Kundalini Yoga shows the body never dies, sometimes it is visible, sometimes not visible, however it exists always there in the form of experience

Happy Holi to all friends

Friends, in the previous post I was telling how the mobility of the mind is like the flight of a kite. Pranayama is like giving controlled motion to the string of a kite, so that the kite-like mind can fly smoothly and create bliss in the form of self-development. I even feel that the pleasure that comes during sexual play is largely contributed by the complete opening of the naked body. In that both the food body and the vital body are together close to the highest manifestation. Many people say that real love comes from the mind, not from the body. What is all of this about. How can one directly reach the innermost dungeon without crossing the outer ones? When a girl’s body is lightly touched sexually, of course indirectly or mentally, then the Annamaya Kosha of the girl gets activated. You get a good chance on Holi, don’t miss it. Haha. She feels for the first time the deepest identity of her body. She starts becoming more and more active bodily day by day. There is redness and a smile on her face. This activates her pranamaya kosha too. After getting the power available from Prana, her mind runs a lot in colors. She enjoys lucid dreams. In dreams she travels to different worlds and other worlds. With this her mental body also becomes active. Because due to sexual attraction, her attention remains on her body and soul all the time, therefore her vigyanmaya kosha itself also remains active. Naturally, with this the blissful body will also remain active. It’s all like a chain reaction. This is love. This blissful kosha remains active for a long time. After it is completely opened, only the soul remains to be attained. That too is found after marriage in Tantric Kundalini Yoga based Sambhogyoga. Not that this happens only with women. The same happens with men too. I think that seeing the graceful gesture of a woman, the body and mind of a man starts jumping to have a physical relationship with her, that is the activation of his soul or prana or kundalini. It is a different matter that someone makes good use of that life force, while someone misuses it. Some use it in spiritual development, some in physical development, and some in a balanced way in both.

Let the kite of the mind fly for a while, don’t take it off completely. Have a slight slant to the feeling that it is connected. Then after a while the kite itself will land comfortably. There will be no shock. There will be fun too. After landing, let it go back as per its wish. It will come back itself. If the kite is going up violently, and you pull it down forcefully, either the kite may tear, or the thread may break. Both will be weak, and there will be pressure on them. The same happens with the mind by forcing it.

Whenever there is a feeling of tiredness, pressure or headache in the mind, at that time Kapalbhati-like breathing takes place on its own. Meditation is done on the breath coming out of it, due to which the Kundalini descends. Means the exhaling breath is like pulling down the thread, due to which the kite flying in the form of mind comes down, and avoids being torn by the strong storm in the form of mental fatigue.

Not only in the light of thoughts, but also in the darkness of their absence, the experience is related to the body only, because some or the other activity of the brain remains in it as well. Even after death, the particular self form that the soul experiences is also attached to the body, because it is created by the body. It means that the body never dies. Sometimes it is visible, sometimes it is not visible, it is always there, in the form of experience.

Kundalini Yoga as a Spiritual Science Machine

The mental body that’s manomaya sharir is also the man himself. He would not have been anyone else. That body would be very detailed. When it is experienced as one’s own self, then it begins to wane, and takes the form of the Kundalini image. There is also a feeling of emptiness, lightness and joy. Similarly, knowledge or gyana is actually of the soul. But Vigyan means special knowledge, ‘vi’ meaning special or vishesh in Sanskrit, it’s that when the mind means the mental body is also connected with the soul. The mind is a special form of the soul. That’s why when the knowledge of the mind is done in the form of special knowledge of the soul, then this is the Vijnanamaya Kosha. Knowledge of the mind in the form of an ordinary and alien object is Manomaya Kosha. But when it is understood as one’s own form, then it is the Vijnanamaya Kosha. This is also our part or body attached to the main body, but it seems as if it is spread out in infinite directions and distances. Actually human being is like a flying kite. The mind is the flying colored paper, the feeling of its being attached to the body is the string, and the physical body is catching that string. As long as the string is there, the kite is safe, otherwise it will go astray and get destroyed. At one place I read written on the dashboard of the bus that the mind is like a parachute, it works well only when it is open. Perhaps this is the same what it means. In the scriptures, it has been said that instead of considering the mind as a visible or seen form, it has to be understood as a seer or own form. Witnessing is also the same, it is a simple and easy way of doing this. Even when the soul observes the mind being itself as a silent witness, the meditative image of the mind begins to manifest itself. This also proves that the mind is a special form of the soul, that means the mind is the form of vigyan. The mind exists only as long as it is considered external or alien. When it is understood as one’s own self, then it starts to dim. Self possessions are always undermined and other’s possessions seem better. Importance is for external or other things, not for one’s own thing or self. The mind is not destroyed in this self form, rather it becomes insignificant and slows down. This creates joy. The Kundalini image gets the extra power that the mind had taken in the earlier wandering state. This adds to the joy, because the Kundalini image remains for a long time and without any philosophical effort on the part of the man, it removes the extra fat from the wandering mind and sucks it, due to which the joy remains for a long time or even permanently in the far reached Kundalini Yogis. The light attitude of the mind is of Sattva guna. That’s why the mind-mixed darkness that arises due to the weakening of the mind is called satoguni avidya, as explained in the previous post. This is why there is joy in it. This is the blissful treasure. On the contrary, the complete destruction of the mind is tamogun, and when the mind is in full swing, and it seems to be real, it is rajogun. The darkness of ignorance associated with these is Tamoguni ignorance and Rajoguni ignorance respectively. In the first stage there is sorrow and in the second stage there is happiness, not joy or bliss. Happiness and sadness live with each other. Bliss is beyond happiness and sorrow, and always remains the same. Bliss can also be called a mixed form of happiness and sorrow, because in this both mind and darkness live together in equal balance. In Rajogun, the mind is very bright, with which there is no darkness at all, hence it is happiness. When the mind gets tired and sits down, then it becomes completely lifeless, due to which darkness envelops the brain. This is sadness. This is also the extreme mode of ignorance. The cycle of happiness and sorrow continues, due to which the soul is not purified. I did not know such a deep analysis of it at the time of my initial book, although such a practical experience was definitely there. In that I have written it in such a way that happiness arises only from non-attachment. What has been said is correct. With non-attachment the mind moves slowly. By the way, attachment is only towards others, not towards oneself. That’s why by considering the mind as the soul, non-attachment automatically arises. I had given there many examples of the principle of detachment. For example, pleasure is not derived directly from alcohol but from slowing down of the mind with it, which is a sign of non-attachment and sattva guna. Similarly, bliss is born not directly from meat-eating, but from non-attachment born of dispassion born of mortal intelligence towards the life arising from it. Many such examples were given. This effect is also created by Kundalini Yoga. Non-attachment that’s Advaita and Kundalini live together. That’s why with Kundaliniyoga, happiness arises when the Kundalini image stays in the mind. Therefore, Kundaliniyoga is like a metaphysical machine or technique or trick, which automatically creates its effect, avoiding the philosophical mess of detachment. I give my own example of this. I had done some developmental work by spending enough money. But due to some invariable reasons some of them were left out and some got lost. I regretted it and didn’t too, because walking is life. When a man keeps looking outside, then he is not satisfied with what he has. His own joy also vanishes from it. I started feeling disturbed. I learned Kundalini Yoga from somewhere and thought everything would be fine. Yoga returned my lost happiness, that too with interest. I also made a lot of spiritual progress. At that time its basic psychological principle was not known, but today it seems well known to me. Kundalini is a miraculous mental meditation image, which benefits in every way like an automatic machine. What happened that Kundalini took away the power of my lost mind. Due to this, my Manomaya Kosha changed with Kundalini to Vigyanmay Kosha. Vigyanmaya Kosh was transformed into Anandamaya Kosh. Due to the said developmental worldliness, my three primary koshas had developed a lot. By the way, with the help of Advaita, I was also developing Vigyanmaya Kosh and Anandamaya Kosh little bit along with them, but the rocket speed of the last two koshas was achieved only by Kundalini Yoga, due to which the so-called minor glimpse of Kundalini awakening was also received.

Kundalini Yoga opens anandamaya kosha with all Koshas of body simultaneously

According to the scriptures, the name of our gross body is Annamaya Kosha, which ends with death. The group of five air that’s pranas and five organs of action located in the body is called pranamaya kosha. The group of the five sense organs along with mind has been called Manomaya Kosha. The group of five sense organs containing intelligence is called Vigyanmaya Kosha. The innermost and subtlest sheath is the anandamaya kosha, it is governed by satvaguni avidya that’s light-dominated or existence-dominated darkness. But the soul is untouched by all these. Let’s analyze it a bit. The gross body means the food sheath that’s annamaya kosha is visible to everyone. Karmendriyas that’s action senses have been included in Pranamaya Kosha because first of all the clear effect of Prana is visible on the action senses only. During Kundalini Yoga, when Prana is concentrated on a particular chakra, there is a contraction-like movement there along with rapid, blissful and satisfying breathing, and the karmendriyas associated with it get power. That’s why the breath moves fast due to exercise, sports, running and heavy work, due to which the flow of prana to the physical senses increases. Mental work does not cause such breath, so it is kept in Manomaya Kosha. There is no breathlessness while watching or listening to television. There is no breathlessness even after smelling and tasting any food or even touching it. That is why the skin, eyes, ears, nose and tongue have been placed in the five sense organs. That means they are knowledge oriented rather than action oriented. Although littlebit karma is also done through them. Genital organs have also been kept in Karmendriya, because by its use also the breath becomes inflated. The anal sense has also been placed along with the action-oriented organs. The five sense organs are kept with the mind in the Manomaya Kosha because the mind becomes active through the experience of sensations through them. Seeing beautiful scenery or listening to beautiful music brings beautiful thoughts to the mind. Thoughts can be called common knowledge. Special knowledge is born only with the help of intelligence. Like many ordinary thoughts come in the showroom of the car. When a man decides to buy a car wisely, then the thoughts related to his purchase are more powerful, effective, practical and action-motivating. “Vi” means special, so “vigyan” means special knowledge. This creates joy. Who doesn’t enjoy being the owner of a car. It is felt from the blissful sheath that’s anandmaya kosha. Actually bliss is felt in the soul without waves. The powerfully expressed waves of vigyan and karma leave a powerful imprint on the subtle body. That impression has been called above as “sattva guni avidya“. That means, you can call the act of buying a car virtuous, because this work is done comfortably, with joy, with satisfaction, with hope, with humanity and courtesy. That’s why the impression it makes on the subtle body as ignorance i.e. special darkness is also the same type. For a limited time only, this impression has more influence than the rest of the infinite subtle body, because this impression is fresh, later it dissolves in the innumerable impressions present in the subtle body. With this it becomes ordinary like them. That’s why the pleasure derived from materiality does not last forever. For another example, imagine that you are sitting in a beautiful resort after arriving in a beautiful car with your family and a good relative. Sunbathing in a comfortable chair outside on the lawn. There is pure water for drinking on a round glass table in front. And even for food and drink, it is available on order. Your family is happily walking nearby. Children are playing in the park in front. There is a swimming pool in front. You are languishing by taking long and slow breaths. You will feel great joy in the darkness of your soul. Although it is like the ordinary darkness called avidya, but it will be full of bliss unlike other ordinary darknesses. This is because this darkness will be full of being and existence of one’s own. This is Sattvaguni darkness. Means all the facilities that increase power or existence that’s Satta in Sanskrit are available in front of you, but you are enjoying the bliss of ignorance. There is also a limit to the enjoyment of man’s comforts. After getting tired of it, happiness comes only from Sattvaguni Avidya. In fact, the source of happiness is Sattva Guni Avidya only, not directly the pleasures. Avidya means negation of Vidya or knowledge. That’s why it is the darkness of ignorance. Let me give you another example of sattvaguni avidya. Suppose you are at such a place, from where a plain starts on one side. The mountain range is visible on the other side in front of you. You will enjoy more in that mixed plain area than in the pure plain area, because the inaccessible and difficult mountain in front will make you feel more existential power relatively than the real one as that’s felt in pure plain area. Anandpur is one such place. Probably because of this special joy, it has got this name. The famous Gurdwara Anandpur Sahib of Sikhism is located here. The darkness that arises with anger, fear, lack, anxiety, etc., in contrast to sattvaguni avidya, does not bring joy. In these, the darkness of ignorance is against self existence. The same darkness is felt in different ways in different circumstances. This is interesting psychology. One step deeper than the Anandamaya Kosha is the Absolute Pure Self or soul. There is no word like bliss associated with it, because it is indescribable, above bliss. Most of the people are fascinated by the Bliss or Anand of Anandamaya Kosha as pure soul, and do not make special efforts for self-awakening. There is no impression of the gross world on a pure soul. That’s why it is fully luminous in its original form. Actually the word light or luminosity is also worldly, the soul is beyond this. That is why the soul has been called the most unaffected, that is, untouched.

All the koshas or treasures are best opened in turn and in sequence, as if the security fences of a palace are crossed. Eating and drinking in childhood develops and opens the Annamaya Kosh. By playing sports, exercising and learning various works, the Pranamaya Kosha develops and opens. Then after reaching the higher classes of secondary school level, one opens Manomaya Kosh by taking education of complex and special subjects. By taking technical and practical education at the college or university level, he opens the vigyanmaya kosha. Then he starts earning money while doing job or business, and with the help of Vigyanmaya Kosha opens Anandamaya Kosh. By developing that too completely, he tries to reach the soul by getting himself attracted towards Tantrik Kundalini Yoga.

With Kundalini Yoga, all the koshas can also be opened together. Yogasana and Pranayama induce hunger, and the body remains healthy. This keeps the Annamaya Kosh open. Pranayama keeps the Pranamaya Kosha open. When the Pranamaya Kosha opens, it causes Manomaya Kosha to open. Then with Kundalini meditation on the chakras, the Vigyanmaya Kosh opens. When the Vigyanmay Kosh opens, the Blissful anandmaya Kosha automatically opens. In the end, when the Kundalini is awakened, man reaches the ultimate soul as well.

Let me show you an easy way to cross the treasure of bliss. Sit comfortably on a chair in the sun. Looking at the whole body, meditate on it. This will open the Annamaya Kosh. Relax and de-stress the mind by meditating on Nidra Devi and chanting the word sleep mentally. Deep breath will come. Focus on that. Slow and deep breaths will start. That will open the Pranamaya Kosh. It will awaken other thoughts along with old memories in the mind. This will open the Manomaya Kosh. Then by making a determination with the intellect, keeping witnessing on those thoughts, continue to meditate on the body, on the breath and on the sleep. This will awaken the vigyanmaya kosha. In a short, the thoughts will merge into the soul. This will make feel like a darkness of thoughtlessness in the mind. This will be called sattvaguni avidya. This is because it was deliberately created from auspicious sattva guna. This isn’t Rajoguni avidya that’s born out of fighting or daily struggle of life. Nor was it born from Tamoguna that’s born from intoxication, overconsumption of flash etc. By feeling bliss from Sattva-Guni darkness, the Anandamaya Kosha will also open. In about an hour this complete meditation will be done. If a person continues to practice Tantric Kundalini Yoga for about one or two hours beyond the Anandamaya Kosh is open, then the Kundalini will continue to move towards the soul in the form of awakening.

Death is an unchanging truth. But dying is an art for some, while it is luck for others. Some die with happiness and joy through satoguni avidya, while some have to die with great sorrow and pain by being forced by rajoguni and tamoguni avidya.

Kundalini Yoga dhyana having Vipassana i.e. witnessing meditation as an important component

Kapalbhati Pranayama is very useful for Vipassana Sadhana

In the last post, I was also telling about Vipassana. According to my experience Kapalbhati Pranayama also helps a lot in Vipassana. Only the breath has to be pushed out. Let go as you go inside. Don’t let yourself get tired. Be relaxed. The colorful thoughts that are arising, let them arise. Whatever old memories are coming, let them come. They themselves will merge into the void form soul. Actually this happens because with appearance of thoughts in one’s mind without the help of any material things, man comes to know that they are unreal and as subtle as the sky, but coming in contact with the material world, they become true and gross by illusion. This is also the principle of Vipassana. That is why it has been repeatedly said in the scriptures that the world is unreal. Probably it is written for Vipassana, because when Vipassana makes the world seem unreal, then knowing the world as unreal will lead to Vipassana itself. Vipassana is more obvious with Kapalbhati Pranayama because even in our busy daily routine we breathe in such rapid and jerky ways as kapalbhati. As soon as a thought comes, one feels that the appetite for breath increases, and the inward breath also feels deep, sweet, flavored and satisfying. If the thought is not repressed forcefully, then it becomes a chain of thoughts by joining one by one further and further, and almost all the mind comes out of the pitcher, which is said in the previous post story that hundreds or thousands of sons have been born from one pitcher. The thought picture that is already lightly imprinted emerges less. The meaning is clear that garbage gets accumulated in the mind only because of attachment-filled behavior. To bring it out with vipassana again and again means to clean the garbage. Just like the solidified dirt in a pan has to be washed out again and again, in the same way the thought with attachment has to be removed again and again.

One should live like a wanderer, because Vipassana practice becomes stronger by coming in contact with new places and people

Looking at that colorful program of previous post, new and old thoughts were overflowing in my mind with witnessing and joy, and were merging in the void form soul. Means Vipassana meditation was happening by itself. In fact, that area itself became a Vipassana area for me. This happens when an old and unknown relationship is associated with a place, which is similar to one’s home area, but the people there remain neutral towards the new man considering him as a stranger and an outsider. They are not able to protest him because they also feel affinity with the new person. Due to this, man’s power itself keeps being spent in Vipassana by staying away from the unnecessary hassle of worldliness and relationships. The gods of our village used to be our old kings. They were also our ancestors in a way. With them our forefathers came from the old state to the new state. In the new princely state, king built his house at a place from where he could see the hill of his old princely state directly and at all times. Most of the doors and windows of his house were also made by him in the direction of the same hill. When his temple was built there after his death, even then its door was placed in the same direction. Similarly my grandmother used to tell that a recluse Sadhu Baba used to live in her village, who loved her like a daughter. My grandmother’s village was near the top of a high mountain. The mountain was very high, and the surrounding mountains were no match for it. His main purpose in coming to the peak of that mountain was to remain in constant sight of his old village situated near its base, so that the spiritual practice could be done properly, and the memory of the old house would not become a hindrance in the spiritual practice. In fact, unfortunately, all the members of his family had passed away gradually due to various calamities. Due to this, a lot of wealth was also gifted to death. In response to this, he was completely detached from the fascination of the world. The same spiritual psychology works in the case of personal relationships as well. If one’s this kind of affinity towards a person creates attraction towards him, but if he remains neutral towards him or ignores him considering him as an outsider and a foreigner, then Vipassana starts happening on its own. I do not hesitate to say that this second type of personal relationship Vipassana had a great deal to do with my experience of awakening in my sleep.

Hindu classical stories have two forms together, nature protector in physical form and psychological or spiritual in subtle form

We were also talking about the fact that the full enjoyment of reading these stories comes when along with their puzzle-like physical form, their real psychological meaning is also understood. One can easily say that superstition grows from these stories. But those who believed in them did not follow much of their real or physical form, although by having unwavering faith in them, they maintained their divinity and transcendence. They were understood as sacred and otherworldly stories, not worldly and physical. By the way, these stories are not too inhuman. It is said to worship the river Ganges, not to pollute it. This awakens love for nature. Anyway, the Nadi especially the Sushumna Nadi flows like a river ganga. By meditating on the river ganga, it is possible that the attention itself goes towards the sushumna nadi. Meaning whatever the stories are, they are beneficial in both ways, preserving nature in physical form, and upliftment in the form of spiritual metaphor. In some rare cases, it may even appear to be in the disinterest of humanity, as some sentences of Manu Smriti are accused of. But in response to the allegation, mostly their spiritual or transcendental meaning is applied, not physical. We have not seen anyone following them in our life, we have only seen allegations leveled against them. It is quite possible that those sentences were not in the original text and were later added under the conspiracy. On the contrary, in some other religions, I see most of the people walking exactly on the same mystical stories, in their perverted physical form. They do not even allow spiritual analysis and revelation of those stories, and do not spare those who forcefully do so. Examples like Jihad, unnecessary killing of infidels, forced conversions are in front of everyone today. We had written a post in which the similarity between the Holy Spirit and Kundalini was shown. Two or four people started denying that post, even denying any scientific logic. A gentleman started telling that the work of the devil or demon or or Satan or enemy. He did not understand that it was an attempt to create friendship and equality among different religions. He was considering the tantra shown in this website as occult or ghostly practice. We should be open minded without prejudice in any subject. More importance has been given to scientific thinking and rationality than others in Hindu philosophy, and less to maintain superstition by force, as far as I understand. By the way, some or the other shortcomings are found everywhere. Together he told me that I identify myself with some religion etc. Since I am a Hindu, why should I not identify with my Hindu religion? All religions have their own specialties. The world appears to be full of colors and beautiful with different religions, although the humanity religion essentially inculcated in them is the same for all. But still I keep my independent views, and I don’t believe in what I think is wrong or superstitious. Almost every post of mine has a scientific and humane explanation of one or the other Hindu belief. What can be a more direct proof of the liberal and all-religion thinking of my religion than this. Once I had met a scholar and philosopher teacher on WhatsApp, who was teaching Hindi language. I told him how westerners are taking more interest in yoga than the local Hindus here. So he wrote that they do not have sanskars. Sanskar means cultural tradition passed on from generations. Now I understand his point that how due to lack of culture, a man can suddenly go against the tradition, which he is following wholeheartedly. Rituals keep a man connected to tradition.

Kundalini energy is able to enter Sushumna easily only after it is captured by Ida and Pingala channels

Friends, in the previous to previous post I was telling how the river Ganga descended. King Sagar’s sixty thousand sons are the symbol of thousands of desires. Saagar or ocean means world, Sagar means man drowned in ocean means body. Every living soul is the king of his body that’s the whole world actually. The whole world exists in this body. The word Sagar is derived from the word Saagar. It is said that a pot-like figure was born from the womb of King Sagar’s wife. There were sixty thousand children like ants in it. They came out and grew and in course of time became sixty thousand perfect human beings. The brain is also like a pitcher, in which thousands of very subtle desires reside. Through the senses, they come out and create many bizarre creations and feelings, which means they become like a fully developed human being. What is human, only a state of feeling. Countless states of feelings means countless humans. Similarly, hundred Kaurav sons were born to Queen Gandhari. Maybe there is a similar secret hidden behind it too. It is about the days of the early classes of primary school. There was a Hindi poem, ‘Kaurav Sau The Pandav Panch, children of real brothers; Pandavas were the protectors of Veer Dharam, Kauravas were proud of their wealth”. I would try to explain to all the children in the class that it is impossible for one to have a hundred or sau sons, so instead of ‘sau’ the word is ‘so’, meaning ‘that’s’, but all the children would say that Guruji had said ‘hundred’. I told them that they had made a mistake in listening to him. When I read the poem in my own way as the teacher asked, he corrected me. I was surprised but he did not give any scientific reason for it, nor did I dare to ask. There was such a deep belief in such stories, although it was not that someone would start trying to give birth to a hundred sons in reality. However, such stories can also contribute in increasing the population. In such stories, there has been a practice of showing mental image or thought in the form of a son in the scriptures. It’s spiritually scientific too because the semen that produce a son can also produce an energized or awakened thought. Maybe if we understood their secrets, they would not keep that psychological suspense in our mind, which keeps on motivating the man to move forward.

Spiritual and psychological benefits of nasal vision like an effective and clear nose

Second, we were raising the issue of how the shakti of Muladhara keeps on burning the garbage of the subconscious mind. By meditating on the nose, in any place of stress and fatigue, there is profound peace and one experiences the bliss of Advaita. Visuals begin to emerge with witnessing in the mind, so that it seems that the garbage of the mind is being cleared. Breathing seems improving. This happens because it activates the energy channel in the central line, in which the energy from Swadhishthana and Muladhara starts flowing upwards through the back and flows in a circular loop. One day I went to a nearby school on an invitation to see the annual prize distribution ceremony. There the children were presenting a very nice colorful program. During that time, I felt all these psychological benefits by occasionally squinting towards my nose. Along with this, I was also concentrating on the air touching inside the nose while breathing. Had a fresh shave from the barber, and have a face scrub done, which made the mustache look bigger and clearer. Probably it was also drawing attention towards the nose. It is possible that the practice of keeping mustache has been made in view of this spiritual benefit. It seems that this dominated nose and the above mentioned psychological benefits with it are behind the attractiveness and sexy look of a man with a big nose. Anyway, a person paying attention to the nose looks beautiful, introverted, shying, spiritual and satisfied with himself. Probably that’s why many proverbs have been made on the nose, such as lighting a candle on nose, take care of your nose, keep your nose high, save your nose, don’t let your nose get cut, don’t poke your nose in my work etc. etc. I also think that by fixing Doordarshan that’s tv on the wall at eye level or even a little lower, it is more enjoyable to watch it, because while watching it, the eye remains on the nose as well. Nose may be less or not at all visible when it’s fixed higher up and along with it comes pain in the neck as well. Some experts even say that the upper edge of Doordarshan should be in line with the eyes, like the computer monitor. Along with this, I used to get a kind of peace even by mentally pronouncing sleep. While sleep pronounced in the mind, the breath, especially the exhaled breath, is longer, this proves that the energy descends through the front channel with exhalation. While doing pranayama, holding the nose with a finger and thumb and keeping sensitive pressure on the agya chakra point with the tip of second finger of the same hand, I feel the energy getting centralized. I feel my body being recharged with energy by pressing the Ajna Chakra with one hand finger and the Swadhishthana Chakra together with second hand finger. This tantric technique seems strange, but it is of great use. Let the breath move and stop as per its wish, let the energy run as per its wish, in Ida or Pingla or wherever it or you wish. Eventually it will automatically come into the central Sushumna channel, because its two corner points are pressed with the fingers, due to which the blissful sensation of pressure generated by them pushes the Shakti itself into the Sushumna and it starts revolving in a circle. Due to this, sufficient power easily reaches the part of the body where it is needed. For example the tired heart, of course it is in the left side of the upper body. Likewise the tired legs. Actually the energy moves in between those two corner points of the nadi, it can take any path. The preferred path is the one with the least obstruction. Naturally, the path with the least shakti remaining will be the one with the least resistance, because it will attract more shakti to itself, and will allow it to go further after getting enough of it. Many times while doing Yogasana, when the pressure in the brain increases due to stopping the breath, then the point of agya chakra is not pressed, only a slight observation remains on the nose. Due to this, the pressure of the brain decreases enough and goes towards the lower chakras. Actually Sushumna does not come under control directly. It has to be controlled through Ida and Pingala and pushed into Sushumna from there. That’s why you must have seen that many people apply Urdhvatripund on their forehead. In this, the two edge lines represent Ida and Pingala respectively, and the middle line represents Sushumna. It is just like a child does not sit down to study straight away, but starts studying after playing a little. Although the shakti in Sushumna does not stay for long, it lasts only for a few moments. Although it is felt in Ida and Pingala also for a short time, but it remains for a longer time than Sushumna. Just like a child studies for less time, and sports for more time. Moreover, one day I was watching some youth of a Hindu organization on Doordarshan means tv. There were long tilaks on their forehead. Some have a thin line and some have a wide one. While viewing one of the widest, longest and brightest tilak lines, my energy started moving very nicely in the Sushumna, and I felt very relaxed. I was taking advantage of seeing that Tilak again and again. Of course it looked ridiculous and odd like that big Tilak. Practical spirituality and Advaita were also visible in his eyes and gait. With other tilaks too I was getting power, but not that much. The brightness of spirituality on their faces was also not that much. In real life even the person who applies Tilak donates Kundalini benefits indirectly to other people when they look at his Tilak. This means that the power of satsang means good company can also be found through Doordarshan. Amazing spiritual science, man.

Kundalini helped by good company and sanskara or culture or rite or sacrament

Friends, I was talking about sacraments or sanskara in the previous post. The more a person delivers the message of good promise or good deed or good conduct to people, the stronger his sanskar becomes on the mind. For this sanskar building, people write blogs, write articles, promote, organize paid or free camps, organize small and big functions, etc. The more crowd he gets, the more successful he is considered. These activities sometimes cost a lot, sometimes they are done cheaply. Many times it would have been done free of cost by the grace of elders and guru people. In this case, I narrate the incident that happened to me related to awakening. In college time, I got a chance to write an article in a magazine by the grace of the teachers. I wrote two or three articles and gave it away, which fortunately got printed on one page. Those articles were related to general physiological philosophy, humanity, religion, love, patriotism, karma yoga, tantra and poetry. I got a new identity from that. It instilled such a deep impression on my mind that I became very active and started making quadruple progress day and night. I feel that after many years of material development, when that seed of sanskar became a tree full of seeds, only then I got a second glimpse of awakening, due to which the creation of the philosophy of body science was completed in the form of a book, many others too. Many books were written, and Kundalini blog writing was also successful to a great extent. Meaning that first I have lived a lot of books in my practical life, later I have brought that life in the form of books and blogs. Not that I was born, and sat down to write. It is an imitation. Real writing is that in which one sees his life coming down on paper. At that time my sexual hormone levels were very high, as is the case with everyone at that age. But I feel that it was too much in me and spiritually special because of the first glimpse of awakening and activated Kundalini thereby. Perhaps this is the reason why the good sanskar has become so firmly established, which seemed desperate to be associated with me throughout my life. I also feel that after the first glimpse of awakening, my old conflict-like childhood had suddenly collapsed in my mind. It cleared my mind like a child, like a new blackboard without writing. Like a child, my transformation was going on, due to which my mind became very receptive like him. That’s why that auspicious ritual created such a positive and everlasting activity in my mind that it later showed me another glimpse of awakening. That is why it is said that children should be given good values. This makes it clear why a cultured teacher who instills good values in children has been given so much importance in the society. First of all, the first teacher is the mother. The effect of the sacraments given by her is the most stable in mind. That is why it is said, ‘ramante tatra devatah, narayasyatra pujyante, means gods live there, where women are revered. Shivaji Maharaj had started receiving rituals from mother Jijabai right from birth (say that from the womb itself), due to which he could protect Sanatan Dharma from the invading Mughals. The effect of samskaras remains on the mind for many births. I had heard and read a thing long ago. An 80 year old woman from Russia started school. When asked how that study would be useful to her, she replied that it would be useful in her next life. Means she was studying for the next birth. She may not have said this by study, but on the basis of her experience and inference etc., because I feel the theoretical dominance of reincarnation is there in Hindu religion only. A healthy society is built from a healthy mind. Healthy mind is made of healthy habits. Healthy habits are formed by a healthy education system. There is a proverb in Hindi, the mouth of a thorn is sharp from the beginning. This means that the personality of any person is known in his childhood itself. That’s why this proverb also shows the importance of rituals.

The above example also implies that it is not necessary that one should rely only on large and expensive ceremonies for the formation of samskaras. However, there remain the best practices in the society with these. The Sanskrit mantras that are uttered every morning also form the sacraments. The power of those mantras is that they create sanskars by having a deep effect on the subconscious mind. Kundalini power is also derived from Sanskrit mantras because while singing them, the breath becomes long, deep, slow and regular. They are in sync with the breath. Some part of the mantra is sung with a long deep breath going in, and some part with a long deep breath going out. In most of the cases, it is sung only with the exhaled breath. Only the attention is paid to the deep breath going in. By concentrating on the breath, more Kundalini-Advaita benefits are obtained. This makes the ritual stronger. Detached meditation on breath and mantra-words would lead to the emergence of non-duality and witnessing. Speaking Chalisa etc. also provide benefits from this psychological principle. By the way, everyone gets some benefit by singing a song. This is the spiritual psychology of singing. When I used to go to my maternal grandmother’s house in my childhood, my maternal grandfather used to call me and my two almost age maternal uncles again and again and reminded me of many such early morning mantras, which I still remember. Vedic Sanskrit creating a universal generosity that depicts real secularism, I will tell you that in this mantra. Saha navavatu sah nau bhunaktou sah viryam karavavahai, Tejasvinavadhitamstu ma vidvishavahai. It means protect us together, means we all protect each other, we all eat together means no one goes hungry or everyone gets employment, we all use force together means we all help each other. The knowledge acquired by us should be full of light of practicality, that means not just bookish, we should not hate each other. This is a very powerful mantra, and if not more then at least it must be recited every morning. When spoken by singing, it sounds more attractive and effective. In this the word ‘Ma’ is particularly influential. Although its meaning is ‘no’, but it also creates the effect of maan i.e. mother on the mind. Due to this the mind becomes naive and receptive like a child. Therefore, while singing, the word Ma should be given elongation and gravity. The famous Indian slogan, ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’ is also this mantra in simple words. There is no doubt that this is an attempt to inculcate good values in the people of the country, which will surely bear fruit in time. Amazing psychology is hidden in Sanskrit mantras. If these are studied deeply, many mystical powers can be found. Being a Vedic mantra, its Sanskrit grammar and meaning is not very clear. Vedic mantras are like this. There is suspense in them. This is so that, of course, it is not understood in the gross, but with its special pronunciation and word formation, it leaves a deep subtle impression on the mind, which is far more powerful than the gross understanding. There is a lot of power in suspense too. Due to this man makes the horse of thoughts run fast, and can easily achieve many destinations. That’s why movies full of suspense are very popular. The above mentioned articles written by me were also full of suspense, that is why many people got so much power from them as I believe. I got it, but I think there are many others too who read it. Those were having double meaning. Two meanings emerged from them, both material and spiritual, civilized and uncivilized, religious and irreligious, sarcastic and serious, critical and analytical. Sometimes vulgarity was seen in them and sometimes tantric psychology. Such was the tinge of the philosophy of physiology with them that all of these contradictory expressions were also visible in them, and together nothing was visible. Everything seemed like a silent sky. That’s why they appeared to me liked by all kinds of people. Also, there was some virtual thrill in them. I feel that the stories of Puranas are very effective because they are full of suspense and thrill. Why did the movie Bahubali become so popular? There was suspense in it from the beginning, which ended at the end of the second part of the film. Thrill was also very much in it and of a virtual or mythological kind. Similarly, there is another mantra, ‘Karagre vasate lakshmi—-‘ etc. It appears pauranik mantra so having clear grammar. Opposed to it, Vedic mantras are like speaking in tongue, that’s why very powerful. It is said after waking up in the morning and looking at the palm. This reminds physiological philosophy, because it creates the experience of the whole universe in the hand, that is, in the body. Many people blame others for their rude conduct. But in reality the fault lies in the lack of good values in them. It is a different matter that the whole society is responsible to some extent for the lack of good values. For not inculcating good values, sometimes the blame is placed on the parents, sometimes on the teachers and sometimes on the family members, friends, relatives etc. and other close acquaintances. However, man himself is also responsible for his sanskars. It is the sanskars of a man’s past lives that decide what kind of sanskars he will receive. That’s why you must have seen that sometimes a person born in a very bad family also becomes a great Mahatma. Actually he does not get attracted towards bad sanskars in his present life because of good sanskars of previous birth, but he runs towards good sanskars, even if they are outside the family. similarly, a man in a well behaved family can go corrupt. There is a lot of meaning in this small saying, ‘Where there are the seeds of acacia sown, how from there one gets mangoes’.

Importance of Sanskars for Kundalini

Material achievements can be achieved even in a short period of time. But it takes a very long time to attain Kundalini. In most of the cases, even a whole life falls short and it takes many births. Who knows the address of the next birth, where to go, how to go. Therefore, efforts should be made that Kundalini be attained in this one human life. This can be possible only through rituals. If one starts giving him Kundalini rites from birth itself, and this process is continued throughout the life, then only this seems possible to happen. This also happened in the ancient Indian Hindu tradition. This is not a false boast. There used to be a temple at every step. Spiritual festivals and fairs used to take place. Spirituality was associated with every activity. People had faith in astrology. Vedic rituals dominated all around. Varnashrama Dharma ie. scientific division of society existed in its best form. Sixteen sacraments were performed for each person. All this was for Kundalini only. All this is Kundalini science, spiritual psychology. When elders used to impart sanskars, then the impression of their personality became deep on the mind of the children. With this, the child grew up to live two lives together, both his own and that of his ancestor. For example, suppose a person gives Kundalini rites to his grandson. By this a good feeling should be created in the grandson’s mind towards his grandfather. Due to this unknowingly, the grandson starts getting the benefit of the life experiences of the grandfather. Meaning that the grandfather is living second life as a grandson without dying, that is, the age of the grandfather has doubled, and the grandson gets twice the age of the grandfather along with his age. With this, the age of the grandson will be considered as three times, that is, 300 years. Now understand that the grandson has done Kundalini yoga continuously for 300 years. With so much time of meditation, it is very possible that he may get Kundalini awakening. The grandson’s real life is only one hundred years old, but he is getting the benefit of three hundred years due to the rituals. This is the reason why confusion arises in the matter of time counting as described in Hindu scriptures. Somebody’s age is said to be 300, some 500 or some thousands of years. Similarly, some do penance for hundreds of years and some for thousands of years. Actually it is not the actual age or time, but it is the benefit of such age or time being received due to the rituals. In the above example, similarly the grandfather lives two ages together, one for himself and one for his grandson. Even if he dies of old age, he still gets the benefit of both the ages of the previous birth in the next life, because of the sanskars. Sharing life with each other is possible only through sacraments or good company. In Hindu spirituality, the Guru tradition is also meant to increase the sanskaras. If one’s guru tradition is going on from 10 gurus, then the sacramental age of the present guru will be considered as 1000 years. Meaning he will get the benefit of 1000 years long Kundalini Yogasadhana automatically. This will happen because every guru has been giving his whole life to his disciple i.e. future guru in the form of sacraments, so that the sanskars keep on increasing. Similarly, if one’s lineage has been going on for 10 generations, then the sacramental age of the person of his present generation will be considered as 1000 years. The more emotional and loving relationship there is with each other, the more will be the benefit of the sacraments. If a family has been living a spiritual way of life continuously for ten generations, then the member of its present tenth generation will be understood to have been living a spiritual way of life continuously for a thousand years, without dying. This means that the more ancient the way of life or tradition, the more is the force of the sacraments in it. In this sense, the Hindu or Vedic tradition is the most powerful, because it is the oldest. If I am decoding Shiva purana then it may mean that I’m getting the sanskara of its author sage little or more through lineage. Sanskars are hidden in the tradition, so we should not allow the tradition to become extinct. Even if it is to be molded according to the age, then its original form should not be tampered with. The famous Chinese philosopher Confucius says that bring newness in such a way that oldness also survives. A man cut by tradition becomes directionless like a kite cut from a string. However, today we find all ancient traditions strange like the above Vedic tradition or way of life. This is because today they have become distorted, not in their original form. Today it has become a pretense or a sham. Today they do not have power. Today we have become very idealistic, due to which we have forgotten our original culture. It is as if the story goes in the Shiva Purana that Lord Vishnu created Buddhist-Jain type monks with shaved heads in order to misguide the Tripurasars named godly demons. They started preaching their illusory religion by preaching pseudo non-violence etc., things against Shivling, Vedas, Yagyas and animal sacrifices given in them. Due to this, the women became sluts. Due to which everyone became powerless. Those monks used to tie a cloth like mask on the mouth, and walked very slowly, so that no ant etc. creature could be harmed. By leaving Shivling worship, everyone turned away from the tantra. Knowing them to be powerless, the gods, knowing a good chance, got those Tripurasars killed by Shiva. Then those Mundi or shaved people went to Lord Narayan and said that your work is done, now you tell where we should go. Narayan instructed them to go to the desert and said that in Kali Yuga or black age, come out and spread in the world. In today’s Kali Yuga, this seems to be true. I will reveal this story in the next post.

The above points prove that Kundalini without sacraments is rare. There is no need to associate the word auspiciousness with sanskars, because it itself means auspicious sanskars. Special words can be added to describe special rites, such as physical rites, rites of cleanliness, etc. Since Kundalini is got through spiritual rites, therefore, in this Kundalini-related website, the meaning of sanskar will be understood as spiritual rites, which is a type of auspicious rites. Bad or inauspicious has to be associated with word  ‘bad’. It can be understood that Kundalini Yoga or other spiritual activities cannot be done easily by the child, but the sanskar can be instilled in him. No one will even know when this seed of sanskar will become a great tree in due course of time. Sanskar is formed by company or good company. Company itself means good company. That is why good company has great glory in spirituality. With the slightest company, countless people, even other living beings, have crossed the ocean of the universe. The scriptures are full of such examples. For example, a crow used to eat prasad or food offering offered at the temple. Due to the influence of company or sanskar, he became a monk in the next birth and became liberated. Any living being or man became spiritually liberated by staying in the company of a monk’s hut, etc. In Vrindavan garden of Lord Krishna, even the flowers and plants got salvation through the company of Lord Krishna. All this is a miracle of sanskar or company. Everything happens itself without doing anything. Like the sacrament, the meaning of company is also understood here to be auspicious or spiritual company. Basically there is no difference between good company and sanskar.

Kundalini awakening as the peak point reached, then the order of the universe’s development stops, and after some period of stability, the process of holocaust or Pralaya starts

Friends, I wrote in the previous post that Srishti or creation development is only for Kundalini development, and with Kundalini awakening, Srishti development completes and thereafter stops. Today we will discuss what happens after that. Actually, the event of holocaust also happens inside our body, not outside.

Description of Holocaust or Pralaya in Hindu Puranas

According to the Hindu Puranas, there are catastrophes when four eras have passed. The first era is Satyuga, the second era is Dwapara, the third is Treta, and the last age is Kali Yuga. There is a gradual decline of human beings in these ages. Satyuga has been described as the best and Kali Yuga as the worst. The order in which the creation of the world happens, in the same order, the holocaust also takes place. The five elements dissolve in the sense organs. The senses merge into the Tanmātras or subtle experiences. Panchatnamatras merge in ego. The ego merges in mahattattva or intellect. In the end, the mahattattva merges into nature. At the end of the disaster, nature also merge into God.

The four ages are in the form of the four stages of human life and the four ashramas

The childhood of man can be called the Satyuga. In this man would be free from all mental and physical disorders. He is as true as the deity. Then comes adolescence. It can be named Dwapara. In this, some disorder starts in the mind. The third stage is maturity age, in which a man becomes greatly depressed by the mess of worldliness. The last stage is that of old age. It is like Kali Yuga, in which darkness prevails due to distortion of mind and body. Similarly, the four ashrams or residencies of human life are also in the form of four yugas. Brahmacharya ashram can be called Satyuga, householder’s residency is Dwaparyuga, Vanaprastha is Tretayuga and Sannyasam Ashram is Kaliyuga. In fact the states are being matched from outside by looking at the Holocaust. In any state of body, a man can be at any higher level of mind.

Human death is depicted as a holocaust

As we clarified in the previous post that man can never know the world outside his mind. His world is limited to his mind. This means that then worldly creation and holocaust are also in the mind. This mental world is described in the Puranas. We fall into deception and understand it in the physical world outside. After Kundalini awakening or mental maturity, man’s attachment is not in the outside world. He lives with advaita bhava or non duality and detachment. We can call this the stability of the universe after its complete development. Then in the last days of his life, the process of holocaust starts in him. Due to weakness, he leaves the work of worldliness and keeps busy with the maintenance of his body. In a way we can say that the Panchamahabhutas or five elements merge into the senses. Then over time his senses also start to diminish. Due to weakness, his focus shifts from the senses to the inner mind. He cannot drink water with his hand. Others feed him with water in his mouth. He feels the juices of waters. Nearby attendants feed him food by putting food in his mouth. He feels the taste and smell of food. Families bathe him with their hands. He feels the touch of water. Others show him various pictures etc. He realizes their beauty. Others tell him Katha Kirtan or godly stories. He rejoices to feel their sweet and knowledge-filled voice. In a way, the senses merge into the Panchathanmatras or five subtle inner experiences. Even with the growing weakness, the man also has difficulty in experiencing the Panchatnamatras. Then his beloved brothers call him by name. This causes the flow of a little energy inside him, and he starts to enjoy himself. We can say that the Panchatnamatras merged in ego. With the further increase of weakness, the ego’s sense in him also starts to wane. He does not achieve agility even when called by name. With his intellect, he starts analyzing about his condition inside, it’s cause, it’s remedy and future outcome. In a way, the ego merges into the mahattattva or intelligence. After that, there is no energy to think even in the intellect. Man becomes like a lifeless. In that state he either goes into a coma or dies. We shall call this as mahattattva merging into nature. As mentioned in the previous post, at that stage all the gunas fall into equilibrium. Neither do they increase, nor decrease. They remain the same. In fact, it is the thoughtful brain that provides waves to increase and decrease the gunas of nature. It is a simple matter that when the brain itself is dead, then what will give the shock of thoughts to the gunas. Ignorant people go as far as nature. These types of people keep coming back and forth as birth and death again and again. The Enlightened one may goe one step further. They leave nature and merge into Purusha or God. All the gunas of nature cease there, and man becomes a form of light. There is no rebirth from there. This can be called as extreme holocaust or atyantik Pralaya.

Kundalini resides in Sahasrara Chakra while Kundalini Shakti resides in Muladhara Chakra

Friends, confusion is often seen in the world about the difference between Kundalini and Kundalini Shakti. Many people consider Kundalini as Kundalini Shakti, and many others consider Kundalini Shakti as Kundalini. Today we will discuss this empirically.

Muladhara Chakra is the original abode of Kundalini Shakti, while the original abode of Kundalini is Sahasrara

Shakti is produced in the base chakra. She goes to Sahasrar and confirms Kundalini. From this it seems that Kundalini is being born in Muladhara. From Sahasrara the energy descends through the agya chakra, and spreads to all the chakras of the body. This gives the impression that Kundalini is rotating on all the chakras. Actually that energy is rotating. Shakti is also called Prana or Pranashakti. If there was a Kundalini on the chakras, it would be awake there too. But Kundalini awakens in Sahasrara only.

Brain is the place of experience in the body, no other place

If there is itching in the skin of any part of the body, it is felt in the brain. Although it seems to us that there is a sensation of itch in the itchy area. The same happens with Kundalini. Even if we meditate on the Kundalini on any chakra, it will be felt in the brain. But it seems that there is a Kundalini on the chakra. If the brain is made unconscious by medicine etc., there will be no sensation or meditation on the chakras of the body. Similarly, when the sushumna channel is experienced in the form of a bright streak in the back, then that feeling is also happening in the brain itself.

Descending from the brain through the front channel, Prana also brings down the virtual picture of Kundalini

This is proved by the fact that when the Kundalini is meditated in the brain, and when the prana is brought down from the brain by attaching the tongue to the palate, the Kundalini also descends with it and penetrates all the chakras and reaches the base chakra. As energy revolves, Kundalini’s picture is constantly being made in the brain, but its experience is on different chakras. Similarly, ascending from the back, the prana seems to be carrying the Kundalini back up. Although Kundalini is only in the brain. This means that when Prana drives Kundalini with him, then Kundalini also drives Pran with her, because the two are interlinked. In Tantric Hatha Yoga, Prana is made as a handle for Kundalini, while in Raja Yoga, Kundalini is made as the handle for Prana. Both methods are used in mixed yoga, so it is most effective.

When the various thoughts of the brain come down with prana, they become Kundalini

This happens because the yogi has a habit of contemplating Kundalini. Therefore Kundalini thought is most loved. That is why we say to the dear person that he is a piece of my heart. The mother refers to her womb for her son. When the prana is centered on a chakra, then there is very little prana left in the brain for thoughts. In such a low state of prana, Kundalini picture can only be made, because with the practice of daily yoga, the brain has a habit of making it easily and with less life energy. Similarly, at the time of yoga practice, when the mind is thoughtless, only the Kundalini is exposed to the energy that is offered to the Sahasrara from the base chakra. This is because Kundalini does not need to be thought carefully. She keeps herself on the meditation screen by daily practice. Similarly, during yoga practice, even when the breath is full of life, only the Kundalini is confirmed. This is because only the Kundalini picture can shine the fastest, taking the most of those breaths. It is only through daily Kundalini practice.

The place of cognition is the Sahasrara Chakra, that is why it is said that the soul resides in Sahasrara

I felt Kundalini awakening in my whole brain. It seemed that every particle of the brain was vibrating or awake. Although Kundalini was being felt in the upper most part of the brain. It is also called the crown Chakra. When the feeling of awakening ended, Kundalini was felt in the agya chakra. The awakening begins with Sahasrara because the prana shakti that rises above Muladhara directly enters Sahasrara and brightens the Kundalini there. It is possible that the experience is only in the Sahasrara Chakra, and the feeling in other brain centers has come from Sahasrara itself. Although my guess is against scientific experiments, in which many centers of cognition have been reported in the brain. By the way, medical science has not yet solved the puzzle of chakras and nadis. Similarly, just like the agya chakra and lower chakras, the sensations felt at all points of the brain and body are referenced. Sahasrara is the original place of sensations. Just after awakening in Sahasrara, Kundalini comes on the agya chakra. This shows that the lower chakra is of lower energy level than the chakra above it. This means that different levels of prana in Sahasrara are expressed as different chakras. The energy level is at the top most level during awakening. The sensation of awakening ceases as the energy level falls below a certain threshold. Even at that time, Kundalini would have been in Sahasrara itself, but she seems to be in the agya or ajna chakra. This happens because life force has descended from Sahasrar to the ajna chakra. If Kundalini had not walked with life force or prana, she would have felt on any chakra immediately after awakening. After that, as the prana goes down, Kundalini is also felt going down with it. It is like when a person has severe pain in a limb, he feels it in Sahasrara, and the man says that his head is being torn. This has also led to a saying that “there was so much pain that the peak (choti) stood”. Actually the hair braid is tied near Sahasrara. Minor pain is felt localized only in the local area of the affected limb. If the teeth are uprooted without numbness, there is a very severe pain in Sahasrara. The man says that there can be no greater pain or experience than that. Even after the experience of Kundalini awakening, a man says that there can be no greater experience than this. In fact, Kundalini Jagran is the greatest realization in the world. If there is any, it is enlightenment or God. In it there is full feeling of advaita and bliss. Advaita and joy are felt even after the tooth is uprooted, but not in full. It also shows that the place of cognition is Sahasrara itself. Many yogis have talked about the similarity between the feeling of awakening and the pain of tooth extraction. I too once felt the highest level of pain to remove such a tooth. The numbing medicine did not show its effect. It made me feel like my brain was bursting, because the whole prana of my body had entered Sahasrara in pursuit of pain. After that I remembered the enlightenment that had happened 3 years ago, because that stage was as spiritual as that. That stage seemed to be a state of Prana rising. In this, the whole prana is centered in Sahasrara. I have described this in an old post. Probably the destruction of sin through sorrow or pain is caused by this yoga feeling. This also confirms that yoga reduces the burden of sins. Now the experience of Kundalini cannot be produced like the experience of pain. If this were the case, the man would have felt the Kundalini carefully by guided hitting of his external organs. Although Kundalini also accompanies prana in brain but most of prana is consumed by pain as described below. Kundalini can only be meditated in the brain. It is difficult for the common man to do so. Therefore Prana is used as the handle of Kundalini. Prana is offered up to Sahasrara by Tantric Hatha Yoga. From there, Kundalini herself appears and keeps on strengthening. This shows that Hatha Yoga is more scientific, practical and easier than Raja Yoga. By the way, mixed use of both of them I found more effective.According to the above, when Prana reaches Sahasrara with pain, Kundalini also starts to be experienced with it. But much Kundalini benefit is not obtained, because most of the prana is eaten by the feeling of pain. However, in many places the sensation of touch is used for Kundalini. For example, the experience of mutual touch of the tongue and palate causes the Kundalini and Prana to descend from the brain, and move down the front channel.According to the above, just as the pictures made in Sahasrara seem to be made on the chakras, in the same way pictures of the sun, river, mountains etc. made in the outer world are also being made in Sahasrara, but their feeling is far outside. This trick is learned by the brain during gradual development. If everything felt inside, organism would not have run out, and would not have developed. The faster the feeling, the more it clings to the soul. It is also called samadhi. Such a sharp feeling occurs only in Sahasrara. That is why man never forgets sexual lover. In fact, the feeling along with prana  rising from the Muladhar Chakra is directly seated in Sahasrara and strengthens the feeling and accompanied image of the lover there. This is why many people becomes mad in love and renunciate like a sage.Due to this universality of Sahasrar Chakra, it has been given a form with thousand petals. This means that it is linked to every point of the body. Other chakras have two, three or four petals, meaning that they are connected to only a few chakras around. I have described this in an old post.According to Shiva Purana, Kundalini is Shiva, and Shiva is Kundalini. This is because it has been asked there to meditate on Shiva. Accordingly, Shiva resides in Sahasrar. Shakti keeps climbing above the Muladhar Chakra to meet him. When Shakti’s impulse rises above a certain threshold, her orgasmic union with Shiva reaches the peak level. This completes the union of Shiva and Shakti, which manifests as Kundalini awakening.

Mixed Yoga is the most effective, to confirm this statement I give an example of what happened to me. I was in a state of prana rising at that time. Was doing yoga practice every day. One day, because of my suddenly meeting old friend, I remembered Kundalini fastly. I got lost in it. Suddenly my prana also got up from the base and climbed through back to the brain to support that Kundalini. This awakened her. Its detailed description is on the homepage of this website. Prana was able to climb up because I was practicing tantric hatha yoga every day, and I had a habit of making climbing up of prana. If it was not a habit, Kundalini would have been remembered in the mind fast but she would not have awakened, because she would not have the prana energy of muladhar chakra. The real life force that cause awakening resides in the Muladhar Chakra. This also confirms the aforementioned statement that Prana pursues Kundalini, and where Kundalini goes, Prana goes there too. You can call the remembrance of Kundalini as Raja Yoga, and to uplift the prana from the base chakra is called Hatha Yoga. This proves that all types of yoga work together, and all are different parts of the single Mahayoga.

Kundalini’s brightness is reduced for a man by his horoscope, by which the darkness of sin dominates and shows its bad effect

Friends, recently I faced some unfortunate incidents. To prevent such incidents, my acquaintance got my horoscope tested by many types of astrologers. Views of Some astrologers were taken online and offline by few others. Everyone called my planetary condition very bad. I was immediately weighed with grains to be donated to poor. Hanuman Chalisa, Durga Raksha Stotra, and Gajendra Moksha Stotra were advised to be read. I was advised to recite Mahamrityunjaya mantras. In this post I will share my Kundalini-related experiences and psychological principles related to these things.

Kundalini starts to slow down when bad times come

Even after doing regular yoga, the Kundalini of my mind was slowing down. I could not understand the reason for that. Although this used to happen to me long ago too, I could not remember the reason for that. At that time also I used to fall under the shadow of bad luck.

Kundalini starts shining through religious acts, which do all kinds of well-being

In fact all religious acts benefit only through Kundalini. Kundalini is absolutely confirmed by them. That Kundalini then engages in the goodness of man in every way. It is Kundalini who saves man from disasters. While being weighed in either pan on the beam scale, I realized that my sins or say that the burden of the mind had come down from my shoulder with the grain kept on the other pan. It made me lighter and became like a very empty space inside me. Filling that empty space, my Kundalini began to flicker. I felt feel good by that and after that I started enjoying Kundalini all the time. All other spiritual qualities related to Kundalini also reappeared in me. It also improved my life. I also felt my Kundalini getting strengthened by fasting, chanting etc. To satisfy particular planets, special religious acts are told, because they are the ones that highlight Kundalini the most.

The celestial bodies affect the Kundalini, because both are bright

Sins appear as a darkened burden to the mind. They try to suppress Kundalini. Similarly, the bad planet condition also shows its influence by suppressing Kundalini. With the suppression of Kundalini, old sins are manifested as a burden of the mind. For a man, bad planet Dasha or condition means that the brightness of the planets is reduced for him. It also reduces the brightness of Kundalini. Those who do not have Kundalini in their mind, the planets show their influence by affecting the brightness of their normal mindset.

How do planets make their impact

We can understand this with a simple example. The Sun is considered to be the largest and brightest planet, and its effect is also most visible. On a bright sunny day, the mind is filled with joy and feel food. On the day when the sun’s light is covered with clouds, there is a shadow of depression in the mind. Other planets show similar effects, which are understood through astrology. Just as radio signals are everywhere, but they are received only by those applying proper tuning; Similarly, the brightness of the planets is everywhere, but only a man with proper horoscope-condition gets it. This is similar to how many people are not able to enjoy even the sunlight. This is because they have not tuned with the sun and its light. Perhaps to create this tuning, there is a religious tradition of offering arghya or holy water to the sun in the morning. Similarly, Navagraha Poojan or worshipping nine planets leads to tuning with all those planets.

Astrology can provide additional support during the Corona period

In the cases of diseases that are curable, no one talks about spiritual psychology. Everyone wants to adopt easy shortcuts for success, of course it is not sustainable. But in Corona, it can provide special benefit, because there is no cure for it. When the burden of the mind is reduced, it is natural that the immunity of the body will increase, which will help in fighting the corona. It has already been proved by scientific experiments that meditation of the Kundalini increases the immunity of the body.

Astrology is a complete science in itself, which requires intensive scientific research

I did a lot of search on Google to find some simplified websites in the name of demystifying astrology etc., but I could not find one. Scholarly readers related to astrology are expected to take initiative in this field and take astrology to the common people with complete ease.

Kundalini awakening with emotional shock

Friends, it is believed that emotional shock also leads to Kundalini awakening.  If Kundalini yoga is already being done, then it becomes more effective.  Today I will tell my latest experience related to this.

Meet on WhatsApp after 27 years

After senior secondary school education, many classmates met for the first time on WhatsApp after 27 years.  That looked good. There was greenery emerging on old feelings.  It was during that class that my Kundalini developed the fastest.  Another name of Kundalini is also Love.  It is simple that I had a good loving relationship with all the members of the group.  I started the group, although most of the members’ entry was done by an experienced she member.  Some days the group did well.  To understand the psychology of Kundalini, I wanted to know in detail about an emotional she member.  I am already fond of writing and Kundalini research.  The member read my message and she gave promise to talk with me soon after the children who came for tuition etc. finish their studies, in a neutral way.  Although that study could not be finished till today.  I assume that she may have done well by ignoring for family or other psychological reasons.  Because faith is the identity of Kundalini.  But I got emotional shock from that. I had felt that type of emotional shock 2-3 times earlier too.  In fact, such deception happens when we start thinking of the world of mind as real.  But in reality there can be a lot of difference between the two.  Your greatest friend in the mind can be your biggest enemy in real life.  This clearly shows that love is the greatest friend, and love is also the biggest enemy.  A pet animal loves its master very much, and does not want to get away from him, but the same owner hands it over to the butcher.  That’s why it is said that love or faith is also sometimes blind.

External symptoms of trauma

I had become very sensitive and emotional with that trauma.  I was writing something continuously or say rambling in the group.  The small talk of other members was tickling me.  Because of this I removed two members from the group.  Angered with that, the main admin also left.  However, I rejoined her at the same time and asked her to re-enter the members who were removed.  Even though I was emotional, it also gave me a smell of partiality in getting out of group, which disturbed my mind. Then aforementioned Tution madam also left the group without citing any reason. One by one people started going out of the group. I began to feel their grief for being out of the group.  After giving the same reason, I too got away from the group after coming under emotional guilt.  Although this continues in social media, but there is talk of sensitivity related to Kundalini here.  I cried a lot that evening.  At night I had to put a handkerchief under my pillow. Actually, those tears were of joy that were coming on meeting friends after a long time. My whole body and mind got tired.  My digestive system went awry.

Kundalini Surge During Emotional Shock

On the same emotional trauma, my Energy was climbing from my back and coming down from the front of the body, in a closed loop again and again with a little attention on this.  Sometimes Kundalini was also associated with that energy.  Suddenly a lot of energy went up in my back in the night.  I had a dream along with that I am entering in through the door of a very big and beautiful temple.  That energy was absorbed into my brain.  The special thing was, that energy was not causing any pressure in my brain, as it often does.  Perhaps my brain was refreshed by getting enough sleep for several days.  The second reason was that the emotional shock left the mind empty.  Then Kundalini got connected with that energy in the brain.  It was an experience like Kundalini awakening, though it could not reach its level.

The description about Kundalini will be found only in this website

I studied everywhere.  Everywhere there is only a description of energy, nowhere is Kundalini.  Energy is considered as Kundalini in most places.  But there is a lot of difference between the two.  Energy without Kundalini is an Indian missile that does not have the national flag of India imprinted on it.  The special thing, which is a symbol of love, and the means to real development of humanity, is Kundalini.  Energy only serves to give brilliant life to Kundalini.  Apart from this website, if there is a description of Kundalini, then it is the classic book “Patanjali Yogasutra”.  In it, Kundalini is called Dhyanalamban (mental support for meditation).  Confusion remains in the mind of most people between the nature of Kundalini and Shakti (energy).

A book that saved me from emotional shock every time and helped me get out of it

That book is “Physiology Philosophy”, available on the “Shop (Library)” webpage of this website.  For detailed information visit this link.

The liqueur is the Somaras or Elixir of Life with the Advaita / non-dual attitude

With the help of above book, the wine also developed my kundalini or soul along with my transformation.  Empty wines harm Kundalini.  With the nondual feeling, even a small amount of alcohol used to have a great effect, and there was no addiction to alcohol.  This means that the Somaras or Elixir of Life mentioned in earlier times is a high quality wine drunk in right amount with nondual spirit, not any other magical fluid.  Gods also use it.
