कुंडलिनी ही हिंदू पुराणों की सर्वप्रमुख विषयवस्तु है: शिव व केतकी के फूल की कहानी

दोस्तों, पिछली पोस्ट में मैंने शिवपुराण की एक कथा के बारे में बताया था, जो कि तंत्रशास्त्र के रहस्य का आधारबिंदु है। उसे केतकी के फूल की कहानी कहते हैं। इस पोस्ट में मैं उस कहानी की गहराई से व्याख्या करूँगा।

क्या है केतकी के फूल की कहानी

शिवपुराण के अनुसार एक बार भगवान ब्रह्मा और भगवान विष्णु के बीच में झगड़ा हो गया था। भगवान ब्रह्मा कहने लगे कि उन्होंने सारे संसार का निर्माण किया है, इसलिए वे ही सबसे बड़े हैं। दूसरी ओर, भगवान विष्णु कहने लगे कि वे ही सारे संसार का पालन और रक्षण करते हैं, इसलिए वे ही सबसे बड़े हैं। जब उनके झगड़े से चारों ओर उथल-पुथल मच गयी, तब उन दोनों के बीच में एक ज्योतिर्मय स्तंभ प्रकट हुआ। आकाशवाणी से आवाज हुई कि जो सबसे पहले इसके ओर-छोर का पता लगाएगा, वही सबसे बड़ा है। भगवान विष्णु ऊपर की तरफ चल पड़े, और भगवान ब्रह्मा नीचे की ओर। परंतु दोनों ही उसके छोर का पता नहीं लगा पाए और खाली हाथ वापिस लौट आए। विष्णु ने अपनी असफलता की सच्ची कहानी ब्रह्मा को बयान कर दी, परंतु ब्रह्मा भगवान विष्णु से झूठ बोलने लगे। ब्रह्मा ने कहा कि वे उसके छोर को छूकर वापिस आए थे। ब्रह्मा ने केतकी के सफेद फूल को साक्षी के रूप में प्रस्तुत किया। तभी इस झूठ से नाराज होकर भगवान शिव वहाँ प्रकट हो गए। उन्होंने कहा कि वे ही सबसे बड़े हैं तथा उनके सिवाय कोई दूसरा इसके आदि-अंत को नहीं जान सका है। केतकी के झूठ से नाराज होकर शिव ने उसको शाप दिया कि वह कभी उनकी पूजा में शामिल नहीं किया जाएगा। साथ में, ब्रह्मा को भी शाप दिया कि कहीं भी उनका मंदिर नहीं होगा, और न ही उनकी पूजा की जाएगी।

शिव-केतकी की कहानी का तांत्रिक रहस्य

ब्रह्मा और केतकी के फूल किसके प्रतीक हैं

वास्तव में उपरोक्त कथा मैटाफोरिक है, और कुंडलिनी योग की सर्वश्रेष्ठता की ओर इशारा कर रही है। ब्रह्मा उन लोगों का प्रतीक है, जो अंधाधुंध निर्माणकार्य से प्रकृति को नुकसान पहुंचा रहे हैं। अहंकार का सहारा लेने वाले बिजनेसमैन, नेता और नकली धर्मगुरु इसी प्रकार के लोग होते हैं। रजोगुणी यज्ञ आदि धार्मिक अनुष्ठान करवाने वाले लोग भी इनमें शामिल हैं। उनके अंदर अहंकार पैदा हो जाता है, और वे अपने आप को सबसे बड़ा समझने लगते हैं। उनके पास धन की कोई कमी नहीं होती, इसलिए वे समाज के प्रतिष्ठित व साफ-सुथरी छवि वाले लोगों को और पत्रकारों को खरीद लेते हैं। केतकी का सफेद फूल ऐसे ही लोगों का परिचायक है। वे ऐसे लोगों से अपना भरपूर गुणगान करवाते हैं, और असली भगवान को अनदेखा करके खुद भगवान बन बैठते हैं। इसीलिए ऐसी साफ सुथरी व सफेद छवि वाले कपटी लोग भगवान शिव को प्रसन्न नहीं कर पाते। उन्हें प्रसन्न करने के लिए तो बच्चे की तरह भोले बनना पड़ता है। तभी तो शिव को भोलेनाथ या भोले बाबा भी कहते हैं। तांत्रिक भी भोले ही होते हैं। ब्रह्मा जैसी छवि वाले उपरोक्त लोग भी लोगों से सच्चा सम्मान नहीं प्राप्त कर पाते। उनके प्रभाव के डर से ही लोग उन्हें झूठा सम्मान देते हैं। जैसे भगवान ब्रह्मा स्तंभ का निचला छोर ढूंढते हैं, वैसे ही उनकी तरह के लोगों का झुकाव भी नीचे अर्थात तमोगुण की तरफ ज्यादा होता है। तमोगुण मदिरा, माँस आदि के अनियंत्रित उपभोग के रूप में हो सकता है। वे ब्रह्मा की तरह ही रजोगुणी होते हैं। रजोगुण का झुकाव तमोगुण की तरफ ज्यादा होता है। वे बहुत नीचे के लोकों या चक्रों तक पहुंच जाते हैं, पर सबसे नीचे के लोक अर्थात मूलाधार चक्र तक नहीं पहुंच पाते। इसका सीधा सा अर्थ है कि वे मूलाधार चक्र पर कुंडलिनी को जगा नहीं पाते। यदि मूलाधार चक्र पर भी कुंडलिनी जागृत हो जाए, तो वह सभी चक्रों या लोकों को भेदते हुए सीधी सहस्रार में चली जाती है, और वहाँ भी जागृत हो जाती है। पर ऐसा तांत्रिक लोग ही कर सकते हैं, साधारण लोग नहीं।

भगवान नारायण सेवादारों व दानवीरों के प्रतीक हैं

समाज के कुछ लोग जनता की सेवा से सीधे जुड़े होते हैं। उनमें सेवादार और दानवीर मुख्य होते हैं। सात्विक धर्म-कर्म आदि करने वाले लोग भी इनमें शामिल हैं। अनेक प्रकार की मानसिक साधनाएं करने वाले लोग भी ऐसे ही होते हैं। हालाँकि वे भोले होते हैं, पर फिर भी वे ज्योतिर्मय स्तंभ का छोर नहीं ढूंढ पाते। वे स्तंभ पर ऊपर की ओर जाते हैं, क्योंकि वे सत्त्वगुणी होते हैं। उनके अंदर मन के दोष नहीं होते। अहंकार भी उनमें कम होता है। वे काफी ऊपर के लोकों या चक्रों तक चले जाते हैं, पर सर्वोच्च लोक या सहस्रार तक नहीं पहुंच पाते। इसका अर्थ है कि वे भी कुंडलिनी को जागृत नहीं कर पाते। फिर शिव ने कहा कि वे ही इसे जानते हैं। साथ में कहा कि इसलिए वे ही सबसे बड़े हैं। इसका सीधा सा अर्थ है कि शिवभक्त तांत्रिक ही अपनी कुंडलिनी को जागृत कर पाते हैं।

ज्योतिर्मय स्तंभ सुषुम्ना नाड़ी का और विभिन्न लोक विभिन्न चक्रों के प्रतीक हैं

वास्तव में सारा संसार हमारे अपने मनुष्य शरीर में बसा हुआ है, “यतपिण्डे तत्ब्रह्मांडे” के अनुसार। ऐसा ही “शरीरविज्ञान दर्शन- एक आधुनिक कुंडलिनी तंत्र (एक योगी की प्रेमकथा)” पुस्तक में भी वैज्ञानिक रूप से सिद्ध किया गया है। जो कथा में विभिन्न ऊपरी और निचले लोक कहे गए हैं, वे हमारे शरीर की रीढ़ की हड्डी में स्थित चक्र ही हैं। जो प्रकाशमय स्तम्भ है, वह सुषुम्ना नाड़ी है। वह भी चमकदार संवेदना के रूप में होती है। वह मूलाधार चक्र से अर्थात सबसे निचले लोक से सहस्रार चक्र अर्थात सबसे ऊपर के लोक तक गुजरती है। बीच में अनेक प्रकार के लोक अर्थात चक्र आते हैं। उसका लघु रूप लिंग या वज्र है। वही उस स्तंभ का सबसे प्रमुख भाग होता है, क्योंकि वहीँ से प्रकाशमय संवेदना स्तंभ उत्पन्न होता है।

If a direct focus is placed on the idol of Shiva or the image of Shiva in the mind, it will not be very effective. But if the image of Shiva on the Vajra is meditated, then it will reach directly into the brain or Sahasrara, and in comparison there it will remain very effective and permanent. The image of Shiva is the symbol of Kundalini here. Anything else like pictures or sensations can be there in the form of Kundalini. By the way, Lord Shiva has asked to worship both his linga and idol together, but has considered linga as the more superior form. From this, it becomes clear that Kundalini can merely develop from various eternal religious traditions, but Tantra has to be supported for its awakening. This is because if the human form and shape of Shiva is not known, then how will one be able to meditate on it over the lingam. The human form of Shiva is known only by its idol. That is why Shivalingam is also placed with idols in most of the temples. Similarly, a real Tantric is not an opponent of Sanatan religious traditions, but a collaborator.

इससे भगवान शिव की तथाकथित तन्त्रेश्वरता स्पष्ट जाती है। वे अपने लिंग को अपना निर्गुण रूप और अपनी मूर्ति को सगुण रूप मानते हैं। लिंग उस विराट स्तंभ का लघु रूप है, जो अधोलोकों को ऊर्ध्वलोकों से जोड़ता है। ब्रह्मा और विष्णु इसका आदि-अंत नहीं ढूंढ सके थे। इसी तरह लिंग भी मूलाधार को सहस्रार से जोड़ता है। यौनतंत्र का सारा रहस्य शिवपुराण के इसी कथानक में छिपा है। यदि शिव की मूर्ति पर या मस्तिष्क में बने शिव के चित्र पर सीधा ध्यान लगाया जाएगा, तो वह ज्यादा प्रभावी नहीं होगा। परंतु यदि वज्र पर शिव के चित्र का ध्यान किया जाएगा, तो वह वहाँ से सीधा मस्तिष्क या सहस्रार में पहुंचेगा, और तुलनात्मक रूप में वहाँ बहुत ज्यादा प्रभावी व स्थायी बना रहेगा। शिव का चित्र यहां कुंडलिनी का प्रतीक है। कुंडलिनी के रूप में अन्य कुछ भी चित्र या संवेदना हो सकती है। वैसे तो भगवान शिव ने अपने लिंग और मूर्ति, दोनों की एकसाथ आराधना करने को कहा है, परन्तु अधिक श्रेष्ठ लिंग को माना है। इससे यह स्पष्ट हो जाता है कि विभिन्न सनातन धार्मिक परंपराओं से कुंडलिनी का विकास ही हो पाता है, परंतु उसके जागरण के लिए तंत्र का सहारा लेना ही पड़ता है। ऐसा इसीलिए है, क्योंकि यदि शिव के मानवीय रूप-आकार का पता ही नहीं होगा, तो लिंग पर भी उसका ध्यान कैसे हो पाएगा। शिव के मानवीय रूपाकार का पता तो उसकी मूर्ति से ही चलता है। इसीलिए अधिकांश मंदिरों में मूर्तियों के साथ शिवलिंग भी जरूर होता है। इसी तरह एक असली तांत्रिक सनातन धार्मिक परंपराओं का विरोधी नहीं, अपितु सहयोगी होता है।

दोस्तों, इसी हफ्ते मुझे एक नया कुंडलिनी अनुभव मिला। नया तो इसे नहीं भी कह सकते हैं, नए रूप में कह सकते हैं। कुंडलिनी तंत्र और सनातन धर्म के बीच में बहुत अधिक सहयोगात्मक रिश्ता है। इस पोस्ट में हम इसी पर चर्चा करेंगे। 

मंदिर में कुंडलिनी को ऊर्ध्वात्मक गति मिलती है

एक-दो दिन से मैं कुछ मन की बेचैनी और चंचलता महसूस कर रहा था। मेरे फ्रंट स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र पर एक दबाव जैसा बना हुआ था।ऐसा1लग रहा था कि कुंडलिनी वहां पर अटकी हुई थी। योग से थोड़ा रिलीफ मिल जाता था, फिर भी दबाव बना हुआ था। मैं एक बड़े समारोह के लिए एक बड़े मंदिर की बगल में स्थित दुकान पर फूलों के गुलदस्तों की बुकिंग कराने के लिए गया। जब वापिस आया तो अपनी बाइक वहीँ भूल आया। बाइक की याद मुझे मन्दिर के पास आई। मैं यह सोचकर मंदिर के अंदर प्रविष्ट हुआ कि भगवान का वही आदेश था। मंदिर के दरवाजों पर ताले लगे हुए थे। इसलिए मैं बाहर के लंबे-चौड़े संगमरमर से बने खुले आंगन में टहलने लगा। वहाँ पर मुझे मस्तिष्क में कुंडलिनी का स्मरण हो आया। उसी के साथ स्वाधिष्ठान का कुंडलिनी-दबाव भी ऊपर चढ़ते हुए महसूस हुआ। वहाँ पर कुछ लोग उरे-परे आ-जा रहे थे। मैं उनके रास्ते से हटकर एकांत में एक शीशे की दीवार के साथ बने संकरे प्लेटफार्म पर बैठ गया। मेरा शरीर खुद ही ऐसी पोजीशन बनाने की कोशिश कर रहा था, जिससे स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र की कुंडलिनी पर ऊपर की तरफ खिंचाव लगता। मैंने अपनी पीठ का फन फैलाए हुए नाग के रूप में ध्यान किया। मेरी कुंडलिनी वज्र से शुरु होकर रियर अनाहत चक्र तक एक संवेदनात्मक नस या चैनल के रूप में आ रही थी। बैकवार्ड फ्लो मैडिटेशन तकनीक भी इसमें मेरी मदद कर रही थी। मस्तिष्क के विचारों को मैं कुंडलिनी के रूप में आगे से होकर फ्रंट अनाहत चक्र तक पहुंचता हुआ महसूस कर रहा था। इससे अनाहत चक्र पर ऊपर का प्राण और नीचे का प्राण (अपान) आपस में टकरा कर चमकती कुंडलिनी को प्रकट कर रहे थे। तभी मेरी बाहर गई पत्नी का फोन भी आया, जो शायद अदृश्य टेलीपैथी से ही हुआ होगा। उससे मुझे और अधिक बल मिला। उससे फ्रंट स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र का दबाव समाप्त हो गया। मेरी साँसें तेज व गहरी चलने लगीं। वे साँसे मुझे बहुत सुकून दे रही थीं। कुंडलिनी से संबंधित सारी प्राण शक्ति मेरे अनाहत चक्र को मिली। उससे मेरा हृदय प्रफुल्लित हो गया, और मैं तरोताजा होकर बाइक पर वापिस घर लौट आया, और खुशी-खुशी अपने कामों में जुट गया। बड़े-बड़े मंदिरों को बनाने के पीछे एक नया कुंडलिनी-रहस्य उजागर हो गया था।

स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र पर दबाव बनने का मुख्य कारण सीमेन रिटेंशन होता है

ऐसा यौनसंबंध से परहेज करने से भी हो सकता है, पॉर्न देखने से भी हो सकता है, और अपूर्ण तांत्रिक यौनयोग से भी। इसलिए उचित योगसाधना से इस दबाव को ऊपर चढ़ाते रहना चाहिए। मस्तिष्क तक इसे पहुंचाने से यदि सिरदर्द या मस्तिष्क में दबाव लगे, तो पूर्वोक्त ढंग से अनाहत चक्र तक ही इसे चढ़ाना चाहिए।

Kundalini and temple having mutual cooperative relationship

Kundalini gets upward movement in the temple

Yoga provided little relief, yet the pressure remained. I went to a shop next to a big temple to book bouquets of flowers for a big ceremony. When I came back, I forgot my bike there. I remembered the bike near the temple. I entered inside the temple thinking that it was God’s order. There were locks on the doors of the temple. So I took a walk in an open and wide courtyard outside main temple rooms made of marble. There I remembered Kundalini in my brain. At the same time, the Kundalini pressure of Swadhisthan was also felt ascending. There were some people coming and going there. I moved out of their way in seclusion and sat on a narrow platform with a glass wall. My body itself was trying to create a position that would put upward stretch on the Kundalini of the Swadhisthana Chakra. I meditated on the divine and multihooded form of a serpent laid on my back up to brain spreading its hood. Starting from vajra, my kundalini coming as a sensory vein or channel to the rear Anahata Chakra. Backward flow method of meditation also helped in it. I felt the thoughts of the brain reaching the front Anahata Chakra through the front channel as Kundalini. Due to this, the upper prana and the lower prana (apana) collided with each other on the Anahata Chakra, revealing the glowing Kundalini there. Then I also got a call from my wife who was out from some time, which may have happened by invisible telepathy. It gave me more strength.With this, the pressure of the front Swadhisthana Chakra ended. My breath started moving fast and deep. That breath was very relaxing and enjoying. All the life energy called as prana related to Kundalini was got by my Anahata Chakra. That made my heart delighted, and I was refreshened up, therefore returned home on the bike, and happily got busy with my work. A new Kundalini-mystery was revealed behind the construction of big temples.

Semen retention is the main reason for pressure on the swadhishthan chakra

This can happen by avoiding sexual intercourse, viewing porn, and also with imperfect tantric sex. Therefore, with proper yogasadhana, this pressure should be kept rising up the spinal column. If there is a headache or pressure in the brain with its reaching to the brain, then this pressure should be carried up to the Anahata Chakra only in the aforesaid manner.

Kundalini could be well connected with humanity through Islam religion

The real purpose of denial of idolatry was to increase the love of man towards man

Islam could have been the religion of humanity. This is because in Islam it is only asked to meditate on Allah, not on the idol etc. Yet idol worship and other Hindu traditions have their own separate scientific philosophy, which cannot be ignored. Likewise, there are other religions too. Advaita or non duality is meditated on its own with the attention on Allah. With this the Kundalini settles in the mind itself. It is natural then that in the form of Kundalini, only a human will be remembered, not an idol or an animal. The same image of the beloved man then becomes Kundalini. It increases human love. But due to bigotry, this humanity is destroyed again. Now the one who will fall in love, if he is killed because of bigotry, then how that love. Therefore, due to the fear of this possible violence, no real love can be made with a human being. Real Islam will come only when there is a complete stop on bigotry and violence. This happens in the Kundalini tantra. In it, the living guru or deity etc. is loved. Kundalini of his form settles in the mind.

Many religions peacefully oppose Hindu Sanatan traditions

There are many religions even in India, which do not follow many of the eternal traditions of Hindus. This is their own point of view and there is no objection as well, as they do not impose such leftist beliefs on anyone. Islam also has the right to follow its own tradition, without violating the religious freedom of others. But Islam becomes staunch and violent to get its recognition. A forest that is not diverse seems like a desert.

The inclusion of violence in Islam was a compulsion of the Middle Ages

At the time of the creation of Islam, violence was emphasized in it. This seems to be because the people of that time were too illiterate and wild. It was almost impossible to explain to them. दोस्तों, अभी हाल ही में फ्रांस के पेरिस और ऑस्ट्रिया के विएना में इस्लाम के नाम पर जो आतंकवादी घटनाएं हुईं, वे बहुत दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण हैं। और अभी एक घटना और आ गई कि पाकिस्तान में एक चौकीदार ने धर्म के नाम पर अपने बैंक मैनेजर की हत्या कर दी और वहाँ उसका इस काम के लिए गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया गया। साथ में, करतारपुर में स्थित सिखों के प्रमुख गुरुद्वारे का प्रबंधन सिखों से वापिस लेकर आईएसआई को दे दिया है। दुनिया जानती है कि पाकिस्तान की खुफिया एजेंसी आईएसआई इस्लामिक आतंकवादियों के संगठनों को चलाती है।पाकिस्तान, अफगानिस्तान और बांग्लादेश में अनगिनत मंदिर तोड़ दिए गए हैं, और प्राचीन नक्काशियां लुप्तप्राय कर दी गई हैं। वहाँ पर आए दिन अल्पसंख्यकों पर अत्याचार होते ही रहते हैं। भारत ऐसी घटनाओं का सदियों से भुक्तभोगी रहा है। आज हम इस तथ्य की विवेचना करेंगे कि इस्लाम कैसे कुंडलिनी को मानवता के साथ जोड़ने वाला धर्म बन सकता था, पर अपनी एकमात्र गलती कट्टरता के कारण चूक गया।

मूर्ति-पूजा के खंडन का असली मकसद इंसान का इंसान के प्रति प्रेम बढ़ाना था

इस्लाम मानवता का धर्म हो सकता था। ऐसा इसलिए, क्योंकि इस्लाम में केवल अल्लाह का ध्यान करने को कहा गया है, किसी मूर्ति वगैरह का ध्यान नहीं। फिर भी मूर्ति पूजा औऱ अन्य हिन्दू परम्पराओं का अपना अलग वैज्ञानिक दर्शन है, जिसकी अवहेलना नहीं की जा सकती। इसी तरह अन्य धर्मों का भी है। अल्लाह के ध्यान से अद्वैत का ध्यान खुद ही हो जाता है। उससे मन में कुंडलिनी स्वयं ही बस जाती है। स्वाभाविक है कि कुंडलिनी के रूप में किसी मनुष्य का ही स्मरण होगा, किसी मूर्ति या जानवर का नहीं। प्रियतम मनुष्य की वही छवि फिर कुंडलिनी बन जाती है। उससे मानवतापूर्ण प्रेम बढ़ता है। परंतु कट्टरता के कारण इस मानवता पर पानी फिर जाता है। अब जिससे प्रेम होगा, यदि कट्टरता के कारण उसे मारा गया, तो कैसा प्रेम। इसलिए इसी संभावित हिंसा के भय से किसी मनुष्य से असली प्रेम हो ही नहीं पाता। असली इस्लाम तो तब आएगा, जब उसमें कट्टरता और हिंसा पर पूर्ण विराम लगेगा। ऐसा कुंडलिनी तंत्र में होता है। उसमें जीवित गुरु या देवता आदि से प्रेम किया जाता है। उन्हीं के रूप की कुंडलिनी मन में बस जाती है। 

बहुत से धर्म शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से हिन्दू सनातन परम्पराओं का विरोध करते हैं

भारत में भी ऐसे बहुत से धर्म हैं, जो हिंदुओं की बहुत सी सनातन परम्पराओं को नहीं मानते। यह उनका अपना दृष्टिकोण है और उसमें कोई आपत्ति भी नहीं है, क्योंकि वे ऐसी वामपंथी मान्यता किसी के ऊपर थोपते नहीं हैं। इस्लाम को भी अपनी निजी परम्परा पर चलने का पूरा अधिकार है, औरों की धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता का हनन किए बगैर। पर इस्लाम अपनी मान्यता मनवाने के लिए कट्टर और हिंसक बन जाता है। जो वन विविधतापूर्ण न हो, वह सूना-सूना सा लगता है।

इस्लाम में हिंसा को शामिल करना मध्य युग की मजबूरी थी

इस्लाम के निर्माण के समय उसमें हिंसा पर जोर दिया गया। ऐसा इसलिए लगता है क्योंकि उस समय के लोग अनपढ़ और जंगली होते थे। उन्हें समझाना लगभग असंभव सा ही होता था। समझाने के लिए शिक्षा के साधन भी आज की तरह नहीं थे। इसलिए भय को बनाना जरूरी था, क्योंकि भय की लहर खुद ही बहुत दूर तक फैल जाती है, शिक्षा के कट्टरतापूर्ण साधन के रूप में। खासकर अरब देशों में तो ऐसा ही था। भारत जैसे सभ्य और अनुकूल परिवेश वाले देश में तो प्रारम्भ से ही शिक्षा और समझ का बोलबाला था। अरब से धार्मिक कट्टरता और हिंसा की प्रथा को मुस्लिम आक्रमणकारी भारत में लेकर आए। आज के आधुनिक संसार में भी वह सदियों पुरानी परंपरा वैसी ही बनी हुई है। उसको संशोधित करना जरूरी है। समाज सुधार की तरह समय के साथ धर्म सुधार भी होता रहना चाहिए। इस्लाम को छोड़कर सभी धर्मों में सुधार हुए हैं। मुसलमानों को मिलकर यह बात समझनी चाहिए, और दूसरे धार्मिक समुदायों के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर आधुनिकता के साथ आगे बढ़ते रहना चाहिए।

कुंडलिनी वाहक के रूप में हजार फनों वाला शेषनाग

दोस्तों, लम्बी पोस्ट लिखने की प्रतीक्षा में अपने छोटे अनुभवों को लिखने का मौका भी नहीं मिलता। इसलिए मैंने सोचा है कि कुंडलिनी से संबंधित इधर-उधर के छोटे-मोटे विचार ही लिखा करूंगा। इससे कुंडलिनी से लगातार जुड़ाव बना रहेगा, जो आध्यात्मिक उन्नति के लिए बहुत जरूरी है। वैसे भी व्यस्त जीवन में एकसाथ लंबी पोस्ट लिखना संभव भी नहीं है।

मस्तिष्क के दबाव को नीचे उतारने से कुंडलिनी भी नीचे उतर जाती है

जैसे ही अपनी वर्तमान स्थिति को देहपुरुष की तरह अद्वैतमयी समझा जाता है, वैसे ही मस्तिष्क में कुंडलिनी प्रकट हो जाती है। उससे मस्तिष्क में एक दबाव सा पैदा हो जाता है। उस दबाव को नीचे उतारने के लिए जीभ को तालु के साथ दबा कर रखा जाता है, और कुछ न बोलते हुए मुँह बंद रखा जाता है। साथ में कुंडलिनी ऊर्जा के नीचे उतरने का चिंतन किया जाता है। ऐसा चिंतन भी किया जाता है कि दिमाग का दबाव फ्रंट चैनल से नीचे उतर रहा है। उससे दिमाग हल्का हो जाता है, और दबाव के साथ कुंडलिनी भी नीचे उतर कर किसी उपयुक्त चक्र पर बैठ जाती है। वह फिर दिमाग से लगातार आ रहे दबाव से उत्तरोत्तर चमकती रहती है। उसी दबाव को प्राण भी कहते हैं। दिमाग के खाली या हल्का हो जाने पर मूलाधार चक्र से कुंडलिनी ऊर्जा बैक चैनल से दिमाग तक चढ़ जाती है। पहले की पोस्ट में कहे गए मानसिक आघात से भी ऐसा ही होता है। मानसिक आघात से दिमाग पूरा खाली जैसा हो जाता है, और कुंडलिनी शक्ति पूरे वेग से पीठ में ऊपर चढ़ जाती है, अर्थात सुषुम्ना खुल जाती है। तांत्रिक मदिरापान से भी कई बार ऐसा ही होता है। उससे भी दिमाग खाली जैसा हो जाता है। इस तरह से कुण्डलिनी लूप पूरा हो जाता है, और कुंडलिनी चक्रवत घूमती रहती है। इसे माइक्रोकोस्मिक ऑर्बिट भी कहते हैं। इससे यौन कामुकता का आवेग भी शांत हो जाता है, क्योंकि उसकी एनर्जी कुंडलिनी को लग जाती है। स्त्री में भी पूर्णतः ऐसा ही होता है। जैसा कि पुरानी पोस्ट में बताया गया है कि उनका वज्र तुलनात्मक रूप से लघु परिमाण वाला होता है, जो शरीर-कमल के कुछ अंदर समाहित होता है। यह तंत्र साधना की एक प्रमुख तकनीक है।

शेषनाग का बीच वाला फन सबसे लंबा है

पुरानी पोस्ट में भी मैंने बताया था कि शेषनाग को वज्र से लेकर रीढ़ की हड्डी से होते हुए मस्तिष्क तक लिटाने पर वज्र-संवेदना आसानी से सहस्रार तक पहुंच जाती है। उसका मुख्य लक्षण है, एकदम से वज्र का संकुचित हो जाना। उससे पीठ के केंद्र में संवेदना की सरसराहट सी महसूस होती है। पूरे नाग का एकसाथ ध्यान करना पड़ता है। वास्तव में, संवेदना में चाल का और स्थान बदलने का गुण होता है। शेषनाग के एक हजार फन हैं, जो पूरे मस्तिष्क को कवर करते हैं। उसका केंद्रीय फन सबसे मोटा और लम्बा दिखाया जाता है। वही केंद्रीय फन सर्वाधिक क्रियाशील प्रकार का है। इससे कुंडलिनी उसी में चलती है। वास्तव में संवेदना/कुंडलिनी की सेंटरिंग के लिए ऐसा किया गया है। इससे कुंडलिनी पूरी तरह से सेंट्रल लाइन में चलती है। वह केंद्रीय फन नीचे झुक कर भौंहों के बीच में स्थित आज्ञा चक्र को भी चूमता रहता है। इससे कुंडलिनी आज्ञा चक्र में पहुंच कर वहाँ दबाव के साथ आनन्द पैदा करती है। कई बार कुंडलिनी सीधी आज्ञा चक्र तक पहुंच जाती है। वैसे भी, हठयोग की एक मुख्य नाड़ी, वज्र नाड़ी को आज्ञा चक्र तक जाने वाली बताया गया है। आज्ञा चक्र से कुंडलिनी जीभ से होते हुए सबसे अच्छी तरह से नीचे उतरती है। सिर को और पीठ को इधर-उधर हिलाने से शेषनाग भी इधर-उधर हिलता-डुलता प्रतीत होना चाहिए। उससे और अधिक कुंडलिनी-लाभ मिलता है।

चित्र में ऐसा ही दिखाया गया है। वास्तव में हमारा शरीर भी एक सूक्ष्म क्षीर सागर ही है। इस शरीर में 70 % से अधिक पानी है, जो चारों ओर फैला हुआ है। वह पानी खीर के दूध की तरह ही पौष्टिक है। उसी शरीर के दुधिया पानी के बीच में उपरोक्त शेषनाग अपने फन उठाकर बैठा है। आदमी का सिर उसके एक हजार फनों के रूप में है।

कुंडलिनी के लिए सेंटरिंग क्यों जरूरी है

दोस्तों, हरेक वस्तु की एनर्जी उसके केंद्र में होती है। इसे सेंटर ऑफ मास या सेंटर ऑफ ग्रेविटी भी कहते हैं। इसी तरह शरीर की एनर्जी उसकी केंद्रीय रेखा पर सर्वाधिक होती है। इसीलिए कुंडलिनी को उस रेखा पर घुमाया जाता है, ताकि वह अधिक से अधिक शक्ति प्राप्त कर सके। मुझे पूरे सूर्य में कुंडलिनी का ध्यान करना मुश्किल लग रहा था। पर जब मैंने सूर्य की सतही केंद्रीय रेखा पर ध्यान लगाया, तो वह आसानी से व मजबूती से लग गया। इन सभी बातों से पता चलता है कि कुंडलिनी का मनोविज्ञान भी भौतिक विज्ञान की तरह ही प्रमाणित सिद्ध होता है।

Kundalini carrier in the form of thousand hooded divine serpent

Friends, I do not get a chance to write my short experiences waiting to write long posts.  That is why I have thought that I will write only small thoughts about Kundalini.  This will keep a constant connection with Kundalini, which is very important for spiritual progress.  Anyway, in busy life it is not possible to write long posts together.

Kundalini also comes down by lowering the pressure of the brain

Kundalini appears in the brain as soon as one’s own present condition is considered as nondual like that of the Dehpurusha/body-man.  This creates a bit of pressure in the brain.  To bring down that pressure, the tongue is pressed with the palate, and the mouth is kept closed while not speaking.  Simultaneously, the thinking of descending Kundalini energy is done.  It is also thought that the pressure of the brain is descending through the front channel.  With this, the mind becomes light, and along with pressure the Kundalini also comes down and sits on a suitable chakra.  She then glows progressively due to the constant pressure coming from the brain.  The same pressure is also called Prana.  When the mind becomes empty or light, the Kundalini energy from the Muladhara Chakra ascends through the back channel to the brain.  The same thing happens with the mental trauma or emotional shock as stated in earlier posts.  Due to mental trauma, the mind becomes completely empty, and the Kundalini Shakti ascends in the back at full speed, that is, the sushumna channel, the most important Kundalini channel in the spinal cord opens.  The same thing happens many times with tantric alcohol use.  Even with that, the mind becomes empty.  In this way, the Kundalini loop is completed, and the Kundalini cycle starts.  It is also called microcosmic orbit.  It also calms the impulse of sexual lust, because its energy is absorbed by Kundalini.  This is also completely the case in a woman. As mentioned in the old post, their vajra is of comparatively small dimension, which is contained little bit inside body lotus. This is a major technique of Tantra.

Sheshnag’s middle hood is the longest

Even in the old post, I had told that when the Sheshnag is laid from the vajra to the brain through the spine, the sensation of vajra easily reaches Sahasrara.  Its main symptom is the shrinking of the vajra.  It gives a feeling of sensation in the center of the back.  The whole serpent is to be meditated together.  In fact, sensation has the property of movement and displacement. Sheshnag has  thousand hoods, which cover the entire brain.  Its central hood is shown to be thickest and longest. This central one is the most working type hood. That’s why kundalini runs in this hood. Actually, this has been done for the centering of sensation / Kundalini.  This makes the Kundalini run entirely in the central line.  Serpent also bends down his central hood and kisses the agya chakra located between the eyebrows.  With this, Kundalini reaches the agya chakra and creates joy with pressure there.  Many times, the Kundalini reaches the agya chakra directly.  Anyway, Vajra Nadi, one of the main nadis of Hatha Yoga, is described as going up to the agya chakra. The Kundalini descends best through the tongue from the agya chakra. One by moving his head and back here and there, the Sheshnag should also appear to be moving here and there.  This provides even more Kundalini-benefits.

Sheshnag is depicted in the Kshira Ocean / milky ocean, and its one thousand hoods are spread over the head of Lord Vishnu

The same has been shown in the post image above. In fact, our body is also a subtle ocean. This body has more than 70% water, which is spread all around. That water is as nutritious as kheer (a milk-rice-sugar dish) milk. The above Sheshnag is sitting in the midst of the milky water of the same body with its hoods erected up. The head of a man is in the form of his thousand heads. Sahasra means thousand in Sanskrit.

Why Centering is Important for Kundalini

Friends, every thing has its energy at its center. It is also called Center of Mass or Center of Gravity. Similarly, the energy of the body is highest on its central line. That is why the Kundalini is rotated on that line, so that it can get maximum power. I found it difficult to meditate on Kundalini in full sun. But when I meditated on the superficial central line of the Sun, it became easy and strong. All these things show that Kundalini’s psychology also proves to be just like physical science.

Kundalini motivated Tantric Bhairav Nath to insult Mata Vaishno Devi

Friends, there is a legend at the origin of Vaishno Devi, the holy pilgrimage center for Hindus, that Tantric Bhairav Nath had run after the girl Vaishno.  He wanted to achieve his liberation through her (most probably through tantric sexual yoga).  He wanted to do this by awakening his Kundalini. Kanya (Maiden) Vaishno could not understand his good intentions and became Kali (black mother) in anger and started killing her. Then Bhairava came to know of her divinity and he apologized to her.  Vaishno also came to know about his good intentions.  She probably regrets that she inadvertently attempted to kill a supernatural tantric.  That is why she gave him the boon of liberation and also said that without the visit to temple of Bhairav, there will be no fruit of visit to my temple.  This theme also appears to be symbolic or metaphoric.  Mata Vaishno did not actually kill Bhairava.  To truly attain salvation one has to become void.  You have to lose everything.  Bhairav also had to become a zero for liberation.  This zero is also called asamprajnata samadhi, which leads to enlightenment.  This is said to be the death of Bhairava. Due to Bhairava’s attachment to the beautiful form of Vaishno mata in his mind, he developed spiritually and reached the highest level of his liberation, surpassing the level of asamprajnata samadhi and enlightenment. therefore it is said in the story that Vaishno beheaded Bhairava.

In other way, it may be that he had received tantric inspiration from the short company of the goddess mother.  With that he got the Kundalini awakening with the help of his real tantric consort (tantric girlfriend), which led to his radical transformation.  This is said to be he killed by goddess mother.

Thirdly, the killing of Bhairav Baba by Goddess Mother can also be a metaphor of this theory that using sexual tantra for material prosperity gives material progress but does not give liberation, that one has to die.

Nevertheless, despite good intentions, Baba Bhairav had acted against the rules of Tantra.  Tantra never allows an attacking attitude.  One has to behave like a decent and detached monk or a naive child.  Voluntarily made tantric companions have to be revered, and even worshiped, like a deity.  Both have to treat each other as equals.  Tantric guru’s mediation is also necessary.

The premarital affair appears to be a distorted form of the above story of Vaishno-Bhairava

We said distorted form because in most of the cases, the love affair between the boy and the girl is not for Kundalini awakening.  That is, that love affair is not of a tantric type.  In tantra, it is forbidden to have physical relations with one’s daughter or wife.  Therefore, in order to maintain a premarital or extramarital affair, it is necessary to avoid physical relations.  It also benefits a man by promoting deep tantric practice by him with his real tantric lover or spouse as he being fully satisfied with them. By the way, the main function of Tantric love is to create physical attraction, so that the immovable picture of the lover can remain as Kundalini in one’s mind continuously. This attraction can also arise from simply seeing each other joyfully, speech, working or behaving together in life, gestures, laughter, jokes and outings etc.  In fact, physical attraction arising from this go together is stronger and more durable than physical attraction arising out of direct physical relationship. Also, keeping physical relationship with more than one partner isn’t good for community health and community relationships. So as far as possible, it should be restricted to single partner only.

Vaishno Kanya was doing penance for her husband Parmeshwar (pati parmeshwar)or God

The combination of power of three goddesses viz. Saraswati, Lakshmi and Parvati resulted in the birth of Vaishno.  She wanted to have God as her husband.  In fact, all humans have come from God, and want to have the same.  Its metaphoric meaning is that a woman with a tantra is looking for a perfect husband (God-like).  If she cannot find such a husband, then she also makes her ordinary husband a god.

Premarital affair can also be life-threatening, while soulmate is the safest

This is probably what happened to famous Bollywood  film actor Sushant Singh Rajput recently.  Probably, he had become very attached and passionate about his love affair.  In such a situation, if the girlfriend does not give the right guidance, then it can prove fatal for the lover.  Soulmates (super fast friends) save from this situation.  Soulmate is a lover’s girlfriend or vice versa who has a lot of attraction towards him, though he never gets to meet her.  That means there is no attachment to that attraction.  A person sees his form or his reflection in his soulmate.  Soulmates take each other towards the Enlightenment.
