक्टिवेट हो जाती है। योग के अनुसार भी जब कोई आदमी अपने बीते जीवन को अपनी यादों में बार-२ साक्षीभाव के साथ उजागर करता है, तब स्वयं ही अच्छा पश्चाताप हो जाता है। उससे कुण्डलिनी क्रियाशील हो जाती है। जब कोई अपने को गॉड या क्रिस्ट के समर्पित कर देता है, तब होली स्पिरिट एक्टिवेट हो जाती है। योग में भी ईश्वर-समर्पण व कुण्डलिनी के प्रति समर्पण को सबसे अधिक महत्त्व दिया गया है।

यहां तक कि भगवान या देवता को याद करने से भी होली स्पिरिट या कुंडलिनी सक्रिय हो जाती है। मैंने हमेशा खुद इसको स्पष्ट रूप से अनुभव किया है। जब भी मैंने शरीरविज्ञान दर्शन की मदद से अद्वैतवादी होने की कोशिश की है, तब-2 मुझे कुंडलिनी का अनुभव हुआ है। ईश्वर अद्वैत का ही एक आधिकारिक नाम है। दोनों नाम एक ही चीज को दर्शाते हैं। मैं पहले से ही अनुभवात्मक रूप से साबित कर चुका हूं कि अद्वैत और कुंडलिनी हमेशा साथ-2 रहते हैं। यह वह इसाई धर्म-सम्मत बिंदु है, जहां से ईश्वर और पवित्र आत्मा (होली स्पिरिट/कुण्डलिनी) के बीच संबंध उपजा है। इसके अतिरिक्त, मैंने खुद भी अनुभव किया है कि अगर किसी भी चीज को बार-बार याद किया जाता है, तो वह चीज कुंडलिनी बन जाती है। उसी आधार पर, ईसा मसीह और बाइबल को बार-बार याद करने से वे पवित्र आत्मा / होली स्पिरिट के रूप में उपलब्ध हो जाते हैं। इसीलिए कहा जाता है कि पवित्र आत्मा वही सिखाती है, जैसा कि ईसा मसीह और बाइबल ने सिखाया है, क्योंकि ये तीनों एकसमान ही हैं। उसी प्रकार, गुरु, देवता, या वेद-पुराणों का स्मरण करने से वे कुंडलिनी के रूप में प्रकट हो जाते हैं।

होली स्पिरिट को प्राप्त करने के लिए नया जन्म लेना पड़ता है। इसी तरह कुण्डलिनी को क्रियाशील करने के लिए योग-साधना के द्वारा रूपांतरित होना पड़ता है। नया जन्म क्रिस्ट से सम्बंधित होना चाहिए। इसका मतलब यह है कि योग के अनुसार रूपांतरण सकारात्मक होना चाहिए, नकारात्मक नहीं। इसका यह अर्थ भी है कि घर में शुरू से लेकर आध्यात्मिक माहौल होना चाहिए। वैसे भी कुण्डलिनी-जागरण के बाद पुनर्जन्म की तरह रूपांतरण होता है। ब्रेन में नए सरकट बनते हैं।

होली स्पिरिट की आज्ञा को मानना चाहिए। यह कुण्डलिनी योग के महत्त्व को रेखांकित करता है। जो योगी कुण्डलिनीयोग के माध्यम से कुण्डलिनी का बारम्बार स्मरण कर रहा है, वह उसकी आज्ञा का पालन करने के लिए हरदम तैयार ही तो है। होली स्पिरिट की प्राप्ति के लिए बिलीव करना अति आवश्यक है। कुण्डलिनीयोग के माध्यम से कुण्डलिनी के निरंतर स्मरण का मतलब ही यह है कि योगी का कुण्डलिनी के प्रति अपार विश्वास है।

पवित्र आत्मा और कुंडलिनी, दोनों हमेशा उपलब्धियां प्रदान नहीं करती हैं

होली स्पिरिट में बैप्टिस्म या सैल्वेशन के प्रत्येक मामले में ‘स्पीकिंग ऑफ़ टंग’ की प्राप्ति नहीं होती। यह ऐसा ही है, जैसे कि कुण्डलिनी जागरण व मोक्ष के लिए सिद्धियाँ जरूरी नहीं हैं।

पवित्र आत्मा और कुंडलिनी के बीच संघर्ष गलतफहमी के कारण दिखाई देता है

अब हम कुण्डलिनी व होली स्पिरिट की एकरूपता का विरोध करने वाली बातों पर विचार करते हैं। होली स्पिरिट बाहर से आती है, परन्तु कुण्डलिनी शरीर के अन्दर ही होती है। ऐसा इसलिए है ताकि क्रिश्चियनिटी में योग के प्रसार पर रोक लग सके। योग का दुरुपयोग हो सकता है, जिस कारण उससे कर्महीनता व आलस्य का प्रसार हो सकता है। यह भी संभव है कि आत्मज्ञान व उस जैसे अनुभव को ही होली स्पिरिट का प्रवेश कहा गया हो। आत्मज्ञान बाहर से अर्थात ईश्वर से आता है, जबकि कुण्डलिनी-जागरण अपने अन्दर के प्रयास से उपलब्ध होता है। आत्मज्ञान के बाद कुण्डलिनी या होली स्पिरिट स्वयं ही विकसित हो जाती है, और निरंतर बनी रहती है। प्रेमयोगी वज्र के साथ भी ऐसा ही हुआ था। इसी तरह, ईश्वर से प्रार्थना व उसके प्रति समर्पण से कई प्रकार के अलौकिक अनुभव होते हैं, जैसे कि पूर्वोक्तानुसार शरीर में बहते हुए करंट या प्रकाश की नदी का अनुभव। ऐसे अनुभवों से भी कुण्डलिनी या होली स्पिरिट क्रियाशील हो जाती है।

मानवीय कर्म व प्रेम से कुण्डलिनी या होली स्पिरिट शरीर के अन्दर प्रविष्ट होती है। तभी तो इसाई धर्म में मानवता व प्रेम पर सर्वाधिक बल दिया गया है।

साथ में, ईसाई धर्म में 12 फलों वाले जीवन-वृक्ष का उल्लेख है। यह फ्रक्टिफाइड ट्री 7-12 चक्रों के साथ रीढ़ की हड्डी ही है।

एक ही उद्देश्य के साथ ईसाई और हिंदू धर्म दोनों में द्वैतवाद है

क्रिश्चियनिटी में गॉड व सृष्टि के बीच में द्वैत का भाव है। ऐसा केवल इसलिए है ताकि गॉड को सर्वश्रेष्ठ सिद्ध किया जा सके, जिससे उसमें मजबूत विश्वास पैदा हो जाए। हिंदू धर्म भी यह कहता है कि भगवान इस दुनिया के समान है, और साथ ही अलग भी है। वास्तव में अद्वैत ही सत्य है। क्योंकि जो अच्छी आदतें होली स्पिरिट के बैप्टिस्म के बाद विकसित होती हैं, वे केवल अद्वैत से ही उत्पन्न होती हैं।

ईसाई धर्म और हिंदू धर्म, दोनों में बुरी आत्मा है

कई लोग सोचते हैं कि योग में क्रिश्चियनीटी की तरह इविल स्पिरिट नहीं है। परन्तु यह सत्य नहीं है, क्योंकि योग में भी ‘माया’ नाम से इविल स्पिरिट को स्वीकार किया गया है, जो योगी को साधना व शुभ प्रयासों से विचलित करती रहती है।

सभी धर्म मूल रूप से समान हैं

वास्तव में चीज एक ही है, जिसे हम ऑब्जेक्ट ऑफ़ मेडिटेशन या ध्येय वस्तु कहते हैं। इसाई धर्म में इसे प्राकृतिक, सांसारिक व साधारण-संक्षिप्त रूप में बखान किया गया है; जबकि हिन्दू धर्म में त्यागपूर्णता, कृत्रिमता व दार्शनिक साज-सज्जा के साथ। परन्तु दुर्भाग्य से बहुत से लोग इस दार्शनिक विस्तार में असली, व्यावहारिक, व मूल वस्तु को भूल जाते हैं। इससे धर्मों में विभिन्नता प्रतीत होती है, परन्तु वास्तव में सभी धर्म मूल रूप से एकसमान हैं, और सभी मानवता व प्रेम के पक्ष में हैं।

ईसाई धर्म और हिंदू धर्म का मिश्रण आध्यात्मिक सफलता प्राप्त करने के लिए सबसे तेज है

अब मैं इसाई धर्म व हिंदु धर्म के मिश्रण के बारे में बात करता हूँ। पहले आदमी इसाई धर्म की नीति के अनुसार कर्मयोग से अपनी कुण्डलिनी को विकसित करे। फिर जब उसकी उम्र बढ़ जाए, वह मानवीय रूप से संसार को समृद्ध कर ले, तथा कुण्डलिनी में निपुण हो जाए; तब उसकी पदोन्नति कुण्डलिनीयोग में हो जाए। तब वह समर्पित व बैठकपूर्ण कुण्डलिनीयोग पर अधिक ध्यान दे, ताकि उसकी कुण्डलिनी और अधिक परिपक्व होकर जागृत हो जाए। प्रेमयोगी वज्र ने भी ईश्वरीय प्रेरणा से ऐसा ही किया था, जिससे उसे अतिशीघ्र कुण्डलिनीजागरण का अनुभव हो सका था। इससे यही निष्कर्ष निकलता है कि सभी धर्मों में वह सभी कुछ है, जो अन्य धर्मों में भी है। कई धर्मों में उनका संकेतों में वर्णन है, तो कई धर्मों में विस्तार से।

Baptism with Holy Spirit means Kundalini activation

Kundalini and Holy Spirit are two names of the same thing. In Christianity, the description of the Baptism with Holy Spirit comes. In the same way, Hinduism describes the activity and awakening of Kundalini. Based on my experience, I can say that both Holy Spirit and Kundalini are showing the same thing. We can also prove this by the following scientific arguments.

Holy spirit and Kundalini, both are action force of God

Holy Spirit is said to be the action force of God, means God’s power in action. Similarly, Kundalini has also been called a life force. Just as God projects his power in form of Holy Spirit as per his plan, and fulfills his desire with that power; in the same way, he also fulfills his auspicious desire through Kundalini.

Holy spirit and Kundalini, both have similar names

As Holy Spirit has been named as breath, wind, the vital or animating force in living beings, spirit persons including gods and angels; in the same way, Kundalini has been given all these names. Just as the Holy Spirit is called God’s hands and fingers, in the same way the Kundalini power is also called the functional part of Lord Shiva or his half body.

Holy spirit and Kundalini, both have been provided identical forms

In Christianity, it has been said that God works and performs many great jobs with the help of his Holy Spirit. For example, the wonderful works done with the creation of the universe, the bible, and the great people including preachers of old times. In the same way, Kundalini also performs great works. According to this religion, Holy Spirit is not a personal form, but it has been personified like other things. Similarly, Kundalini has been given the form of a goddess or serpentine, though it has no physical form.

Holy spirit and Kundalini, both are as mental image

Holy Spirit is a helper, who has been sent in the name of Christ that will teach Christ’s followers all things, and bring into remembrance the teachings of Christ. This means that by chanting Christ’s name, the image of Christ in the mind will be settled, which will become a Holy Spirit. Kundalini also develops in the same way as the mental image of master, god etc.

Holy spirit and Kundalini, both teach us the same thing

Holy Spirit wants to teach us who is Jesus actually. That is, Holy Spirit brings non-duality. Christ’s form is also non-dual. The same Advaita/non-duality develops with the Kundalini as well.

The Holy Spirit makes it easy to understand the Bible. Holy Spirit teaches the same, which is there in the Bible. Holy Spirit helps to remind the Bible. Similar work is done by Kundalini too, and even after knowing her, all religious texts become known or read itself.

Holy spirit and Kundalini, both produce similar qualities in a man

Holy Spirit gives the power to fight sins. Similarly, Kundalini also destroys old sins, and does not let new sins flourish. The person receiving the Holy Spirit walks in spirit, and he does not fulfill the body’s cravings. This means that he becomes non-dual and unattached. Kundalini also makes a person non-dual and unattached. Holy Spirit also wants to stay in our heart just like Kundalini. It means that both of them are very deeply loved, because both of them remain persistently in our mind. Both Holy Spirit and Kundalini guide us.

Holy Spirit or Kundalini also gives the power to bear great burden and adversity. Both of them lead to positiveness from negativity, and with both neighbors are happy. It is also described in Hindu texts that all the people of Kundalini-yogi become lovers and friends, no one is his enemy. ‘Walk in Spirit’ means that you do not be misguided by devils, and always remain obedient to the Holy Spirit. Similarly, for Kundalini-Yogi, constant Kundalini-meditation is considered necessary that is equivalent to walk in spirit / kundalini.

Walking in Holy Spirit gives the same benefits, which are provided through transformation resulting from Kundalini. God has not given us the spirit of fear (general dualistic thinking), but has given the spirit of power, love, and healthy mind (non-dual and unattached attitude). Kundalini-yoga also says this same thing.

Holy spirit and Kundalini, both produce similar mystical experiences in a man

Experience of entry of Holy Spirit can be similar to Kundalini awakening’s experience. The experiences of both are mystical. For example, the experience of endless happiness with the running of a current or golden water throughout the body. The gift of tongue can also be obtained. This is similar to the speech-accomplishment (vaak-siddhi) of Kundalini Yoga, wherein the said words goes true. Like the activation of Kundalini, the activation of Holy Spirit can also be in a silent form.

Holy spirit and Kundalini, both are activated due to similar causes

Now we consider the similarity between causes responsible for Holy Spirit’s Baptism and those for Kundalini awakening. When someone repents his sins, then the Holy Spirit becomes active. According to Yoga, when a person exposes his past life with witnessing and non-duality in his memoirs repeatedly, then he himself becomes a good repentant itself. From this, the Kundalini becomes functional. When someone surrenders himself to God or Christ, then the Holy Spirit becomes activated. In Yoga, surrender to God and Kundalini has been given the highest importance.

Even remembering God or god (devata/deity) directly activates Holy Spirit or kundalini. I have always experienced it clearly myself. Whenever I tried to be non-dual with help of shareeravigyan darshan (philosophy of physiology or body-science), I used to experience kundalini. God is an authoritative name for non-duality. Both names denote the same thing. I have already proven experientially that non-duality and kundalini tend to live together always. This is the Christian point from where the relation between God and Holy Spirit (kundalini) stems. Additionally, I have also experienced myself that if any thing is remembered repeatedly, then that thing becomes kundalini. On the same basis, remembering Christ and Bible repeatedly makes them available in the form of Holy spirit. That is why it is said that Holy spirit teaches the same just as taught by Christ and Bible for all of these three are same and one thing. In the same way, remembering Guru or god or Vedas-Puranas results in their appearance in the form of kundalini.

One has to be born in a new life to achieve Holy Spirit. In the same way, one has to be transformed through yoga-practice to activate kundalini. The new birth should be related to the Christ. This means that according to yoga, the transformation should be positive, not negative. It also means that there should be a spiritual atmosphere from the beginning in one’s home. Anyway, after Kundalini-awakening, there is transformation like a rebirth. The new circuits are made in the brain.

One must obey the Holy Spirit. This underlines the importance of Kundalini yoga. The yogi who is remembering his Kundalini continuously by means of Kundalini Yoga, he can be said to be following her command always.

It is very important to believe for getting Holy Spirit. The constant remembrance of the Kundalini by means of Kundalini Yoga means that the yogi has immense belief in Kundalini.

Holy spirit and Kundalini, both do not provide accomplishments always

In every case of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit or Salvation, ‘Speaking of Tongue’ is not obtained. It is like this, that Siddhis are not necessary for Kundalini awakening and salvation.

Conflict between Holy Spirit and Kundalini appears due to misunderstanding

Now we consider things that oppose the similarity between Kundalini and Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit comes from outside, but the kundalini is within the body. This notion is there in order to prevent the spread of yoga in Christianity. Yoga can be misused, due to which it can lead to worklessness and laziness. It is also possible that the enlightenment and similar mystical experiences have been called the entry of Holy Spirit. Enlightenment comes from outside, that is, God, while Kundalini-awakening is available through one’s own inner efforts. After enlightenment, Kundalini or Holy Spirit itself develops, and remains constant. This same happened with Premyogi vajra. Likewise, prayer and devotion to God may bring many kinds of supernatural experiences, such as the experience of current or the river of light flowing in the body as aforesaid. Kundalini or Holy Spirit can become active even with such types of strange looking experiences.

Kundalini or Holy Spirit enters into the body with human action and love. That is why Christianity has given the highest emphasis on humanity and love.

In addition, there is mention of tree of life bearing 12 fruits in Christianity. This fructified tree is spinal cord with 7-12 chakras.

There is dualism in both of Christianity and Hinduism with the same purpose

In Christianity, there is a sense of dualism between God and creation. This is so that God can be best proven, so that one can develop strong faith in him. Hinduism also says that God is similar to this world as well as different too. Actually, Advaita (non-duality) is the only truth. Because the good habits that develop after Holy Spirit’s Baptism, those are only produced from Advaita.

Christianity and Hinduism, both have evil spirit

Many people think that there is no evil spirit in yoga like Christianity. However, this is not true, because in Yoga, evil Spirit has been accepted as ‘Maya’, which keeps distracting the yogi from meditation and good efforts.

All religions are same basically

In fact, the thing is the same, which we call as an object of meditation or goal object (dhyeya of Patanjali yoga). In Christianity, it has been described in natural, worldly and ordinary form as Holy Spirit; While in Hinduism in renounced, artificial and philosophical form with plenty of mythical decorations as kundalini. However, unfortunately many people forget the real, practical, and the original thing in this philosophical expanse. Religions appear to be diverse in nature, but in reality, all religions are basically the same, and all are in favour of humanity and love.

Mixture of Christianity and Hinduism is quickest to yield spiritual success

Now I talk about a mixture of Christianity and Hinduism. According to the policy of Christian religion, a person develops his Kundalini with Karma yoga. Then, when his age increases, he has enriched the world with humanity, and has become skillful in Kundalini; then his promotion will be done to stage of Kundalini Yoga. Then he gives more attention to devoted and sitting kundalini-yoga practice, so that his kundalini becomes more mature and awakened. Premyogi vajra also did the same with divine inspiration, which enabled him to experience Kundalini awakening too quickly. This leads to the conclusion that in all religions, it is all that is also there in other religions. In many religions, there are hints of these, while in many other religions, these are in detail.

कोई भी वेबपेज बनाने के लिए “माय साईट” को क्लिक करते हैं। उससे ड्रॉप डाऊन मीनू खुलता है। उस पर “साईट पेजस” नाम से एक बटन होता है। उसके कोने में लिखे “एड पेज” पर क्लिक किया जाता है, जिससे लिखने के लिए एक खाली साईट-पेज खुलता है। उसे लिख कर पब्लिश कर दिया जाता है। वह वेबपोस्ट की तरह किसी ईमेल फोलोवर को डिलीवर नहीं होता, बल्कि वेबसाईट में कहीं गुमनाम पड़ा रहता है। उस वेबपेज को किसी मीनू में या विजेट में एड करना पड़ता है। मीनू में डालने के लिए कस्टमाईजर से प्राईमरी मीनू खोलें। उसमें मीनू के सभी पेज दिखते हैं, और अंत में नीचे एक “एड आईटम” बटन होता है। उस पर क्लिक करने से सभी वेबपेजस की लिस्ट खुल जाएगी। अब उस नए वेबपेज को सेलेक्ट कर लें। वह प्राईमरी मीनू में जुड़ जाएगा। मीनू की सभी आईटम्स को रिओरडर (ऊपर-नीचे) भी कर सकते हैं, और किसी आईटम का ड्रॉपडाऊन लिस्ट के रूप में सबमीनू भी बनाया जा सकता है। इससे यह लाभ होता है की वेबसाईट की साईडबार बहुत लम्बी होकर मेन कंटेंट के नीचे तक नहीं लटकती।

विजेट में वेबपेज को डालने के लिए कस्टमाईज़र से विजेट में जाएं। यथानुसार साईडबार या फुटबार विजेट को सेलेक्ट करें। वेबसाईट में लगे हुए विजेटस की लिस्ट के बोटम पर एक “एड विजेट” नाम से बटन होता है। उस पर क्लीक करके विजेट की एक नई व लम्बी लिस्ट खुलती है। उस पर “पेज” विजेट को चुनें। वह विजेट वेबसाईट के विजेट की लिस्ट में जुड़ जाएगा। अब उस पर क्लिक करके उसे नाम दें। उसमें वेबसाईट के सारे पेज जुड़ जाएंगे, और उनकी एक लम्बी लिस्ट नीचे की तरफ साईडबार में जुड़ जाएगी। उस लिस्ट में वे सभी पेज भी होंगें, जो प्राईमरी मीनू में दिख रहे होंगे। साथ में, इस विजेट की ड्रॉपडाऊन लिस्ट भी नहीं बनती। इससे यह बहुत स्थान घेरता है, जिससे साईडबार बहुत नीचे तक चली जाती है। इससे बचने के लिए डबल साईडबार वाली (दोनों बाईं तरफ, दोनों दाईं तरफ, या एक बाईं व एक दाईं तरफ) वेबसाईट-थीम को भी एक्टिवेट किया जा सकता है। इससे यह नुक्सान हो सकता है कि मेन कंटेंट के लिए जगह काफी कम रह सकती है, मुख्यतया डेस्कटॉप पर। दूसरा उपाय है कि इस विजेट का प्रयोग न करें। उपरोक्तानुसार, प्राईमरी मीनू में ही एक आईटम “अन्य वेबपेजस” आदि नाम से बना लें। उसमें अतिरिक्त के वेबपेज “एड आईटम” से डालें, व उन्हें रिऑर्डर कर लें। उस “अन्य वेबपेजस” आईटम का सबमीनू बना लें। इससे इसके नीचे के सभी पेज ड्रॉपडाऊन लिस्ट के रूप में आ जाएंगे, जो कम जगह घेरेंगे। अन्य भी बहुत से विजेट होते हैं, जैसे “रीसेंट पोस्टस”, “टॉप पोस्टस एंड पेजस”, “टेक्स्ट” आदि। “टेक्स्ट” विजेट को साधारण सूचना जैसे की कोपीराईट सूचना, व डिसक्लेमर आदि लिखने के लिए किया जाता है।

यदि आप हरेक पोस्ट के ऊपर शेयर की संख्या भी दिखाना चाहते हैं, तो “माय साईट” पर जाएं। ड्रॉपडाऊन लिस्ट में “शेयरिंग” बटन को क्लिक करें। अब उस पर “ऑफिशियल बटन्स” को क्लिक करें। वैबसाईट के मामले में धीरज रखना चाहिए। कभी भी डोमेन नेम व वैबसाईट के विषय को बदलना नहीं चाहिए। डोमेन का नाम भी वैबसाईट के अनुसार ही रखना चाहिए। जैसे कि यह वैबसाईट कुण्डलिनी से सम्बंधित है, इसीलिए इसका डोमेन नाम “demystifyingkundalini” रखा गया है।

Website creation, management and development, part-9 (making and customizing web page, widgets)

Click “My site” to create any webpage. From that, drop down menu opens. It has a button named “Site Pages”. Click on “add Page” written in its corner, from which an empty site-page opens for writing. It is written and published. It is not delivered to an email follower like web post, but it remains anonymous somewhere in the website. The webpage has to be added in a menu or in a widget. To enter in the menu, open the primary menu from the customizer. All the pages of the menu are visible in it, and finally there is an “add item” button below. Clicking on it will open the list of all the WebPages. Now select that new webpage. It will be added to the primary menu. All items in the menu can also be reordered (up-down), and sub-menu can also be made as a dropdown list of any item. It has the advantage that the sidebar of the website does not get too long and does not hang down to the bottom of the main content.

To enter a webpage in the widget, go to the widget button from the customizer. Accordingly select Sidebar widget or Footer Widget. There is a button named “add Widget” on the bottom of the list of widgets in the website. Clicking on it opens a new and long list of widgets. Select the “Pages” widget on it. That widget will be added to the list of widgets in the website. Now click on it and name it. All the pages of the website will be added to it, and a long list of them will be added to the sidebar. There will be all the pages in that list, even those, which are already visible in the primary menu. Together, this widget does not even have a dropdown list. It occupies a lot of space, so that the sidebar goes down very far. To prevent this, the website-theme can also be activated with double sidebar (both on the left, both on right, or one left and one on right). This can be a loss for the main content can get a lot less space, mainly on the desktop. The second solution is not to use this widget. According to the above, create an item in the primary menu named “Other Web Pages” etc. Put additional webpage in it with “add item” button and reorder all of them. Make submenu of that “other webpage” item. From this, all the pages below it will come in the form of dropdown list, which will occupy less space. There are many other widgets, such as “Recent Posts”, “Top Posts and Pages”, “Text” etc. The “text” widget is used to write simple information such as copyright notification, and disclaimer etc.

If you want to show the number of shares below each post, go to “My Site”. Click the “Sharing” button in the dropdown list. Now click on “official buttons” on it. Endurance should be maintained in case of website development. Never change the domain name and subject matter of the website. The name of the domain should also be kept according to the website. As this website is related to Kundalini, so its domain name has been chosen as “demystifyingkundalini”.
