शुष्क कण्ठ की बनूं तरलता
  जटिल भूमि की बनूं सरलता
  उमड़-घुमड़ कर नभ पर छाए
  उस बादल का जल बन जाऊं।
  मोक्ष नहीं मुझे लक्ष्य चाहिए,
  जब भी मैं धरा पर आऊं।

  वीरों के माथे का चन्दन
  जग करता है जिसका वन्दन
  प्रस्फुटित हुआ है अंकुर जिसमें
  उस माटी का कण बन जाऊं।
  मोक्ष नहीं मुझे लक्ष्य चाहिए,
  जब भी मैं धरा पर आऊं।

  सुमन-सौरभ को बिखराता
  संतप्त (तप्त) हृदय को हर्षाता
  जो दग्ध वपु को कर दे शीतल
  वो समीर झोंका बन जाऊँ।
  मोक्ष नहीं मुझे लक्ष्य चाहिए,
  जब भी मैं धरा पर आऊं।

  सुलगाए साहस की ज्वाला
  झुलसाए आतंक का जाला
  बुझी आशा (आस) का दीप जलाए
  वो अग्नि-स्फुलिंग बन जाऊं।
  मोक्ष नहीं मुझे लक्ष्य चाहिए,
  जब भी मैं धरा पर आऊं।

  उज्ज्वल चन्द्र-सितारों वाला
  पर्वत की दीवारों वाला
  जिसके नीचे जीव सृजन हो
  उस नभ का हिस्सा बन जाऊं।
  मोक्ष नहीं मुझे लक्ष्य चाहिए
  जब भी मैं धरा पर आऊं।

  जन्म-मरण के बन्धन से
  उस दिन मुक्ति देना ईश्वर!
  पर-नयनों के अश्रु से
  जिस दिन द्रवित न होने पाऊं
  मोक्ष नहीं मुझे लक्ष्य चाहिए,
  जब भी मैं धरा पर आऊं।

हकीकत में जिंदगी तो काँटों ने संवार दी 

चाहत में हमने गुल की
 उम्रें गुज़ार दी।
 हकीक़त में ज़िन्दगी तो
 कांटों ने संवार दी।
 इल्ज़ाम क्यों दें वक्त को
 हम चल न पाए साथ।
 इसने दी गर ख़िज़ा तो
 किसने बहार दी?

सब बन बैठे नाव खवैया 

हवा चली ये कैसी भैया
 कूद पड़े सब एक ही नैया
 पता नहीं, पतवार चीज़ क्या?
 सब बन बैठे नाव खवैया।
 लय और ताल समझ न आई
 नाच पड़े सब ता-ता थैया
 आँख मूंद सब दौड़ लगाए
 मन्ज़िल सबकी भूल-भूलैया।
पल में क्या हो? खबर नहीँ है
सबका एक ही नाच नचैया।

Kundalini-lingas including the Muladhar Chakra as the best one

Friends, Shiva Purana has focused most of the attention on Lord Shiva. Lord Shiva is considered to be the Kundalini in it. Throughout this Purana, there is an abundance of Lingas. When Shiva (Kundalini) is meditated on the linga, it becomes a Shivalinga or Kundalini-linga. Shivalinga is the axis of Shiv Purana, around which the whole Purana is revolving.

The symbol associated with Kundalini is called Kundalini Linga or Shivalinga

In fact, the symbol associated with the main object is called the linga or gender of that object. For example, the symbol of masculinity associated with male is called masculine gender and the symbol of femininity associated with woman is called feminine gender. Without linga, there may be some reduction in the main object, but it is not finished. If the signs of maleness in a male are eliminated, then there may be some decrease in the masculinity of man, but the man will remain the same. According to this, the lizard’s tail can also be called the lizard’s linga. When she drops it, it may cause her some difficulty in maintaining her balance, but the lizard remains the same. Similarly, the main object in spirituality is Kundalini. Kundalini gets additional strength by connecting it with the lingam in the form of symbol of any idol etc. If that symbol or lingam is removed, then there may be some decrease in Kundalini meditation, but the Kundalini still remains in the mind.

Kundalini yoga belongs to movable lingam

Shivpuran describes many types of lingas. The chara or movable linga is of special importance to the Kundalini Yogi. In this, the fundamental sensation has been considered as lingam. Different chakras of the body are the changed places of that lingam. That sensation evolves on the lower chakras, and rotates in a circular way through all the other chakras.

Our own body as the most permanent lingam

Other types of lingas are non movable. They also include lingas made of mountain or stone. Lingas made of mountain are permanent. Lingas made of stone are temporary. Lingam made of stone is better for women. Other types of lingas are subtle lingas. Mantra lingas are the main among them. Kundalini is meditated on the mantra. ॐ OM is also a perfect type of mantra linga. Subtle lingam is better known for ascetics. Mountains are called permanent lingas because they remain the same for millions of years. According to this, our own body proves to be the most permanent lingam, because it will continue to be available to us in every birth until we get liberation. It simply means that Kundalini yoga meditation is the best meditation. In fact, the second meaning of lingam is the experience of sensation, which we get with the help of different kinds of substances and feelings. Kundalini is superimposed over the same sensation. Because we get the most intense and sweet sensation from our own body, not from outside, therefore the Lingam inside the body is the best Lingam. This principle is the basic principle of Tantra Yoga. A book titled “Physiology Philosophy – A Modern Kundalini Tantra (A Yogi’s Love Story)” written in Hindi  is shown to prove this very strongly.

कुण्डलिनी-लिङ्गों में मूलाधार चक्र ही सर्वश्रेष्ठ लिङ्ग है

दोस्तों, शिवपुराण में भगवान शिव के ध्यान पर ही अधिकांश जोर दिया गया है। उसमें भगवान शिव को ही कुंडलिनी माना गया है। पूरे पुराण में लिंग का बहुतायत में वर्णन है। जब लिंग के ऊपर शिव (कुंडलिनी) का ध्यान किया जाता है, तब वह शिवलिंग या कुंडलिनी-लिंग बन जाता है। शिवलिंग ही शिवपुराण की धुरी है, जिसके चारों ओर पूरा पुराण घूम रहा है।

कुण्डलिनी के साथ जुड़े हुए चिन्ह को ही कुंडलिनी लिंग या शिवलिंग कहते हैं

वास्तव में मुख्य वस्तु के साथ जुड़े हुए चिन्ह को ही उस वस्तु का लिंग कहते हैं। जैसे कि पुरुष के साथ जुड़े हुए पौरुषत्व के चिन्ह को पुलिंग और स्त्री के साथ जुड़े हुए स्त्रीत्व के चिन्ह को स्त्रीलिंग कहते हैं। लिंग के बिना मुख्य वस्तु में कुछ कमी आ सकती है, परंतु वह समाप्त नहीं हो जाती। यदि पुरुष से पुरुष के चिन्ह समाप्त हो जाएं, तो पुरुष के स्वभाव में कुछ कमी आ सकती है, परंतु पुरुष वैसा ही रहेगा। इस हिसाब से तो छिपकली की पूँछ को भी छिपकली का लिंग कह सकते हैं। जब वह उसे गिराती है, तो उससे उसे अपना संतुलन बनाने में कुछ कठिनाई आ सकती है, परंतु छिपकली वैसी ही रहती है। इसी तरह, अध्यात्म में मुख्य वस्तु कुंडलिनी ही है। किसी मूर्ति आदि के चिन्ह से जोड़ने पर कुंडलिनी को अतिरिक्त बल मिलता है। यदि उस चिन्ह या लिंग को हटा दिया जाए, तो कुंडलिनी ध्यान में कुछ कमी आ सकती है, परंतु कुंडलिनी तब भी मन में बनी रहती है।

कुंडलिनी योग चर लिंग के अंतर्गत आता है

शिवपुराण में अनेक प्रकार के लिंगों का वर्णन आता है। चर लिंग कुंडलिनी योगी के लिए विशेष महत्त्व का है। इसमें मूल संवेदना को लिंग माना गया है। शरीर के विभिन्न चक्र उस लिंग के बदलते हुए स्थान हैं। वह संवेदना निचले चक्रों पर उत्पन्न होती रहती है, और अन्य सभी चक्रों से होती हुई चक्राकार घूमती रहती है।

सबसे स्थायी लिंग के रूप में हमारा अपना शरीर

अन्य प्रकार के लिंग अचर होते हैं। उनमें पर्वत या पत्थर से बने लिंग भी शामिल हैं। पर्वत से बने लिंग स्थायी होते हैं। पत्थर से बने लिंग अस्थायी होते हैं। पत्थर से बने लिंग स्त्रियों के लिए बेहतर बताए गए हैं। अन्य प्रकार के लिंग सूक्ष्म लिंग होते हैं। मंत्र लिंग इनमें मुख्य हैं। मंत्रलिंग में मंत्र के ऊपर कुंडलिनी का ध्यान किया जाता है। ॐ भी एक उत्तम प्रकार का मंत्र लिंग है। सूक्ष्म लिंग सन्यासियों के लिए बेहतर बताए गए हैं। पर्वत को इसीलिए स्थायी लिंग कहा गया है, क्योंकि वे लाखों वर्षों तक वैसे ही बने रहते हैं। इस हिसाब से तो हमारा अपना शरीर सबसे स्थायी लिंग हुआ, क्योंकि वह हमें हर जन्म में मिलता ही रहेगा, जब तक हमें मुक्ति नहीं मिल जाती। इसका सीधा सा अर्थ है कि कुंडलिनी योग साधना सर्वश्रेष्ठ साधना है। वास्तव में लिंग का दूसरा अर्थ अनुभूति भी है, जो हमें विभिन्न प्रकार के पदार्थों और भावों की सहायता से प्राप्त होती है। उसी अनुभूति पर कुंडलिनी को आरोपित किया जाता है। क्योंकि सबसे तीखी और मीठी संवेदना की अनुभूति हमें अपने ही शरीर से प्राप्त होती है, कहीं बाहर से नहीं, इसलिए शरीर के अंदर का लिंग ही सर्वश्रेष्ठ लिंग है। यही सिद्धांत तंत्रयोग का मूल सिद्धांत है।  “शरीरविज्ञान दर्शन- एक आधुनिक कुंडलिनी तंत्र (एक योगी की प्रेमकथा)” नामक पुस्तक में इस बात को पुरजोर सिद्ध करके दिखाया गया है।

कुंडलिनी सबसे बड़ी धर्मनिरपेक्ष वस्तु है

दोस्तों, बहुत से लोग कुंडलिनी को धर्म के नाम से, विशेषकर हिंदु धर्म से जोड़ते हैं। पहले मैं भी लगभग यही समझता था। इसका कारण है, कुंडलिनी k बारे में गहराई से समझ न होना। इसी कमी को पूरा करना इस ब्लॉग का उद्देश्य प्रतीत होता है। आज हम इस पोस्ट में कुंडलिनी की सर्वाधिक धर्मनिरपेक्षता को सिद्ध करने का प्रयास करेंगे।

प्रत्येक धर्म या सम्प्रदाय में अपने अलग-अलग आराध्य हैं

उदाहरण के लिए हिन्दू धर्म के विभिन्न संप्रदायों में अनेक प्रकार के देवी-देवता हैं। शैव संप्रदाय भगवान शिव की अराधना की संस्तुति करता है। वैष्णव सम्प्रदाय में भगवान विष्णु के अवतारों की पूजा करने को कहा गया है। शाक्त लोग देवी माता की अराधना करते हैं। ब्रह्मवादी हिन्दू निराकार ॐ की अराधना करते हैं। इसी तरह सिख धर्म में गुरुओं का ध्यान और उनकी बताई गई शिक्षा को अमल में लाना प्रमुख है। जैन मत में भगवान महावीर व उनके उपदेशों का वर्णन है। बुद्धिस्ट लोग भगवान बुद्ध को अपना सबसे बड़ा ईश्वर मानते हैं। इस्लाम में अल्लाह के प्रति समर्पित होने को कहा गया है। इसाई धर्म में भगवान यीशु की भक्ति पर जोर दिया गया है।

कुंडलिनी योग में कोई भी आराध्य नहीं है

इसका यह अर्थ नहीं है कि कुंडलिनी योगी किसी का भी ध्यान नहीं करते। इसका अर्थ है कि कुंडलिनी योग में अपना अराध्य अपनी मर्जी से चुनने की स्वतंत्रता है। वास्तव में ध्यान के आलंबन का ही नाम कुंडलिनी है, जैसा कि पतंजलि ने अपने योगसूत्रों में कहा है। “यथाभिमतध्यानात् वा” इस सूत्र में पतंजलि ने कहा है कि किसी भी मनचाही वस्तु के ध्यान से मन को स्थिर और योगयुक्त किया जा सकता है। यह अलग बात है कि तांत्रिक हठयोग की तकनीकों से इसके साथ संवेदनात्मक एनर्जी को मिश्रित करके, इसे और ज्यादा मजबूत किया जाता है। कुंडलिनी किसी भी वस्तु या भाव के रूप में हो सकती है। यह प्रेमिका के रूप में भी हो सकती है, प्रेमी के रूप में भी, और दुश्मन के रूप में भी। कृष्ण की कुंडलिनी देवी राधा के रूप में, और देवी राधा की कुंडलिनी अपने प्रेमी कृष्ण के रूप में थी। शिशुपाल कृष्ण को अपना सबसे बड़ा शत्रु मानता था, इसलिए उसका ध्यान हमेशा कृष्ण में लगा रहता था। इस तरह से शिशुपाल की कुंडलिनी भी भगवान कृष्ण के रूप में थी। कुंडलिनी गुरु के रूप में भी हो सकती है, और शिष्य के रूप में भी। यह प्रकाश के रूप में भी हो सकती है, और अंधकार के रूप में भी। यह बड़े के रूप में भी हो सकती है, और छोटे के रूप में भी। यह तंत्र के रूप में भी हो सकती है, और मंत्र के रूप में भी। यह भगवान के रूप में भी हो सकती है, और भूत के रूप में भी। यह देवता के रूप में भी हो सकती है, और राक्षस के रूप में भी। यह निर्जीव पदार्थ के रूप में भी हो सकती है, और सजीव के रूप में भी। यह मनुष्य के रूप में भी हो सकती है, और पशु के रूप में भी। और तो और, यह ॐ, अल्लाह आदि निराकार रूप में भी हो सकती है। सीधा सा मतलब है कि एक आदमी का जिस वस्तु की तरफ सबसे ज्यादा झुकाव हो, वह उसी वस्तु को अपनी कुंडलिनी बना सकता है। फिर वह योग के माध्यम से उसका नियमित ध्यान करके उसको जगा भी सकता है। यह अलग बात है कि अधिकांश लोग अच्छे व सुंदर व्यक्तित्वों जैसे कि गुरु, देवता आदि का ही ध्यान करते हैं, क्योंकि एक आदमी जैसा ध्यान करता है, वह वैसा ही बन जाता है।

कुंडलिनी भौतिकतावादी विज्ञान से भी ज्यादा धर्मनिरपेक्ष है

विज्ञान भी व्यावहारिक प्रयोगों से सिद्ध किए गए सिद्धांतों को ही मानने की वकालत करता है। यह उनके इलावा अन्य किसी विषय को नहीं मानता। कुंडलिनी तो इन बाध्यताओं की सीमा से भी परे है। कुंडलिनी को किसी सत्य वस्तु या भाव का भी रूप दिया जा सकता है, और असत्य का भी। विज्ञान देवताओं को नहीं मानता, पर बहुत से ऋषियों ने उन्हें कुंडलिनी के रूप में जगाया है। ऐसा ही मैंने पिछली पोस्टों में भी बताया था कि करोल पहाड़ का आकार वास्तव में शिवलिंग जैसा नहीं था, परंतु मेरे निवास से वह विशाल शिवलिंग प्रतीत होता था। उसी आभासिक आकृति पर कई शिवभक्त लोग ध्यान लगा लेते थे। उपरोक्त तथ्यों से तो यही निष्कर्ष निकलता है कि कुंडलिनी सबसे अधिक संवेदनात्मक, सहानुभूतिप्रद, स्वतंत्रताप्रद, प्रेमप्रद, मानवतावादी, लोकतांत्रिक, वैज्ञानिक, और धर्मनिरपेक्ष है; यहाँ तक कि भौतिकतावादी विज्ञान से भी ज्यादा। कुंडलिनी विज्ञान को यह भलीभांति ज्ञात है कि सभी की व्यक्तिगत रुचि का सम्मान करना चाहिए।

Kundalini is the most secular thing

Friends, many people associate Kundalini with the name of religion mainly with the Hinduism. Earlier I used to understand almost the same. The reason for this is lack of deep understanding about Kundalini. This blog seems to fill this gap. Today we will try to prove the top secularism of Kundalini in this post.

Each religion or denomination has its own different worship

For example, there are many gods and goddesses in different sects of Hinduism. The Shaiva sect recommends worshiping Lord Shiva. The Vaishnava sect has asked to worship the incarnations of Lord Vishnu. Devotees of Shakta sect worship Goddess Mother. Brahmist Hindus worship the formless OM. Similarly, in Sikhism, the attention of the gurus and the implementation of their teachings is important. Jainism describes Lord Mahavira and his teachings. Buddhists consider Lord Buddha to be their greatest God. Islam is said to be devoted to Allah. Christianity emphasizes devotion to the Lord Jesus.

There is no adorable in Kundalini Yoga

This does not mean that Kundalini yogis do not care for anyone. This means that in Kundalini Yoga there is the freedom to choose adorable as per one’s choice. In fact, the thing supporting meditation is called Kundalini, as Patanjali has said in his yogasutras.  “Yatabhimatadhyanatva” In this sutra Patanjali has said that the mind can be stabilized and made yogic by meditation of any desired object. It is a different matter that by mixing sensational energy with help of the techniques of Tantric Hatha Yoga, it is further strengthened. Kundalini can be in the form of any object or sentiment. It can be as a lover, and also as an enemy. Krishna had Kundalini as Goddess Radha, and Goddess Radha had Kundalini as her lover Krishna. Shishupala considered Krishna his greatest enemy, so his attention was always on Krishna. In this way, Kundalini of Shishupala was also in the form of Lord Krishna. Kundalini can be as a guru, and also as a disciple. It can be in the form of light, and also in the form of darkness. It can be as elder, and also as younger. It can also be in the form of tantra, and also in the form of mantra. It can be in the form of a god, and also in the form of a ghost. It can also be in the form of a deity, and as a demon. It can also occur in the form of inanimate matter, and also as a living being. It can be in human form, and also in animal form. Moreover, it can also be in formless form like OM, Allah etc. It simply means that the thing which a man has the most inclination towards, he can make that object his kundalini. Then he can also wake it up by doing his regular meditation through yoga. It is a different matter that most people meditate on good and beautiful personalities such as Guru, Deity, etc., as what a man meditates, he becomes like that.

Kundalini is even more secular than materialistic science

Science also advocates following only the principles proven by practical experiments. It does not consider anything other than those. Kundalini is beyond the limits of these constraints. Kundalini can also be given the form of a true object or sentiment, and also of an apparent object. Science does not believe in gods, but many sages have awakened them as Kundalini. I had also said in previous posts that the shape of the Karol mountain was not exactly the same as the Shivalinga, but it appeared to be a huge Shivalinga from my residence. Many Shiva devotees used to focus on the same spiritual shape.The above facts lead to the conclusion that Kundalini is the most sensitive, sentimental,  sympathetic, independent, loving, humanist,democratic, scientific, and secular; Even more than materialistic science. Kundalini science is knowing this thing very well that the personal interest of everyone should be respected.

कुंडलिनी ही एक अधिकारी को सच्चा अधिकारी बनाती है

दोस्तों, अधिकारी मुझे बचपन से ही अच्छे लगते हैं। मुझे उनमें एक देवता का रूप नजर आता था। उनमें मुझे एक अपनेपन और सुरक्षा की भावना नजर आती थी। बदले में, अधिकारियों का भी मेरे प्रति एक विशेष प्रेम होता था। अधिकारी का जीवन जीते हुए अब मुझे यह समझ आ रहा है कि ऐसा क्यों होता था। 

अधिकारी देवता की तरह अद्वैतशील होते हैं

एक अधिकारी काम करते हुए भी कुछ काम नहीं करता। तभी तो कहा जाता है कि अधिकारी कुछ काम नहीं करते। वास्तव में एक अधिकारी सभी काम अद्वैत के साथ करता है।अद्वैत के साथ किया गया काम काम नहीं रह जाता। वही औरों से काम करवा सकता है, जो खुद न तो काम करता है, औऱ न ही निकम्मा रहता है। यह ऐसे ही है जैसे कि पानी की मझदार में न फंसा हुआ व्यक्ति ही पानी में फंसे हुए दूसरे व्यक्ति को पानी से बाहर निकाल सकता है। औरों से काम करवाना भी एक काम ही है। अद्वैत के साथ रहने से एक अधिकारी के काम न तो काम बने रहते हैं, और न ही निकम्मापन। एक प्रकार से उसके सारे काम काम की परिभाषा से बाहर हो जाते हैं। यदि अधिकारी खाली बैठा रहे, तो वह निकम्मा कहलाएगा। निकम्मापन भी काम के ही दायरे में आता है, क्योंकि काम और निकम्मापन दोनों एक-दूसरे के सापेक्ष हैं, और एक-दूसरे से शक्ति प्राप्त करते हैं। इसलिए काम के दायरे से बाहर होने के लिए यह जरूरी है कि वह अद्वैत के साथ लगातार काम करता रहे। क्योंकि अद्वैत और कुंडलिनी हमेशा साथ रहते हैं, इसलिए प्रत्यक्ष तौर पर भी कुंडलिनी का सहारा लिया जा सकता है। तभी वह अपने अधीनस्थ लोगों से उत्तम श्रेणी का भरपूर काम ले सकता है।

देवताओं के सर्वोच्च अधिकारी भगवान गणपति भी अद्वैत की साक्षात मूर्ति हैं

भगवान गणेश जी को गणनायक, गणपति, गणनाथ, विघ्नेश आदि नामों से भी जाना जाता है। ये सभी नाम नेतृत्व के हैं। इसीलिए वे सभी देवताओं से पहले पूजे जाते हैं। शास्त्रों ने उन्हें विशेष रूप दिया है। उनका मुँह वाला भाग एक हाथी का है, और बाकी शरीर एक मनुष्य का है। यह रूप अद्वैत का परिचायक है। यह सुंदरता और कुरूपता के बीच के अद्वैत को इंगित करता है। यह उस शक्तिशाली अद्वैत को दर्शाने का एक प्रयास है, जो जानवर और मनुष्य के सहयोग से पैदा होता है। हाथी स्वयं भी अद्वैत भाव का परिचायक होता है। उसमें एक अद्वैतशील संत के जैसी मस्ती और बेफिक्री होती है। हाथी कामभाव व उससे संबंधित मूलाधार चक्र का भी परिचायक है, जो एक नायक या नेता के जैसे सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण और सर्वप्रथम स्थान पर आता है।

एक सच्चे अधिकारी और कुंडलिनी योगी के बीच समानता

दोनों ही प्रकार के लोग अद्वैतशील होते हैं। दोनों में ही अनासक्ति होती है। दोनों ही हर समय आनन्दित और हंसमुख रहते हैं। इससे यह भी सिद्ध होता है कि कुंडलिनी योग से अधिकारी में निपुणता की कमी पूरी हो सकती है। इसलिए एक अधिकारी को कुण्डलिनी योग जरूर करना चाहिए। प्रेम प्रसंग से भी कुंडलिनी/अद्वैत का विकास होता है। तभी आपने देखा होगा कि अधिकांश अधिकारी वर्ग के लोग इश्क-मोहब्बत के कुछ ज्यादा ही दीवाने होते हैं।

एक अधिकारी के लिए “शरीरविज्ञान दर्शन” जैसे अद्वैत दर्शन की अहमियत

हिन्दू शास्त्र और पुराण अद्वैत की भावना का विकास करते हैं। इसलिए एक अधिकारी को प्रतिदिन उन्हें पढ़ना चाहिए। इसी कड़ी में प्रेमयोगी वज्र ने “शरीरविज्ञान दर्शन” नामक पुस्तक की रचना की है। उसे लोग आधुनिक पुराण भी कहते हैं, क्योंकि वह पूरी तरह से वैज्ञानिक है। कम से कम उसे पढ़ने में तो संकोच नहीं होना चाहिए। 

अद्वैत से ही काम करने की प्रेरणा मिलती है

यह आमतौर पर देखा जाता है कि अद्वैतशील आदमी के काम के आनंद और मस्ती को देखकर बाकी लोग भी काम करने लग जाते हैं। यदि कभी काम के लिए बोलना भी पड़ जाए तो वह इतनी मित्रता व प्यार से होता है कि वह आदेश प्रतीत नहीं होता। एक प्रकार से वह बोलना भी न बोलने के बराबर ही हो जाता है। असली अधिकारी का गुण भी यही है कि उसके संपर्क में आते ही लोग खुद ही अच्छे ढंग से काम करने लग जाते हैं। लोगों में अपनी अलग ही विकास की सोच पैदा हो जाती है। लोग अपने काम से आनन्दित और हँसमुख होने लगते हैं। यदि काम करवाने के लिए अधिकारी को बोलना पड़े या आदेश देना पड़े, तो इसका मतलब है कि अधिकारी के अद्वैतशील व्यवहार में कमी है। वास्तव में अधिकारी बोलते हुए भी नहीं बोलते, और आदेश देते हुए भी आदेश नहीं देते। सच्चे अधिकारी गजब के कलाकार होते हैं।

Kundalini makes an officer a true officer

Friends, I love officers since childhood. I could see the appearance of a deity in them. I used to see a sense of belonging and security in them. In return, the officers also had a special love for me. While living the life of the officer, I now understand why it used to happen.

Real officers are nondual like gods

An officer does not do anything even while working. That is why it is said that officers do not do anything. In fact, an officer does all the work with Advaita or non duality.The work done with Advaita is no longer work. Only he can get others to work, who neither works himself, nor is workless. It is just like if a person who is not stuck in water can get the other person trapped in water out of the water. Making others work is also a job. By staying with Advaita, the work of an officer is neither a work, nor a worklessness. In a way, all his works fall out of the definition of work. If the officer remains without doing work, he will be called workless. Worklessness also comes within the scope of work, as both work and worklessness are relative to each other, and derive power from each other. Therefore, to be outside the scope of work, it is necessary that he should work continuously with Advaita. Because Advaita and Kundalini are always together, Kundalini can also be taken care of directly. Only then can he take top class work from his subordinates.

Lord Ganapati, the supreme authority of the deities, is also an idol of Advaita

Lord Ganesha is also known by the names of Gananayak, Ganapathi, Gananath, Vighnesh etc. All these names are of leadership. That is why he is worshiped before all the gods. The scriptures give him a special form. His face is of an elephant, and the rest of the body is of a human. This form signifies Advaita. This indicates the advaita between beauty and ugliness. It is an attempt to show that powerful Advaita, which is born with the cooperation of animals and humans. The elephant itself is also indicative of advaita bhava. It shows fearlessness and carelessness like a nondual saint. The elephant is also a symbol of kamabhav or romance and related Muladhar Chakra, which, like a hero or leader, comes first and foremost.

Similarity between a true officer and a Kundalini Yogi

Both types of people are nondual or advaitsheel. Both have detachment. Both are blissful and cheerful all the time. It also proves that Kundalini Yoga can help in fulfilling the lack of mastery in the officer. Therefore, an officer must do Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini / Advaita also develops from the love affair. That’s why you must have seen that most of the officers are very crazy about love affairs.

Importance of Advaita philosophy like “physiology philosophy” for an officer

Hindu scriptures and Puranas develop the spirit of Advaita or nonduality. Therefore an officer should read them daily. In this episode, Premayogi Vajra has written a book called “Physiology Philosophy or sharirvigyan darshan”. It is also called modern Purana, because it is completely scientific. At least one should not hesitate to read it.

Advaita inspires you to work

It is commonly seen that seeing the bliss and cheerfulness of the work of an nondual man, others also start working. Even if he has to speak to others for work, it is so friendly and loving that it does not seem to be the order. In a way, even speaking it becomes equal to not speaking. The quality of the real officer is also that as soon as he comes in contact of the people, the people themselves start working well. People start thinking of their development themselves. People become happy and cheerful with their work. If the officer has to speak or order to get the work done, it means that there is a deficiency in the nondual behavior of the officer. In fact, officers do not speak even while speaking, and do not give orders even while giving orders. True officers are amazing artists.

दोस्तों, करोल पहाड़ हिमालय का एक बेहद आकर्षक पहाड़ है। यह शिवलिंग के जैसे आकार का है। मैदानी क्षेत्रों से ऊपर चढ़ते समय यह ऊंचे पहाड़ों के प्रवेशद्वार पर स्थित प्रतीत होता है। मेरी कुंडलिनी से जुड़े इसके योगदान पर वैज्ञानिक चर्चा हम आज इस पोस्ट में करेंगे।

करोल पहाड़ के साथ मेरा आजन्म रिश्ता

मैं इसी पहाड़ की नजर में पैदा हुआ, और इसीके सामने बड़ा हुआ। यह आसपास के क्षेत्र में सबसे ऊंचा पहाड़ एक साक्षी की तरह हर समय मेरे सामने खड़ा रहा। यह हमेशा मेरे कर्मों की गवाही देता रहा, और मुझे सन्मार्ग पर प्रेरित करता रहा। इसने मुझे कभी अहंकार नहीं करने दिया। जैसे ही मुझे कभी थोड़ा सा भी अहंकार होने लगता था, तो वह कहता था, “मैं तो सबसे बड़ा और ऊँचा हूँ, फिर भी मैं कभी अहंकार नहीं करता; फिर तू मेरे सामने कीड़े जितना छोटा होकर भी क्यों अहंकार कर रहा है”। उसके इस ताने से मेरा अहंकार समाप्त हो जाता था। उससे मेरे मन की कुंडलिनी चमकने लग जाती थी। इस पहाड़ पर मेरा आना-जाना लगा रहता था, क्योंकि मेरे ज्यादातर मित्र, रिश्तेदार व आजीविका के साधन इसी पहाड़ पर होते थे। प्रतिदिन सुबह जब मैं सूर्य को जल चढ़ा रहा होता था, तब वह इसी पहाड़ के पीछे से उग रहा होता था। इससे वह पूजा का जल उस पहाड़ को भी स्वयं ही लग जाता था। इससे अनजाने में ही वह पहाड़ मेरा इष्ट देवता और मित्र बन गया था।

समय के साथ करोल पहाड़ के साथ मेरी कुंडलिनी मजबूती से जुड़ती गई

सूर्य को जल देते समय मेरे मन में उमड़ने वाली कुण्डलिनी करोल पहाड़ के साथ स्वयं ही जुड़ती गई। सूर्य की तरफ तो सीधा देखा नहीं जा सकता, और न ही सूर्य देव दिनभर नजरों के सामने रहते हैं। परन्तु वह पहाड़ तो हमेशा नजरों के सामने रहता था। उसकी तरफ देर तक सीधी नजर से भी देखा जा सकता था। काम करते हुए जरा सा सिर ऊपर उठाता, तो वह पहाड़ अनायास ही दृष्टिपटल पर आ जाता था, और उसके साथ ही उससे जुड़ी हुई मेरी कुंडलिनी भी। इस तरह से मेरी कुण्डलिनी मेरे जीवनभर मेरे साथ लगातार बनी रही, और उत्तरोत्तर बढ़ती रही। परिणामस्वरूप, मुझे गुरुकृपा से क्षणिक आत्मज्ञान भी उसी खूबसूरत पहाड़ के नजारे के साथ मिला, और कुंडलिनी जागरण भी उसीके चरणों की छत्रछाया में जाकर मिला।

करोल पहाड़ का शिवलिंग के जैसा आकार भी मेरी तांत्रिक कुंडलिनी के विकास में सहायक बना

शिवपुराण में शिवलिंग की आकृति का बहुत ज्यादा आध्यात्मिक महत्त्व बताया गया है। वहाँ शिवलिंग की पूजा को सबसे श्रेष्ठ माना गया है। जरा सोचो कि जब छोटे से घरेलू आकार के शिवलिंग का इतना ज्यादा महत्त्व है, तब शिवलिंग के आकार वाले पहाड़ का महत्त्व क्योंकर नहीं होगा। इससे तो महत्त्व कई गुना बढ़ जाएगा, क्योंकि पहाड़ की विशालता, अचलता, अमरता, और अहंकारविहीनता के कारण उसके प्रति आदरबुद्धि वैसे भी ज्यादा होती है। तभी तो पहाड़ को देवता भी माना जाता है। इसी वजह से ही लोग साधना के लिए सुरम्य पहाड़ों की ओर जाते हैं। वैसे तो विभिन्न कोणों से देखने पर वह पहाड़ विभिन्न आकृतियों में दिखाई देता था, यद्यपि उसकी शिवलिंग के जैसी सुंदर आकृति तो मेरे घर व आसपास के क्षेत्र से ही ज्यादा दिखाई देती थी। इसका मतलब है कि वास्तविक आकृति का उतना महत्त्व नहीं है, जितना कि आकृति के भान होने का है। शिवलिंग के सूक्ष्म तांत्रिक महत्त्व के कारण ही मंदिर के शिखर कुछ शंक्वाकार या गुम्बदाकार लिए होते हैं। यह आकार वास्तव में मूलाधार से जुड़ा होता है, और उसी की शक्ति लिए होता है। कैलाश पर्वत का रूप भी ऐसा ही है, और संभवतः तंत्र के सर्वाधिक अनुरूप है। तभी तो यहाँ पर साक्षात शिव का निवास बताया गया है। इसी वजह से बहुत से लोग करोल पहाड़ को मिनी कैलाश कहकर भी संबोधित करते हैं।

पहाड़ एक साधना में लीन मनुष्य की तरह होता है

इसी वजह से तो पहाड़ के रूप को भगवान शिव के रूप के साथ जोड़ा गया है। उसकी वनस्पति शिव की जटाएं हैं। उससे निकलते नदी-नाले व झरने शिव की जटा से निकलती गंगा नदी है। उस पर उगता चाँद शिव के मस्तक का खूबसूरत अर्धचंद्र है। उसके अंदर बसने वाले लोग व वन्य जीवजंतु शिव के ऊपर लिपटे नाग के रूप में हैं। उसका वनस्पतिविहीन व पथरीला भूभाग शिव के शरीर के नग्न भाग के रूप में है।

पहाड़ का अपना स्वरूप कुंडलिनी जागरण के दौरान की अवस्था है

यह अवस्था भाव, अभाव, व पूर्णभाव का मिश्रित रूप है। नशे आदि की अवस्था में भी भाव व अभाव दोनों एकसाथ होते हैं, परंतु उसमें पूर्णभाव नहीं होता। पर्वत की आत्मा में अभाव की अवस्था अद्वैत व जजमेंट से रहित चेतना के रूप में है, भाव की अवस्था अस्तित्व के आनंद के रूप में है, और पूर्णभाव की अवस्था पूर्ण अस्तित्व के परमानन्द के रूप में है। यह पूर्णभाव सर्वोच्च अनुभव के रूप में है। इसे भावाभावहीनता (न भाव, न अभाव) के रूप में भी जाना जा सकता है। पर्वत की ही तरह अन्य सभी निर्जीव पदार्थ भी जागती हुई कुण्डलिनी के रूप में पूर्णजीवन के रूप में हैं, निर्जीव नहीं। तभी तो कुंडलिनी जागरण के दौरान सभी कुछ अपने जैसा और एकसमान लगता है। भगवान कृष्ण ने गोवर्धन पर्वत के इसी सर्वव्यापी रूप को समझा था, इसीलिए वे इंद्र देवता के कोप से बच पाए और व्रज के ग्रामीणों को भी बचा पाए। ग्रामीण तो गोवर्धन पर्वत को अपना स्थानीय देवता मानते थे, जो सीमित व अलग-थलग रूप वाला था। यह कथा मुझे एक रूपक की तरह भी लगती है। इंद्र विकास व संसाधनों के अहंकार से युक्त शहरवासियों व मैदानी भूभाग में रहने वाले लोगों का प्रतीक है। गोवर्धन पर्वत गांव की हरी-भरी वादियों का प्रतीक है। व्रजवासी एक अनपढ़, ग्रामीण, पहाड़ी, पिछड़े, अन्धविश्वासी व संकुचित सोच के अहंकारी आदमी का प्रतीक है। यहाँ यह ध्यान देने योग्य बात है कि अहंकार शहरवासी और ग्रामवासी, दोनों में है। यद्यपिशहरी में उच्चता व कृत्रिमता का अहंकार है, और ग्रामीण में निम्नता व प्रकृति का। ये दोनों प्रकार के अहंकार आपस में टकराते हैं। इन दोनों प्रकार के अहंकारों से रहित आदमी ज्ञानी कृष्ण की तरह है, जो इन दोनों प्रकार के लोगों के साथ मिश्रित होकर भी उनके दुष्प्रभावों से अछूता रहता है।

Friends, mount Karol is a very attractive mountain in the Himalayas. It is shaped like a Shivling. While climbing above the plains, it appears to be located at the entrance of high mountains. We will discuss its psycho-scientific contributions related to my Kundalini in this post today.

My birth relationship with mount Karol

I was born in the eyes of this mountain, and grew up in front of it. This highest mountain in the vicinity stood like a witness before me all the time. It always kept witnessing to my deeds, and inspired me on the way. It never let me allow ego. As soon as I ever felt a little ego, he used to say, “I am the greatest and the highest, yet I never have ego; then why do you have ego in front of me even as small as a worm”. My ego used to be destroyed by this taunt. With that, the Kundalini of my mind used to start glowing. I used to travel and visit this mountain, because most of my friends, relatives and means of livelihood were on this mountain. Every morning when I was offering water to the sun, it was rising from behind this mountain. Due to this, that holy water of worship could also be used by the mountain itself. Unknowingly, that mountain had become my favorite deity and friend.

Over time, my Kundalini became strongly associated with mount Karol

While giving water to the sun, the Kundalini, which grew in my mind, connected itself with Karol mountain. The sun cannot be seen directly, nor does the sun god remain in front of the eyes all day. But that mountain was always in front of the eyes. For a long time, he could also be seen with a straight eye. While working, when I would lift my head a little, then that mountain would come to my sight suddenly, and along with it my kundalini attached to it. In this way, my Kundalini remained with me throughout my life, and continued to grow. As a result, I also got momentary enlightenment with the view of the same beautiful mountain, and Kundalini awakening was also found under the shadow of his feet.

The shape of the Karol mountain like a Shivling also helped in the development of my Tantric Kundalini

Shivpuran has been shown to have a lot of spiritual significance in the shape of Shivling. There, worship of Shivling is considered to be the best. Just think, when the Shivalinga of a small domestic size has so much importance, then why the mountain with the shape of Shivalinga will not matter. This will increase the importance of shivlingam manifold, because due to the vastness, infallibility, immortality, and egolessness of the mountain, respect for him is greater anyway. That is why the mountain is also considered a deity. This is why people go to the picturesque mountains for spiritual practice. By the way, when seen from different angles, that mountain was seen in different shapes, although the beautiful shape like a Shivling was seen more from my house and the surrounding area. This means that the actual shape is not as important as the figure in our awareness. Due to the subtle tantric importance of Shivalinga, the shikhara or peak of the temple has some cone or dome shape. This shape is actually associated with the base or muladhar chakra, and the same is responsible is for its strength. The form of Mount Kailash is similar, and is probably the most consistent with Tantra. That is why here is said to be the abode of Lord Shiva.

A mountain is like a human absorbed in a meditative practice

For this reason, the form of the mountain has been associated with the form of Lord Shiva. His flora is Shiva’s hair. The river-stream and waterfalls originating from it is the Ganges River originating from Shiva’s coir. The moon rising on him is a beautiful crescent of Shiva’s forehead. The people and wildlife living inside him are in the form of a snake wrapped on Shiva. His non-vegetative and rocky terrain is in the form of naked part of Shiva’s body.

The mountain has its own form as the form of yogi during the Kundalini awakening

This state is a mixed form of existence, nonexistence, and perfection. Even in the state of intoxication, both existence and nonexistence are both together, but existence does not have full potential. The state of nonexistence in the mountain soul is in the form of consciousness devoid of duality and judgment, the state of existence is as the bliss of existence, and the state of perfection is as the perfect bliss of perfect existence. This perfection is in the form of supreme experience. It can also be known as zero or shoonya of Buddhist (neither existence, nor nonexistence). Like the mountain, all other inanimate substances are as super conscious as the Kundalini awakening experience, not lifeless. That is why during the Kundalini awakening everything seems to be the same to one along with perfect bliss and super conscious. Lord Krishna understood this omnipresent form of Mount Govardhana, so he could escape from the wrath of the god Indra and could also save the villagers of Vraj. The villagers considered Govardhan Parvat as their local deity, which was limited and isolated. This narrative also seems like a metaphor to me. Indra is a symbol of city dwellers and people living in plain geographical area with arrogance of development and resources. Govardhan Parvat is a symbol of the natural and lush green valleys of the village. Vrajwasi (villagers of Krishna home village Vraja) is the symbol of an illiterate, rural, hilly, backward, superstitious and egoistic man of narrow thinking. It is worth noting here that the ego is in both the townspeople as well as the villagers. However, in townspeople there is an arrogance of highness and artificiality, and in rural people of lowliness and nature. These two types of ego collide. A man devoid of both these types of egos is like a knowledgeable Krishna who, mixed with both these types of people, remains untouched by their ill effects.

दोस्तों, पिछली पोस्ट में मैंने बताया कि कैसे ग्रहों के साथ ट्यूनिंग बना लेने से उनके दुष्प्रभाव को कम किया जा सकता है। इस पोस्ट में हम इस बात पर चर्चा करेंगे कि वह ट्यूनिंग क्या है, और वह कैसे कुण्डलिनी सिद्धांत से जुड़ी हुई है।

कुंडलिनी ही मन की वह फ्रेक्वेंसी है, जिस पर हम ग्रहों के साथ ट्यून हो सकते हैं

हम रेडियो की ट्यूनिंग को नोट करके रखते हैं, और उसी फ्रेक्वेंसी पर हम रेडियो को चलाते हैं। दूसरी फ्रेक्वेंसी पर चलाने से रेडियो नहीं चलेगा। इसी तरह हमें अपनी कुंडलिनी का बखूबी पता होता है, और उसे हम कभी भूलते नहीं। वह मन का सर्वाधिक महत्त्वपूर्ण चित्र होता है। उसको योगी लोग प्रतिदिन योगसाधना से भी याद करते रहते हैं। यदि किसी जन्मकुंडली-योग के कारण ग्रहों से आने वाला प्रकाश कम हो जाए, तो उसे संतुलित करने के लिए हमारे मन की कुंडलिनी की चमक बढ़ने लगती है। ऐसा महसूस होने पर हम कुंडलिनी योगसाधना को भी बढ़ा देते हैं। मन के दूसरे चित्रों की चमक बढ़ाने से हमें उतना लाभ नहीं मिलता, क्योंकि हमने उन्हें ग्रह पूजा आदि धार्मिक अनुष्ठानों के माध्यम से ग्रहों के साथ व उनके प्रकाश के साथ नहीं जोड़ा होता है। दूसरे शब्दों में कहें तो उनकी ट्यूनिंग ग्रहों के साथ नहीं की होती है। वास्तव में, धार्मिक अनुष्ठानों से केवल मन की कुंडलिनी ही ऊर्जावान बनती है। अन्य गतिविधियों से विचारों की बाढ़ में शक्ति बंट जाती है। इससे कोई एक विचार ट्यूनिंग फ्रेक्वेंसी की ऊर्जा प्राप्त नहीं कर पाता। ट्यूनिंग विचार की ऊर्जा जितनी अच्छी हो, उतनी अच्छी ट्यूनिंग होगी, क्योंकि अंदर-बाहर, यहाँ-वहाँ सभी कुछ ऊर्जा से भरपूर है। इसे हम ऑटो सर्च फंक्शन भी कह सकते हैं। ग्रहों के साथ पहले से ट्यून होई हुई कुंडलिनी खुद ही एक्टिवेट हो जाती है। ग्रहों के प्रकाश में किसी भी प्रकार के बदलाव के होने पर कुंडलिनी क्रियाशील हो जाती है। वह एक बफर का काम करते हुए उन बदलाओं के झटकों से सुरक्षा प्रदान करती है। 

ग्रहों के ऊपर कुण्डलिनी के ध्यान से वह ट्यूनिंग फ्रेक्वेंसी बन जाती है

ऐसा ग्रहों के पूजन से, सूर्य को अर्घ्य देने से, प्रतिदिन ध्यानपूर्वक पंचांग पढ़ने से और अन्य विविध धार्मिक अनुष्ठानों से होता है। तभी तो शास्त्रों में आता है कि प्रतिदिन ध्यानपूर्वक पंचांग को पढ़ने वाले पर कभी कोई विपत्ति नहीं आती। किसी आदमी के लिए ग्रहों के प्रकाशमान होने पर उसकी कुंडलिनी उस प्रकाश को ग्रहण करके चमकने लगती है। जब वे ग्रह उस आदमी के लिए अंधकारमय बनते हैं, तब वही कुंडलिनी उस आदमी को प्रकाश प्रदान करती रहती है। इस प्रकार से कुंडलिनी एक बैटरी या phosphorescent/ स्‍फुरदीप्‍त पदार्थ की तरह काम करती है, जो चार्ज और डिस्चार्ज होती रहती है, और अंधकार से बचाती है। प्रतिदिन के कुंडलिनी योग से भी उसे चार्ज किया जाता रहता है।

ग्रह-शांति के उपाय कुंडलिनी को रिचार्ज करते हैं

ग्रह-शांति के लिए नवग्रह पूजन, दान, जप-तप, व्रत, यज्ञ आदि धार्मिक अनुष्ठान किए जाते हैं। ये सभी उपाय मन को प्रकाशित करते हैं। सबसे अधिक प्रकाशित कुंडलिनी होती है, क्योंकि वही मन में सर्वाधिक महत्वपूर्ण चित्र के रूप में होती है। उस कुंडलिनी से निकलने वाला प्रकाश ग्रहों के प्रकाश की कमी को पूरा कर देता है।

जीवन की प्रत्येक परिस्थिति ग्रहनिर्मित ही होती है

हरेक घटना सूर्य के प्रकाश में होती है। क्योंकि सभी आकाशीय पिंड एक-दूसरे से जुड़े हैं, इसलिए अन्य सभी ग्रहों का भी उनमें योगदान होता है। इसलिए यह स्वाभाविक है कि कुंडलिनी जीवन की प्रत्येक परिस्थिति में हितकारक होती है। यदि किसी आदमी को उन्नत होने के लिए उन्न्त होने के लिए उपयुक्त घटनाओं का सहयोग मिल रहा हो, तो हम कह सकते हैं कि उसके ग्रह शुभ हैं। इसी तरह यदि किसी आदमी को उन्नत होने के लिए घटनाएँ न मिल रही हों या अनुपयुक्त घटनाएं मिल रही हों, तो कह सकते हैं कि उसके ग्रह अशुभ हैं।

इस पोस्ट की विश्लेषणात्मक विवेचना यही है कि जिस तरह एक रेडियो सेट से हमेशा अच्छा संगीत प्राप्त करने के लिए उसे हमेशा ट्यूनिंग फ्रेकवेंसी पर ऑन रखना जरूरी है, उसी तरह हमेशा आनंदमयी बने रहने के लिए मन में हमेशा कुण्डलिनी को बसा कर रखना जरूरी है।
